There are so many small luxuries about Palafox Wharf that most brides do not have access to, and all of these things added up to create the most flawless wedding experience for me, my husband, our guests and our vendors.
When I initially booked Palafox Wharf, I chose them because of easy things to recognize, such as location. What is better then downtown Pensacola, right on the water, and in walking distance to the bars? My guests raved about the location because everyone flew into town for the wedding and did not need a car the entire weekend. Also, their property is simply gorgeous. It sits on the water and the sunset at the perfect time in the evenings where it sits behind a building so guests don't sweat and the lighting is perfect outdoors. Also it faces the minor league baseball stadium so we were surprised with a 5 minutes firework shows across the water during our reception!
During the planning process, Sandy went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. She provided me with a list of preferred vendors. This was probably my favorite thing they provided, because it made choosing vendors extremely quick. Also because they were work together so frequently, there was never any miscommunication about my wedding. Everything was very familiar and comfortable for all of my vendors, making it easy for me to plan a destination wedding. What also made it so simple was that all of my rentals were made through Sandy. If I wanted to add decorations, I told her what I wanted, paid her, and she coordinated the rest. It really took so much stress off of me, who felt too busy to plan a destination wedding.
I would love to write Neil, their in-house wedding coordinator, his own review. I have heard mixed stories about wedding coordinators, and Neil truly is above the rest. I hired him as a day-of. However, we communicated about 1 month out from my wedding and essentially acted as a one-month planner. He helped me get organized and really made my vision happen. He does the smallest acts, such as making sure each bridesmaid looks perfect, moving around floral arrangements, making sure my photographer captured really good small moments... I could go on and on. If you are going to hire Palafox Wharf as your vendor, you absolutely have to hire Neil as your coordinator because he will make the night beyond what you asked for.
Again, my wedding was beyond what I had expected and I truly think it all falls back on because I had it at Palafox Wharf with Neil as my planner. Everything was flawless and all of my guests raved about how much fun they had there.

Perfect venue
Wow... could not say enough good things about this venue. We were hesitant to book because it was pricier than what we wanted (originally looking at just using a local community center)... SO glad we ended up choosing Palafox. Although they are on the pricier side, you are not only getting a stunning venue, but are getting a TON of planning services that really took so much stress of our plate. Sandy is amazing to work with, and was 110% willing to be flexible. On reflecting back on our wedding day, the quality of the venue is ACTUALLY something people notice... not the table settings or even the food. If you are on the fence, you need to get off the fence and book this venue, you'll thank me later! :)

We absolutley loved getting married at Palafox Wharf! Sandy, Neil, and Ana were wonderul to work wtih! Sandy kept me on track and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. 90% of our guests and bridal party traveled in for our big day, and they still rave about the venue!

They're with you the whole way!
To put it all out there - my now husband was sold immediately on Palafox Wharf before we even walked through it and I was not. I was hesitant, but mostly due to the fact I wanted to see all of the other venues first to really be sure and I felt that the Palafox Wharf site was a little lacking in full details and clear photos. However, his enthusiasm (and the incredibly busy season with multiple couples looking to book at the same time we were) won me over.
Prior to booking Palafox Wharf, we had already decided on a wedding planner who was not associated with the venue and because Palafox Wharf offers its own planning services I was concerned this would cause a riff between us and the venue from the start. However, I was proven wrong totally and the wedding day came and went with our hired planner and the venue host working together seamlessly to help us create the very best day.
I can in total honesty say that we would not have been able to execute our actually perfect day without Sandy and her team. Wedding planning is a weird mix of wonderful and exhausting, so when we first booked the venue and I began receiving SO MUCH information from Sandy I was a bit overwhelmed with the number of emails to keep up with. However, after a few weeks and being able to access their awesome and personalized wedding portal specifically for us, I was so grateful for Sandy's detailed emails and easy-to-navigate portal that helped me to know what parts to do next and where I needed to focus. I'm not sure if any other venues offer this service, but I have to imagine that none are as detailed or as responsive as Sandy and that was truly a God-send for me.
The venue offered their top lists for caterers, florists, and DJs that really helped us vet who we wanted and make decisions we could rely upon. Sandy always answered us in detail when we were confused about what was going on or needed further guidance. My fear we would be treated differently because we opted for an outside planner was eased and I would absolutely hire them as a planner for anyone unsure (I LOVED my planner but I know working with Palafox Wharf's own team would be a great way to go if you book here).
Sandy handled linen rentals, timeline and layout drafts, and updates, she had rental decor options at the ready and even sent all of our vendors emails with full & clear details on parking, set up, and clean up that left no room for confusion or error.
The venue itself is beautiful and really such an important part of Pensacola (I came here as a child when it was still Mr. Manatee's restaurant and it holds such great memories for me). We had a large number of guests who were all able to be seated comfortably inside or outside on the deck. The water views were the perfect touch. We had many out-of-town guests who have not stopped gushing over how perfect the location was and how much they loved the building and design.
The lawn next to the building was perfect for photos as was the deck.
We can't say enough about how great Palafox Wharf was for our wedding and I just know that anyone looking for a venue in the heart of Pensacola would be lucky to book here.

Lovely Venue!!!
We had our wedding reception at the Palafox Wharf and it was absolutely beautiful! It held all of our guests very comfortably and allowed for easy access to the bar and buffet styled dinner. We were so happy for perfect weather and were able to enjoy the back deck and dock as well. Our wedding planner, Neil, was an amazing addition to our wedding day! He was so helpful and fit right in as a guest while taking care of all responsibilities (my parents were thrilled to be able to sit back and enjoy the day as well). We highly recommend using this venue, if we could do this day over again, we definetly would!

Very Professional Staff and Beautiful Venue
The Palafox Wharf team made our wedding day truly come alive and one we will never forget. Sandy was with us every step of the way for everything we needed. Neil coordinated everything perfectly and I can't think of a single thing that went wrong. They were both respectful, attentive , and made sure we had everything we needed to have the perfect day. The Perfect Venue
The venue was everything I expected. Our representative Neal was superb and was always there to make sure our day was perfect. He even ran to the store to get champagne for our toast because we forgot to buy it. The owner, Sandy, provides numerous resources to get you started and to make sure your day flows as you wish. Palafox Wharf made my wedding stress free and I am very happy I chose them for my special day!

Palafox Wharf was the perfect choice for my wedding reception! Beautiful outdoor & indoor space, Sandy was always quick to respond, sent lots of helpful emails & was able to accommodate me when I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid. Their list of preferred vendors was also a great help to me as a bride planning her wedding from another state and they all turned out to be fantastic! I also wanted to give a shout out to the in house wedding coordinator, Neil Zanthos! I hired him for partial planning so he finalized everything with my vendors 30 days out, scheduled their set up time, clean up, etc. He also coordinated the reception and was above and beyond FANTASTIC. He came up to me several times throughout the night for my opinion on things, to see if I needed anything, always made sure my drink was full, etc. A couple drinks were spilled & he was cleaning them up within 2 seconds of it happening. Very responsive, kind and helpful. Cannot recommend him enough! A joy to work with and if you’re even thinking about adding him onto your package with Palafox Wharf you definitely should! 10/10.

Great Christmas Party
Our firm had our Christmas party at this venue last year. It was a wonderful experience. The venue is beautiful! Sandy was very responsive and very helpful with all of our needs. Perfect Venue
I can’t imagine our reception being anywhere else! The moment we stepped into Palafox Wharf Waterfront, we knew we wanted to have our reception there. The entire venue, and grounds are so gorgeous day and night. The deck was perfect for cocktail hour and for guests to enjoy the waterfront sunset views. The inside was so clean and beautiful, all the wood details and romantic lighting were stunning. It truly made for the wedding of our dreams! So much of that was possible thanks to Sandy, the owner. Her speedy communication, and genuinely sweet and helpful personality, made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. We are also super grateful for Neil, their in-house planner/coordinator. He ensured every last detail was better than we could have ever imagined. We are so grateful that this venue was such an integral part of our favorite day!

Sandy and Neil are just AMAZING. This venue is so beautiful being right on the water and very quiet/intimate being in the heart of downtown. I also had my ceremony on the lawn and it was picture perfect. Friends and family traveled out of town for my wedding and could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue and location was. Sandy has been so helpful since day 1 with recommendations, emailing vendors, keeping in contact with me and helping me get everything set up for my wedding. Neil was on-site during my wedding and was the sweetest, most patient person. He helped everything run smoothly during my wedding day and I could not thank him enough! If the Palafox Wharf is on your list of potential venues, PICK IT!!! I promise you, you will not regret it.

We love Palafox Wharf and Sandy!
Sandy was amazing to work with. She regularly provided suggestions for reliable vendors - many of which we hired and loved. The venue itself is beautiful. It really needs minimal decoration once you decide on table decor. Early in the evening most guests stayed inside due to the heat and there was plenty of room for about 110 people. Later as the day cooled off we all enjoyed the deck. The light breeze off the water and views from there were perfect. I don’t think we could have picked a better location for our wedding. It was intimate without being crowded and still provided a comfortable atmosphere for all of our guests.

What a magical evening!!

We were was in the process of moving to Las Vegas and I had limited time to be with her before I moved and let me tell you she calmed me down every step of the way!! Perfect venue for wedding rehersal dinner or wedding. Had 140 people with a buffet dinner and open bar. Only change which was completely our mistake was only having one side of the buffet acessible, SHOULD have the food line on BOTH sides of the buffet tables, might have sped up getting everyone fed.
Besides our mistake, the venue was awesome and the caterer and bar service Sandy recommended was outstanding. We are from Cincinnati so we had no idea who to contact and Sandy helped with all that.
Can't say enough good things about this venue.

Best reception venue in town!
Our wedding reception was a huge success, as guests keep reminding us months later. Palafox Wharf downtown has a nice deck on a marina, where guests can have drinks while the wedding party is taking pictures or step out during the event. Sandy will handle your reception as if it were her own. She is supportive and will take the time to understand your vision, working hard to make it come true. From recommending vendors in regular emails to answering questions that you may have along the way, Sandy will be accessible and ready with ideas. The plain room was a perfect backdrop for pretty tablecloths, globe lanterns, and simple rustic arrangements of blue hydrangeas and baby's breath. The buffet and bar were conveniently placed for traffic flow, and looked inviting with floral arrangements. The dance floor accommodated quite a number of enthusiastic dancers, with the DJ in the loft above. Our guests were able to walk from a convenient downtown hotel, enjoying the stroll through downtown. Whatever you do, please engage Dawn for wedding and reception coordination, at least for the month before. You'll be glad you did! Dawn quietly coordinated with all vendors, the officiant, musicians, etc. She communicated with the wedding party directly, making certain everyone was on time for rehearsal. Dawn will quietly and firmly deal with all issues that come up with vendors---and come up, they will, despite your best efforts! Sandy and Dawn are as flexible as possible and will sincerely try to help you achieve your dream. Both Sandy and Dawn are delightful to work with, and we had the event we wanted in the end. Highly recommend Palafox Wharf for your reception or event!

Palafox Wharf is a dream venue!
I fell in love with Palafox Wharf as a venue long before my husband and I were even engaged. It is a beautiful, historic building, right on the water in downtown Pensacola. Since we had a larger wedding guest list, we also utilized the green space next door where we set up an open air tent with string lights. Simply put, it was stunning. Additionally, Sandy, the owner of Palafox Wharf and our day-of wedding coordinator, is wonderful! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and the day of went off without a hitch. Our guests were truly wowed by the location, the view, and the staff, and have repeatedly told us how lovely the venue was. We had perfect weather, the perfect planning team, and the perfect venue. We highly recommend using Palafox Wharf for any special occasion!

DAWN is and was AMAZING!!!!!! She was so very helpful. I know you guys are probably used to and prefer professional decorating, and directors – but everyone was so gracious to let us fumble through. Dawn was right there the whole way. She even helped me clean up the rose petals on the lawn. I will never ever be able to express my deep gratitude to you and your entire staff for everything.

This is a beautiful location inside and out! Sandy, the owner, is so very friendly, helpful, and on it! She expertly guided us through the whole process. This venue was perfect for our Rotary charity fundraiser. Plenty of space, beautiful setting, acoustics are outstanding. The staff were accommodating and wonderful. We choose from the preferred catering list and were more than please with Olive Catering as the food was outstanding and their staff professional and pleasant. Sandy is a joy to work with. She was flexible with scheduling and requests and went over and above to make our event a success. We will use this venue again.

The Palafox Wharf is one of the most beautiful venues in Pensacola. I had just moved here, so I didn't really know any vendors in the area. Sandy was such great help with sending me emails for everything I would need to book for the wedding and recommending some great vendors. I hired Melinda for my day of coordination and she made the day go so smooth. She made sure I had everything I needed before the day of, set up all my decorations (which looked fabulous), and made sure the day of everything went right on time. I would highly recommend these two and the beautiful venue. It has a nice rustic charm inside, which made you feel like you barely had to decorate, which in my case is what I wanted. Also being on the water made it perfect for a beautiful outside ceremony.

I absolutely LOVED having my wedding ceremony and reception at this venue for many reasons. Sandy made it so easy for us to plan everything, especially selecting our vendors (which were amazing)! She always quickly responded to any questions I had, whether it be by e-mail or phone. The location was perfect being downtown, with a beautiful lawn and view of the water. We really enjoyed the entire night without any stress, and I know our guests did too! The best part was leaving on a boat as fireworks were going off!

I also worked with Melinda for my reception planning. She is amazing! She too was always available to provide assistance and advice. Everything I wanted for decor she made sure was in place. I was blown away when my husband and I walked into our reception! She even assisted the morning of, leading up to the ceremony, helping in any way we needed. She made sure we stuck to our schedule in a calm manner, which for a bride is necessary! I highly recommend Palafox Wharf. They truly make your day feel special and important. An absolutely stunning location for our wedding reception! We fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it and when we found out we could have a boat exit we were sold! If you are ready to take your chance on the weather and have a beautiful outdoor reception, I highly recommend Palafox Wharf. We had great weather and an open air tent on the lawn with about 250 guests. The sun was setting behind us and the scenery was stunning. This is a venue where you basically bring everything in. They do have some tables/chairs/lights available, but it allows you to be creative and make it yours regarding food/decor/beverages. Being able to use the lawn and the outdoor deck truly made our reception exactly how we wanted. We used PS Weddings for planning/coordinating in Pensacola, FL, Richey's East for the bar, Fiore for flowers, Nancy's for catering, Wedding Walls for tent decor and Gulf Coast Tents for our tent frame.

We used Palafox Wharf as the venue of our wedding on October 9th. We wanted a nice outdoor space for our ceremony, but a unique indoor space for our reception. Palafox Wharf has a beautiful lawn with a gorgeous view of the marina next door. The lawn was the perfect location for our ceremony.
Palafox Wharf was originally a shipping warehouse and contains all of the original wood, including huge masts and a large, beautiful bar. It was the perfect space for our 115-person reception.
Sandy was a pleasure to work with. She has a few rules on types of decor due to the historic nature of the venue, but she worked with us to meet every request we had. We recommend Palafox Wharf as a beautiful space for any wedding or special event.

We had a fabulous experience with Sandy and the Palafox Wharf team. From beginning to end Sandy was responsive and very helpful finding other vendors. I planned everything out of town and she made it seamless. There was a last minute issue with my linen order (due to hurricane Matthew) and I didn't even know about it. It was just handled and everything looked beautiful. I would recommend her and her venue all day long. The location is also a selling point. It's right in downtown Pensacola as well as waterfront. We were able to do a fun boat send off that was unique to anything I'd ever seen at a wedding. Bottom line: use Palafox Wharf, you won't be disappointed.

We live out of state and was trying to plan a wedding from out of state. Sandy was very patient in working with us with completing deadlines for our wedding.
Make a decision if you want an outdoor wedding with a waterfront in the background or just an indoor wedding. Our wedding was on the patio and the reception was inside the venue. The background of the patio with the waterfront and boats and the inside of the venue was gorgeous. The pictures via phone turned out beautiful. We are just waiting on the pictures from our wedding photographer.

I don't even know where to begin when talking about Palafox Wharf! When I began planning my wedding reception I had one "requirement:" I wanted it to be on the water. Palafox Wharf exceeded all of my expectations. This venue is so charming that it requires little decor, while still offering plenty of room for a bride to personalize it to fit her style. In addition to the beautiful photo opportunities on the lawn and deck overlooking the water as the sun sets, the Blue Wahoos stadium had fireworks the night of my wedding! These fireworks are perfectly visible from the venue and many of my guests thought that we had paid to have a private fireworks show, so cool!
Sandy was so accommodating and easy to work with, and she made sure I had everything I needed. At our meeting a few months before the wedding I was anxious about not having my linens rented, and she took care of connecting me with the right people in a flash. That's just one example of her expertise and wonderful suggestions she made throughout my wedding planning process. I've been to a number of event venues in Pensacola, and this one is truly my favorite. If I had to choose over again I would choose the Palafox Wharf every time.
The only thing I was concerned about is whether or not I would have enough room for my guests. I did end up placing three tables on the dance floor that were moved after dinner, but I'm glad I didn't end up seating any of my guests outside. I mentioned to a few of my friends the concern about it being too small for my number (about 140) and they told me they thought it was perfect because it made people get to know each other better. We did tent the back deck just in case of rain, and that provided our guests plenty of room to mingle. It ended up being the perfect size for my wedding reception!

This place is wonderful!!! Sandy is the absolute best. She is like a second wedding planner. She answered all emails thoroughly and promptly. As soon as I booked the venue, she sent around 50 emails with various pieces of information including recommended vendors and important wedding prep information. I actually booked Palafox Wharf site unseen and could not have been happier with the results. The venue created such a an intimate and romantic scene for our reception. Sandy thought of every single detail and worked with me to help finalize decisions regarding seating and venue organization. I was concerned about seating guests on the deck due to concerns that guests would feel isolated from events inside venue, but there were no issues and most guests congregated out onto the deck anyway. The venue made for perfect pictures, especially on the deck! We were fortunate enough to schedule during a Blue Wahoos baseball game, which resulted in free fireworks for guests. Most guests thought we planned the fireworks show :) I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride!

What can I say about Sandy and the Palafox Wharf, amazing, beautiful, wonderful, outstanding, incomparable, perfect and the list could go on for days! Sandy is simply amazing and seriously the best thing about this venue. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in making her clients happy! I planned my own wedding but I couldn't have done it without Sandy's help. She was so helpful, she provides you with a huge list of potential vendors and she is always quick to respond to email no matter how many you send. I was positive I was driving her crazy with questions but she was always polite and attentive. Having Sandy's help made planning super easy and fun. I fell in love with this venue just by looking at photographs but when I saw it in person I couldn't believe how beautiful it truly was. The lawn where we had our ceremony overlooks a great marina and its perfect for sunset ceremonies. They also keep the grass looking great year round. The inside of the venue is gorgeous with the wood walls and floors. Some parts of it almost looks like the inside of a sailing ship which was perfect for me since me and my husband love boats and the water. The inside has tons of space for tables, food, and dancing. I could go on and on about how great this place but that would be never ending. If you have any doubts about having your event here (which you shouldn't) just stop by and have a tour and meet the lovely Sandy and you too will fall in love with the Palafox Wharf like I did!

The reception was inside the venue and the guests could not stop gushing about how beautiful and picturesque it was! The details in the building make for amazing pictures and even better memories! Sandy was also a huge help with planning. Once we booked the venue, she gave us a list of recommended vendors all of which helped make the day so perfect! She was a delight to work with for the planning! Thank you Sandy for the help and amazing venue!

Simply THE BEST! Could not ask for a better location for my daughter's wedding. Palafox Wharf is as beautiful as the people who own it. Sandy goes above and beyond to insure your event goes perfectly. As a mother of the bride, the peace you feel working with her as you plan your daughter's special day can not be explained. The venue itself has it all. Hands down the top notch venue and pricing in downtown Pensacola. Our guests are still talking about the wedding.

I'm from Pensacola, but I currently live in the DC area. I don't think I would've been able to plan a wedding from hundreds of miles away without Sandy's help. We literally stumbled upon the venue walking around downtown on a visit, and we all but decided on it that day after Sandy showed us around. I knew I was getting a pretty, cozy venue on the beautiful downtown Pensacola waterfront, but I didn't know that the owner would be providing so much extra help on everything from vendors to planning. Extremely responsive to questions and very sweet and nice to work with. Lovely experience; would definitely recommend.

I really don't even know where to begin with how amazing Sandy and the Palafox Wharf were a perfect fit for our daughters Wedding Reception. We fell in love with the Wharf the moment we walked into the room, as did all of our guest. Sandy was able to direct us to most of the vendors that we used, and this was huge for us as we live out of town and really didn't know who to call or use. My daughter's wedding dress was not altered correctly the first time and Sandy stayed late at a meeting with us on her Anniversary no less to help us figure out what to do, we followed her suggestion and the dress was amazing in the end. It meant so much to my daughter to be able to have such a beautiful place to celebrate her reception with her family and friends. I can't imagine a better place to have held this special day. Thank you Sandy for all your help.

My wife and I organized my sister's 30th bday party with the "Goodbye to the roaring 20's@ theme. The party was a 100% success!!! This venue is amazing and the owners are the most understanding people you will ever meet. Sandy was such a great help with her attention to details. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants an unforgettable event!

Everything was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have found a better place, it was gorgeous, clean and the in house planner, Melinda,was a life saver. Sandy, the manager, does an amazing job making sure every detail is perfect for your wedding ( or other event). If I could go back in time to re do my wedding, there wouldn't be a thing I would change all thanks to the wharf and the team they have there. Perfection!

The palafox wharf is a dream wedding venue! It's on the water, downtown, so nice inside and out! I loved having my wedding and reception at the same place. Sandy is amazing to work with, always so flexible and will do anything to make your day exactly what you dreamed! If I did my wedding all over again I wouldn't pick anywhere else than the Palafox Wharf.

I could not be a happier bride! Sandy & everyone at Palafox Wharf are AMAZING! She was so helpful throughout our entire planning process - suggested vendors, reminded us about things we may have forgotten, and was very helpful and thorough when mapping out our table & decoration placement. Sandy does an excellent job in preserving the character of this venue so that it is in pristine condition for each and every bride. We looked at SO many venues when deciding where we wanted to have the wedding but this is the only venue that had SO much character that we felt we didn't need to decorate much more than the tables which saved us a lot of stress and money had we went with another location, and also for a very reasonable price. The grassy area outside is BEAUTIFUL for a sunset wedding. Living in Pensacola my whole life I felt that a beach wedding was too cliche - but at Palafox Wharf I got the downtown classy feel that I was going for as well as the beautiful water & scenery that Florida has to offer. Sandy has a great relationship with many vendors and we were very happy with everyone she recommended. I am still getting compliments from guests of how gorgeous and fun our venue was I would recommend them to any other bride-to-be!

Palafox Waterfront Wharf was the perfect venue for my husband's Change of Command party. It has a rustic elegance that was the perfect setting for our event. It is impeccably clean and well maintained. Sandy and Peter make you feel like family! Sandy provided all the resources needed to plan our event from beginning to end. She is a GEM! We are SO pleased with Sandy and the Palafox Wharf! Our experience with this venue was flawless from the first time we contacted Sandy until the day after our reception. Sandy was a true professional - she answered all of our questions, recommended excellent vendors, and made the whole process of planning our wedding reception so easy. I can not say enough great things about her! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We used the lawn and the deck in addition to the indoor space and all of our guests loved the view of the waterfront. The charm of Palafox Wharf just can't be beat - the exposed brick walls are beautiful, as are the floors. The bathrooms and kitchen were very neat and clean. The Palafox Wharf Waterfront Reception Venue encapsulates 19th century charm and is located right on the water at the beginning of one of the most lively streets in downtown Pensacola. We hosted our wedding reception here mid-May (2015) and can only express gratitude for the wonderful experience we had. The owner, Sandy McDavid, was exceptionally helpful in our wedding planning process; providing vendor recommendations and was always readily available to answer our questions every step of the way. She was profoundly supportive.
The building possesses qualities and touches that would make any event feel special: gorgeous polished hardwood floors, the bright skylights and high ceilings, a beautiful bar top, and the deck out back overlooking the water, to name a few. We not only were able to provide our guests with an experience of comfort and excitement, but we have wonderful lifelong memories that are deeply cherished.

Sandy is truly amazing! She takes the guess work out of researching vendors, and she truly makes you feel so very special. She's professional and very experienced with any scenario. Including last minute rain storm recovery!! I definitely recommend the Palafox Wharf.

This venue has it all. Of all the locations I looked at in Pensacola for my wedding ceremony and reception Palafox Wharf has the most quality for the value. I would definitely recommend using Palafox Wharf for your venue. Sandy is extremely sweet and there for you every step of the way.

We had the absolute best time at our reception at The Palafox Wharf! Sandy made planning our reception so easy and stress-free, we couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. The venue itself is gorgeous both inside and outside. We used the side yard for cocktail hour and the inside for the dinner. We had a little bit of rain, but we had tents as a back up and to be honest, it was just as beautiful had it been sunny! We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone who is looking for a beautiful and unique place for their wedding!

My wedding was absolutely amazing. The venue was perfect! It was very nice for guest to not have to travel to another location for our reception. Sandy helped me to make my dream wedding come true. What can I say! Palafox Wharf is AWESOME! Plenty of room for any type of event. The place is so beautiful both the inside, the deck area and the yard on the side! Did I mention the VIEW of the water? BEAUTIFUL!!!! Sandy is SO easy to work with and is very professional as well as so friendly! The venue has everything you would ever need for your event. Our Rehearsal Dinner was PERFECT! Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the location. It is also handicapped friendly, which you don't find everywhere! If you are looking for a REALLY NICE place to have an event then PALAFOX WHARF is the place to use!!!

Sandy McDavid from Palafox Wharf was very sweet and informative when I initially visited the Wharf with one of my bridesmaids. She has so many great connections and sends each of her brides all sorts of helpful hints about wedding planning. The Wharf is absolutely stunning, and they take great care of it. Everything was clean, even the bathrooms sparkled (literally- the counter-tops are sparkly). She was even able to tell us a little about the history of the place (like the ship’s mast that’s used as a pillar). She was fantastic at accommodating last minute changes, and helping sort out details.

The venue is very unique and is a unique place to have a wedding. We loved working with Sandy and had a great time working with her. She is very helpful and works well on getting you in touch with the vendors you need. Our wedding day happened to be the worst rain and wind storm but they helped move the wedding inside and took charge of making it work for us.

I couldn't have been happier to have had my wedding ceremony and reception at Palafox Wharf. To start - Sandy is a DREAM to work with. Right from the beginning, she was really helpful with vendor recommendations, which was wonderful for a bride planning her wedding from another state! She was always very responsive to emails and offered suggestions when I needed help, and was SO flexible with everything from floor plan set-ups to changing our ceremony location at the very last minute. I don't know how Sandy does it, but she really got to know my (now husband) and I. Every time we were in town before the wedding we would pop in to say hi and share any updates with her - and not only did she make time for us, but she always remembered little details about us and make us feel like we were the only people getting married at her venue. Our guests absolutely loved the venue - and it really was an amazing day. We couldn't have asked for a better vendor to work with for our wedding! DEFINITELY recommend Sandy and Palafox Wharf for any event you're hosting in Pensacola :)

Perfect place for a wedding!! The venue is amazing and the view from the deck at sunset for surreal! Everything was perfect for my wedding at this venue! The lights made for some awesome pictures and the place was big enough for all my guests but still felt intimate. Sandy is amazing to work with and made sure everything was perfect for my big day. Being from out of town, she did an awesome job keeping me informed of what I needed to do to prepare for my wedding at the Wharf. Would recommend this venue to anyone!! It was PERFECT!!!

Sandy was more than I could've ever expected when we booked Palafox Wharf. The venue speaks for itself on charm and beauty, yet nobody told us how incredible Sandy (the owner) was going to be. We were from out of town without a coordinator. She helped us find every one of our vendors, emailed me consistently throughout our 14 month engagement, and was SUCH a help if/when I needed her. She is so sweet and definitely made the planning process extremely smooth for us. We love Palafox and Sandy!

Sandy was an amazing assett to our wedding. She was very professional and flexible. My husband is military so we planned the wedding very last minute. We even had to change the rehearsal day a few times and she was very understanding. The venue was a beautiful natural wood and exposed brick. Decorations were barely needed so lots of money was saved!
