    I loved this venue! We had a formal 2 course Dining-In for the Army ROTC Indianapolis. We have a timeline and script for the entire evening. The structure between this event and a wedding is almost the same. Basically what I'm trying to say, this is absolutely the right venue if anyone has a strict timeline to follow. The staff is friendly and professional. Miss. Sullivan, the owner, was flexible and very patient. Not to mention this venue is very affordable. We will absolutely be using this venue again.

    Primo's staff is wonderful, from the initial planning meetings to cleaning up after the reception and everything in between. I would gladly hold any event there again!

    Mary Ann was wonderful. Everything was excellent. She went above and beyond to be accomodating to our needs.

    They were awesome! Very clean, roomy, and nice. The staff was very nice and the food was awesome! Plenty of food for everyone too. The bar was open, not too expensive and the drinks were made very well. If I had to do it all over again there are some things I would change but, I would still have my reception at Primos. They even had a sign out front congradulating me and my husband out front with our names and everyone knew where they were is where they were supposed to be!

    They were absolutely wonderful. The management and staff truly 'get' that it's your day. They took care of all the details of my reception setup and I didn't worry once that it wouldn't be right...in fact it far exceeded my expectations!

    I had many compliments on how classy the decorations were (they set up for you and offer some of their own with or without charge, along with pack decorations back up for you to pick up in a few days), how delicious the food was, and what a great evening everyone had. My contact, Mary Ann, is extremely pleasant to work with, offered great suggestions, worked to make my vision come true, and made my evening truly memorable. I had bar service, and it went well. The servers were also quick to help. The only problem I experienced was a second cake (to go along with my tiered cake) wasn't able to be placed on the cake table because of a problem with the icing being "smooshed." It may or may not have been delivered that way. I'll never know.

    We really enjoyed using this venue for our reception. The staff there was helpful and very friendly. They worked with us picking everything out (tablecloths, menu, etc) and everything was set up just as we had described.

    Mary Anne was really great taking in all of our requests, and setting everything up. We had unlimited time for our 250-person wedding reception. With open bar, buffet dinner with several entre & side options, we paid around $8,000.

    We did have to end up paying more to keep the bar open an extra hour, at first they wanted to charge by drink (we already paid a $17 per-person fee), but my dad talked them into a flat rate. However, as the bride, I was so busy I didn't realize the bar had closed (they don't announce that or, apparently, tell you) but they gave me a glass of wine when I came up to ask.

    This really was a good experience with Primo's. We had a movie-themed wedding (my husband & I met at the movie theater!) and Mary Ann did a great job setting everything up to our specifications, and receving the cake, etc. However, my biggest complaint is that I asked to have these string lights hung from the ceiling in tulle, ( even bought the lights), but the way it was done looked SUPER cheap to me!!! I kinda wanted to climb a ladder in my dress and pull them down! Yikes! But minor, no one even remembered seeing them when I asked.
