I loved shopping for my wedding dress. I was from out of town, but chose Pure Luxe because they had a dress in stock that I had been looking for. I ended up getting the dress I loved, and at a cheaper price than I had been quoted elsewhere. I also loved that they were flexible in the amount of guests that I had with me (we were the last appointment of the day and they made an exception for my extra person). The only problem I encountered was a slight mix-up with delivery instead of pick-up, but the staff at Pure Luxe graciously allowed me to swap shipping costs for bra cups I needed anyway. Highly recommend!

I purchased my dress this past Sunday and the staff was amazing! I gave my budget and they were able to work close around it. I picked a couple of dresses out and Michelle (owner) brought me one and said 'try this one'. I wasn't sure at first but when I put it on, it was stunning! I said 'YES' to my dress. Gabby, one of her employees was very sweet. She helped me put on the dresses and fixed my dress so it would look perfect. I recommend stopping by here to look for a dress. The only advise, is be sure and make an appointment. Thanks Pure Luxe Bridal!

These ladies did a great job helping me find my dress. Every time I walked in, I felt welcome and wanted - not true for some other places. When I couldn't decide on two dresses, my consultant brought out another choice based on my likes and dislikes of other dresses, and that was the one!

I ordered my dress from Pure Luxe during the Maggie Sottero trunk show. The staff was amazing and I cannot wait for my dress to come in! The dress in the shop were beautiful! I would recommend everyone shop with Pure Luxe!

Edit: I just picked up my dress and I still can't say enough good things about Pure Luxe Bridal! I don't plan on needing another wedding dress for myself, but I am letting all my friends know that this is the place to go to get their dress. My dress came in and was perfect. They went through how to keep the dress in the bag and how to zip the bag to make sure the dress doesn't rip. Michelle showed my mom how to button my dress too.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Michelle was incredibly helpful and considerate. She listened to what I thought I wanted and as she learned what I liked, pulled dresses accordingly. I ended up falling in love with a dress that she picked for me, and I couldn't have been happier. She was also very patient and willing to take her time with me as a customer as I made my decisions. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for personalized and friendly service with someone who actually cares about you personally as a bride!

I purchased my ceremony, reception, and mother of the bride dress from Pure Luxe Bridal. I was initially introduced to Pure Luxe Bridal at the Plano Bridal Show where they hosting the Bridal Fashion Show. I fell for the first dress that came out. Typical, right? I thought, it can't be THAT easy. Well, a couple of months later. I found myself at this small bridal shop with hundreds of amazing bridal gowns. Michelle made me feel instantly at ease. I tried on several different dresses over a few trips, but ended up going with my first love, the dress from the bridal show. A few months later, I realized that as perfect as the dress was for the ceremony, it wasn't going to be practical for dancing the night away at the reception so I went back and selected a second dress for the reception. Once again, Michelle was amazing. She knew that I wanted the dresses to coordinate, but be obviously two separate dresses. I was not disappointed, with both dresses, there were tons of options in my price range. When it was time to select the Mother of the Bride dress, there was no where else that I wanted to go. My mom is a nervous shopper, she doesn't like attention, but Michelle once again put her at ease too with the process. I highly recommend Pure Luxe Bridal to all brides.

Pure Luxe Bridal has by far the best variety of selection and prices amongst any other bridal shops. Instantly greeted with champagne or water is FANTASTIC, makes you feel important and not just another sale. The owner and consultants are so personable here, they take time to actually understand what you are looking for along with actively listening to your needs such as staying within a price point. I felt like a princess throughout my entire appointment, I was able to pick multiple gowns of my own then Michelle pulled some she thought would be good for me. Michelle is definitely the Bridal Guru, she takes what you show/tell her and makes it appear before your eyes. This is the bridal experience I dreamt of, EVERYONE should come here and share the same experience as I had!

I am so grateful to Michelle at Pure Luxe Bridal for spending the time with me that I needed in order to find my perfect dress. I got pretty emotional and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find anything but she was great about figuring out whether I didn't like something quickly and moving on to another choice so as not to waste any time. After hearing my vision and trying on a few styles, Michelle had the perfect dress in mind and she was right, it was the one! I am so glad she worked with me so patiently and made that day feel comfortable when I was so worried about finding the perfect dress. She is wonderful!

I had a great experience with Pure Luxe Bridal. The shop is intimate with beautiful dresses and reasonably priced. I worked with the owner Michelle, she was amazing, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience special. I had been looking for a specific dress I found online and Pure Luxe Bridal was the only store I found that had the dress for me to try on. I found several dresses and was having a hard time deciding, she was patient with me and my family and really helped me make up my mind. I walked out of the store with my dream dress, the one I came there to try on and I bought it off the rack at a discounted price. I highly recommend this store!

The owner is amazing. She made me feel like it was a special time for her even though she does this everyday. She was very personable and honestly seemed like a family member by the end of the appointment. The selection of dresses was incredibyle and the prices were unbelievable. I found this boutique online because I was specially looking for a gown, to my surprise they didn't have that gown in store, but they turned that appointment around by finding dresses that were within budget and within what I was looking for...and guess what? I found my dress on that same day! They were so knowledgeable and friendly that I was soooo pleased with how great they are at what they do. They had us celebrate with champagne and everything. I love love love my dress and I'm so thank full Pure Luxe Bridal was the one there to help me find it!

My perfect dress. I had to have this dress. Pure Luxe Bridal made it happen! I drove from Austin to Dallas searching for my dream dress. This dress was everything to me. I went to a trunk show in Mansfield for this dress only to be surprised it was not there. I was short on time and located Pure Luxe Bridal on my phone as my sister was driving searching for a bridal gown store. It was just about closing time and I called them. They were booked solid with appointments because it was a Saturday and of course they were booked up! They said they had the exact dress I was looking for and allowed me the opportunity to stop by and view my dream dress. I was able to try it on and bought it then and there. I don't know what I would've done had it not been for these fairy godmothers of wedding dresses! My dream became reality at Pure Luxe Bridal and I am so so thankful!

I found Pure Luxe Bridal through a couple of different wedding shows (my company had a booth next to theirs several times) and I knew that when it was time to look for my dress, they were high on the list! I made an appointment on a Sunday and from the moment we walked in the door everything was fantastic. Michelle was extremely helpful and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a dress and what would be flattering on me. The whole process of trying on dress was so easy and smooth with them. Michelle and one of the other girls (I can't remember her name) were there to help me with every one but gave me space to change when I needed it and didn't hover like some other store I have been to. I had narrowed it down to a 2 dress that I liked, but Michelle convinced me to try on one last dress because she thought it was everything that I was looking for. Keep in mind I had just about sent the dress back because I thought I had it narrowed down to the final 2 but she told me to give it a chance! The last dress that Michelle pulled ended up being the dress of my dreams! It was absolutely everything that I had asked her for and she clearly paid attention and knew what I wanted event if I didn't know it yet! They also helped me find the perfect sash and veil to match my dress! Thank you Michelle and Pure Luxe Bridal! You made finding my dream dress such an amazing experience! i will definitely be recommending all of my friends to you!

Michelle was the BEST. They were really patient with me when initially booking my appointment. Unfortunately my bridesmaids are all out of state and my mother was only able to attend with me, but Pure Luxe made my experience a fairytale. I said YES TO THE DRESS. There was no pressure at all. They were amazing very nice and professional. I went to 8 bridal salons and of all of them they had the best selection and put the most care in the appointment. They truly care for every person that walks in the door. They also spend time finding out what you want and don't try to have u try dresses on that you "just have to see it on"! If you don't like something about it they say ok let's take it off and try something else.

Pure Luxe Bridal and their team of dress specialists are awesome! After coming across Pure Luxe Bridal I made my appointment for a Saturday afternoon with a pretty broad idea of what I might want and not much enthusiasm for trying on dresses, but it was an wonderful experience. Michelle had a variety of dresses ready for me to try based on our conversation, and my party was able to sit back and sip some champagne as she orchestrated everything. Michelle made the experience very personal and I felt completely comfortable; she obviously cares about her dresses and is extremely good at helping you narrow your options. She also let us browse after the appointment through their selection of mother of the bride dresses, which was wonderful. And when I went to pick up my dress, Michelle was able to find me the perfect veil as well! I highly recommend Pure Luxe to anyone who wants a "special moment" shopping experience with a store that really cares.

Michelle and her husband won points with us when we met them at a bridal show. My daughter was set that Pure Luxe would be the 1st place she visited. It was-- first and last. Michelle went above and beyond to explain every single detail to my husband (extremely important! !) and nothing was ever a surprise. She helped me find my dress, which was stunning. Pure Luxe Bridal is awesome! I had an appointment with them on a Friday and I ended up finding my dream dress the day before. I still needed everything else though (veil, jewelry, shoes, etc.). I called them to let them know that I no longer needed my dress appointment but was wondering if I could come for accessories. I was sure that they would be upset with me and not want me to waste their time. That wasn't the case at all!! They were so sweet and congratulated me on finding my perfect dress and they helped me find my dream veil. They special ordered exactly what I have been looking for. It came in extremely fast and is absolutely perfect! I didn't actually dress shop there, but it looked like they have an amazing selection and they are very patient and incredibly helpful. I rented the tuxes for my groom and his two groomsmen from Pure Luxe. The prices beat everything else in the area, and they had more styles to choose from! The ladies working were very helpful, and everything fit perfectly. Definitely recommend!

I first went to Pure Luxe Bridal to see a wedding dress I fell in love with online. Michelle and her staff were so helpful in assisting me find my dream dress and also took the time to let me try on as many other options as I wanted it be sure I had made the right choice. They offer a very hands on approach and provided great customer service and communication throughout the process and answered all my questions so that I felt comfortable in ordering my gown. They even worked out a special time for me to pick up my dress which allowed me to bring all the girls in my family who were in town for the holidays so that they could see the dress since they had not been with me when I first picked it out. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend this shop to anyone.

I drove in from Houston for an open house at our venue. Found this boutique and walked in, not knowning that they are appt. only. Michelle was truly awesome. She took her time with my family and made sure the gown shopping experience was as stress free as possible. Michelle and her team were awesome. I wasn't even sure if what I was looking for in my gown and they were so patient while I tried everything on. I certainly didn't plan on walking out of there with my gown, but I did just that!! Great staff, great value, personal service and attention!

Great little boutique that delivered a high level of professionalism and made my dress shopping like a scene from a movie. My family was invited to come shopping with me, I was the only bride/customer in the store (this is how they schedule), we were offered champagne, and I think I tried on about every dress in the store without any hesitation from the associate working with me or the owner (who actually kept the store open late so I could retry on my top picks and make my final decision). If you're looking for an experience that is all about the experience itself for the bride, great customer service, fair prices, and a very good variety of styles, I highly recommend this boutique.

Michelle is awesome! She took a great deal of time with me on July 30th helping me find the perfect wedding dress for my Hawaiian beach wedding in October. The dress was perfect! Even when the seamstress (not someone she had referred me to) spilt yellow sewing machine oil all over the chiffon two weeks before the wedding, Michelle was on the phone immediately with me to help problem-solve on how to get it fixed. Happy to say it all came out and I looked beautiful in my Maggie Sottero on Oct 25th! I got to wear it again for our Texas reception last month - not many brides get to wear their dress twice but it was as beautiful as I'd remembered! Thank you for everything Michelle!!!

Just when I thought shopping for my dress was going to be a disaster, my sister called Michelle at Pure Luxe Bridal and they STAYED open for us to get there. Michelle and her husband post poned their dinner to stay and make my wedding gown shopping everything that I wanted it to be. They served champagne, talked with me about my ideas for a dress, and really worked with what I liked and didn't like. They never rushed me out the door, even though they were supposed to be closed! I ordered my gown that day and she kept me posted on its arrival and everything in between! My dress is beautiful and so was my experience at Pure Luxe!

Pure Luxe Bridal was wonderful!! The girls are so friendly and excited for you! They let you pick out your own dresses and then listen to what you're saying about each dress as you try them on to help direct you to the best one. They don't pressure you or push you, instead they listen to you and work with you to try and get the best fit. I absolutely loved my experience at Pure Luxe Bridal and would recommend them to any bride!!

A wonderful bridal salon! The variety of dresses was superb! My daughter wanted a new dress, but with a vintage look! They had just the dress. They even gave us the discount on the veil and thru in the sash for free! When it was time to have the dress clean, they were so very helpful!

I am originally from NY and that's where I'm getting married. I had done a lot of research and visited some vendors up there. But since I had moved to the DFW area, I wanted to order from a local shop. I am so glad I went with Pure Luxe Bridal! My experience was amazing! Although I had already decided on the gown I wanted to order, received personal, one on one service from Michelle. She took her time to help me choose the color and find the perfect veil. She walked through every step of the purchase process since this was such a major purchase for my wedding. She truly takes great care with her inventory and with her customers. I fell in love with my dress on-line and no one in the metroplex carried it in their shop. I stopped by Pure Luxe Bridal to see if they happened to carry it or if it would be included in an upcoming trunk show. Michelle took the time to call the trunk show to find out. When the representative informed her it would not be in the trunk show, Michelle offered to order a sample for me. I only had to pay the shipping cost. I LOVED it!! It was exactly what I had been looking for! I am so grateful Michelle made it possible for me to get the perfect wedding dress!

My experience with Pure Luxe was pleasant from beginning to end. After I gave Michelle and her staff my contact info at a bridal show, they called periodically to inform me of their sales and offer help finding a dress. I hesitated to visit given my tight budget, but I am so happy I visited the store. Michelle takes excellent care of her gowns, from greeting you at the door with moist towelettes to wipe your hands, to providing a gauzy face cover to prevent makeup smudges. This means her gowns are in immaculate condition. Since I was looking at sample gowns, her care and attention were reassuring. Michelle and her ladies were helpful without being pushy and they were friendly and polite toward my mother. Although the salon doesn't have a huge selection, I could see that Michelle selects each gown carefully. I visited probably 10 salons looking for my dress and ultimately found a gorgeous gown at a great price. Pure Luxe is definitely worth a visit. Thank you, Michelle and team!

While visiting Plano Texas with my mom to visit friends in Early January, my mother suggested that we take a day and look for wedding gowns. My wedding is tentatively set for mid September and I have only looked at one place in Colorado, where Im from. One of my friends suggested Pure Luxe but said she knew nothing of the place except that it was nearby. So, we made an appointment and went in. I explained that we were "just looking" and that I was from out of state, but that information did not seem to deter Michelle from giving me her full attention. I was expecting to try on some dresses and have some mom/daughter time and move on... I think I tried on about 9 or 10 dresses that were nice but just not the right one for me. Michelle showed me a Maggie Sottero dress that, on the hanger, I did not think I would like, and dismissed it.. She saw something in it that I didnt. After I tried on all the dresses that I liked, sipped some champagne and was treated to Michelle's kindness, sweet demeaner and patience (knowing that I probably was'nt buying anything) Michelle asked if I would give the Sottero dress a try. I agreed, although I was sure I wouldnt like it.. I was so wrong.. I fell in love with this dress. Michelle put a veil on my head and a necklace around my neck and even had some flowers for me to hold.. needless to say, I walked out of her store in tears, happy and with the dress of my dreams ordered.. I had no idea..!! It was great and Im so thankful that Michelle was so hospitable and willing to help me knowing I was from out of state.. Thank you so much Michelle! I highly recommend this store. It is small, quaint, and very personal. I see why she requires an appointment..It is well worth the one on one attention and care!

Moderate selection of dresses; however, Michelle really knows what she is talking about. I went in with an open mind, but with a vision of a "unique" dress. Michelle nailed it with the first dress I tried on. Absolutely perfect. I tried on others, but dress 1 was "the one". The service was awesome, and the staff is very friendly. After searching the large brand name dress shops with terrible service and no luck I came across Pure Luxe Bridal nestled in a little shopping center, I thought there was no way I would find my dress in this small shop. As I walked in and was greeted with a sweet smile and beautiful gowns all around me I knew there was a chance. Michelle was the kindest person that really careful about me and what I was looking for. She pulled dresses off the rack that she knew would really flatter me, when I disagreed she stayed firm and told me to just give it a try. She was no rookie! After I tried on all the dresses I wanted to she gave me her suggested dress and despite my first opinions I was completely surprised when I walked out of the dressing room and fell in love instantly! She knew it would be perfect and it was. I was treated with care and compassion and that's what made the experience worth while. So next time you think your going to find a deal at that big name brand store, think again becuase sometimes a deal isn't enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her team! Pure Luxe was my first stop for trying on wedding gowns and within just an hour or so I had found my perfect dress :) My mom and I were welcomed into the store with open arms and given undivided attention while we talked over dress styles and wedding details. Michelle knows her stuff and truly made an otherwise complicated decision very simple and fun. It was exactly the experience I always imagined it would be! Not to mention, she carries an amazing selection of designers and takes extremely good care of every product in the store. Go to Pure Luxe, you won't regret it!

Michelle knows her dresses! She picked the Sottero-Midgley Adorae for me, and at first glance I doubted her, but once I had the dress on, I was in love! I went to two bridal outlets with scheduled appointments and felt like I was treated like a someone who just walked in off the street, rushed, and pushed to make a decision. With Pure Luxe Bridal, it was the exact opposite.
I was someone who did not have an appointment, but Michelle allowed us to schedule one on a day she that was super busy for her. Her shop is a DREAM. The dresses are amazing, and you feel so special trying them on. As a plus sized bride, I had been told over and over that a dress I liked was not available to try on because of my size, but at Pure Luxe, Michelle make feel comfortable with my body as I was able to try on the gorgeous gowns to get an idea of what I wanted. She was patient and attentive to not only me, but my mother and friends who had tagged along.

When it came time to pick up my dress, she opened the shop on a Sunday morning so we could pick it up. I was cutting it close for alteration so I could do my bridals, and the dress turned out amazing. Michelle and her team were great to work with and was definitely worth the drive.

I looked for a dress for 3 months. Many sales people acted like I was a bother and they wanted me to quickly choose a dress when the dresses they tried on me did not look good. I really didn't want to have to settle on a wedding dress that didn't make me feel like a bride. One afternoon I walked into Pure Luxe without an appointment just to see what type of dresses they carry. Michele took the time to work with me without an appointment since she was available at that time and she completely worked with me on dresses that were all different styles until I found the one I loved. Trying all different styles really helped me so when I made my choice I didn't have to keep looking as it was the perfect dress for me. Michele worked with me right until the dress arrived and was sent to alterations. Michele is a very professional business woman and very customer service oriented. For me, she went above and beyond to make my day perfect. I will now become a walking/talking advertisement for Pure Luxe. If you want to find that perfect dress and be able to trust a business that won't let you down, call Michele and she will give you the wedding experience of a lifetime. I am a first time customer but I know all of my friends and family will definitely purchase from Pure Luxe in the future.

When I walked in they were so nice and quick to greet. As soon as I told her what I was looking for she grabbed about 5 dresses and helped me every step of the way. I went to 4 other stores and nobody was able to help me with the certain dress I was trying to find. She was very helpful in helping find the perfect dress and even gave me her honest opinion on what looked good on me. I picked a dress out that very first day. I couldn't of done it without her and I am very excited to wear my very own one of a kind dress.

I very much enjoyed working with Michelle at Pure Luxe. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Not only did I end up buying my dress (which I absolutely love) from her but also accessories and shoes. I would highly recommend going to Pure Luxe if you are looking for a very personalized experience. I first heard about Pure Luxe bridal at the Dallas Bridal Show. Automatically, I felt so comfortable after meeting the owners Don and Michelle. I fell in love with the "Miri" dress by Maggie Sottero! I didn't feel pressured at all, my whole family was there, and they made it so easy. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my gown and received so many compliments from my guests at my wedding.

There are so many wedding dresses and stores out there, that I didn't know what I was going to do, because I had been turned off by the filthiness of some of the stores.
I found a dress in a magazine that I loved and looked on-line to see who carried it. Pure Luxe was listed and I made an appointment.
I was very impressed with the process these ladies take you through. First of all their wedding dresses are their priority in keeping them as clean as possible. You are given a hand wipe before touching any dresses. If you have make-up on, you are given a cover to put over your face. This was very impressive and gave me feeling of the cleanliness of the store.

Michelle has a wonderful shop. As the other reviewers said, it is by appointment only. This allows you to have a personal experience rather than being pushed through like cattle (I'm looking at you LuLu's). I went in with one type of dress in mind and eventually came out with something different than what I originally wanted, but it was gorgeous and unique (Maggie Sottero). My photographer even said my dress was not like a lot of the others she's seen and I received a lot of compliments from people (it really did fit my personality), which is a testament to her dress selection. Michelle and her staff let me try on different dresses to help me figure out my style. Since my family lives out of town, my mom wasn't able to make all the dress shopping dates. Michelle, unlike many other shops, let us take pictures to send to my mom so she could weigh in. She was so understanding of the situation. When my dress finally came in (just remember it can take up to 4 months for your dress to come in if you don't buy off the rack), I had to go to my fitting alone. She was a great support and even teared up with me as I saw what I would look like walking down the aisle. She will listen to what you want and need and will not try to put you in something that is out of your budget. She is so willing to make you happy and give you good advice. I bought my dress, veil, and jewelry from her and all were beautiful.

my dress was perfect and i found a great belt and veil to go with it. they are always having bridal show sales and have good discounts on shoes, belts and veils! I got my veil for $25! the associates are very nice and happy to help. the main lady is usually stressed from trying to do everything but aside from that it was great. they allowed me to try on as many and whatever dress i wanted. i ended up picking a dress off the mannequin that was brand new! everyone raved about my dress and how gorgeous it was :)

I appreciate the small family style environment at Pure Luxe Bridal. I had a very smooth and easy wedding dress shopping experience. I am thankful they have appointment only options so they knew I was coming and I wasn't surrounded by other brides trying to look around as well. I came in with an open mind on what dress I wanted and left with a perfect piece that will be remembered for years to come.

One con was when I put Pure Luxe Bridal into my phone it took me to a different location and I had no idea where I was. Hopefully that issue is already fixed since I believe it was just because they recently moved locations.

I was thrilled with the dress I bought. I brought in a picture from another shop and she found me an identical dress (but in my size) - floor sample - and cut the price in half to beat the competitor's price. She also taught me how to wash it in a washing machine - which worked!

WEDDING RUINERS! My wedding dress consultation was the day after my dad's memorial. I wasn't exactly interested in reserving a dress that day and was only there to fulfill my schd' appt. I found a dress I liked but not yet ready to settle for the first shop I visited. Especially since Michelle came off a little desperate. She convinced us to reserve the dress and accessories (veil and jacket) by offering us a substantial discount if we placed a deposit that day she even threw in a blusher veil for FREE. At the time my measurements were not yet taken so the dress would be ordered on our next schd' visit 2 months later. Just a month later, payments were made covering the cost of the dress but still nothing was ordered because my measurements were due to be taken within a month. I then called the store to ask if there was a possible way to forgo the jacket and move on with the purchase of the dress providing nothing was ordered by Pure Luxe so they would not be at a financial loss. I also explained that I was mourning my dad's death when we selected the dress/accessories and begged that she use the money I had been paying her that amounted to the price of the dress and that she could keep the remainder because I understood that it is their policy to not issue refunds. I read my contract thoroughly before requesting this. The owner then had one of her employees send me a revised contract removing the jacket as I requested, but added back all of the discounts she offered for reserving on that day. This made the total the exact same and wasn't fair to us since the discounts that equated to the price of the jacket were contingent upon us reserving that day. She even added on the price of the blusher veil the "GIFT" she offered US!

We didn't agree these new terms were fair and she stated that SHE WOULD NOT ORDER MY DRESS AND WOULD KEEP ALL OF THE MONEY WE PAID. The heartache of trying to convince her to order what we paid for is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone.
