We got my engagement ring from Persona and we would highly highly recommend them. Not only did they work within our tiny budget with a diamond we already have, they treated us like we were buying the most expensive item they could carry. They never laughed or gaffed at us (like some jewelers did) with what we wanted. They took the time to educate us about various types of ring settings and worked with us to custom make a ring that I absolutely adore. I get compliments on the ring all the time (even now after I'm married) and love how timeless it is.

Even after a mini drama with the gold on the prongs of my ring 'pitting out' or turning black, I took the ring in and showed Gary and he made an entirely new ring for free to match the original and replace the gold that had pitted out. (It was not his fault that the gold pitted, it's just something that happens to gold sometimes.)

Persona is amazing. I want to get engaged all over again just to shop there again!!

They picked out the most beautiful jewelry for me. Not to much jewelry, which i liked and she does too. It was very small though but the Quality was very good.

Gary is great. He spent countless hours with me so that I could design with him a ring for my wife. Very accommodating of diversity, and a brilliant designer. Prices were reasonable, and he didn't charge for the hours he spent designing. He worked hard to get the ring done in time. Everyone in the store is really nice, has great opinions, very helpful. The rest of their stuff is quite nice and unique as well. And priced well. And lots of little things like they clean your ring every time you come in, valet parking, extensive knowledge of gems and structure...really great.

They have such beautiful jewelry - and outstanding service. We bought the engagement ring and both wedding bands there and were so happy with everything. We know that we will get great service from them over the years.
