Prashe Decor is wonderful to work with!

I have used Prashe decor for multiple weddings in Texas, and abroad, with many of their designers, and have had really great experiences. Most recently, I have been working with them for a client in Texas and have had clear communication, wonderful design services, and am looking forward to a great event. I also had a gorgeous wedding in Mexico that was executed flawlessly, and the clients were extremely happy! I love working with them because what you see is what you get, Prashe herself is very wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with as well.

Designers with your perfect vision!

We can't recommend Prashe Decor enough! We had a client that was caught in the COVID pandemic that has hit our industry and our clients really hard. Coordinating over 30 vendors for just this one event was challenging enough while trying to adjust to our new normal and calm our clients nerves. Prashe Decor reassured us and our clients their perfect event was going to be on track with Prashe in our corner. They worked with us immediately in rescheduling and even redesigning this event due to other obstacles we incurred. Prashe Decor and the Prashe Team have been a god send and we would highly recommend them to anyone! We absolutely love the ease of working with them as a team!!!

My wedding planner referred us to Prashe and they did not disappoint. We worked closely with Bilen and he was great to work with. He came back with drawing after drawing to make sure it met our vision and was amazing on finding a the flowers/decor that fit our budget. The final result was even better than I could have imagined.

Prashe is extremely talented at creating and designing beautiful events! The best part is her weddings are never cookie cutter, each of the events she designs all have their own unique look and style. I was worried the planning process would be difficult because my wedding was in Dallas but I live in Baltimore but Prashe was extremely accommodating making the process easy and seamless. Throughout my planning process she invested a lot of time with me from conception to completion helping brainstorm decor ideas and making sure that my dream wedding design would be brought to life in the best way possible. She took my enchanted garden theme and brought it to life so beautifully and the final product far exceeded my expectations. All my guests were blown away by my stage and table decor and loved how unique and elegantly it was all put together. Prashe is definitely the one to go to if you're looking for quality, innovative, original and high-end event designs!

Would use them for any type of event. A lot of people think that this company specializes in just one thing however, they have gone above and beyond for my events. Christmas and carnival theme. They are amazing!!!!!

WOW! What an experience. I produce a very popular television show in Dallas and we employed Prashe Decor to plan and design one of our big all cast events. From top to bottom the experience was absolutely incredible and worth every penny. Prashe herself was extremely responsive, we talked on the phone, through email and text and it didn’t seem that any of my 1 MILLION questions ever annoyed her. In the beginning, I gave her a single theme as I knew how I wanted the event to “feel” but wasn’t sure how I wanted it to “look”, so I trusted Prashe because as she was rattling off her ideas, I was intrigued. I’ll be honest some of her ideas are a bit over the top because she’s super creative and I’m sure you will feel like “there is no way she could pull something like that off!” Well she did! I mean it was just incredible. For example, she kept talking about this “cotton candy wall” and while it sounds FAB, I was thinking, “this lady is crazy! There is no way she is pulling off a wall of cotton candy” — As I walked through the door of the venue as Prashe and her team were setting up, guess what I see…A COTTON CANDY WALL!!!! Soooo cool! I say all of that to say, she is super creative and whatever she tells you she can do, trust me…she can do! She had a nice sized staff who were all extremely professional and this may sound silly but I loved that they had matching t-shirts — it just speaks to the professionalism of a company when the team seems like they are on one accord. I won’t get into the exact budget that we had but I will say, the party looked as if it cost about 40k - 50k dollars and I can assure you, it didn’t cost that at all. So all in all, I am impressed. I enjoyed her. The space was great, the decor was AMAZINNGGGGG and I would whole-heartedly say that you should feel totally comfortable trusting that she can plan any of your events and make it FAB!

I was blown away by the décor at my wedding. Prashe seriously captured my dream wedding and brought it to life. Her team was extremely personable and you can tell they love what they do. We had two wedding ceremonies and her team was so patient and went out of their way to make everything beautiful for us. I highly recommend Prashe!!!!!!!

Prashe did an amazing job at our wedding! I am so glad we went with her because she was able to make our vision come to life in a way I could not have ever imagined. My husband and I loved the work that Prashe and her staff did for our sangeet, wedding, and reception! We were astonished at how amazing the decor was during the actual event. Prashe and her staff were such a pleasure to work with and had so many creative ideas. They were great at giving you a variety of options while still staying within budget.

I love working with Prashe and her team at Prashe Décor. They donated 100 table cloths, 1,000 chair covers and a large golden frame for photo ops to our event. The linens are beautiful and really make the ballroom look special! They are very creative and always deliver on time. I would recommend Prashe Décor rentals for any event!

I cannot recommend Prashe Decor highly enough! I wanted a wedding that was super elegant, a bit exotic but chic and tasteful. She did an amazing job! I live in Chicago and the wedding was at Hotel ZaZa in Dallas. I had 6 weeks and I could not physically be there to do anything. I sent Prashe some inspiration photos and told her to "Take it and run with it!" What she put together took my breath away. It was elegant, tasteful and oh so very chic. My guests are STILL talking about it! I have already informed my husband that for our anniversary I would love to have an intimate dinner for 30 of our closest friends, and have Prashe work her magic again to re create that amazing look and feel she did for our reception. I could not have been more impressed, or recommend anyone more highly!

Prashe did an amazing job decorating for my 25th anniversary party! Not only were the decorations beautiful, but she also quickly adjusted to changes. Last minute we had to cover the outdoor area with tenting due to weather. However, she was prepared with extra lighting and a plan to adjust the decorations to work with the tenting. I plan on using her services any time I have a major event and I would recommend that anyone and everyone do the same.

Prashe Decor is by far one of the best design experts in Dallas. I was impressed with their selection and quality. Their team is wonderful to work with. They have prompt responses, expert opinions, and pay close attention to detail. I was not disappointed on any level. Prashe also knows how to work with your budget and will help you achieve the look you want for your special day. Would definitely use Prashe Decor in the future and will always recommend them to anyone! On a side note, she also has an amazing clothing line!

Prashe made all my wedding dreams come true.. Prachi sat down with me, initially, and got an idea of what i was looking for.. then she pretty much took over.. I didn't have to find a lot of different vendors.. Prashe pretty much handled everything at my wedding from my dress to decor and even the flowers.. In the end, everything turned out soo perfect and exactly the way I wanted it.. people are still talking about my wedding to this day.. :)

My company (large consulting firm in Dallas) had their holiday party at Prashe. Everyone loved the venue in the design district. Tons of space allowed us to have a band, plenty of seating for dinner and a dance floor. Lighting and decor is the best I have seen. Would highly recommend for a personal or corporate function.

I had a wonderful experience working with Prashe and the entire staff. I wasn't sure on a few items for my wedding and Prashi was wonderful in reassuring that my event decor would go flawless and she was right! All my events were great and everything went the way we talked about! I had a great experience! The Prashe Showroom was where my reception was and it was the perfect venue and they did a wonderful job in decorating!

Prashe is excellent at bringing to life any idea that you might have for your event (& helping to take it many notches higher with the least amount of hassle & expenses with their amazing ideas borne out of their great style/decor sense & experience).
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had only 12 hours to re-plan & bring our Mandap indoors. For a Mandap that had been extensively planned for weeks as an outdoor set-up; Prashe did such a fabulous job (again with making sure the wedding party was not stressed about the change) that they re-designed, reconfigured, & re-fitted the Mandap to the indoor space we got just hours before the event. The Mandap was so perfect for that space & beautiful that no one could have even imagined that that was not the plan all along.
I recommend you go with Prashe for an event that will be:
*customized to your taste with the advantage of wonderful style add-ons thanks to Prashe's experience,
*done with great professionalism and least amount of hassles, &

The most talented decor team I have ever seen! They transformed the ballroom my wedding was at into a gorgeous traditional Indian setup and flipped it in 3 hours for my swanky, fun reception, that our guests still have not stopped talking about! Prashi Shah, what do I say about this talented, innovative and young entrepreneur. There are no words that I can express about how grateful I am to her for making my wedding-“picture perfect.” She guided me every step of the way and made sure I was extremely happy with everything. Besides being very professional, she was very flexible to work with. I am forever indebted to her for making my dream come true. I wish I could do it all over just to work with her again!

Prashe handled all the decor for both of our wedding events. The decor at the first event was quite literally jaw dropping. Almost everyone was complimenting the stage setup. It's hard to believe that the decor at the reception was even better! Beautiful arrangement of the seating, flowers, and lighting. The entire setup definitely grabbed your attention. Prashe was also a delight to work with.

Prashe Decor did an amazing job on my wedding. We had 3 days of events and each day was a different look and looked absolutley stunning! "When I chose Prashe Decor, I didn't realize how important of a decision I was making. Now I realize that I wouldn't have had the absolutely amazing wedding that I had, if I had trusted any other vendor. Our wedding was in Austin but our guests were from Houston and LA and both sides couldn't praise the fabulous decor enough! Everyone kept telling me how beautiful of a job I had done but I knew that all this credit was due to Purvi Patel and her team. Throughout the planning process I had reservations and was unsure about how everything would come together, but Purvi was always reassuring, patient, friendly, and overall was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated her positive attitude and the fact that she gave me options to help keep the cost reasonable. I was blown away by the ambience Purvi created at my Mehndi and the wedding mandap was the most beautiful one I've ever seen. They did an awesome job despite the lack of my reception venue they had to deal with. The only problem was that I wished she had more people to assign in order to finish the work before people came in. There was only two workers plus my wedding planner and her assistant to do 25+ tables and they couldn't finish in time. Other than that, her décor is awesome!

Prashe Decor transformed a hotel ballroom into something more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I was a little worried when I started working with them. However, I have to say they made my wedding reception look amazing. Everyone complimented on the linen and center pieces. The are easy to work with and in return worked well with my family and myself. They are super creative so if you are looking for a unique reception call them.

They do a good job, although they are a bit pricey

Prashe we worked with Bilan for our decor and the flowers for our wedding.
It was a great experience. He listens to what you have to say and works with you to get the best possible outcome.

Beautiful decor!

The decor was gorgeous and of the few memories I have of our wedding day (it was such a blur lol), I remember walking into the room and down the aisle thinking how beautiful everything was. They came, they set up, and they packed it all up....making that portion of my day effortless. I had some frustrations prior getting there due to glitches in their billing system causing a lot of inaccurate quoting etc that became very frustrating. I also don't particularly like the fact that they have invoices and quotes that reflect two different sets of numbers....as a customer....just give me the number that counts! I need itemized listing of everything and prices, the tax, any fees, and the total. As long as I have that, I am good. I know that tax is awkward on rentals but I can't do anything about that so it doesn't matter to me how that is divided up. Dhara was great! She was always happy to explain things, meet with us for any issues and concerns, and provided excellent customer service in response to any concerns. I hope that by now they have figured out the glitches with their billing system and maybe hired some more people as everything had to be scheduled all the time to get anything done and unfortunately, weddings don't really accommodate for that.

Prashe did the staging for my wedding (canopy and rugs), and I also purchased some custom-clothing from them.

As far as the staging was concerned, it was perfect. We changed our mind several times, and Prashe was flexible and understanding. It wasn't a big order, but they still took it seriously and delivered.

Prashe also designed several sari blouses and a skirt for my wedding events. I really enjoyed working with the designers; they are a creative and talented group. However, Prashe could improve on time management and execution/fit. The skirt for my sangeet was too tight...I expressed this during my final fitting, but it didn't seem like they wanted to fix it and I felt pressured to take it as is. The piece worked out okay but it wasn't great, especially given the cost. When I contacted the designer later, he altered the skirt for me, which I really appreciated.

If you have the time and patience, Prashe is a great option, especially for sari blouses.

Prashe decor did a great job for my ceremony and reception. While it took me many iterations to get to the vision I wanted, we did eventually get there and it was all executed beautifully day of. I got many compliments on decor fortunately, but I was worried sick about whether they would execute properly given how miserable it had been to deal with them leading up to the day of.

My biggest and most frustrating complaint about dealing with them is their complete lack of responsiveness. I would have email and call so so so many times before I ever got a response, god forbid I had a change or a question etc.They seem to be significantly understaffed. While I had read similar reviews on this, it didn't feel like a big deal initially when I started the planning process, because I got what I perceived to be a good value on many items, so I went with them. There aren't a lot of great alternatives for wedding decor in Dallas. If I had do it all over again, I'd probably still use them, but only because I don't think there's a better alternative. However, it was an incredibly stressful and frustrating process coordinating everything with them. Just be ready to be persistent in following up with them and get everything in writing.

Prashe did a wonderful job on my custom wedding gown for the reception. The color, fit and design were exactly what I was hoping for! I also did my wedding decor for both days with Prashe, and felt that I could've been provided with a little more, based on how expensive everything was! They also were not as flexible as I hoped - when I wanted to make a change regarding the decor, they said that it would charge a change fee, which seemed unnecessary and exploitative. I was able to negotiate them out of it, but it took a lot of time, stress and hassle - something that you definitely should not have to do during an already crazy, stressful time! Bottom line, I would recommend Prashe was custom wedding clothes, especially if you will not be able to travel to India/Pakistan to do your wedding shopping - they turn out beautiful if you have a specific look in mind and want it to fit perfectly, granted that the price tag may break the bank! For decor, I would suggest really shopping around for other vendors - in my case other vendors were already overbooked for my wedding weekend :(

Beware a coordinator who doesn't oversee, or answer her phone when the flowers are three hours late. Too late to do anything about the glitches. The flowers were gorgeous, they just weren't what we ordered or envisioned.
What was the point of those meetings??

The only communication we had was an emailed apology afterwards.

Met with Prashe a few times and clearly stated what i we had envisioned which was very simple considering the price we were paying, the invoices were all correct but in the end some things fell through the cracks. on my invoices i stated no lilies of any kind as i am allergic and my alter pieces had bright pink lilies in them (no pink in my wedding either, colors were red, black and white) then the bouquets for myself and my brides maids were not what i had ordered either. i had said to use roses sparingly and the bridesmaid bouquets a appeared to be all roses... my flowers i know they had an issue with customs so they had to make it on the fly but overall it was way too big and didnt live up to what i had paid for.. also the flower balls they had made for the chapel were all wilting, browning and falling apart... i asked the onsite contact for Prashe to look at them since they were clearly falling apart and was met with rudeness as he began to argue with me as i stood in a pile of petals from the wilted flower balls. i then called my planner who then 3 way called Prashe herself and the two of them talked with the onsite contact to get him to stop arguing with me...after the phone call i sent the bouquets and flower ball back to be fixed at around 12pm they ended up not arriving back at the venue to set up the ballroom and give the bouquets back until 20 minutes before i walked down the aisle(my ceremony started at 6pm) which made it impossible for my photographer to do any before the ceremony pictures with my flowers as well as ballroom shots before guests arrived.. the reception decor was fantastic and overall was what i had envisioned but the ceremony and the bouquets fell very short of my dream vision... i have emailed to let them know of my unhappiness and have been met with email after email saying they will call me to follow up.. here i am at almost a month and a half after my event with no phone call.... overall not worth the hassle

My least favorite vendor to work with. They are difficult to schedule with and not very friendly. The work they did was good, but they Seriously need to consider better customer service. I know multiple people that did not choose to work with them solely because of how they were treated on their first meeting.

I gave Prashe Decor a low review due to lack of response and professionalism when it came to my wedding decor. It was very frustrating to spend so much of our wedding budget towards decor, and Prashe and her team to have complete lack of responsiveness. I would have to call and email numerous times before I ever got a response. They seem to be significantly understaffed and got the impression they spent more time on their bigger weddings. It was an incredibly stressful and frustrating process coordinating everything with them. Just be ready to be persistent in following up with them and get everything in writing. My advice to future brides and grooms: shop and check out what else is out there, you will save the major stress and $$$! its not worth it in the end.

Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Dis-organized and no one knew what was going on (lack of attention to detail). No one ever answered the phone and took days to respond to any urgent phone calls or e-mails. Over-priced. Outcome and decoration on the day of came out nicely but it was NOT pleasant working with them.

Prashe was the worst vendor I dealt with and made the entire wedding weekend stressful and miserable for me and my whole family. I planned my brother's wedding and I echo the reviews describing the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. When I initially spoke with Prashe (the owner) she sold me on her services and was very pleasant. Past that she became difficult to work with and her overall attitude very unpleasant. The staff is nice but will never give you a straight answer on anything. I realized later that this is the theme of how Prashe runs her business--the staff has no authority over making decisions and you are left hanging until Prashe approves the details.
The wedding weekend was a complete disaster. Luckily, Prashe and her staff had agreed to set up all the decor on Saturday since it was a Sunday wedding, so I had time to salvage it. When I came Saturday afternoon, everything was completely sloppy with an unprofessional finish. A few examples:
-The stage carpet was pieced together with visible ivory TAPE and there were visible holes in the carpet.
-A majority of the linens were not pressed and visibly crushed.
-The loveseat had visible black stains and wasn't upholstered properly.
- (Sunday)The flower centerpieces were not what I ordered and the flower girl halo had half dead blooms.
I desperately tried to reach Prashe and her staff but no one answers the office line on the weekend. I emailed Prashe and all her staff and finally got a call that evening from the project manager for our wedding whom I'd never met before and told me this was her first event. Why would you send me a person who a) never worked with me on my proposal and b) had no experience setting up an event? After MUCH micromanagement and long emails to Prashe it was all resolved by Sunday afternoon. But Prashe NEVER responded to a single email even though I specifically asked to talk with her--she forwarded my emails to her staff and they dealt with me.

Terrible Experience

My daughter got married in Cancun this past December. It was a beautiful celebration, but it almost got derailed by Prashe Decor. This review serves as a warning for future brides to think twice before hiring Prashe, particularly Naomi Guridy, whose lack of creativity, professionalism, unresponsiveness, and failure to deliver caused significant stress to our entire family. Thanks to our wedding planners’ heroic efforts, the wedding turned out significantly better than if Prashe had handled the decor as planned.

Lack of creativity and responsiveness: Prashe failed to meet expectations from the start. Despite our initial concerns, we agreed to work with Prashe because the owner assured us that she was confident they could deliver within our budget. Unfortunately, once we executed a contract in July, Naomi’s designs consistently lacked creativity and did little to elevate the decor while also significantly exceeding our agreed upon budget. When we provided Naomi with direct, critical feedback in early September, she handled it poorly and failed to give clear updates on how she planned to address our concerns. After our in-person visit in mid-September, Naomi disappeared for weeks and was totally unresponsive despite repeated follow-ups from our planners. During her absence, Prashe failed to provide updates on Naomi’s behalf or even a timeline within which we could expect to hear back. An updated design proposal (with no budget updates) was finally shared in late October—just six weeks before the wedding—which still required significant revisions. In mid-November, less than a month before the wedding, she shared a revised budget that more than doubled our original total contract value, leaving us with little room to maneuver.

Poor budget transparency: While we expected to exceed our original budget, Prashe’s lack of transparency and communication was appalling. The cost increases were staggering, with inflated charges for labor, transportation, and taxes—many of which had been absent from the original proposal and was never communicated to us as the design evolved. Instead, we were pressured to pay at the last minute without meaningful explanation or a chance to review the budget live as Naomi went on vacation the day after sharing it with us.

Wrongful contract termination: The last straw came just two weeks before the wedding, when Naomi suddenly and unilaterally terminated the contract without notifying us directly or offering a compromise, while retaining the 25% deposit we had paid. This was done with malicious intent to back us into a corner and jeopardize the wedding. It would have been better if Prashe had declined to take us on as clients from the start rather than over-promising and under-delivering to secure the business. In sharp contrast, the replacement vendor executed superbly within our budget in just two weeks!

While the wedding ultimately turned out beautifully, the emotional and financial toll caused by Prashe Decor and Naomi cannot be overstated. Brides deserve vendors who are transparent, reliable, and deliver on their promises—qualities Prashe Decor entirely lacks. We are exploring legal options to address the damage caused by this ordeal and strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution.

Unreliable

Super disappointed in this company. I started working with Alina months ago. Had a handful of conversations, and met with her plenty of times. Everything was all done. She gave me my quote. I met with her one last time to finalize everything. The very next day she sends me an email. “I realize you hadn’t yet decided on a decor vendor for your events, but I am emailing to inform you that we are now fully committed that weekend and would be unable to take on any additional events. I just got the email from our office notifying me so I wanted to touch base right away to let you know!” She knew that we did pick them for our events. I’m less than two months from my wedding. And have to find a new decor company.
If you are thinking about Prashe, look at other vendors. Now that I have gone to talk to other vendors I realized how over priced Prashe is.

Houston Team: Flaked four weeks before our wedding without warning

This review is for the Houston team.

Flaked on our event four weeks out because they suddenly realized they didn't have availability. Told us this via email, not even a phone call. We were completely blindsighted as they had been so wonderful in all of our conversations prior, and there had been zero issues!

Bottom line, if you don't have a $10k+ budget for decor, look elsewhere because they will be great until another bigger, more expensive event comes along. And they won't think twice before leaving you hanging. Or they'll find a way to get you to double your budget. Terribly unprofessional.

Terrible Service and Very Inconsistent

The consultant in which I spoke with was very unprofessional and not very catering to my needs. He explained one proposition during the consult but decided to take over and go a different route instead. He lead me to thinking i would have the wedding of my dreams, but was disappointed when the contract was written in his perspective versus me the bride. I left unsatisfied when went with another company.
Left me with a distasteful taste of how this company was projected as the best.

I reached out to this company several times to discuss potentially working with them with no real response back. I received an email questionnaire which was filled out and played phone tag with one person but no real help or interest level was expressed from this company. Ended up working with mandap creations who went above and beyond my expectations.
