I had a difficult time finding a good caterer before my husband contacted Ophelia's. We wanted vegetarian hors d'oeuvres that would be so delicious that the guests wouldn't notice the lack of meat, and so filling they wouldn't miss a sit-down meal. Other catering companies could only offer hummus and artichoke dip for veggie hors d'oeuvres...Ophelia's made a custom menu just for us. When we decided we wanted some of the food passed, they were able to customize the dishes to make that possible. They worked with our strange schedule—we had a "pre ceremony" time as well as a reception—and had delicious food available the whole time. They provided bartenders even though we purchased the alcohol elsewhere. They cut the cake even though it came from another vendor, too. During our ceremony they moved tables and decorations to the reception area, even though they aren't affiliated with the venue. They handled rentals. Best of all, Megan, their event coordinator, is a delight to work with. She is very organized and trustworthy. She knows what she is doing. Since we didn't have a day-of coordinator, it was nice to have her around. Would recommend the restaurant, too!
