We had such a great time at the Radisson and our families really enjoyed the accomodations. They were able to rest, relax, and enjoy our festivities!
WE ESPECIALLY LOVED the SLEEP NUMBER BEDS! WOW!
The manager Karen Johnson did everything in her power to accomodate our needs and make our day a very special ONE!

I previously had a contract with another hotel but had some issues with them and decided to go to Radisson. We are so glad we made that desicion. The staff were great and treated us as if we were royalty. The venue, the food and atmosphere were awesome. Thanks to all for making our day that much more special.

We stayed at the radisson celebration in orlando during our honeymoon. This hotel was beautiful!!! From the landscaping outside, all the ponds, the ducks, the pools to the rooms, we couldn't have asked for more! Thank you for making our honeymoon wonderful!

Nancy and everyone at the Radisson were awesome! They were flexible when people that had not RSVP'd showed up they put up another table in the blink of an eye! The food was great, the room was beautiful! All for a reasonable price!

Radisson Resort was the location for my wedding reception. Overall I had a good experience with them. On my wedding day there were some issues but the Radisson did their best to resolve them. At the end of the day I have no regrets and would recommend them. Their staff is wonderful and they helped make my wedding day a very special day.

My daughter and her fiance selected this property to host their wedding ceremony and reception in November 2011. Nancy Thompson, the catering director, worked with the happy couple throughout the year to plan and ensure their wedding event was a success last weekend. Nancy and the Radisson event staff executed and delivered a great performance in catering and atmosphere, and I appreciate the dedication and attention to detail.
Several of the wedding party, parents and out-of-town guests stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the ambience and relaxing atmosphere that the resort provided.

Great place for family to attend for a wedding. Loved the hotel. Wedding reception was great they just kept changing the layout of the tables on me in the reception but it ended up working out great in the end. They were able to charge me for extra chair covers that I was short on. The only complaint I would have about getting a room for a wedding at this resort. Is trying to get my family rooms resort fee waived. They indicated anyone getting a room for the wedding they get a discount rate with a resort fee waived. However I kept getting complaints from family and friends they didn't honor that for them or they were charged for it at the end. Wish they could take better care of the guests with their billing charges. Other than that it was a great success. Melody was a great help and Ryan as well. Thank you all.

Planning a wedding in Orlando can be really fun, but also very stressful! We spent weeks calling around to different hotels and venues and finally got in touch with Guest Select Resorts (their website is http://www.orlando.guestselectresorts.com) who book for the Radisson Resort Orlando - Celebration. They were able to work directly with the hotel to offer us a fantastic wedding group rate and help us through all of the details. The hotel is also very family friendly which was great for keeping our out of town relatives' kids happy.

The catering agent was wonderful, attentive and helpful. The room was beautiful, but they forgot to turn on the air conditioning so it got uncomfortably warm toward the end of the reception. The room had a beautiful view and everyone loved the food. It was a great value for the cost. Als they worked very well with our vendors.

We had the reception in the Mandolin Restaurant. It was very classy and elegant. They fired two of the wedding planners while we were in the process of planning the wedding. The last coordinator was very helpful and they were able to get everything to look like the bride imagined.

The location was beautiful and the staff impeccable. Included in our package was our ceremony, our ceremony decorations, our reception hall (we picked the restaurant, but you can choose the restaurant or a banquet hall), our food, our wedding cake, our open bar for four hours, all reception decorations (including centerpieces!) and all setup and breakdown. It also included a bridal changing suite for me and a honeymoon suite for us after the reception. It was the best decsion we made, we showed up, got married, partied, and forgot about the rest. The staff there made it feel completely effortless. I would highly recommend them!

I had my wedding reception in Nov 2016. A lot has unfortunately changed about this Resort over the years. Sadly, I had a poor experience. Nothing but excuses from management and trying to turn it around on me. I dealt with Director of Sales + Marketing and Interstate Hotels GM during hotel's transition- Elie Zod. The hotel is dated + reception area is decent. Here are some issues I encountered:

Maintenance- From the start of the event, the men's bathroom was flooded. During reception, 2 light bulbs fell on my guests and one fixture was hanging loosely, however management said this was due to the bass of music and did not acknowledge that this was a liability if someone was hurt.

Bar- Bar staff was rude. I was informed of this by several guests the following day, however mgmt stated it was because they were overwhelmed. We had an unlimited, paid per person bar package. Guests were told that they ran out of water, Vodka, and whisky at certain times and were not proactive about going to the back to get more. Slamming glasses. Management stated that there were some that were intoxicated. It makes no sense why water wasn't given or we weren't informed.

Food- We had fish, chicken, and vegetarian options and gave counts of how many of each at each table as asked. Fish was dry and did not have sauce it was supposed to have on it per contract + tasting. The vegetarian option should have been a bowl of wild mushroom ravioli. 3 small pieces of ravioli were served on a plate. When I brought this to mgmt's attention, they told me that several of my guests changed their mind during serving and they had to stretch the portions. This wasn't true as I was the first vegetarian to be served and got 3 pieces. Later found out from my inlaws that servers dropped trays on the floor. Management took no accountability for this.

Weddings are once in a lifetime and expensive. I wish I went elsewhere!
