  Beautiful wedding rental options Newport, RI

  We used Peak for rentals for our wedding in Newport, RI - including our head table, linens, plates, and glassware, and they did an amazing job! They have a beautiful selection and were very easy to work with.

  We couldn’t have imagined our wedding day without all of the amazing and high-quality items we rented from PEAK. The glasses, tables, chairs, plates, and silverware were all so beautiful. Jodi from PEAK in Stoughton was very helpful and knowledgable throughout our experience. They had everything we were looking for and can certainly help you elevate your event space for your big day! 10/10 recommend! ☺️

  we had a great experience with PEAK Event services! Jodi was wonderful to work with and such patience with us and we were making decisions for our wedding. the quality of the pieces they provided were great and we are so happy with out everything turned out!

  Amazing Selection to Upgrade Your Day

  PEAK is the premier rentals company in the Boston area. They are so professional and have an incredibly diverse selection of products depending on what your vision is for your event. I worked with Hayley in the Woburn office for my Boston Harbor Hyatt wedding. She was very helpful and responsive and had great suggestions for the most impactful decor when we met in person at the warehouse. For the wedding weekend, I ordered chargers, napkins, water glasses and a cake plateau to elevate the design of our hotel's wedding package (linens/chairs included). I am so glad I did because it totally transformed the very white and blank space and provided some color and texture to the reception area. Thank you PEAK + Hayley!

  Chair and Charger Rentals

  We used PEAK for our rentals and they were excellent to work with! I changed the type of chair I wanted three times and they were excellent, ended up with the Chippendale and they were gorgeous. Also got beautiful charger plates from them! Really added to the tablescape and the details were perfection. Worked with Tara and she was amazing!

  Wonderful experience!

  We used Peak Events for our wedding rentals last August and had a wonderful experience! Talia and everyone we communicated with were always very nice and a pleasure to work with. They offered so many options for different types of rentals and our appointment to choose everything was really fun. They were also very helpful in giving us advice on what pieces to choose and in giving us ideas on what items and colors would work well together. They even communicated with our venue which made the whole process very easy. We would highly recommend using Peak Events!

  Event rentals that elevate your event x100000!

  Let me start off by saying, Nick is the BEST!!!! Nick was my main point of contact at Peak and he was truly outstanding to work with. I cannot express how much of an asset he was throughout the planning process. We were on the phone for over an hour on our first call and it was like we knew each other for years! He had so many great recommendations and ideas, and really worked with the budget I had (and did not try to up-sell me once!!). I was blown away by the products I rented for the day of the wedding - the bars, shelving, lounge furniture, napkins, tablecloths were all SO beautiful. They really elevated my wedding to a whole different level. I couldn't have been happier with Peak's services and am so grateful for Nick and everything he offered. Thank you!!!

  PEAK Event Services is the best in the biz

  WOW! That is my biggest takeaway from working with PEAK. We used them for our rentals (tables, chairs, linens, tableware) and our tent, dance floor, lighting. They quite literally took the idea that I had in my head and brought it to life before my eyes. They transformed my grandmother's front lawn into an elegant venue that I will never forget. When I close my eyes and picture my wedding day I see the sailcloth tent, carved wooden beams, authentic dance floor, rustic farm tables and gauzey table linens all as I had been picturing it long before I hired PEAK. If you want to design the event of your dreams, you MUST hire PEAK. Everything from the creative vision to the communicative staff took our special day to new heights. I can't recommend them enough. HIRE THEM TODAY and watch your dream event come to life.

Like so many other couples, in early March of 2020, we quickly realized that the day we originally had planned wasn’t going to work, and that we’d need to change our wedding due to COVID-19. PEAK was very helpful and accommodating as we navigated this decision with our vendors. Thank you so much to the team at PEAK.

  PEAK will always be my event go-to

  Christina at PEAK was a dream to work with! Unfortunately, she is no longer with the company, but I will still use PEAK for future rentals.
  
  Christina helped my fiance and I select various linens from their show room to set up mock tables until we found the perfect combination. The linens we rented completely changed our venue and made it fit our vision perfectly!

  Great selections and easy to work with

  I am very grateful to the services that Nick from the Newport Peak event services provided for us. There was so many wonderful selections and I appreciated the ability to change somethings around in our quote closer to the date as I had definitive guest count, etc. Thank you so much Nick!

  We hired Peak Event Rentals through our amazing wedding coordinator at Providence Public library. We sent pictures and told the vision of what we wanted it to look like - and our coordinator/Peak Event rentals delivered far above and beyond! The furniture rentals were perfect for the space and our event. I would highly recommend Peak Event Rentals - they have a great selection and beautiful items - we didn't even "see" or "check" what we were getting before, totally put the trust in our coordinator and Peak Event rentals, and it worked out beyond perfectly.

  We used PEAK for our event rentals for our wedding. They have an amazing selection of tablecloths, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. It was so much fun looking through their showroom and they were great at helping to narrow things down once we had made some decisions. Everything looked amazing at the wedding. It really came together beautifully! The whole team was very professional and great to work with!

  Great selection of high quality rentals

  PEAK had a beautiful selection of items that fit our style beautifully. We rented chairs, tables, glassware, and plates. Everything showed up in perfect condition. I specifically requested ties (I love bows) on the chairs instead of velcro and they were sure to honor this special request. I visited their event space twice to see their rentals in-person. Both times they were incredibly accommodating. The second time we visited, they even brought the full size grey farm table up to the showroom and assembled it so I could get a true sense for how everything would look with it. Very impressed by their team!

  PEAK Rentals brought the reception to another level!

  We knew we wanted to bring in rentals such as farm tables, linens and glasses. After the visit to the PEAK warehouse we knew we chose the right vendor. The selection is endless, and with the assistance of Stephanie, we created the perfect floor plan with our vision of farm and round tables. The linens and glasses we selected truly brought the table scape to another level.

  Peterson's provided the most beautiful grey floor length tablecloths for my wedding. They were in perfect condition and set the entire mood for our tent.   Rentals unlimited was who we worked with as a function of our caterer choice but I could not have been happier. I went to the Newport show room and had a great experience. I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted but still had some questions along the way and they were very helpful. On the day of all the linens that we had chosen looked lovely and I could not have been happier with them.

  I used Rentals Unlimited for literally everything we needed for our ceremony and reception. Benches, farm tables, high tops, chairs, etc. Everything was beautiful and so high quality. I dealt with Steph at the Boston showroom and she was amazing. So helpful and had the exact vision I needed so everything went together perfectly. I can't recommend Rental Unlimited enough.   I used Rentals Unlimited for literally everything we needed for our ceremony and reception. Benches, farm tables, high tops, chairs, etc. Everything was beautiful and so high quality. I dealt with Steph at the Boston showroom and she was amazing. So helpful and had the exact vision I needed so everything went together perfectly. I can't recommend Rental Unlimited enough. They are reliable, professional and have everything you could dream of needing for your wedding!

  I've really enjoyed working with PPC so far! They have the best selection of linens and chairs we have seen for a very good price. They recently bought all new linens and there are some really beautiful new options. Maggie has also been extremely helpful and has allowed me to change our rentals repeatedly with no complaint. Definitely recommend!

  Kym was fantastic to work with! We visited the Newport showroom almost 8 months before the wedding. Kym was very patient with us and helped guide us to our vision. The last month before the wedding there were several revisions made to our order based on the table needs for other vendors such as our caterer and they Kym was always happy to revise the invoices. Day of everything was perfect and looked better than I imagined it would. We rented all our tables, chairs, linens, napkins and all white dance floor. Thank you again for all your help and making everything look amazing! Highly recommend!!
