The Best There is!

Posh Events and Isis is only wedding planner/coordinator team to seek if you want your dream wedding to come to life. First let me say it has taken me 2 years to write this review because no words could do them justice. I had interviewed 5 or so wedding coordinators for my wedding but Isis was the only one that reminded me of me. When a bride plans her wedding they think of every single detail, that project/event becomes their baby and they almost become a control freak to see their vision come to live. No one sees the picture like the bride. So you look for that one person in a coordinator to see your plan through so you can actually relax and enjoy your day and see your dream wedding come to life. Isis gave me that and more.
Isis and her team are meticulous in planning and execution. They are the Best there is! From the moment I hired her she surpassed all my expectation. From her website that gave you a platform to list, track your budget, Organize your vendor payments and see you guests layout to the detail understanding of my family and who did what and when. Isis was on top of it. Its almost like she read my thoughts on my wedding day and that of my wedding party as well. None of folka from wedding party lifted a finger because she had it covered. Whatever I needed her team was always available to provide. Before I could say anything she already knew it.
I have been to a few weddings these past few years and I see the bride struggle to relax because she is constantly texted or bridesmaids working to keep the wedding organized till late at night and I am reminded of Isis and her team. I always talk about Isis and compare her to other wedding coordinators and they don't come close to Posh events.
Let me say it again, Posh Event and Isis is the team to go with in the NYC and New Jersey areaand even beyond, if you want your dream wedding to come true.

10/10 Recommend Hiring Isis & Her Team

Isis and her team were awesome to work with. As mentioned above, I found it necessary to have an external DoC due to the lack of support from Pen Ryn. Isis was always available for calls/emails and was on top of communication with our vendors as well. Her team helped set up all of our decor at the venue and she even had an assistant at our hotel to ensure our guests got on the correct shuttle. Overall, we genuinely felt comfortable knowing she was there to handle all of the small details. We had a mishap with our last shuttle (more on that below) and she was a huge help in figuring everything out. She stayed well past her contracted time and went above and beyond to ensure all of us made it home okay. She was incredibly friendly and organized and we were really happy to have her with us on our wedding day.

Isis is incredible!

Hiring Isis as our wedding planner was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process - our only regret is not doing it sooner! During our first consultation, Isis spent over an hour getting to know us and talking about our vision for our wedding (all before we had even hired her). We felt so at ease with her and immediately knew she was the right fit for us. Isis made the wedding planning process feel easy, thinking of every detail and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She is incredibly knowledgable of Philadelphia venues and vendors and was able to make spot-on recommendations about who to hire and how to structure the day. With Isis running the show, our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy it, while knowing that all of the details were taken care of. Isis is incredibly kind person who was a joy to have with us on the most important day of our lives. We miss getting to talk to her all the time now that wedding planning is over!

Outstanding Service!

Isis and her team were absolute life savers! I highly recommend POSH events. We're a pandemic couple and the stress of everything really took its toll on us. Isis was a simple phone call away. She would do her best to reassure us and helped us to rearrange everything. Honestly Isis and her team made our wedding days (we had more then one lol) so memorable. I would hire POSH events again in a heartbeat!

Highly Recommend!

Isis was a Godsend! She was immediately responsive to our inquiry to have a micro wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic. She planned our wedding in a matter of a few months! And even when our venue and wedding dress came with a few hiccups, Isis was quick on her feet and figured out how to turn lemons into something much more than lemonade! She elevated our vision 3-fold and we couldn’t have had a more magical day. Isis treated us like family and we now are grateful for our friendship moving forward. Highly recommend!

Posh Events - A Gift

Isis and her team were absolutely incredible. As mother of the bride, I was nervous about pulling off such a grand event. I knew a day of coordinator was necessary and Isis was a gift to us all. Pure Perfection

My husband and I were just saying yesterday (9 months after our wedding) how wonderful the Posh Events staff and service was. From our initial consultation with Isis we knew she was perfect. She offered suggestions that most people would charge for. She was already making our dream day better and it just felt right. We felt taken care of from the start to finish of our wedding planning and we could not have done it without Posh Events...especially in the middle of a pandemic. The service was way beyond our expectations for what we paid. We are so grateful for everything!

Isis is an angel!

My husband and I postponed our May 2020 wedding to September 2020. When it became clear to us mid-July that wasn’t going to happen either we decided to have a micro wedding in his sister’s backyard. I reached out to a few wedding planners but Isis was the fastest to respond and the first to offer an hourly rate consultation—she said with what we needed it didn’t make sense to hire her for full planning. She met with us on site and reviewed everything we would need (which was A LOT I hadn’t considered). She also made us a timeline and put us in contact with a rental company. I can’t thank her enough for helping to keep me sane at an insane time and to make our last-minute wedding beautiful!!

Above and Beyond!

Isis and her staff were so very professional and very calming. They were amazing!! They handled our Interfaith/Jewish wedding and reception with the utmost care. They all went above and beyond their duties. They helped us find our venue, DJ, florist and photographer! I highly recommend them to any newly engaged couple I know!

Where do I begin? My husband insists that hiring Isis to help plan our wedding was the best planning decision we made. She was so professional and passionate about helping us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to spend additional time with us, attend venue visits, contact vendors, and exchange countless emails. Hiring Isis as a day-of coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made for our big day. It was a special blessing and a huge relief to be able to spend precious time with our families and wedding party before our ceremony knowing that Isis and her team were making sure every little detail was set for us. Moreover, when we were stressed or had something unexpected “pop up," they were there to take care of it and offer kind words of reassurance! Also, we were so thankful to have her subtle guidance throughout our reception when we were floating in our fog of marital bliss--we wouldn’t have known what or when to do each reception task (entrance, first dance, speeches, etc.) without her there. We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding; with Isis' help our wedding was the smoothly-run success we dreamt it could be!

Best decision we made to leave it to the experts!

POSH was my "day-of planner", but they were so much more than that! I've never planned a big event like this with so many moving parts. We started working with them in February and they were very responsive and helpful via email with any question I had leading up to our wedding day in September. I made use of their online planning tool to help keep track of vendors, payments and as a checklist for myself to make sure I was on track and organized with all the tasks. There were things on the checklist that I would've have thought of myself, so it was a great tool leading up to our big day.

Posh had worked with many of my vendors before and their team made the entire day go by seamlessly so that my husband and I could simply enjoy our day. For us it was so worth spending the money on their wedding planning service because they were extremely professional and on top of their game at all times. Any question on the day-of events/timeline from our wedding party, family or vendors was communicated to POSH directly, so it took the burden off of my husband and I. We could just focus on having fun and soaking in every moment of the wedding day.

If you want a stress-free wedding, hire POSH. If you want people who become family, hire POSH. These ladies are some of the MOST amazing people ever. I am going to miss them so much. Isis constantly put up with my crazy-bride moments by calming me down and redirecting me to where I should be. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on. Our experience with Posh Events was excellent. I was originally hesitant to hire a wedding planner/coordinator but it was absolutely the best decision we made regarding our wedding day. Isis went above and beyond to meet with us several times at our wedding/reception location which was a family farm so we were not dealing with a venue. With weather possible hindrances and a few dilemmas, Isis, Janelle & Alison smoothed everything over. They guided everyone through the day without making a scene or even making their presence known. I would highly recommend Posh's services to anyone getting married who has a bit of a feeling they might need help. You will be so grateful!

The only advice I can give any couple when looking for a professional, prompt, efficient, budget friendly, creative, supportive, wedding planner, look no further than this!! Isis and the entire POSH team are a true God send! I knew Isis when I was a bridesmaid for one of her brides and always dreamed that when my day came I would be able to have her as my wedding planner!! We surely made the BEST decision!!!! She literally helped us plan our destination from beginning to end. From assisting with the location, working with the venue coordinator & floral designer in Mexico, down to table linens, flatware, invitations and more!! Our wedding day was executed, FLAWLESSLY!! Our guest are still raving about how beautiful the day went!! And most of all, with all the different vendors involved, EVERYONE worked extremely well!! Usually that can be a very hard thing to do, especially when vendors have not worked with each other before. But Isis streamlined everything so, so very well!!! Isis and Posh Events, LLC offers superb wedding planning services. She is very attentive to your needs and is the calm within the storm. She went above and beyond assisting me and making sure my day was exactly all that I wanted it to be. After speaking with her and sharing all of my ideas, she referred me to my venue, caterer (venue's exclusive), and florist. Her referrals were spot on and everything came together wonderfully. I am so thankful Isis was there to keep me at peace and encouraged me to stick with decisions that I was tossing around. I was a complete wreck at times! Because my wedding wasn't a traditional wedding, I didn't have adult bridesmaids or my mother to assist me at my bridal fittings, etc. Isis was there every step of the way, not as my event planner, but as a true friend. She had conversations with me on the phone when I needed to vent and still managed to keep me on track.

I highly recommend Isis and Posh Events, LLC to help any bride achieve a successful and quality celebration of love. Isis and her staff were all a wonderful team to work with. They handled us with love, especially my husband who said he didn't want to be involve with the planning, but still managed to be involved ;-). They are very professional and knowledgeable about their business and the wedding planning industry. We set the bar very high in the quality of our wedding and Isis and her Posh Team assisted in the delivery of a "Quality Production." Posh Events, LLC services are worth every penny!

Family and friends are still talking about the Odrick Wedding Production until this day. August 28, 2015 was certainly a day to remember and I thank Isis and Posh Events, LLC for being there every step of the way!

Isis was a joy to work with during our wedding preparation process. She was patient and accommodating when it came to the hectic lifestyles of my husband and I. She brought a great level of professionalism to the process, so much so that my husband worked with her a lot more then the average husband. As you know, most husbands are not so active in the planning and preparation process. We love Isis so much that we have not let her go and plan to use her for all of our future events, including our upcoming baby shower.

Isis and Amy were so wonderful to work with. We met with them several times before the wedding, and since we don't live in the area, they were super flexible. They provided suggestions on things we hadn't even thought of - e.g. getting a videographer, getting the property ensured for the day (we had the wedding at my mom's house). And then on the day of, Amy came with 4 assistants to make sure everything went smoothly. We had to get fans and sides for the tent last minute because there was a chance of rain (although we did not end up needing them, thanks goodness) and Amy & crew helped coordinate this without me having to be involved. I know it would have been a lot more stressful without them, and I can't thank them enough!

Isis is not only good at her job, she is personable and an extremely wonderful person to work with. Before I even signed the contract with Posh Events, she was working on my behalf to find vendors for me. On the day of my wedding, her team was in place and wonderful. As a former event planner, my standards were rather high for what I wanted in an event planner. I wanted someone who would be me and would make sure that my guests (above anything else) were comfortable and happy. Isis and her team not only met those expectations but exceeded them immensely. They paid attention to every detail and executed the day with class, elegance, and without looking at all stressed; even though one of my buses was involved in a hit and run (seriously! - with guests on the bus!), the caterer attempted to demand more money for tips, and the receiving line took too long. She handled it all and only approached my husband when she absolutely needed to (read the part about the bus). Posh Events helped make my wedding day the best it absolutely could be. Hiring Isis was one of the best gifts to myself and my family that I could give.

I had planned 3 bar/bat mitzvahs and thought a wedding would be a breeze. It is different when your daughter is now 29 and not 13. We had a few differences of opinions and I was overwhelmed. The venue event coordinator recommended Isis and my stress levels went way down. She coordinated the vendors and kept us on task . Isis kept in contact with the bridesmaids and groomsmen and set up a timeline for the wedding day. she even stepped in when the groom was unable to reach one of the groomsmen regarding the tux rental. The wedding day was perfect. I got to just socialize, relax , and dance up a storm. We could have not planned the wedding without Isis!

I don't even know where to start with this review. The owner of Posh Events, Isis, is fantastic. She will become a bride's best friend over the course of planning, and even your mother's bff! She has a great network of vendors and you can always trust her judgement. Her planning expertise is invaluable and she'll never judge you for your weird wedding decisions, but will always be honest with you.

She is easily accessible by phone and email, and she makes you feel like YOU are her only bride. She and her crew are invaluable, especially on the big day itself. I was a fairly hands-off bride with regard to calling people, scheduling vendors, and planning and let my mother and Isis take the reigns, which made my wedding day extremely easy as they just guided me to where I needed to be, when I needed to be there. She took care of snafus before I ever knew they happened. All I had to do was decide what I wanted the pretty things to look like (dresses, flowers, decorations) and what kind of vendors I wanted (photo booth, DJ, etc) and she took care of contacting vendors and booking them. Posh Events was by far the best vendor I hired for my wedding. Isis, the owner, went above and beyond anything I could have imagined while helping me prepare for my wedding. I decided to look into a planner because I was planning my wedding on my own and I wanted it to be as perfect as possible. I first met with Isis about a year before my wedding. Isis recommended we go with her day of coordinator service since we already had majority of our vendors.. Her day of service is so much more than what it sounds. It begins far before the day of the wedding. In fact it began the day that I hired her. From the beginning, Isis sent monthly to do lists, was available for unlimited emails and phone calls and showed genuine interest in helping me pull off the wedding of my dreams. She didn't just wait for me to email her, she would email me just to make sure I was doing okay with the to do lists and to make sure I was not overwhelmed with the wedding planning process. As the date got closer. I began to have issues with finding the perfect dress. Isis offered to come with me, my mom, and bridesmaid on my next outing to find the dress. She not only came to the salon with us, when we thought we had just about given up, SHE FOUND THE DRESS I PICKED. It was something my mom and I both loved and we bought it that day! Isis also helped provide recommendations for vendors that I did not already have. My wedding day was more than I could have imagined. It ran so smooth. My guests said how organized everything was and how everything just flowed so perfect. My husband and I went into the day with no worries and no stress, and had the greatest day of our lives If you are looking for someone to help you turn your ideas of a perfect wedding into just that, HIRE ISIS Immediately. For the price, you get more than you could have ever imagined. ISIS IS AMAZING! and we are so grateful for everything that she did for us. She will make you feel like you are her only client and number one priority.

It was absolutely wonderful working with Posh Events. Their attentiveness and responsiveness to the intricacies of our wedding was outstanding. We hired Posh Events as a day of coordinator, but they went above and beyond with the services we hired them for….such services included meeting us multiple times prior to the event to address concerns or issues as well as having impromptu phone conversations to assist in the wedding planning. We will honestly recommend their services to any prospective couple looking forward to a marriage/union/getting Hitched and Locked down….lol.

As a first time Bride- despite my ability to keep organized and pay close attention to detail- Isis was there to catch what I didnt- and it was ALOT! Posh Events and owner Isis Petrie-Williams are a dream come true for any couple planning their nuptials. Due to some family health issues, we decided to move our wedding up from Summer 2012 to Fall 2011. We contacted Isis in May 2011, 6 months before our marriage, with nothing planned and a vague idea of our likes and dislikes. She recommended vendors that suited our tastes and our budget. Isis became a close friend and confidante during the planning process, and we quickly learned we could trust her with recommendations and decisions. We were in the unique position of booking our venue sight unseen since we were planning from abroad. Of course, we chose based on pictures and our trust in Isis' recommendation. When we saw it in person 2 months before the Big Day it was perfect and exactly what we wanted. On the day of, the Posh Team made everyone comfortable and helped things run smoothly, and were always warm, polite, and helpful. Our day was the best day of our lives, and we have Posh Events to thank. If you are considering a Wedding Planner or Day Of Coordinator, look no further!

We met Isis two months before the wedding. She was calm, professional, organized and friendly. Two months later, she was our friend, our superhero, our consigliere, our indispensable organizer. She got clear about what we wanted, found out what mattered most to us and what our real priorities were, and had us in action to fulfill on it. I had the food, music, and tradition I wanted, and my wife got the beauty, decor, family and friends she wanted. Isis was responsive, by email and phone, helpful, and committed. If you want to avoid stress and still have an EXTRAORDINARY wedding or event, go with her.

Hiring Posh as my DOC was a great decision! Isis was a gem to work with she was very professional always returning calls and emails. She even was excellent in working with my D personality fiance' she made the entire experience fun and exciting. She was able to keep a procrstinator like me on schedule and that is a huge accomplishment. She was extremely organized and she evens sensed when i got sooooo stressed out and could not take it anymore she jumped in and her advise was second to none. At the rehearsal the best man caused the rehearsal to be off key but she jumped in and got everyone started with out a hitch. she was totally a blessing. If you want your wedding to go off beautifully and without and hitch you need to meet with her and Posh events you will not be sorry.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! If I went into detail about everything Isis did to make our event as successful as it was this would turn into a novel. I will just say she left know stone unturned and made sure we had everything covered. There were things that she brought to our attention that needed to be done that we never would have thought about, and if those things hadn't been done it could have been disastrous for us! One thing that sticks out in my mind was how calm Isis kept me on the wedding day when somethings were going wrong. She told me not to worry about it, she would take care of it. Here I am on one of the most important days of my life and a major issue comes up and my coordinator tells me not to worry about it, she'll make sure everything works out. I should be stressed, but I wasn't, my coordinator told me she would handle it and the trust that she had earned with me over the planning period let me relax because I knew she would handle it! I can't emphasize enough how much more I appreciated Isis and her staff at that point!!
My wife and I gave Isis our vision of what we wanted our day to be, and Isis made it happen. A month has almost passed and there is still a buzz about how beautiful our wedding was!! Isis truely enjoys her job and is sincere in wanting your day be everything you dreamed it to be!! My wife and I signed the contract with Isis to be our wedding coordinator, we really had no idea we would be gaining a FRIEND when all was said and done. Like I said in when I started WORTH EVERY PENNY. Thank you again Isis!!!

Isis was absolutely phenomenal. Very personable, I felt like I have known her for years. Isis made the planning for our wedding a breeze, We didnt have much to worry about. We knew with Isis in our corner nothing could go wrong(except the weather) and if so, she would definitely do everything in her power to fix it. She was outstanding on our wedding day. Isis and her staff provided excellent service leading up to and on our wedding day. She was so responsive and fast to answer all of our questions before the day and was incredibly organized keeping everything straight. On the day of, we felt 100% sure there was nothing that POSH Events couldn't tackle - and this feeling really let us let go and have a fantastic wedding day. They took care of all the last minute changes like when it rained in the morning and we had to readjust our timeline with limos and video... without a hitch! I knew if there was anything that happened at the venue or with our guests, Isis would be there to help and resolve it... and she did! We have gotten so many messages saying that everyone had a great time and our bridal party really appreciated the extra help too. If you're on the fence on a coordinator and leaning towards it, choose Isis and choose peace of mind!

-Isis and her team MADE IT HAPPEN. to be honest without them I would not have gotten the wedding of my dreams.
-we had a TON of little details and she was on point, she made sure the bride and groom were happy, and executed an amazing design on the ceremony and the reception.
-she was attentive to the needs of not only me and my husband but the wedding party, family and guests.
-whatever we needed from her she got and was on it
-she made sure not to let me know about any issue that came up they just handled it.
-the hotel staff left very shortly after the weddind and she and her staff stayed and packed up all of our stuff and delivered it to our suite

I will say that she could be a little more assertive and take charge with the bridal party cause we had a large one (that was not listening all the time) and they needed to know she was in charge but she has a soft demenor (but that was pretty much the only thing bad I could say)

-we only hired her for day of but her unlimited email consults is worth platinum she was ALWAYS there to listen to me complain about anything and offer her professional opinion

-she was always there to lend a hand and a listening ear

-on the day of her and her assisntants made sure I ate, had comfy shoes (she even put them on for me) danced, got candy from our candy buffet, did not get stuck at tables, cut bangs on my mom, took my groom cards, and more and more

Our wedding experience was relaxed and stress-free from the moment we hired Posh Events, LLC until even now, two weeks after our wedding. Isis did an amazing job connecting us with vendors who were just what we were looking for. She definitely made the process of planning our backyard wedding streamline and easy. Isis was always super-fast at responding to emails and also very flexible in terms of scheduling meetings. I can not say enough about how fantastic it was to work with Isis and her staff. Isis is amazing. I have no idea how she makes any money at all. Her services were easily worth double what I paid.

I got the "partial planning" package. She suggested lots of vendors, and because of her connections I was discounted on several services. She dealt with the Great Invitation Fiasco (read my other review) and kept me out of the loop as much as possible. She is cool as a cucumber amidst a tornado, which is what every bride needs.

What impressed me most was her responsiveness. Most of the time she'd email me back within 2 minutes of an email to her. She kept me on budget, calm and ahead of schedule. She saved me more money than I spent on her services. She helped me have the wedding of my dreams within my budget.

On the day of the wedding, I didn't see her much, but apparently she was running around putting out fires that I knew nothing about. Her assistant is a tailor which came in very handy.

I got a wedding planner because I've seen too many of my friends running around like a crazy person a few weeks before the wedding. With Isis, I kept asking her, "Shouldn't I be doing something?" but because of her great organizational skills, it was all done ahead of time. So all I had to do was show up and look pretty. No worries at all! And to a bride, that is worth more than gold.

Working with Isis and Posh Events was by far one of the smartest decisions I made when planning my wedding. Posh Events' services, professionalism , and overall ease to work with were phenomenal. I used Isis for the Day of Services. Prior to the wedding people kept asking "Well what does she do?" and I kept saying "It's hard to put into words, but just wait and see!" The question is hard to explain to people prior to the event and people are often skeptical. It's a whole different scenario after the event. What I can say now is that Isis and her staff were my eyes, ears, hands and brain without me having to deal with the issues or problems of the day. They heard and saw any problems that arose (and they did!) and they dealt with them efficiently, professionally, and discreetly. I didn't even know about most of the problems until after I got home from my honeymoon! My venue was initially apprehensive to DOCs but by the end of my wedding everyone was kissing and hugging with happiness about how well they worked together. Isis and her staff thought of things that I would have never known, regardless of how many websites and magazines that I read. Silly little things like how she handed me a tiny tissue before walking down the aisle which was the same color as my bouquet, so that it was discreet and no one would notice AND that both my husband and I ended up using during the vows! It is these kind of small things that only a person who does this for a living would know to do and would have the foresight to have prepared. There are hundreds of these little things that the staff takes care of therfor giving you the time to relax and enjoy your day. I recomend Isis and Posh Events to anyone and everyone. If you are trying to decide whether to spend the money, I implore you to cut costs elsewhere and make this a priority. There is nothing worse than having to do damage control on your own wedding day and if you have to it will tarnish all the other hard work that you did to make your day a wonderful experience.

Isis is extremely helpful and full of knowledge!
As we got towards the big day my stress level never increase because i knew that i was in good hands. We planned for an outdoor wedding - however the climate and rain did NOT want to cooperate....Malakeia and Jenelle (her assistants) were right there when you needed them.. I even recall them whipping out a sewing cabinet on wheels to do a couple of last minute alterations right before we left. They were awesome.
In the end everything turned out better than i could have ever imagined - and i didn't have to worry about anything - or lift a finger... It was like I had my own wedding day task force!!

Jennifer and I found Isis through a co-worker. We went to Philly around the middle of November to interview Isis along with a few other planners. The first thing that I noticed about Isis was eye contact. To explain, other planners that Jennifer and I had interviewed had about 85% eye contact with the Bride, as if I the groom did not exist. To me, that is a sign that the planner will not consult the groom or interact with the groom about wedding decisions. With Isis, she gave both Jennifer and myself equal eye contact when interviewing. She was confident in answering questions, and she appeared to be a sensible and reasonable person. Jennifer and I knew that Isis would be our pick before we even left Philly that night. During the wedding planning process, Isis was persistant, motivated, and attentive to all of our needs. She even went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. What I liked the most about Isis is that if she happened to miss our call, she gave us a call right back. Email was the same as well. It is not uncommon for her to email back in the same minute you sent her a message. She is always accessible and even though she is also planning other weddings, you would never know it. We always felt like she was our own personal planner. We sort of got jealous when we saw other wedding pictures. We were like, what is our Isis doing planning their wedding!!!! LOL. From the interview to the big day, Isis stayed on top of all of our milestones, deadlines, and insured that we did everything we were supposed to do when we were supposed to do it.

This was our first wedding and neither one of us had a clue as to what we were doing. We were blessed to have someone like Isis that helped us put the pieces together to create a wedding that my family is still talking about almost a month after. If you have been contiplating whether you should get a wedding planner, take it from me, when you are about 2 months from your big day, you will see why spending the extra money on a planner is worth it; especially if it is Isis. There are so many loose ends to tie 2 months out that it is almost impossible to enjoy your big day if you are worried about everything going right. Isis will tie all the ends and put all the pieces together to insure that on the days leading to the wedding and on the big day, you will not have to worry about a thing. Just tellem to "Call Isis"!!!! LOL

Isis is passionate about what she does and loves to plan weddings. This is not just a job for her, this is what she lives for. If you are the type of person who believes that paying attention to detail is important, good quality of service is fundamental to excellent customer support, and addressing small issues may solve big problems, then you will be more than satisfied with Isis. Believe me, when it is your big day, you want someone who has all angles covered and is prepared for anything.

I loved Isis so much that I am actually considering getting married again!!!!!!

Five Stars for Posh Events!!! Isis and her staff were excpetional!!! During the planning process Isis was there for the smallest details as well as my almost meltdown!!! No question was too small or insignificant!! During the process my mother even began to say, "Ask Isis". My desire was to be the bride during the rehersal and actuall wedding day. The service was GREAT! POSH came to rescue us at the last minute. They came to help us just about three months before our event. From the first second we talked with them we knew that we had to use them. Our wedding consisted of aboyt 350 - 400 people. Everything went smooth the day of the wedding. They helped out with the decor and the venue and both looked GREAT. I cannot praise them enough. Our wedding was definitely one to remember, and a large part is due to POSH.

Isis is amazing. She and her coordinators took the wedding vision and dream I had put together and brought it all together into one coordinated, well executed, beautiful wedding. I had no worried with her, as she was the only person I had spoken to (of many day-of coordinators) who was as detail-oriented and organized as I am. All over every aspect of the wedding, she kept things running smoothly and kept it from me when it wasn't. She did exactly what I would have hoped she would have done -- make my day perfect so that I could just sit back and enjoy it.

She also took approximately 1,000 calls from me, as I was a long-distance bride who was trying to coordinate a complicated affair from 2,000 miles away. She was the best.

Isis is absolutely phenomenal. She had helped make our day the most stress-free day when it could easily have gone the other way. Isis and her staff were meticulous in their handling of every detail that took place.

I have to thank my wife first for the foresight of needing someone with Isis' skills and for actually finding Isis. I wasn't sure we needed an event coordinator but what did I know. Carmen, my brilliant wife, saw the difficulties in having the wedding ceremony and reception in the backyard of her parents home and having to plan this mostly from out of state. After contacting Isis and getting feedback from previous couples who utilized her services, we were convinced that we needed to hire her and her staff.

Carmen was in contact over the phone with Isis a number of times but I was not out of the loop entirely thanks to the constant updating via email by Isis. In my opinion, she had taken the ball and ran with it. Since Carmen and I both were out of the state, Isis met with Carmen's family at the house to see what sort of venue the backyard was. We were updated by phone and email afterwards and she could see the things that Carmen had in mind for the wedding.

When we finally met Isis, about two months before the wedding, she had put both of us at ease with her calm demeanor and extensive knowledge of the whole wedding process. She brought to light a number of things that both of us had never even thought about. Isis took control of everything. We gave her the list of people in the wedding which she contacted to inform them of their itinerary and duties and she contacted all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. And since the wedding was outdoors, she wanted to convey to the vendors the alternate plan should we have inclimate weather.

Sure enough, the day of the ceremony, everything went off without a hitch. About two hours after the ceremony though, we had a thunderstorm looming over the horizon. Isis and her staff were able to get the house rearanged to accomodate the catered food stations and bartender and then bring everyone into the house until the storm passed. And sure enough, an hour or so later, everyone was back outside enjoying the cooler weather the rains brought. The great thing was, Isis and her staff had put every peice of furniture back in its correct spots. It was almost as if nothing had ever happened inside the house. Absolutely awesome.

If asked by anyone weather it is a sound investment to hire Isis and her staff, my answer is YES! YES! and YES! She is the consumate professional and allowed us to enjoy ourselves at our own wedding, which is what it's all about, right? Knowing what I know now, she comes as a bargain. She is worth her weight in gold for what she brought to the table.

Isis of Posh exceeded our expectations with her generosity of time, information and adaptability. We have received umpteen comments on how amazing she and her staff were when our outdoor wedding was crashed by a thunderstorm. Posh made the wedding run smooth and more important the guests comfortable and catered to! They went above and beyond and it was noticed and appreciated.

We love Isis!! We only had about 5 months to plan a wedding with 200 guests and Isis pulled it off. She took care of everything from calling the vendors, making appointments, giving us a homework and checklist, and was wonderful at the wedding. She catered to everyone's needs, made sure everything was perfect and was in the right place. She made sure everyone was happy... especially me. I didn't know if she would be able to handle working with me ( I'm very picky and hard to work with!!!) She was such a joy. She is hard working, very flexible, professional and well within budget. If I ever renew my vows, I would ask Isis to plan it! I highly recommend her.

Five stars all around for Isis. She's like the friend you never had in the bridal business.

After accidentally filling my gas tank with diesel (oops! Yeah, I was on the phone with the photographer at the time...), my fiance and I decided serious help was needed if I were to keep my sanity through wedding day. Enter Isis. Throughout the planning of our wedding she was there with words of encouragement and great ideas to help us truly achieve the experience we were going for. On our wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly, and I didn't worry a bit. Highly recommended :)

Hiring Posh Events was the best wedding planning decision I made. Isis is a true professional. There were some things that happened leading up to the wedding and during the wedding that I am just finding out about. One of my bridesmaids dresses was ruined at the tailor, the day before the wedding (these gowns took 12 weeks to come in). Isis being the wedding planning rockstar that she is, tracked down the new gown,all without me knowing. She took care of everything that would have impeded on my special day.

I had this vision of what I wanted my wedding to look like, and Posh Events far exceeded my expectations. When I walked into the ballroom I was overwhelmed with gratitude. We planned every detail down to how many candles that would be on each table and still when I saw the completed room I couldn't believe how great it turned out.

She is a rockstar!

Isis is wonderful! I cannot recommend her highly enough for helping with your wedding day. I planned my wedding myself and hired Isis to take over the month before the wedding so I could enjoy my party. She took care of all the day of details and made sure everyone did everything to way I asked them to. She also was able to ask me questions to prepare for the event that I had no idea I would need to think about. And she was kind, calm, cool, and collected! She helped me make my wedding day great!
