  Wonderful Catering service

  Portland Catering is a preferred vendor for the venue we used and the wedding planner recommended them. They were easy to work with and as the parents of the groom, we were so relieved that they could bring all the drinks ( alcoholic and non alcoholic) to the venue and chill them before the wedding, such a lifesaver. The food was amazing and we didn’t run out!

  Great Quality

  Portland Catering was fantastic! Katie was super responsive and knowledgable. A huge bonus of this catering company is that if you are providing your own beer, wine, or hard alcohol they will serve it for you without you having to hire a separate bartending company. The food was fantastic! We did our tasting and chose the salmon and steak. We did buffet, but they also have a plated option. In addition to our entrees we had salad, roasted potatoes, and roasted veggies. Everything was delicious and warm. They also cut our cake for us too. our appetizers were crab cakes and chicken quesadillas, both were fabulous. I would 100% hire Portland Catering Company again.

  Dream Day 2022

  Portland Catering Company was the best choice for my wedding. our event coordinator was extremely patient and kind. she took care of everything. and the food was pretty good too. I highly recommend the salmon!

  A catering company that treats you like family!

  When someone loves what they do, it shows. And for Julie and the rest of the crew at the Portland Catering Company, the love for what they do shines through every detail and conversation. All throughout planning our wedding, Julie was so genuinely excited and helpful, and felt more than just a caterer, but really like a friend. I didn't have time to travel to our venue with Julie to do a walk through, but after sending a few detailed pictures noting what goes where and what candles to light, etc., the team knocked it out of the park! They even helped us clean up afterward!! On the day of our wedding, everything from PCC was a 10/10: their attire, helpfulness, and this review would not be complete without praising the FOOD! Everything was delicious!! Especially the salmon! Most wedding food seems to be the same old chicken & mashed potatoes, but we had several guests tell us how much they enjoyed their food! The whole experience working together was so nice with unexpected discounts and kindness, I can't recommend this company enough. Your wedding / event will be in GREAT hands with PCC! :D

  Quality and Excellence

  PCC went above and beyond for me and my big day! Julie was such a joy to work with - constantly in communication with me up until my big day to ensure every detail was nailed down to ensure that things went smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone commented on it after dinner! Would highly recommend!

  Best food ever!

  We absolutely loved our entire experience with PCC. Working with Julie was a breeze. I believe the lady who worked with my mother in law was Michelle and she was amazing as well. Michelle came out and met with my mother in law at the venue and was extremely helpful.
  
  The food was so delicious, everyone at our wedding loved it. We did buffet style and also had them bar tend which worked out perfectly.
  
  I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. Professional and friendly staff, great food and happy guests because of it. What more can you ask for? We would recommend them to anyone.

  Couldn't be happier!

  Catering was the hardest decision we faced during wedding planning. When I began my communications with Portland Catering, I was so impressed by their responsiveness, and how helpful and detailed the staff was. My husband and I wanted to do a big pasta bar for a 200 person event, and with Portland catering, we were able to put together our perfect menu at such a reasonable price. Julie and team were so flexible and understanding in accommodating dietary restrictions, and special requests (including bar tending and specialty cocktails), and on the big day, the food was absolutely incredible! I cannot tell you how many of our guests told us ours was the best wedding food they had ever had. I absolutely recommend Portland Catering to any bride looking for their caterer!

  Amazing Vendor

  We worked with Julie at Portland Catering for our wedding needs. She was absolutely amazing to work with and great with making changes where needed. On the actual wedding day our meal was absolutely perfect. Our guests were so happy with their meals and having the plated option. Thank you so much Portland Catering, we love you guys!

  The Portland Catering Company did just a phenomenal job at our wedding. The food was fantastic and we got tons of compliments about it. They were also extremely flexible, which I think really sets them apart (and also being the most reasonable catering company we talked to and we talked to at least 5 or 6). They let us bring our own alcohol and served it for us and provided all the ice and necessary glassware. The staff helped a ton with the set up and tear down of the chairs and tables as well.
  
  Julie from PCC was incredible. She was very responsive and flexible during the planning phase. She came to our venue walk through about a month prior so we could figure out logistics, the set up, and all our questions. During the day of the staff was amazing and the bar and the buffet ran very smoothly. I can’t stress enough how incredible Julie and the whole staff was and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Hiring Portland Catering Company was one of the best decisions we made!   We loved them so much!

  What a lovely experience. They were so kind and really had that family feel. Very responsive and the food was delicious! So so happy we went with them. They also drove all the way out to Cannon Beach to cater our event

  The food was so amazing!!! Every guest was happy and full! I have never heard so many positive comments about steak! Food was perfectly cooked and delicious! The staff was professional and polite.

  the food was wonderful and katie was outstanding. they were accomadating and was extremely organized. we fell in love with katie from the very beginning and she didn't dissappoint from beginning to end. she completely took care of everything. the only thing i regret is asking her to pack a plate for me to have at the end of the night. i didn't get a chance to eat at all and realized i was starving after the end of the night. my fault and a still think of the meal i missed, because it was so yummy in the tasting.

  I searched long and hard for a company to cater our wedding this past August, and trust me when I say you will not find a better, more professional staff than Portland Catering Company. From our initial tasting to the big day, Katie Gutierrez was unbelievably prompt and professional and made everything extremely easy for us. Our situation was unique in that two weeks prior to our wedding we had to change our venue, and Katie was there for us every step of the way to help with decision-making and peace of mind. She is an important reason our wedding was such a success and anyone who is lucky enough to work with her will see what I mean. I welcome anyone to contact me with questions about Portland Catering Company, because I can honestly not say enough good things about Katie and her staff. Just know that if you book them as your caterer you will be blown away.

  They were our caterers for our wedding in June, and everyone loved the food! The servers were very professional, attentive, and they took care of every last detail!   The food was amazing!!! We had people talking about how good the food was for days after the wedding. It was well worth the cost. They did a beautiful job on the spread and everyone was full and content. We highly recommend them!!

  Portland Catering was a great fit for our wedding day food!

  We found Portland Catering because we know the owner, Eric. Katie helped us fine tune our menu, working through several different options. We settled on their Signature Wedding Collection menu, as well as two appetizers and a charcuterie board for the cocktail hour. The staff on the wedding day was phenomenal and helped with every detail including staying after to help clean up. All of the food was delicious, and we owe them a big thanks for how smoothly our day ran.

  Best food and amazing service

  My husband and I were so happy with Portland catering company! Hiring people for our wedding was a little rough after the Covid shut down but they made the process simple and affordable. The food and drinks was spectacular! It was even easier that we were able to order our wedding cake through them too. They picked the cake and mini cheesecakes up and brought it, which saved us time and made sure everything arrived safety. The staff was wonderful and professional. The only thing I will semi complain about was it was kinda tough to get ahold of them. Emailing was the easiest way. But even with that said I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We are very very happy with their service.
