You should absolutely order your cake through Pink Cake Box. It was one of the best parts of our wedding. They made us a small cake and a variety of cupcakes, and they fit it perfectly into our theme. I got a blue/teal cake with two starfish on it, and one of them was wearing my bow tie. The cupcakes each had a piece of edible sea glass candy on top. They were delicious. The company is responsive and they showed up on time to set up. Wonderful experience.

When my (then) fiance and I went to Pink Cake Box, we knew our request for our wedding cake wasn't a traditional one. Anne met with us right after a snow storm and drew us a rough sketch right then and there of what we envisioned the cake to look like. The day of our wedding, when we saw the cake it was even more than what we expected. They got every detail in there. It was absolutely beautiful and the talk of the wedding

Pink Cake Box was fantastic! We met with the bakers over a year before our wedding to do a taste test and design our wedding cake. The cake tasted amazing, and the bakers were very patient as they drew multiple proofs to make sure that the design was exactly what we wanted. I was blown away when I saw our cake on our wedding and actually started tearing up because it looked even more incredible than I imagined. Additionally, the cake was delicious, and the bakery offers a wide variety of flavor combos. Highly recommend!

We just had our wedding, and what an amazing cake!! The work put into designing our cake and the extreme detailing was just phenomenal. We had a 5 tier cake with 5 different flavors! Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the cake looked and tasted. The sugar flowers from top to bottom and the hidden designs for my favorite hockey team and our favorite place to visit were perfectly meshed into an extremely elegant cake. Do yourself a favor and get your wedding cake or any cake from here! We even got our macaroon guest gifts from here and they were amazing as well in our wedding colors. We can't thank them enough!

Anne & her staff at Pink Cake Box blew us away with the perfect details on our cake! I have known Anne for a few years, and interned with her in the past, so I knew I was in good hands. She listened to the ideas that I had for the cake and produced a masterpiece that exceeded my expectations. Of course, both of our flavors (purple velvet cake with vanilla buttercream & chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream) were delicious. Our guests we very impressed!

It was a gorgeous wedding cake and tasted delicious!! It was just amazing!! I would totally be a lifetime customer. birthday cakes and other occasion cakes are amazing too. They also have cupcakes and macaroons too. I just can't say enough of good things about it! I am so glad I went with them for my big day's cake! Definitely a great choice! Whatever the occasion may be I know they won't let me down!

When you've been a fan of Pink Cake Box for as long as I have, it is awesome when it's finally your turn to design the perfect wedding cake with them!

As an extremely detail oriented person, it was important to me to know that my vision would be left in the hands of those who were not only capable, but truly talented. As expected, I was delivered the most beautiful wedding cake, personalized with each of the elements discussed in my design consultation.

It is obvious by their already 60+ positive reviews that Pink Cake Box is amazing at what they do, but I just want to thank everyone who worked on my wedding cake to help bring my dream into reality!

Pink cake box was amazing!! I had heard about their cakes through a friend of mine, and decided to take a look into them for my wedding cake. The consultation and cake tasting was the first step.. What a treat! They had all the cake flavors set up and ready for us to taste. We discussed with the cake decorator what we were looking for, and with the help of their expertise, they were able to draw up a beautiful cake. They even made some custom flavors for the cake! When wedding day came, the cake was PERFECT! I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful cake. Most of all, it tasted delicious. Everyone raved about how great it tasted! My husband and I moved overseas for a deployment, and the ladies who work there told us whenever we come home to visit they will make us a new top tier to celebrate our first anniversary! Talk about great customer service!!! Thank you Pink cake box for our amazing cake!

The cake looked fabulous and was absolutely delicious. The process of choosing our flavors and design was fun and easy. We were able to taste all of the flavors before choosing which we wanted to go with. They had a wide assortment of different designs all of which were absolutely beautiful. It was really hard to choose just one. The cake was so good, and we had a ton of compliments on it even with all of the other desserts that our vendor had included. We are really looking forward to digging into our top tier on our anniversary. We highly recommend Pink Cake Box for the perfect wedding cake!

At the last minute our pastry chef backed out from making our cake. My wedding planner recommended Pink Cake Box, I had seen them on Food Network but was unfamiliar with their bakery/cakes. They immediately set me up with a tasting kit and set to work on our cake. It was INCREDIBLE. Everyone thought it was fantastic and it tasted incredible, I was so impressed with their work and how friendly they were. I expected the bill to be outrageous, they are in a nice area and have a lot of publicity from all of their work. Not the case at all, they were MORE THAN REASONABLY PRICED and the cake turned out impeccable. It is no wonder to me why they are delivering cakes all over the place-- taste: delectable, design: fantastic, friendly team: delightful, cost: spot on. Couldn't give them a better review than if they gave me free cake for life! Truly stellar service.

We couldn’t thank Anne and the rest of the Pink Cake Box staff enough for our amazing wedding cake and grooms cake. Not only did our 7 tier cake look amazing, with beautiful hand crafted flowers and elegant details, but it also tasted awesome! We received so many complements on the cake and it was nice to be able to have a memorable wedding cake rather than a borrowing white butter cream cake most venues offer.

Pink Cake Box recently made my wedding cake, Groom's cake, cupcake favors AND cookies for our hotel guest bags. They go above and beyond to make each event special, unique and truly your own. The cake that Anne and her team created for our wedding day was absolutely beautiful! It was everything i had hoped it would be and more. The consultation process was awesome, easy and fun. Anne is so sweet and so patient and really takes the time to explain things and come up with a design that you will love. Her sketch of our cake on paper looked so amazing and we couldn't wait to see it come to life. And tasting all those yummy cake and filling options wasn't too bad either! The execution of the final product was seriously breathtaking. The sugar flowers were so lifelike that all night long guests were touching them to confirm if they were real or made from sugar! And it tasted amazing too! We cannot thank Pink Cake Box enough for their amazing and delicious creation!!

YUM YUM YUM! That is what everyone had to say about our wedding cake! The cake was so beautiful AND delicious! Wedding cakes tend to either look pretty or taste good, and we had BOTH! Pinkbox is professional & creative. The cake made for our special bridal shower was over the top!!!! Totally unique in its' creation. I dictated what our theme was and the colors , flowers & special effects of our bridal party and the the cake was interwined with all of this.

I am a huge fan of the pink cake box!!! They made our engagment cake!! It was so beautiful!! They used incredible colors and glitter!! Their cake became the center piece of our party!! Not only is it a piece of art, it is delicious!! The red velvet is so moist and yummy!

We had a stingray as a grooms cake, and I was concerned with if it would come out looking realistic, and they went above and beyond our expectations! Our cake topper was 2 seahorses kissing, which was absolutely amazing! There is not one bad thing to say about them!

Pink Cake Box provided our cup cake tower wedding cake for our wedding. The design was beautiful and the cupcakes were amazing!!! We received so many compliments. Pink Cake Box delievered and did the set up and they were on time and very professional. You really get the best quality for a great value. The designers are true artists. I used them for my daughters bridal shower and they were awesome. The cake and cupcakes were exactly they way I wanted them to be and tasted amazing. They customized the cake to match my daughters dress and it was spectacular. Nicole was a doll to work with.

Pink Cake Box is the best! Anne and her crew are so creative and can make anything you imagine! You have an idea and they can see it through! If you don't have any idea, they have plenty for you to see or they will inspire you and help you create something! The cake flavors are all amazing too, which makes it all that much better! Pink Cake Box created two amazing cakes for my wedding. I had a specific vision for my wedding cake and Anne and her team created my vision just how I wanted it and more. For the groom’s cake they created a cake based two things my husband loves – the Yankees and our dogs. They took a picture of my dogs and brought them to life with exact details of each. Not only were did the cakes look great they tasted great as well. We had several different layers and guests loved each. I would recommend Pink Cake Box to anyone.

Could not recommend the company more!! We married in NY & live in England so it was hard to 'pick' a cake company to make our cake from so far away. From the first email we felt that Pink Cake Box were the perfect cake company for us - so helpful, always responded to our emails & made the MOST amazing cake we have ever seen. I cannot say enough good things about them, Anne's team were professional, courteous & knowledgeable, they also are so clever & creative! I cannot recommend the Pink Cake Box enough! Our wedding cake and groom's cake were both extraordinary and enhanced the ambiance of our wedding reception. Anne Heap and her team are extremely professional, talented, easy to work with, helpful and responsive. I was a huge fan of the Pink Cake Box cake blog before I got married so I was extremely excited to meet with Anne 8 months ahead of my wedding day to determine the cake design and cake flavors. We had a 4 tier wedding cake that was white with pink hydrangea petals. I knew the cake would be beautiful but the end result truly exceeded my expectations, as it was the most amazing wedding cake I have ever seen and it was by far the most delicious I have ever had! We had 3 flavors: 2 layers of pink velvet (the Pink Cake Box's signature flavor, it's like red velvet, only it's better!) and a layer of coconut cake with raspberry chambord buttercream and a layer of carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream. Many of our guests sampled every flavor to rave reviews - most said they could not decide on a favorite flavor! About 3 months before the wedding, I called the Pink Cake Box about getting a groom's cake as a surprise for my husband. They were again very easy to work with and this time we determined the design/cake flavors over the phone and via email. The end result was absolutely fantastic! My husband is a die-hard Kansas City Royals fan and so the Pink Cake Box created a giant replica of a Royals baseball cap atop a baseball diamond. Zack loved it and the cake was his favorite kind, chocolate with chocolate buttercream, which was delicious. In the past, I had previously ordered bridal shower favor cookies from the Pink Cake Box (which also received many compliments) and so I was extremely excited for them to create my wedding cake. They did not disappoint and I will definitely be a returning client!

Pink Cake Box was amazing! We had a very specific vision for our cake and wow, did they execute it. Not only were they able to seamlessly incorporate a Harry Potter wand and Star Wars Rebel Alliance symbol onto our beautiful fall wedding cake, but they sculpted our beagle and placed him next to the cake, taking a bite out of the side. They got all of his identifying features; his dark eyes, freckled feet, and white patched tail. They even put a bit of frosting on his tongue to make it look more realistic! In terms of taste, our wedding cake was the best tasting cake I have ever had. We had a spiced apple cake with caramel buttercream. Wow. You can't go wrong with the Pink Cake Box. From the planning stages to the delivery to the event, they were phenomenal! I can't wait to have a baby so I can use them for another cake!

Anne and her pink cake box team gave us great service and a wonderful cake. From the beginning of the process to the end they were great with communication and met our needs completely. Our peacock wedding cake turned out better then ever expected and the taste was incredible. Our guests loved the flavors and are still raving about it. My cake from Pink Cake Box was absolutely beautiful! We didn't want a traditional wedding cake and decided to have 3 cakes with our monogram on it. Anne sat down and went through the details with us and then used our design from our invites from Adori Designs to replicate it on the cake. It had beautiful pink peonies all over the cakes (that i found out later my nephews had eaten right off the cake before we cut it :) Pink Cake Box also designed my friend's wedding and groom's cake and it was fabulous. The groom's cake had a sushi theme and it looked so real.
I definitely didn't want to cut my cake, but I had to eat the delicious flavors that made up all three. I would definitely go back to Pink Cake Box!

Amazing job on the Sadie (bulldog) cake. It was a hit!

I had the lovely ladies at Pink Cake Box make a grooms cake in the shape and to look like our english bulldog, Sadie, as a surprise for my husband. Every attendee knew who she was and my husbands face was priceless! The Team at PCB is wonderful, from the first time I made contact with them throughout the process until I picked the cake up.

I woul highly recommend PCB for regular and specialty cakes! Fabulous job!

GLUTEN FREE! Not only was my cake BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS, but Anne and her team made it sans gluten. It was the best GF dessert I have ever had and they made the day of this Celiac bride who had her own cake to dig into on her wedding day! They made a non GF cake for my guests and I was told by several people who tried both that they liked them equally as much. Thanks Anne and PCB Team!

Dear brides, I purchased a perfect cake from pink cake box for my finaces birthday they created our boxer dog popping out of a gift box. The dog had a giants jersey on. This cake was so realistic. My family and my fiance was extremly happy with the end result. The cake tasted great too. I will be purchasing my wedding cake from them next year. Also the service was wonderful amd the staff was quick to respond to all my needs. Highly recommended this company

My husband and I splurged on a grooms cake for our wedding from Pink Cake box. I spoke to them over the phone and emailed pictures of what the cake was to look like. My husband and I are both Penn State alumns and we wanted a cake of the Nittany Lion Shrine. Our guests could not believe that it was a cake! Not only was it an amazing artistic achievement but it was the most delicious cake I have ever eaten!!! Our cake has been shown on ESPN and can be seen on YouTube. Getting our cake thru the Pink Cake Box was one of the highlights of our wedding. From the DELICIOUS tasting to the beautiful sketches and finally the absolutely incredible finished product - I was endlessly pleased with my experience at the Pink Cake Box. I contacted Pink Cake Box about making a surprise groom's cake for my husband. My mom and I went for a tasting and to discuss the design of the cake. We decided to go with a glass of Guinness which is a favorite of my husband. He LOVED it. We were cutting our wedding cake and the guests were gathered around in a crowd. Once we finished as they began to roll away our wedding cake the crowd parted and they rolled in the grooms cake. His face was priceless! Everyone gasped and couldn't get over how good it looked. We decided on half being red velvet with the AMAZING Oreo icing and the other portion was chocolate and had a chocolate filling. Everyone loved the cake and I was thrilled that we had some leftovers to enjoy the next day since we didn't eat more then the bite of cake we fed each other that night.

The staff was really receptive to adding a couple of things to make it look like the glass was on a bar. They did a few peanuts/peanut shells and a napkin that had the Polish Eagle on it which was a nod to my husbands heritage.

Our wedding cake was spectacular!!! We gave The Pink Cake Box some color guide lines and just let them be creative. The cake looked awesome and tasted GREAT!!!

Pink Cake Box did an amazing job designing our wedding cake. It was everything we could have hoped for and more! Our guests are still talking about how elegantly exquisite it was and how it was the best cake they have ever tasted. Our tiers each had different flavors: mimosa and lemon cream cheese (my favorite), red velvet and raspberry butter-cream, and chocolate with peanut butter butter-cream. We also ordered mini cupcakes and cookies to accompany our sweet shop - they were so absolutely beautiful. Also, I had a few minor changes about a month prior to my event and the team was very understanding and worked with my to customize to exactly what I needed. I can't wait to use them again!

The most professional and friendly team my husband and I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with in designing our dream wedding cake. Our cake was the hit of the wedding. At the end of the evening there was only the anniversary cake top left. As my husband and I were packing up the anniversary topper we decided that we could not let it go into the freezer without having a taste. Over the course of a week we only had about a quarter of it left before we finally forced ourselves to put it into the freezer. Our cake had three tiers. The base tier was chocolate with almond and raspberry Chambord filling; the middle tier was vanilla with hazelnut and chocolate filling; and the anniversary tier was red velvet with lemon cream cheese filling. I will be returning to The Pink Cake Box in the future for birthday cakes or for whatever special occasion needing a cake. Their cakes are worth the price!

Everyone raved about how amazing the cake looked and tasted. We decided to do half vanilla with chocolate filling and half red velvet for our wedding cake, and it's impossible to choose which one was better. What's more, everyone at the Pink Cake Box was so nice to work with. We definitely recommend this vendor!

Anne and her team not only made our wedding cake...what they really did was make a masterpiece...all our guests were talking about how AMAZED they were that the cake was real! They flowers on the cake were so lifelike that they looked like they could have actually smelled like the real flowers...it was an incredible site and worth every penny :)

When asked, "What would you like for a gift?" my husband has always answered, "I'll take a bushel basket of 50s." The Pink Cake Box designed a cake for him that depicted just that. It was an incredible cake that was as delicious as it was creative and realistic. The end product was outstanding but the service was even more sol. They ranked head and shoulders above another specialty cake designer in Hoboken in attitude and ability to deliver the product. I'll do business with them any time. Completely satisfied.

Anne and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with. My husband and I are a gay couple, and we were treated with the same warmth, respect, and professionalism that anyone planning a wedding hopes for. Anne is creative and truly listened to us to incorporate our vision while also throwing in innovative design suggestions, and the final product was better than we imagined. Anne's staff is helpful and friendly and they were able to quickly make changes to delivery schedule and provide us with instant invoicing. You couldn't do better in a pastry chef for your big day!

More compliments on my cake then my dress, haha. Amazing! Simply amazing in appearance as well as taste..most of my family is not fond of that fondant stuff..but let me tell you, Anne at pink cake box knows of this concept so they've found a way to make it so thin and not make it taste "fake" it's great. Actually, when we cut the cake at the reception all we got a taste of was that outer layer and it was delicious! Highly recommended, and trust me, your guests will love it!

Pink Cake Box Rocks! Anne is a genius. She really came through for us and everyone is still talking about our wedding cupcakes. The stand was absolutely gorgeous and those cupcakes were the best I had ever tasted! During the "cake cutting we were supposed to feed eachother one cupcake but we ended up eating two. That's how delicious they were. The flavor we chose was red velvet with vanilla butter cream icing. Instead of leaving the cupcakes red she did orange velvet for us to go with our color scheme. I was so impressed with everything and I can't wait to use her again. I think I'm going to just order some cupcakes for the heck of it! The price was a little more than we anticipated but well worth it!!

The price of the tasting is well worth it...I had a wedding cake designed to match my centerpieces. It was perfect. My sentiments match that of many of our wedding guests: "That's the most beautiful cake I've ever seen!" It was also the most delicious, speaking personally. We ordered a groom's cake from Pink Cake Box and were completely blown away by the quality and design of the cake! Anne was a pleasure to work with and she is a true artist and professional in every sense. I would highly recommend her to anyone. We did have a structural issue with the cake b/c of the complexity of the design, but we were able to prop that part back up with support in the back. The cake itself was an almond flavored cake with mocha filling and it was delicious.

Simply put this was the best cake ever. They were able to make the cake of our dreams based on what we both wanted. They also helped us choose out a cake and recommended several other things such as size and type. This was a great experience and we were lucky to end up going with this company. The wedding cake designed by Anne at The Pink Cake Box was absolutely incredible! She custom designed our cake, based on one meeting that we had with her, and it was beyond amazing! I have received so many compliments, and so many people saying that it was the best cake they have ever had. I actually had the Hyatt serve the remaining cake at our post wedding brunch, and believe it or not, people were lining up for another piece at 10am. I am incredibly happy that we went with The Pink Cake Box.

Thi cake tastes and looks AMAZING!! We were so happy they were the preferred vendor of our reception place. Sometimes, when not picking your own cake place, you can be worried that the details and taste and responsiveness will be lacking, but not with Pink Cake Box.

They responded to every email and phone call I made, and easily accomodated us for a tasting. They stuck with our classic, elegant theme for a cake with a simple monogram and swiss dots, however the sugar flower hydrangea and roses were exquisite!!

Even better, our guests couldn't stop raving about the flavor combinations and overall taste and presentation of the cake! Great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our cake was the talk of the wedding. Not traditional by any stretch, but exactly what we wanted!

I don't think a single guest missed getting a photo of the cake, some people even use it as their screen saver!

My husband is a bit of a shark aficionado, so rather than a traditional cake and a grooms cake, I requested a Shark Cake eating a wedding cake. It looks amazing and it tasted great (red velvet of course).

People will be talking about this cake for years to come!

Anne and her team at the Pink Cake Box are incredible. Anne worked with me to understand what kind of cake I wanted and how I wanted it to look. I'm a graphic designer and so I had a very specific vision of what I wanted our cake to look like. Anne was able to sketch up all my ideas, and on the day of the wedding, I was amazed at how beautiful our cakes were! We ended up doing two 8" rounds at one tier and one 10" round at two tiers (for 155 guests because our venue provided a LARGE variety of passed desserts). This allowed us to pick many different cake and icing flavors, and gave us a great variety of options! Let me tell you, not only were our cakes beautiful, but they tasted even better! The PCB has, by far, the best cake and buttercream I've ever had, and I think that really says a lot about how much love and energy they put into their product.

Also, for our one year anniversary, the Pink Cake Box will make us a replica of our top tier of our cake fresh! We actually get to eat something delicious as a reminder of our amazing wedding day (no freezer-burned cake here!)! They do this as a thank you; because they love what they do, and they love their customers. It's a really amazing gesture for a bakery, especially one of such high caliber.

And on top of that, we had an unfortunate accident at our venue - the leftover wedding cake ended up on the floor in a series of unfortunate events. When I found out about the one year anniversary tier, I emailed the PCB to tell them how excited I was to hear about this since our leftover cake was ruined. Out of the kindness of their hearts, with no persuasion or prompting, PCB offered me a complimentary dozen cupcakes in any flavor I liked! These are wonderful people who love to make beautiful treats and make their customers happy. The PCB is a WONDERFUL place to have your wedding cake made, and I plan to use them for specialty cakes in the future.

They were very easy to work with on my groom's and the cake looked awesome! It is definately more expensive than other places but their work is impeccable. I would have liked them to be a little more flexible on the price.

I used Pink Cake Box for my husbands groom cake. All I can say is WOW! When i first met with Anne, I brought a CD full of pictures of a signature guitar of my husbands favorite guitarist, and he was blown away by the resemblance of the cake to the actual guitar when he saw it at the wedding! Not only was the cake beautiful, but tasty, too! I personally feel that the Pink Cake Box's prices are a little steap, but your probably paying a bit more for the excellent quality and craftsmanship you receive. It's just a little hard to swollow $430 for a cake that feeds 40 people. But, if you have the money to put out there, it's a great investment and will really add to your day. People preferred this cake over our actual wedding cake, so she must be doing something right!

My husband and I really enjoyed the beautiful cake and cupcakes!! We had a 2 tiered cake - one layer was red velvet cake with vanilla frosting and the other layer was chocolate cake with cookies N cream frosting. The cupcakes were gluten free for me - I had half a dozen vanilla with peanut butter frosting and half a dozen almond cake with vanilla frosting. The design of the cake ended up absolutely wonderful - just as we had hoped!! Thank you so much to Anne and the team at Pink Cake Box for making our dessert dreams come true. :) xo

They matched exactly what i wanted. The Cupcakes were yummy and beautiful. The only thing was i could not change the amount i ordered. I had an extra 30 cupcakes due to ppl not going to the wedding. I thought was odd they could not make 30 less and they weren't even baked yet.

We'd like to say this was a good experience, but there were some things we weren't happy with. First of all, I'll say this...they offer gluten-free cake, which is not easy to come by. That was a blessing to my wife and several of our guests! My wife was able to eat some of her own wedding cake!!

We got to sit with Anne and describe the cake we wanted. She seemed very distracted during our tasting and we got the impression that she just wanted to get it over with. It was very strange when we as an engaged couple were anticipating a special moment to pick out our cake.

It wasn't going to be an extravagant cake since it was part of a package deal we got through the reception hall we booked. The cake looked nice, but it wasn't exactly what we requested. One of the standard cakes they make is with a big bow on the side. So, my wife asked for a big ribbon the wrap around that layer of the cake to match. Well, they only put a very thin strip of fondant ribbon to go with the bow and it looked...off. A thin ribbon does not make the wide bow like was on the cake. Not sure why they didn't see that, but it seemed unbalanced...and you can't contact them to change it since you don't see it until you are at the reception.

I think there was an error in some of the cake colors on the inside, but the main thing was the fondant ribbon. We had specified that we wanted a wide ribbon to match the bow, but we only got a thin one. May not seem like a big deal, but it's all my wife sees when we look at pictures of the cake. It doesn't look terrible, but it doesn't match...which means a lot on your wedding cake.
