  I highly recommend this company; from the great customer service and affordable price to the cleanliness of the vehicle all the way to the amazing hospitality of the chauffeur, everything was absolutely perfect!
  
  I recently planned a bachelorette party for a very close friend; this is the text I received from her the morning after: "I had an absolute BLAST last night. Thank you beyond thank you for hosting such a great night!! The bus ("The Highroller" 24-26 passengers) was beautiful, inside and out! I hope you had as much fun as the rest of the girls and I did!"

  I loved the limo driver and the limo that I had for my batchelorette party! So professional, clean, and most of all fun! The night went perfectly and I could not have been happier with Presidental Limos!

  Presidential Limos was a recommendation from my cousins wedding. Presidential Limos was wonderful to work with. Before the ceremony, we just told our driver to drive and she ended up in the beautiful neighborhood and we as started ogling over the house. It was the perfect way to decompress before all of the craziness before the ceremony.

  Presidential limousine was fantastic to work with! My emails were always answered quickly and efficiently. We used their services as a transfer from our venue to an airport hotel and couldn't be more pleased. The stretch camero showed up early to wow our guests! The driver was very nice to everyone and let people take a peak inside while we were finishing up saying goodbye. Once on the road we asked to stop for a snack and advil and she immediately pulled into the first gas station. She also took us on a quick detour to our house after we realized we forgot an important document for our honeymoon. She was super friendly and so helpful. I can not remember our drivers name, but a huge thanks goes out to her for making the end of our big day nice and relaxing!

  the limo showed up on time but that was the only good thing, it was over 90 degrees and the air cond was not working and they apparently have no back up plan for problems, the water and ice ran out, the suspension was bad and the driver was unfamiliar with the popular locations for pictures (ted drewers & forest part) in St. Louis and kept loosing time using the gps... the owner/mgr. Ray would not answer the phone on our day and took over a week to answer us period... we eventually got a partial refund but like pulling teeth.. use anyone else !!!!!!

  Terrible!!! Terrible!!!!!!!

  My fiance was treated really poorly by Sunny at presidential limo. She was spoken to in a rude and condescending way. Sunnie was not trying to honor his word on the initial time frame that we have on our contract. his unprofessional baffled us. Here we are trying to plan a joyful event and this rude vendor lied to us and treated us like dirt. This business need to be terminated!

  We used this company for our wedding on 8/26/17 and requested a shuttle to take our guests from the hotel they were staying at to our wedding reception. We requested that this service start at 5:45pm and continue for an hour. At 6:15, while downtown taking pictures, my new husband and I started receiving texts and phone calls from family members asking what time the shuttle was supposed to arrive. It never showed up. We ended up calling the company and the driver had left because "nobody was in the lobby", which was entirely untrue. Over 50% of our guests were in the lobby because they were staying at the hotel. My 90 year old great aunt had actually been standing outside in front of the hotel in the heat waiting for over 40 minutes. We ended up having to send our party bus to help pick up guests which stranded the bridal party at one location downtown.
  
  This caused about half of our guests to miss the cocktail hour at our reception that we had paid for, and for us to miss out on another picture location because we had to send our bus away.
  
  As soon as we mentioned that we didn't think we should pay for a service that never would have showed up without us calling them to ask, the owner we talked to became extremely unpleasant. He ended up crediting us for about 5% of our total cost and when we said we didn't think we should pay for the shuttle at all because of what we lost out on, he hung up the phone on us. He also mentioned that he wasn't making us pay for the "extra time" we had the party bus like that would make us feel better. We only needed that extra time because our party bus had to act as a shuttle. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life. Everyone we dealt with leading up to the wedding was super helpful and pleasant, but as soon as they had our money, service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. It's easy to be nice to people when things are perfect, but being rude to and hanging up on custom
