Stress-free linen service!

I got my table runners, table clothes, and napkins from Reasonable Party Rental. Renee was easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable! I changed my mind about color and quantity as the wedding got closer and Renee changed everything accordingly. Once my order was placed I didn't have to set up, tear down or even think about the linen. Thank you Renee for helping my wedding turn our perfect and for taking some of the stress out of planning!

Gorgeous Wedding Decor

Renee and her team did a fantastic job decorating the hall for our wedding! With Renee's such busy schedule she was always so responsive and she took everything into her hands. I was so excited when I saw the outcome and how beautiful the hall looked! I was super pleased!

Beautiful Linens

I used the base ivory poly linens provided by my venue and worked with Renee @ Reasonable Party Rentals for a sheer ivory designed overlay. It looked elegant, beautiful and completed the look for my venue. We also used champagne linens for the Head Table (with the same ivory overlay).

Very helpful, wonderful results

RPR LLC was on the list our venue gave us for nearby vendor options. We liked the gallery on their website the most. We got to meet with Renee in person and go over our theme for our wedding while she showed us what she had available in her warehouse and some other decoration ideas she had been recently working on. She helped us finalize some things that we hadn’t thought of and was able to get us the colors and setup we wanted without any issue and quickly updated the paperwork for us after everything was solidified. She was great to work with and we got lots of compliments from our guests on her work.

Our experience with Reasonable Rental was AMAZING! Renee made us feel very comfortable and made sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it! The chairs were gorgeous, the backdrop was breath taking, the cake table cover fit our theme, and the lighting was exactly what we wanted. Our hall truly looked magical!! Again, I cannot thank Reasonable Rental for an amazing experience and for allowing my husband and I to have a worry-free wedding day!

Renee at Reasonable Party Rentals was a pleasure to work with for my July 2018 wedding. Her prices were very competitive among the rental companies I got quotes from, but her true value came in the form of helping my vision for my wedding come to life. She made excellent suggestions and didn't let a single detail slip through without being perfected. I would highly recommend her for your wedding or event!

Renee was super easy to work with from the start and helped us carry out the exact vision we had for our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing except showing up to the venue and being amazed at how it all looked. Her recommendations were spot on and her inventory is amazing, we had so many choices to choose from, but she made sure we didn't feel overwhelmed by it all. We would highly recommend Renee and RPR for anyone looking for rentals for an event or wedding!

When I walked in to the Music Box for our wedding, the sight took my breath away. Renee knew exactly what I wanted and created a gorgeous landscape! She was also fabulous to work with. I loved playing with her dogs at her house. It was like we knew each other for years! I strongly recommend her! Thank you Music Box for introducing me to such a wonderful person!

Renee provided the linens for our holiday party. The linens were lovely and created a festive atmosphere. Renee worked with our event space vendor and I had to do nothing but choose colors. A professional service.

Reasonable Party Rental was recommended by the wedding reception venue for my daughter's wedding. Renee did an awesome job. Everything was beautiful and very reasonably priced. Renee's handmade table overlays and runners were gorgeous. The backdrop behind the head table, centerpieces, linens, chair covers with sashes, and up lighting made the reception hall look amazing!! Reasonable Party Rental set everything up and took down/picked everything up afterwards. It was a pleasure working with Renee!!

I just had my wedding on September 16, 2017. Renee went above and beyond for my wedding. I came to her without a clue of what I wanted to do. She took charge and made my reception more than I could have ever imagined it to be. Besides her work being absolutely amazing, she is such a wonderful woman to work with. She knows exactly what to do, how to do it, and is EXTREMELY affordable. If I were to ever have a party again, she would be my first choice without a doubt. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Renee and her work. You won't regret choosing her to do your reception or any party you may have. REASONABLE PARTY RENTAL IS AMAZING!! I wouldn't do any special event without Renee!! Everyone loved working with her..... from the bride, to the wedding coordinator, to the venue staff. She was an absolute gem!! She was able to coordinate everything to create the perfect elegant theme that my daughter wanted, and incorporated our own homemade centerpieces to create such beautiful table settings!! Guests were just blown away at how beautifully decorated our venue was!! And Renee does it all with such ease! She was so kind, friendly and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make everything perfect!! Once you meet Renee, you'll know exactly why she rates 5 huge stars!!

I am so glad that I chose Reasonable Party Rental to decorate the reception hall for my wedding! Renee is truly the amazing and she was so great to work with. We felt like family from the very first meeting because she was so inviting and a genuine person. She replied quickly, answered all my questions, and made sure that everything looked perfect on the day of. Also she had the lowest prices out of all the vendors that I contacted in Northeast Ohio and was very accommodating when we had to make appointments to meet with her. So if you want a stress free experience and more bang for your buck, Renee is marvelous and hire her you must! :D

I am so thankful that Reasonable Party Rentals decorated the hall for our wedding in May. Renee was so easy to work with and did an amazing job. Before we met with her, we were nervous and overwhelmed with the wedding planning process. Renee's sense of humor and amazing creativity made us relax and get excited for our big day. Renee created a beautiful backdrop for behind our sweetheart table at our wedding. We had seen her work in photos from a previous wedding and contacted her right away. She was always prompt with responding and very attentive to our needs. She made working with her company a breeze. And the backdrop was SPECTACULAR! We had a 3 layered ivory backdrop with twinkle lights behind it and it was so dreamy and beautiful, and very reasonably priced for our wedding on a budget. We cannot thank Renee enough for doing such a fabulous job!

There are not enough words to express how wonderful Renee and Bob are! I found them after having to part ways with my original linens vendor due to unprofessionalism. I called Renee based on the glowing reviews she already had and immediately understood why she has such outstanding reviews. She instantly put me at ease and assured me her and Bob could take care of the linens for my venue. When I went to the appointment I was blown away by the HUGE variety of options, high quality, and beautiful options they had to offer. As if that wasn't impressive enough talking with Renee and Bob blew me away! They are such wonderful, kind, high energy people. The passion they have for their business and upholding their exceptional reputation is the most reassuring thing a bride can ask for. My wedding venue was Michaud's (which we all know is not the fanciest around lol) but after Renee and Bob were done with it I felt like I was at the fanciest venue around. They did such a wonderful job that it brought tears to my eyes! I cannot even begin to count how many of my guests commented on the outstanding job they did. I would recommend them to EVERY bride!

Our guests all raved about the photo booth. And the custom guest book that was given to us at the end of the night is so incredibly special and beautiful. Would book Reasonable Party Rental again in a heartbeat!

Renee is so sweet and is truly a gem! For our wedding she provided table linens, table runners, ceremony pillars, tall glass vases, and an easel to display our seating chart all very reasonably priced. Renee was recommended to me by another wedding vendor we booked and she did not disappoint.
She had everything we needed and more. I wanted table linens that stood out in an elegant way and she helped me create exactly what I invisioned. She always responded quickly when I had question, or figured out that I needed something else and, never did I feel like my needs would not be met.
Now, to the day of decor. Renee and her team did a fantastic job! Her linens are pristine! Not a wrinkle nor a flaw. She knew alot of my vendors and they worked seamlessly together to create beautiful tables that our guests complimented us on all night long.
We are so greatful to Reasonable Party Rentals for the wonderful service they provided to us.

Renee was awesome to work with. We met with her early in the planning stages and I think we changed our decor at least 4 times during the process. We had reasonably party rental decorate for our wedding, and oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about this company!! First off, their prices are as their name says - reasonable. This was very important to us. We had a tight budget, but really wanted that little extra elegance at our wedding. With the chair covers, the sparkling backdrop, and the table décor that we rented, the hall looked very well put together and just gorgeous. We received lots of compliments on our hall decorations that night and we have Renee to thank! Also she is just the nicest person you would be lucky to meet. Five stars all around!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company!!! Renee is absolutely fabulous and very accomodating! We rented chair covers, sashes, and bistro tables. Everything was in fabulous condition and looked so beautiful! She delivered and set up everything and then came to remove the covers/sashes! It was one less thing I had to worry about! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently attended a wedding in OH for a couple I have known for years. We are event planners here in MD and we were asked to assist with a few photobooth projects for the reception. Renee and her fabulous team were in the venue making everything gorgeous, not leaving out one detail, and trust me we look for details! Words cannot express their kindness and willingness to help us finish our work as they were finishing their own. My wedding reception was simply beautiful, elegant and exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't have changed a thing.
I originally thought I would make my own decor, but renting from Reasonable Party Rental really made wedding planning much simpler! Reasonable Party Rental offered great prices and flexibility to change until everything was perfect. I even felt like I saved money by not making my own decorations and now I don't have to store all the decor!
Renee was organized and professional but did so with such genuine care that I felt like she truly wanted to make my reception beautiful. I can't put into words how great of a feeling it is to have had such a beautiful wedding with little to no effort on my part. I can easily say that this was my favorite and easiest to work with vendor for my wedding and I would recommend them to anyone.

There are so many details to worry about the day of the wedding but Reasonable Party Rentals was not one of them. They were excellent! Renee was very patient with me when I wanted to discuss ever tiny detail of décor - chargers, up-lighting, table runners, etc. She was even so kind as to offer helpful suggestions.They set up and tore down everything without us even noticing. You could really tell Renee and her team are very experienced with wedding details and picky brides (me included!). Everything went so smoothly we were thoroughly impressed. Plus her prices were reasonable (but seriously!) compared to other party rentals. I would highly recommend Reasonable Party Rentals!

My wedding was held New Year's Eve 2015/2016. Right from the get go I had a vision of what I wanted. I brought all of my ideas to Renee and she was an incredible help. She made things happen that I didn't think were possible. Renee did an amazing job! I loved her creative decor pieces and the various colors to match everything I wanted. I was very particular on the color plum I wanted and she was able to match everything like I visioned. She even staged a table to get ideas and show samples. She is greatly priced, very flex able and does everything for you. I did not have to worry about set up or clean up for my wedding!

I loved reasonable party center for my wedding decorations the prices were reasonable and my declarations made my wedding appear like I spent top dollar for my wedding. Renee was prompt and returned all phone calls and addressed any changes I had up until the day of the wedding.

When we started to plan the wedding I was against spending any additional money on decor such as table and chair covers, etc. My fiancee's mom was adamant that we have a backdrop set-up behind the head table and I am SO grateful that we did. The pictures from dinner turned out gorgeous, the backdrop was absolutely stunning. It was very romantic which is what I wanted, and Renee even worked with my venue to determine what size we needed to make it look best (covered ugly doors, wall hangings and exit signs that would have ended up in the background of my photos). While meeting with Renee to plan for the backdrop we were pleasantly surprised to discover the affordable prices on the other decor she offered. We decided to have the floor-length table clothes and even sprung for chargers (which were about half the price offered at other venues). These additions really did make a big difference in the appearance of the room. This company was incredibly easy to work with, no fuss. Met once to choose what we wanted and didn't have to worry about another thing. Very professional, clean, and responsive. I would work with Reasonable Party Rentals again in a heartbeat- highly recommend.

Renee is a hoot! Everyone loves her! She will spend all the time in the world with you in her basement showing you all the neat and fun things she can offer you for your special day! Rene was easy to work with and offered us many great options. Our reception at the Sheraton in Cuy Falls turned out beautifully and we did it reasonably thanks to Rene. We were able to have pretty centerpieces and avoid the high cost of fresh flowers on each table. She added the up lighting and the drapery with lights behind the bridal table for a beautiful effect. I could not have been happier with the linens for my wedding. Renee was so easy to work with and very flexible allowing me to come back and review my order again and make changes. When I got to the hall 2 days before the wedding there was one thing misunderstood but all I had to do was leave a message for her and the piece was changed that day. We contacted Reasonable Party Rental along with 2 other companies for our wedding reception decoration needs. We narrowed it down to 3 companies (mostly based on price and customer reviews) and we were going to meet with all 3 to determine which one we wanted to go with. But after we met with Renee of Reasonable Party Rental, we knew we wanted to do business with her and we cancelled our meetings with the other 2 companies. Renee is extremely personable and professional. She has a passion for her work and quickly grasps your wedding day vision once you explain it to her. She has many different chair cover styles and colors, and also has every color of chair sash, table runner, and table overlay that you can imagine! In addition to that, she has many other items and decorations that you can rent to make your event special.

We had our wedding at a church and showed up to our reception hall a few hours later (after taking pictures). While the guests were off in another area for the cocktail hour, I walked into the reception area to get a preview of the room and I immediately got a big smile from ear to ear. The venue and all of Reasonable Party Rental’s decorations looked EXACTLY how we wanted them to look (see attached photos). All the chair covers were pressed, clean and tear-free. The head table looked wonderful and she took our idea/description and made it even better than we had hoped for! All throughout our wedding planning and headcount changes, Renee was there with excellent communication and attention to detail. Renee and Reasonable Party Rental helped to make our wedding day beautiful and that much more special. I highly recommend Reasonable Party Rental for all your wedding day decoration needs.

Renee and her team at Reasonable Party Rentals did a wonderful job with the table coverings and lighting for my daughter's wedding last weekend. I was able to take a sneak peak before the reception started, and when i went into the room I started to cry and couldn't speak. It was just
breathtaking. The room was just so much more than we ever expected. Our guests talked about it all night long, and said it was the most elegant reception they have ever attended. The drapes behind the bride and groom added so much. The table clothes and table toppers were beautiful
the swirl toppers were my favorite. The lighting that Renee did just added so much warmth to the room. The people in charge of the venue commented on how beautiful the room looked. Renee invited my daughter and I to experiment with several different table linens and chair cover combinations in her home. The bride wanted 2 goldfish in a bowl, with LED lights, as centerpieces to co-ordinate with her beach themed wedding. Renee was very patient with us and happy to accommodate any request. Renee is the best at what she does!!
She did my entire wedding reception. All of my linens, centerpieces, flowers, cake table, church decorations, you name it Renee did it!
All of my guests were in awe when they walked into the room! It was the most whimiscial, romantic setting that anyone has been in! AND IT WAS ALL THANKS TO RENEE!
Renee made my wedding planning so easy! She is so easy to talk to you, and any time I had a question she was right there along side me helping me decide what I really wanted....I couldn't have asked for anymore! She really made my wedding!
Renee will go above and beyond for you. I plan on using her for many many more events!

What can I even say that will truly capture everything Renee did for us? Renee is very down to earth and friendly. We met her at her home for our first meeting and she had a table all set up in her basement with our wedding colors! She is devoted to her work and provides such quality. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on our reception hall. She turned the place into a fairy tale! She can help you enhance any venue with lighting, backdrops, and centerpieces. We were so thrilled, I cried as soon as I saw it! We would go to her a thousand times over.

I LOVED dealing with Reasonable Party Rentals! They not only did an amazing job with all of my table settings and chair covers at my reception they are just great people. They obviously love what they do and are in the business to help people and give them what they want. I HIGHLY recommend them. Very awesome people :)

Rene and her team did an AMAZING job with the linens and center pieces at my wedding. They had everything handled so I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was beautiful and Renee was an absolute joy to work with! I highly recommend Reasonable Party Rental LLC. :)

My husband and I planned our wedding ourselves and Renee helped to alleviate a lot of our stress. We used Reasonable Party rentals for both our shower and wedding. Renee always went above and beyond to please our every request. We got chair covers, rhinestone bands for the chairs, chair sashes, table cloths, cake stand, and backdrop from Renee. This company had an excellent selection to pick from with a vast color scheme. Renee was very willing to listen to all of my ideas and even went out and purchased beautiful sequin table cloths for my head table that I was dreaming of. I would recommend Reasonable Party Rentals to everyone!!!! Before my wedding I had never even heard of the company. A friend referred me, I would have to say they are an amazing company and I now consider the owner a friend. If you need any rentals for your wedding you wont regret going with this company!

Reasonable Party Rentals was an excellent source for all things wedding! The have anything and everything you would want that doesn't come with the program from the venue you are using. The people are friendly, fun, efficient, and professional--they make certain you get exactly what you want! I would recommend them over and over to everyone I know.

Rene and reasonable party rentals did an amazing job for us. My wife and I planned the wedding ourselves and had a distinct look we were trying to make. Rene and her crew provided table clothes, chair covers and sashes, runners, oir cake display table , and back drop. We met with her 3 or 4 times and got everything together. She went out of her way to get us the desired look purchasing linen she did not have so that she could make our day perfect. The only negative about rene is she is super sweet. She will keep yoi talking for hours on end. So just plan to stay awhile because you will get a great vendor and also a friend. I would highly highly reccommend rene for future events and im sure my wife and guests would too.

Renee was very sweet to talk to over the phone and very accommodating. She didn’t have the color of runner (silver organza) I was looking for so she order a sample so I could see it in person, when I went to see it she had a mock table set up with the runner and chargers I wanted, it was great seeing it instead of having to image how it would look like. The best part… her prices are unbeatable!

Had table runners and chair sashes in David's Bridal Sangria - hard to find. Renee was very responsive, extremely friendly and positive. Working with her was like working with an Aunt or family friend. She transformed my event site and everything looked so elegant and within budget.

I recently hired Reasonable Party Rental for my parent's 50th anniversary party :) Renee` and her staff worked so hard and so fast to get these beautiful linens set for the big day ...it was so wonderful:) I have never received so many compliments of how gorgeous and regal the décor was for this exciting day! The ivory satin tablecloths, satin chair covers and satin gold runners, napkins and sashes were perfectly placed, tied and just made this party so elegant and unforgettable !!!! I am a florist and have worked with many, many vendors... but hands down Renee` and her girls were super friendly, very in tune with the look and feel for the event ....this was such a treat! I knew as soon as I saw the first table cloth go on.... that this was going to be PERFECT! I also rented up lighting and a lighted cake table.... simply gorgeous:) My parent's "head table" was a taffeta rose embroidered table cloth.... very similar to the print of my mom's wedding dress, back in 1963.... stunning!
Not too many people have the opportunity these days to celebrate 50 yrs. of love, marriage and commitment.... but my parent's did and thanks to this awesome company, they will have another 50 yrs. of memories from the best celebration any proud daughter could give them! Thanks Renee`, you are the best and I will be calling you again :)

Renee at Reasonable Party Rental was the absolute BEST person I worked with for my entire wedding. Her and her husband are so sweet and nice. They treat you like family. They did our chair covers, head table (with lights), and cake table for our wedding. Their special touch completely transformed our reception hall. Renee was always so kind and helpful. She was even very patient when I couldn’t make up my mind or changed my decisions. There number one goal is not making money, it is making sure the bride and groom have beautiful décor and are happy. I will definitely be recommending Reasonable Party Rental to all my friends who are getting married and would HIGHLY recommend Reasonable Party Rental to anyone looking for chair covers, table clothes, centerpieces, etc. Thank you so much for everything Renee. Renee and her husband were delightful to work with. They are professional, artistic, and really listen to all of your concerns. They suggested little touches that really made a difference in the overall appearance of the chair covers, linens, and accessories they supplied. Everyone really loved the little "bling" on the chair cover sashes. It echoed the shimmer of the chandeliers and looked very elegant!!

I would highly recommend their services which include linens,centerpieces, decorative lighting, accessories etc.

Renee and her team were absolutely amazing from beginning to the end of the planning process of my wedding day. I fell in love with the company after seeing how unique and elegant Renee could have my reception hall looking, which was sure to catch the guest attention and that it did. I will be using her company for all future parties (small & large). Let's not forget about how reasonable her prices were for a reception of 300 + people. She was by far the most reasonable and I had lots of fun working with her on the planning process. She listens to what you want and never disappointed us.
