Lisa helped me say "Yes to the dress!"

Our wedding was a destination wedding in Gatlinburg, TN on June 23, 2019. Pearl's place has many beautiful dresses and Lisa helped me find a dress that made me feel beautiful! I walked into Pearl's Place after having a terrible experience at another store down the road. Lisa met me with a smile and asked a few questions about what I wanted. She cheered me up and assisted me in making an appointment to come back later that week. The first dress she showed me that I tried on during my appointment was "the dress!" Lisa showed me dresses in my budget, which I was appreciate of. She was very sweet and kind. She gave her honest opinion and was not only trying to make a sale. I appreciated her honesty! During my appointment, the other staff members also helped and let me know they thought that was "the dress" too! It was such a relaxed atmosphere, which was nice. I wanted to find a dress that wouldn't feel too heavy in the summer heat, but was within my budget. I wanted a dress that was simple, yet beautiful. She found it on the first try!

My appointment at Pearl's Place was on 10/26/18 for my wedding in June 2019. Pearl's Place ordered the dress and it came in around end of February 2019 to beginning March 2019.

Let my husband's reaction show you what he thought of the dress on me in the pictures! He is not a man who cries very often, but he cried big tears when he saw me come down the aisle that day!

Friendly and Accommodating with a great selection

Pearl's Place is the perfect place to get your dress. I walked in discouraged from another dress shop. They helped me within 15 minutes of putting my name on the list. Kim listened to my wants and kept me within my budget. She was knowledgeable and fun to work with. She picked out two dresses for me and I ended up purchasing the second dress! It was perfect. She knew exactly what would look good on my body even if I was unsure at first. I would recommend Pearl's Place! (one note: they do not have an in-house seamstress)

Found my gown!

I found Pearl’s Place as I was looking to try on a brand new Wtoo gown. I flew in and tried on gowns with my mom and Dad. From the start I was impressed by the organization, selection, and knowledge of the staff. We were allowed to browse will no pressure and they recommended a few additional gowns once they got an idea of what I was looking for. The ladies were helpful without being too invasive or pushy like I’ve experienced at other salons. We saved my gown for last and I knew immediately it was my gown. The team made my experience stress free and fun. My parents even enjoyed the day! I bought my gown that day and it came in two months early. They even shipped it to me when I got sent overseas again on very little notice. The prices and selection are amazing and I would definitely shop here again for all of my gowns and accessories. When searching for Bridesmaids dresses I really didn't want my girls to have to pay the original price of the Alfred Sung dress I picked out which was $200. I am all about saving money as long as the quality is still up to my standards. I did my researched and checked out loads of places online. After speaking with past Brides and Fred at Pearl's Place, I made the decision to order from Pearl's Place. I could not have been happier. The dresses arrived 1 month ahead of schedule and were perfect!

I would highly recommend this place! I went to this shop after a terrible experience at David's Bridal and they were so helpful. Lisa was the best and a great consultant. I wasn't expecting to find anything today and I did

My experience at Pearl's was absolutely magical! The very first dress I tried on was "the one." I had given a vague description of what I was picturing and she nailed it on the first try. I don't know how she did it! I tried on a couple more, including the one I went in thinking I would go with, but none of them glowed the way that first one did. I was visiting from out of state and they were very accommodating of my schedule throughout the consultation and fitting process. I want to thank everyone at Pearl's for helping me feel so beautiful on our special day!

I have always known that my wedding dress would come from Peal's Place. The owners and staff are like a second family to me (since my grandmother used to work there). I can't believe that it only took five dresses to find the one! Michelle made my experience of shopping for a wedding dress very exciting as I tried the dresses on. I am the grandmother of the bride and I was present when my granddaughter was shopping for her wedding dress from Pearl's Place. I saw the service she got while there and decided I would shop for my dress there also. Tena was my consultant for my shopping experience and it was very rewarding. She was tireless in bringing me selection after selection until she found the perfect one for me. I truly felt she was not just trying to sell me anything just to get the sale. She was very honest and professional in giving advice and pointers in my selection. I felt she was very knowledgeable in her selections for me as to what would look best on me and my compliment my body shape. I cold not have been more pleased with the service and attention I received from Tena. I will recommend her to anyone in the market for formal/wedding attire. She knows exactly what she is doing and she does it very well.

For years my family has shopped in this store. So many prom, Mardi Gras and bridesmaids. Now it is my turn and I could not be happier. Tell you the truth it was all of the people in the store. Ruth, Lisa and Courtney were wonderful, just amazing. My gown will be the perfect dream of my life. I have been in many other weddings where bridesmaids have be sourced there. I have not one single complaint and just cannot wait for my gown to come in. Those who complain have no idea of the level of service at that store.

I loved this place! They had my perfect dress, it came in on time and the staff (as well as the owners who are on site all day every day to answer every question) were all extremely friendly! During the time that I spent there I saw a few examples of the negativity written about on this site and I was appalled by the customer, not the service! People wanting special treatment, people saying they gained a little weight (and expecting the seamstress to what, glue the extra fabric back on?), people not listening to the explanation of how sizing differs by designer. Every girl knows some brands run small so when people came in upset, even I could've explained, just by overhearing from earlier brides, what the protocol was! I don't understand the negativity. You come in happy ready to prepare for the happiest day of your life and you leave happy with an order for a beautiful dress! Thank you Pearl's place!

the minute I walked through the door, everyone was so helpful. The first four dresses that I tried on was a nightmare, but the last dress was the dress! They provided wonderful customer service.

We ordered all of our bridesmaid dresses from Pearl's Place, and everyone was very happy. They were received promptly, and we paid much less than we would have at our local bridal shop. Two of my bridesmaids were local, while 3 of them lived out of state, and they were able to ship them directly to them so alterations could be done. Overall, no complaints and a perfect experience.

Ruth helped me find the perfect dress! She was patient, helpful, honest, and had me try on dresses I never would have on my own, which ultimately paid off cause one of them wound up being "the one"! The entire staff is so friendly, outgoing, and answer all your questions and then some!

Tena helped my mom find her dress and her bubbly personality and "don't care" attitude were contagious. She convinced my mom to try on a sexy, black, backless number which looked absolutely gorgeous on her! Thanks Tena for breaking my mom out of her shell!!

Love my dress! I Had a great experience at Pearl's. Try and pick days and time to go when they aren't as busy and you won't regret it! Sats are their busiest days so dont bother unless you want to just browse around.

We had such a pleasurable experience at Pearls Place. It was the first shop my daughter visited and they were so patient and spent a lot of time with us. Michele was wonderful. My daughter did not know what type of dress she wanted. Every dress Michele pulled looked gorgeous on my daughter. We went to several other shops but returned to buy the very first dress Michele pulled for us. We also bought the bridesmaid dresses there. Everyone at the shop was so helpful! We never felt rushed and everything happened exactly as we were told. When we went to try on my daughters dress after it came in, they spent time with us again letting us try it on and take pictures. I would highly recommend Pearls. My daughter found a gorgeous dress right on budget with free alterations from people who know what they are doing!

I really enjoined shopping at Pearls. Ruth was very helpful and patent with me. I tried on a ton of dresses and ended up getting one I never would have picked on my own. They respond quickly with emails AND phone calls. To the questions I asked They are great with helping to take care of issues.

I ordered my 2013 Blu by Mori Lee dress via phone through Pearl's Place. The dress I desired was not yet available in stores, but I saw a photo on Pinterest and had to have it! Pearl's Place customer service was friendly and efficient. The dress came in just over a month and was perfect. Their prices were lower than what I was quoted by local stores (that didn't have the dress yet). Do your research before committing to your dress and definitely check out Pearl's Place if you want a great price!

After reading some of the reviews, it made me think how easy it is to sit down and fire off a negative email, especially when angry. I have to say our experience with Pearls Place was a very positive experience in every way. We knew they were very busy on Saturdays, so we called and made an appointment for our first visit on a Monday and made the drive to New Orleans from Mobile. We were greeted at the door by several ladies and taken immediately to the bridal area. The sales lady that helped us was extremely patient. She asked what type of dress I was interested in. She brought me several different types of dresses and we began to try them on. It was a wonderful experience. We kept some and put some back. We kept going back to dress #3. Our sales person put a sash and brooch on the dress and it just was stunning. We would have never thought of that. When she added the veil, we knew that was the dress for me. They all were kind, considerate, and thoughtful. We went back on a Wednesday for the first alterations. We had a very short wait. The seamstresses were very professional and did a great job. The last fitting was on a Saturday. We got there about 9:30 A.M. because we knew they would be very busy. We were #11 in line for alterations and knowing we would have to wait, we took several things we could do while waiting. When I tried the dress on, it fit perfectly. The owner helped me pick out a veil that I love, and had it shipped to my house. She then took my dress, steamed it for me, and gave us all a big hug and thanked us for our business.

Pearls place is the first place to look for your wedding dress. I bought my dress here for a way cheaper price tag than at other bridal stores. I also bought my bridesmaid dresses here too. Best bang for your buck!!!

And even though I didn't visit the actual store service was great. I just went and tried my
Dress on at another bridal store to be sure of the size before ordering.

I had my bridesmaids try on dresses at a boutique in NY and fell in love with a designer dress that they just couldn't afford. After doing a lot of research I found Pearl's Place and the dresses were $100 less each- with very reasonable shipping and no tax! I called the store with questions and always had a great experience, and the dresses arrived when expected and in perfect condition. There are definitely some bootleg online companies out there but Pearl's Place is a real store with amazing prices and even if you're out of state I would recommend giving them a call to see if you can get a better deal on your bridesmaid dress (I did not use them for my gown).

Pearls Place was a Godsend. We were able to find our bridesmaids' dresses for 40% less than the local bridal salon. 5 bridesmaids dresses plus shipping for under $500 can't be beat! Their customer service was wonderful. I think I called 10 times for price quotes before actually ordering. The dresses (Morilee) arrived within 5 weeks and were all wonderful. We used Pearl's for my sister's wedding as well, and had the same great experience. I highly recommend them!

I live in Chicago, but ordered my dress from Pearl's Place over the phone. I had already tried on my dress at a local bridal shop, but the price I was quoted was a bit out of my budget. I had heard good things about Pearl's Place mail-order business, so I called them for a quote. I was able to order my dress for half the price that I was quoted at the salon. After I ordered, my dress arrived in perfect condition in two months. Very great service!!!

I ordered my dress from Pearl's Place after finding it in a store in Austin. Pearl's Place was almost $1000 cheaper (WOW!), making the dress in my budget. It arrived two MONTHS early and was perfect. I absolutely love my dress and received so, so many compliments on it.

HIGHLY recommended.

I tried on what seems like millions of dresses, and finally found my Watters/WTOO dress at a local store in Chicago. I then called Pearl’s Place to get prices, and Pearl’s Place came in $300 less than the store I visited – with no sales tax and just a flat $12 shipping charge. It got here almost 3 weeks before they thought it would. Highly recommend them!

I tried on the wedding dress I knew I wanted in NC, and ordered it from Pearl's Place. I saved $100 in sales tax, got free shipping, and the dress came in FAST, only 13 weeks. The reason my dress wasnt sold for any cheaper than here in NC was because that particular designer sets a "floor price" on its dresses. Pearl's Place sold it at the floor price. My bridesmaids dresses, though, were sold at Pearl's Place for FORTY dollars cheaper than the local shops here, plus they were shipped for only a few dollars and NO sales tax. All the sizes were correct, everything was fine. My only wish for them would be, I wish they were more technologically updated. I wish they emailed you a receipt (they mail it to you physically), as well as a tracking link (you get an automated phone call from UPS). Otherwise, working with them was great from a distance.

Placed phone order for my bridesmaid dresses because they had the best prices. Interaction via phone and email has been very courteous. All dresses were shipped to one address for the small shipping fee ($12). Dresses were delivered 2 weeks early and came out perfect. One BM's dress fit perfect, no alterations needed. Would highly recommend you compare Pearl's to any other dress shop you are considering.

Even though I loved the bridal shop where I got my gown, I wish I'd have known about Pearl's Place. We did however, know about it and purchased the maids dresses there. They were beautiful and saved the girls a bundle. We were taking a chance because we ordered a dress we had only seen on-line. It was a good bet. The dress looked great on everyone.

I picked out my dress at a local boutique and figured out what size I needed. I checked everywhere for the best price. I was going to purchase from HouseofBrides.com, but I called Pearl's Place and I'm so glad I did! The boutique wanted $1050 for my dress and HoB wanted $750. Pearl's Place quoted me $525 + $12 shipping -- a complete bargain! I emailed them one evening to say I definitely wanted to place an order (I wanted something in writing) and asked them to call me in the morning to get my credit card number. They called me first thing and were very helpful over the phone. They were familiar with the manufacturer and style (meaning, I said, "I would like Mori Lee 2147," and the woman made sure to ask me what size, if I had tried it on before, and what my hollow-to-hem measurement was because Mori Lee makes dresses in three different lengths). I had no doubt they knew what they were doing. They sent me a copy of my credit card receipt in the mail, and I got my dress within the promised time frame. It looked like Mori Lee sent the dress to Pearl's Place and Pearl's confirmed it was correct and simply forwarded it to me. I would use them again (just for bridesmaid dresses, haha!), and recommend them to anyone.

No doubt about it, this was one of the best decisions I made! I saved $500 by ordering my dress from them, and it came in 2 months earlier than the bridal salon quoted me. It was a no-brainer for me, and it all worked out perfectly. It's not their fault the dress was too big, I can only blame it on the measurements and the designer's size chart. The salon would have ordered me the same size, and charged me wayyyy too much to alter it. Pearl's Place is the way to go! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I got bridesmaids dresses there but bought a wedding gown there in the past. It's a "real" store that's been in business for more than 30 years, but they have a website also. You can email them (Fred) for a quote on dresses. My bridesmaid dresses were $150+ at Catan's and I got them for $99 at Pearl's. Since it's a "real" store (rather than just having an online presence), they are also authorized retailers for many, many gown companies. That's important in case there's a problem with the order. Since they're in Louisiana, you don't pay sales tax. Also, their shipping is really, really low. I gave them the choice of eight dresses but I picked the color. We ordered the bridesmaids dresses from Pearl's Place. They are in a different state from us, so we never went there in person, but I had heard great things about them from other brides. We visited several shops and found the dress we wanted for the bridesmaid, and Pearl's Place had by far the best price. I was nervous about ordering over the phone, and afraid the dresses wouldn't show up, or would show up wrong. They sent me a confirmation email with my order and were able to change the delivery address with no problem two weeks after I placed the order. The dresses arrived earlier than expected, and just as ordered. I placed one order, and had a total of 5 dresses shipped to 3 different adresses. The right sizes showed up at the right addresses. I highly recommend this vendor!

What an AWESOME place to order your dress. Let me just say that I tried my dress on and fell in love with it. It was so detailed with lace and beading that I knew it was going to be a fortune. House of Brides wanted close to $1000 for it and Bridesmart was close to that amount as well. I found the designer and the style number and called Pearl's Place. They had it for $390! I paid $411 for the dress and shipping (insured UPS). Isn't that amazing? No one believes me when I tell them how much I paid for my dress. It is unbelievable how wonderful that place is. I first heard of them from my best friend. She had gotten all of our dresses from there when we stood up in her wedding. I got my bridesmaids their dresses from there as well. Each was $111 with shipping (UPS insured) I wish all businesses were like this. Knowing that they are still making a profit at $390 and House of Brides wants to sell it for $1000 makes you realize just how marked up they have the dresses. Don't forget that you have alterations that cost later on top of the cost of the dress. HOB does not include that in the cost. Another thing, I got my dress in a month! The bridesmaids dresses took a little under 3 months. It all depends on the designer.

I went there after going to several places and not finding a dress. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she brought three dresses that were perfect. The one i ended up picking was exactly what i wanted. I have to say they are very busy and if you can go during the week you should. Saturdays are crazy and its hard to get help because they are so busy. The alterations were also perfect. I only had to go once and they were done!

I first used Pearls Place for my wedding dress. They were by far the lowest price, about 50% less than the lowest priced bridal shop quote, and still about $200 less than other online dress vendors. The dress came in over a monthly early and was perfect!

Based on my good experience, I ordered bridesmaids dresses from here as well. Again, they were the lowest priced, althought not by much, and the dresses came in over a month early! I would highly reccommend.

Pearl's is definitely the place to purchase bridesmaid dresses for much lower than any of the bridal boutiques. I got the bridesmaid dresses for my girls MUCH cheaper than I could have anywhere else. I do not live in the area and never visited the store, but rather did everything via phone. As long as you already know the size and the style number of the dress, ordering is simple. There was a small snafu on the part of the manufacturer of the dresses but Pearl's was very responsive in trying to correct it. I recommend using them.

I had read awful reviews about Pearl's Place, but since they have EVERY designer under the sun, I decided to try them out. I went on a Thursday morning in the summer and there were very few people there. I had very personalized service. I ended up getting my dress as well as my bridesmaids' dresses here. Lashawn is a GREAT consultant. If you can, you definitely want to get her. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted.

Alterations are included for basic things. However, if you need a french bustle or anything "out of the ordinary," it costs extra. A quick hint about getting alterations done. Go during the week. I have heard horror stories about going on a Saturday.

My final recommendation, don't e-mail them. Their response is simply to call them. If I wanted to call you, I would have done that initially!

As the mother of the bride, it was very important for the day to be special for my daughter. The first person that helped us was overly opinionated. The situation was quickly resolved when I asked to speak with the owner. Immediately, a new person was assigned to help us pick out the dress and the day ended up as a very special day. I was able to find my daughters dress as well as my own. They have a great selection and are very busy. So go with a good attitude and all will turn out fine!

Pearl's Place had the absolute best prices on the gowns I tried on - AND they include FREE alterations which is invaluable. The downside is you cannot make an appointment for alterations - you must wait in line and they do alterations on certain days only. I live an hour away so this was a HUGE pain...but my dress looked AMAZING and I paid very little for it :) If you don't like the hassle of waiting for your alterations...you could always take it somewhere else and pay for them. The staff was very very sweet to me also. I'm a happy customer.

I ordered my dress through Pearl’s Place which is a bridal shop in Louisiana. By ordering through them I was able to save almost $600 on my dress. Instead of my gown being $1,000 I only paid $400 which was a godsend. I was EXTREMELY paranoid about buying my dress from a private separate vendor, but it saved me so much money that I am so glad I decided to take the plunge.

I give them a B instead of an A, because I was charged 100 for rush shipping which I felt was a bit overpriced considering that the dress was simply placed in a box and shipped. I feel that the pricing for this was a bit expensive, but since I saved so much on the dress I was willing to pay it.

I actually live near Sacramento, CA and hired a wedding planner who told me to shop for a dress in the local bridal stores but NOT order it from the local stores. Reason why? Ridiculously overpriced! My wedding planner instead took the designer/style/size/color information for my dress and bridesmaids dresses and ordered it from Pearl's Place over the phone. I ended up saving 43% off the cost of my dress! I received the dresses in the mail about 4-5 months later. My wedding dress was shoved into the tiniest box and was badly wrinkled whereas the bridesmaid dresses arrived on hangers, in plastic, and gently folded in half. Odd, but whatever.. had to get it pressed and altered before the wedding day anyway.

My friend told me about this place because she had gotten some dresses here and I have to say their service is amazing. I originally found my dress here in California for around $1400 and I called them to get a quote and they told me $650 plus free shipping. The deal was amazing and too great to pass up. I ordered my dress in August and they told me I would have my dress in about 4 months. I had my dress 2 months later in October and it was absolutely beautiful. I told my sister about this place and she too ordered her dress from them at a $500 discount and had it delivered a month later. I am a very last minute person and it took me forever to pick out my bridesmaids dresses and so I didn't choose them until about 2 months before my wedding. I was a little worried. In the stores we were quoted at $135 for my bridesmaids and $120 for my flowegirls, plus they would charge and extra $35 for a rush charge. Pearls Place quoted us at $90 for the bridesmaids and $80 for the flowergirls and they said we would get them in time and we did with plenty of time to spare. I would definately reccomend this dress shop to anyone.

I made an appontment when I first went to try on dresses and was glad I did as it can get busy. Ruth helped me find a dress that was perfect, better than what I thought I wanted. Alterations were time-consuming as no appointments and again it's usually busy, but everything was professionally handled. My bridesmaids got their dresses through here as well, and were able to call their measurements in and receive their dresses from across the country. I would highly recommend Pearls to other brides due to their selection, service, and friendly professionalism.

Ruth was wonderful. I just wish they took appointments for alterations. When we had to order one of the bridesmaids another dress. The staff at Pearls Place was wonderful.

I ordered my gown, and all of my bridesmaids dresses from Pearls Place, and I was absolutely thrilled with them. I saved over $500 on my dress compared to my local dress shop, and each of my bridesmaids saved about $60 on their dresses. Everyone at the shop is so nice and easy to work with, and having my dress delivered to my door was very convenient. I got a phone call the day before my dress was delivered, letting me know it was coming so that I could be there to sign for it, and my dress is exactly what I wanted for an amazing price! The only thing I will say, is that it doesn't come with any kind of garment bag, so make sure that if you order from them, you have something on hand to wrap the dress in when it arrives!

Came in weeks early a blessing considering I ordered them 6 weeks before the wedding.

Were beautiful, perfect size, etc all I could have asked for.

Negatives:

scary ordering online (there were TONS of great reviews on BI, but a couple bad ones too). I had a great experience!

Inconsistent customer service. Some people I talked to were real nice, some were brash and a little rude.

Also they kind of treat you like you should know what your doing, when of course you dont.

** Mori Lee dresses have VERY weird sizing. At the last minute all my girls ended up changing their bm dress size 2-4 sizes bigger than their normal dress sizes to be careful. 2 of the dresses were a tiny bit too big (in the bust, not in the waist), my sisters was too small, and the one I had worried about most (ordering a size 10 for a woman who is 410 and pretty tiny fit PERFECTLY!, almost too small, hard to zip up.) I am telling you this because I fretted sooo much about it.

We had an appointment at Pearl's Place on a Friday morning, and while they did say we did not need one, I think it can't hurt to make one ahead of time. It is not a fancy spot, and you don't get to pull dresses yourself, but if you come prepared with pictures you like, they should be able to pull dresses that work. As I tried on, and certain styles worked better, she started to pull dresses similar, which was very helpful. I did not say yes to the dress immediately, but they wrote down the info for me, and I was able to come back the following weekend, and try it on and say yes! They often offer a discount for the tax, which is great.

My dress came in after only 6 weeks, and I picked it up and kept it until it was time for alterations. As mentioned previously, alterations are free, but come with a pretty strict schedule. Since I had read up on that, and knew that it was only certain days of the week/no appointments, it was not a big deal for me. I was able to get in right away at 10am on a Friday for my first fitting, and the same for my second fitting. I only needed minimal alterations, and they were completed as requested and on schedule. They also steamed my dress ahead of the wedding.

Overall, this is not the fanciest vendor, and you have to be prepared to follow up as needed, but the value of my dress (with free alterations) was great, and the customer service was great as well.

While I didn't find my wedding dress here I did shop here for my dress. Even though it was busy they treated me with respect and took their time fitting me in gowns. I would highly recommend coming during a week day rather than on a Saturday to avoid the crowds.

I did come back and purchase my hair piece, a bracelet, earrings, and my first dance dress. The accessories they have were high quality and they gave me very good prices. I ended up ordering one of their evening wear gowns and getting it altered into a tango dress for our first dance. It worked perfectly and the dress arrived several weeks before the quoted delivery date.

They are rated the number 1 bridal salon in Louisiana for a reason. If you want a personal bridal experience, this is the place to go. You are assigned a consultant and they are yours for the time you are there. They dress you, dazzle you up, change lighting based on your venue, and so much more! You show them styles you like and they do the shopping for you! Amazing experience!

After finding an Enzoani dress that my mom would look absolutely dynamite in, we scoured every store to either find a trunk show or a discount on the dress since it was quite expensive. We were able to find it at Pearl’s Place and got it for much less than we could have gotten even at a trunk show. We save well over $100 bucks on the gown and we received right around the time they said we were. It was in absolute perfect condition. I would recommend using them in a heartbeat. In fact, I wished I used them to purchase my own gown.

Kind. Friendly. Don't go on the weekend....very very busy! If you are getting altered, get there an hour before they open going on Saturday. Large selection. I called prior to going to make sure they carried my dress and they were happy to get check.

Honestly, I was nervous about getting my dress from them...only take orders over the phone, etc...BUT...I went to all the fancy smancy dress boutiques, found the dress I wanted, called P.P. and ordered the exact same size, style and designer for SO MUCH CHEAPER!! The dress came in a sturdy box, delivered to my door, in only about a month and a half. There was a complication but they rectified the situation w/in 2 days! It was awesome. I recommend them to all my friends!

I ordered my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses from Pearl's Place. We saved A LOT of money using them. They were friendly and easy to work with, although they were kind of quick on the phone. I think I wanted extra reassurances that my order was all set and they're used to taking orders every day, so it wasn't as big a deal for them. They were more brief and to the point on the phone, but it was very professional and I was promptly mailed a receipt for each purchase. The dresses all arrived earlier than expected and they were the correct sizes, etc. I found my dress for 1/3 to 1/2 less than the prices at shops in the area. I was very grateful I found Pearl's Place. I would highly recommend them.

I used Pearl's Place for my bridesmaid dresses. Once we had found the dress that we wanted, I searched online for where I could find it at a more reasonable price. Pear's place was cheaper by almost over $100 when compared to some places where we were looking. (This was a Jordan designer dress that we found for $260 in some stores, and was $153 at Pearl's Place.) They told us the dresses would take about 3 months to come in, and arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule. The only draw back was that the entire order has to be placed at once, with one address to which they would ship, and all the dresses had to be paid in advance. I was planning on ordering all my girls' dresses anyways, so I didn't mind this, but if you want each girl to order their own, you might run into difficulties. So even though I never met anyone from Pearl's Place, they were very helpful, and I was happy to save a total of $800 for my girls.

Pearl's place gets a lot of mixed reviews from what I've heard so I wasnt sure if i should work with them or not. But they had the dress i fell in love with and for cheaper than another store. Plus alterations were included. I worked with Michele, and she was AWESOME. Truly. My only complaint was that it took me a bit to get the alterations done right, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time, and do not settle, make sure you are very happy with your alterations! In the end, i was, and i was happy with Pearl's Place.

Pearl's Place has a great selection of wedding gowns. Their shop is very small for the volume of Bride to Be's so the staff has to divide their attention to get to everyone looking for gown's. Finding my perfect gown only took 2 hours which I thought was incredible! I thought it would take a lot longer! The fitting and alterations are what took a long time. Fittings are on first come first serve basis, so it took a while for them to get to me. I wished they set up appointments or had more seamstresses on staff. Overall I loved my gown and Pearl's Place was a great place to find it at!

My dress was gorgeous. Ruth was a huge help when I went in to find my dress. She helped me find the PERFECT dress. I gave them short notice, but they had the dress with alterations done in plenty of time. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
