  Amazing!

  The food was so amazing at our wedding and they gave great portions to all guests. We are still getting calls 3 weeks later from guests stating how great the food was and begging for the contact info!!! Thank you Chef Holly!

  Great Food

  From tasting to the actual buffet of food. Everything was exceptional and the staff and chef were very professional. They made sure the bride and groom were taken care of (throughout all the pictures) as well as the guest. Everything was tasty and everyone is still talking about how great the food was to this day!!!!! Wondering if chef has a restaurant or not so they can visit. I plan to definitely use Chef again for not just a catering event but also for a personal chef experience to surprise the new hubby!!!!!!

  Let me just say SCRUMPTIOUS. We used Chef Holly for our wedding June 11, 2017 at Chale Gardens and we are still getting complimented on the catering. The appetizers were a hit, collard green spring rolls were the most talked about. The dinner was beyond amazing, chicken was juicy, cheesy Mac and chez, and the kale salad was a hit. The serving team was very attentive and professional.

  Food was absolutely delicious! I'm a vegetarian and my husband eats EVERYTHING. I was nervous about this, but no worries! We were able to come up with a menu that we both enjoyed. If you don't get anything else - make sure you get the kale salad!

  Our organization uses PFBCH regularly, but this was my first experience personally working with them.
  Their service was impeccable. Professional. Personable.
  The food was phenomenal indeed! We had a diverse group of designers, architects, and contractors. Everyone raved about the food. Even the contractor gave the kale salad major props. He pointed it out to me 3 times!
  We will definitely be working with PFBCH again!

  My surprise event was breathtaking. The event venue was filled with my favorite flowers and colors and it created a true escape as I celebrated stepping into a new decade of life. The service was remarkable and exceeded excellence with servers presented well, proper etiquette, cleanliness, and attentiveness to myself and my guests! It was truly a Phenomenal event that I will never forget!

  Simply amazing is the words I would use to describe Chef Holly and Phenomenal Foods. Chef Holly and her staff were absolutely wonderful when they catered my event. They are very professional, responsive and extremely flexible; and only one word can describe their food, Simply Phenomenal!. They were also extremely accommodating as they were able to prepare seafood dishes that my guess could enjoy while still adhering to my seafood allergy, as I'm allergic to shell fish. I couldn't be more happier with my choice in choosing Chef Holly and her staff to cater my event and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a professional caterer that's consistent.

  Chef Holly and her staff was helpful courteous and extremely professional. From the moment she arrived she took care of all of my needs every request I ask for she brought it 100%. the food was extraordinary it was truly phenomenal experience plus all her staff from the event planners to the designers made my wedding day a phenomenal day and a day for me to never forget.

  Phenomenal Food by Chef Holly is so awesome! Her staff is so professional and organized. I was truly impressed with the food. Her presentation was exceptional. My guest enjoyed everything on the menu. The brown stew chicken and rice was so delicious! I would definitely use this company again.

  Chef Holly and her team are truly Phenomenal. From the beginning they were very straight to the point and attentive. My venue had 10 preferred caters and we chose not to pursue any, as we were seeking someone to cater more closely to our preferences. Our tasting was amazing but BEWARE the decisions get even harder from there. Every meal option was plenty and so amazing, making it soooo very difficult to choose. Mindful of the expense to bring it an outside caterer, it was one of the best decisions. It has been almost a month after our wedding and "the food" is still the highlight of many conversations. I truly cannot wait to have another event to hire chef Holly and her team!! YUM YUM YUM!!

  Chef Holly was simply Phenomenal!!! Her names speaks truth! She was attentive and flexible. I am a very hard woman to please and I changed my mind a few times before we locked things in. I am outgoing and like to try different foods, where as my NEW HUSBAND, lol, is a simple meat and potatoes type. Chef was able to find common ground for us to agree to and love. The staff was friendly and helpful and they made all my guests feel special. She even made special meals for the older members of my family who were unable to eat certain things. My husband and I couldn't have made a better choice. I would recommend Chef Holly to others because I know she will not disappoint.
