    Lindsey is a god send!!

    Lindsey is simply the best, and I’m so incredibly grateful we found her to plan our wedding. Over nearly two years of planning, her expertise, organization, and industry connections were absolutely invaluable.

    From day one, Lindsey was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we envisioned. Whenever I had a question, she always had thoughtful advice and recommendations. What I appreciated most was that she never pushed her opinions—instead, she shared her expertise while empowering us to make the decisions that felt right for us. She made the entire process feel personal and true to who we are as a couple.

    As someone who is extremely Type A, I expected to be stressed leading up to the wedding, but I honestly felt none. Lindsey was so organized, responsive, and dependable that I had complete confidence in her and her team. That trust paid off—our wedding day was absolutely perfect and ran seamlessly (or at least any issues were handled so flawlessly that we never knew about them!). She coordinated every detail with our vendors, allowing us and our families to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

    One of the reasons we chose Lindsey was her flexible planning approach. I loved that we could take ownership of the initial planning and vendor outreach while still having unlimited access to her guidance whenever we needed it. That level of support is rare, and her recommendations for vendors, from our DJ and rentals to our florist and cake, helped us build an incredible team that truly brought our vision to life.

    One of the most impactful moments during planning came at our 90-day meeting when Lindsey encouraged us to reconsider our decision not to do a first look. She thoughtfully explained that, based on our priorities, being present with each other, having time to ourselves, and valuing photography, it would enhance our day rather than take away from it. We trusted her advice, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made. She even built in a few private moments after the ceremony for us to soak in being newly married and enjoy some of our cocktail hour together, and those memories are among our favorites from the entire day.

    I’ll genuinely miss my weekly (and sometimes daily!) emails with Lindsey. Working with her was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and book Lindsey, you’ll be so glad you did.

    The best!

    I had the pleasure of working with Lindsey for a little over a year planning my wedding. She’s a game changer, beyond organized, made sure all my needs/wants were met and did it all with a smile on her face. Friends of mine always said how stressful it was planning a wedding, I can confidently say I enjoyed every single minute of planning, and I have Lindsey to thank for that. My wedding was something out of a fairytale, she brought my dream wedding to life. Thank you so much, Lindsey!!! You have no idea how much everything you did meant to Greg and I❤️

    Lindsey is the best to work with!

    Lindsey and her team were the absolute best to work with. From the very beginning Lindsey was so organized, had great communication, and so knowledgeable. We did the design package as well, which was so helpful to bring our vision to life. The weeks leading up and day of Lindsey made us feel so calm. Her team the day of was so on top of it, I didn’t worry at all about the details or timeline at all. She truly made the day perfect and would recommend her to everyone!!

    Perfection

    Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsey and the Ooh La La team for your wedding or large event! I was so nervous to hand my vision over to a stranger, and she executed beyond my wildest dreams! It helps that she is just SO lovely and easy to work with! She made the whole process so easy and fun!

    Best Wedding Planner Out There!

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lindsey from Ooh La La Wedding Planning for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, Lindsey was an invaluable asset, guiding us through every step of the planning process with expertise and grace.
    One of the most impressive aspects of working with Lindsey was her assistance in sourcing different vendors throughout the planning process. She took the time to understand our vision and preferences and then used her extensive network and industry knowledge to recommend the best vendors for our needs. Whether it was finding the perfect florist to match our theme, securing a talented photographer who captured every special moment, or booking a caterer who provided an unforgettable culinary experience, Lindsey's recommendations were spot on. She handled all the communication and coordination with these vendors, ensuring that every detail was aligned with our expectations.
    Her monthly check-in lists were incredibly helpful in keeping us on schedule, and her professional design opinions elevated our wedding's aesthetic to a level we couldn't have achieved on our own.     Worth every penny!

    I would recommend Lindsey & her team to ANYONE, but especially if you're looking to throw a luxury wedding without breaking the bank. We planned a European garden style wedding and wanted it to feel high end, but save money where we could. Her team pulled off a beautiful, fairy tale wedding that absolutely brought my mood board to life while staying on budget!
    Lindsey is the Type A planner of my dreams. She was extremely proactive, and was quick to offer recommendations anytime I didn't have an obvious decision. Oftentimes she would lay out multiple options, the pros and cons of each, and then give her recommendation and why, which made decisions so easy for me amidst the stress of planning. She would also point out things that I would never have thought of (like tented placecards potentially blowing away in the wind) and areas where it wasn't necessary for us to upgrade, instead saving costs (like using catering spoons for dessert instead of the nicer rented ones, or only doing a half-pour for welcome drinks). She was extremely quick to offer alternative solutions, and it was so reassuring to have a true expert keeping me on track through all the details.
    Lindsey fully understood my vision, and was extremely dedicated to it. I gave her a mood board of inspiration photos and she would send me things she found that fit that vibe, so I knew she was constantly thinking about the final aesthetic and making it as amazing as possible. Day-of, it was such an incredible feeling to look at my wedding and see that it matched my vision perfectly. I loved the idea of having ribbon bows at the tables, so she and her team took the time to tie a ribbon to every single glass at our wedding, including the champagne tower! True dedication.
    Lastly, but definitely not least, Lindsey was such a soothing presence for me throughout the planning process. She was still knocking out tasks left and right, but every time I spoke to her I left the call feeling so confident in how things were going. She was a soundboard when I needed it, and was such a reassuring voice when I was stressed out.
    I cannot thank her and her team enough for helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams!

    Would recommend to anyone planning a wedding in the area!

    I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Lindsey and her team were throughout the planning process, and most importantly, during our wedding weekend. Whenever I talked to new vendors and they asked who I was working with I was always met with a “Oh she’s great, you're in great hands” after I said Lindsey’s name, and I wanted to tell them I already knew. Linsey made everything easier, less stressful, and more seamless throughout the wedding process. I was able to wake up on our wedding day not worrying about all of the little details I had spent the last year obsessing over because I knew Lindsey and the reset of her team at Oh La La Planning had got it. My wedding day was beyond what I could've ever imagined, and at least so far probably the best day of my life, and I owe that in part to Lindsey.

    Wedding of the CENTURY!!

    We still can’t put into words the magic that Ooh Lala put into our wedding day! The attention to detail, the support from start to finish, the ease of each moment—unmatched! We cannot thank Lindsey & her team for making our day more than we could’ve ever dreamed! It was the wedding of the century according to all of our guests!     Hiring Ooh La La Was The Best Decision We Made

    Lindsey and the team at Ooh La La are absolutely incredible at what they do!! Lindsey’s attention to detail, communication skills, industry connections, eye for design, and overall passion for what she does shows in her work and made her a joy to work with.     Best decision we made for our wedding!!!

    We were told by friends that hiring a wedding planner will be the best money you spend on your wedding and that is 1000% true. Hiring Lindsey and Ooh La La was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Initially speaking with her on the phone I felt so comfortable and the conversation just flowed so naturally, she made me feel so at ease right away! She was bubbly and sweet, very professional and provided such good knowledge and information about the wedding industry. I knew immediately that she was the right fit and that I’d be in excellent hands working with her.

    We hired Lindsey as a partial planner and was able to start working with her immediately, ~14 months out from our wedding date. Throughout the entire wedding planning process she was always so attentive and communicative, checking in and making sure we were doing good and if we needed her help on anything. Her detailed monthly checklist kept us on track and she was always there to answer emails or calls if I ever had questions or wanted her professional opinion on vendors or design decisions.

    10 months out we got to meet Lindsey in person and do a venue walk through before our design/rental meeting (which was so fun!!). Prior to that meeting she helped put together a beautiful design mood board to help capture what my vision was for the day. She did such a great job and really nailed exactly whah I was looking for! Made me feel so good working with someone who understood my vision and knew how to execute within our budget. It was all truly perfect!

    We got to meet with Lindsey again for our final meeting a few months out and go through a full walk through of the wedding day timeline. She was so detail oriented, it was amazing. Lindsey took over all logistics at 90 days out and was the one who was checking in with all of our vendors on timing, etc. I trusted and knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about it all and that she would do such a great job handling all the behind the scenes work, and she did!!

    Lindsey called me a few days before the wedding to check in and I said to her that I wanted us to be able to show up as guests on our own wedding day, and we got to do just that! She took care of EVERYTHING. I didn’t have to worry about one single detail coming together as she handled literally everything!!! Her detailed timeline for the day kept everyone on track and never made us feel rushed. We really got to fully enjoy our entire day and be fully present from start to finish all thanks to Lindsey and her team. Her execution was impeccable and the flow of the day was so seamless from start to finish. Walking into our dinner area for our grand entrance and getting to see the beautiful design of the tables, exactly as I envisioned, put the biggest smile on my face and I felt that same way about each part of the day, everything went so smoothly. She knocked it out of the park!! If I could give them a 10 star review I would. I can’t thank Lindsey and her team enough. My husband and I are just over the moon with how the whole day turned out ❤️❤️❤️ we’re very happy newlyweds!

    The best of the best wedding planner

    Hiring Lindsey and Ooh La La was by far the greatest decision we made for our wedding (and we had to make a LOT of decisions). Not only is Lindsey the consummate professional and knows this industry inside and out, but she is one of the warmest and friendliest people I know. She immediately put me at ease in our first conversation, and provided invaluable advice at every step of the planning process.

    Lindsey came in at the 90 day mark for us (though we were in consistent communication from day 1 which was SO helpful, including a detailed venue walk through) and took over all communication with our vendors, which was a huge weight off my shoulders and meant I could enjoy the weeks leading into the wedding without having a mile-long to-do list - she took care of it all.

    And when rain threatened our big day, she kept us calm, walked us through all our options, and continued to provide updates in the days before the wedding. It did end up raining the morning of our wedding, and thankfully let up before the ceremony - but you would never know it was pouring just hours before, Lindsey, her team, and our vendors made the space feel absolutely perfect and romantic.

    Hands down best choice we made!

    Lindsey is everything we could have dreamed of for a wedding planner!!! Her attention to detail, eye and knowledge is beyond useful! She truly made all my wedding dreams come true! From the moment my now husband and I had our first conversation with Lindsey we immediately knew we were in good hands. Her warmth, empathy and knowledge of the valley is what truly attracted us to her services. Our venue required a full wedding planner and Lindsey was all that and more. She would check in on me regularly, kept me on track and was a wonderful source of knowledge. Always there to lend an extra eye or be a sounding board for things that came up unexpectedly. She truly is an expert in this field. She not only brought my vision to life, she helped orchestrate it all and for that I am forever thankful.     Best Decision We Made!

    We just can't say enough great things about Lindsey and her team! Working with Ooh La La for our destination Sonoma County wedding was the best decision we could have made! Lindsey made the process stress-free and it was truly a pleasure from start to finish. Lindsey's aesthetic and input when it came to the design process was absolutely perfect, and her extensive industry/area knowledge and level of detail was evident in every step of the process. Not only is she truly an expert in her field, but she is incredibly kind and patient (we had a lot of questions!), which made working with her such an enjoyable experience! We have had countless guests tell us what a perfect wedding it was, and that it was clear my husband and I were relaxed and actually able to enjoy the night, which would not have been the case without Ooh La La.     Dream Wedding Planner!!

    Lindsey was everything we could have dreamed of in a wedding planner!! We are from out of state and Lindsey made planning our California wedding so much easier than it would have been had we done it on our own. My first impression of Lindsey was how easy she is to talk to and how knowledgable she is about all things wedding in wine country. She provided us with an extremely helpful list of recommendations for vendors who all ended up being amazing on our big day. Lindsey went out of her way for us to check up on the landscaping/building progress at our venue during the months leading up to our wedding. She always got back to us quickly and checked in to make sure we felt prepared and in the loop. She truly was so worth adding a planner into our wedding budget. We HIGHLY recommend using her!!!!

    Hands Down Who You Want to Plan Your Wedding

    No need to look any further for your wedding planner – this is hands down who you want to book! Lindsey with Ooh La La Weddings & Events was there for us from even before the start. We called her to get an idea if a Sonoma dream wedding was in the cards for us, and 11 months prior to our date, she was helpful as can be and the reason we had enough information to decide Sonoma was a possibility for us! Before we even signed with our venue, we signed on with Ooh La La as coordinator for our big day! Lindsey was so helpful providing vendor recommendations that seemed like a best fit for us, and was always so personable! We were so grateful for her high level of detail and organization, prompt response time and honest communication - the exact right fit for us! She made everything easy!     My Best Wedding Decision was choosing Ooh La La

    There are not enough words to describe this company, the wonderful women, and the service they provide. Let me start by saying that when we chose to work Ooh La La as our wedding planner we had no idea what was in store for our journey. From the beginning, Lindsey was proactive with phone calls, emails, timelines, vendor suggestions, budgeting, etc. I knew right away I was in good hands and this would be the wedding of my dreams and she would not let me down in any way. We picked a beautiful venue, had all vendors secure, and our rental meeting done. I was in disbelief of how stress free planning this dream wedding was! Two days after our rental meeting, our venue burned to the ground in the kinkade fire, 6 months before our date. This was devastating for us all. While I was certain I wouldn't find anything I loved as much, and didn't want to start over, she took the reins and proved me wrong. Sure enough, Lindsey helped me find another gorgeous venue that we fell in love with even more and single handedly coordinated with each of my vendors to change location (different town mind you) along with rentals, etc to match the new venue. This was not even part of her job with the package that I signed up for. We had our final walkthrough at our venue 2 months out and every detail was in place. Almost one month out, COVID 19 was hitting hard and we were forced to make the heartbreaking decision to cancel our wedding. We had no idea when we would be able to replan it because of how unpredictable this situation was, and with family members that were having health issues, we could not put them at risk and couldn't imagine a wedding without our family. Through tears, I told Lindsey our decision and she was 100% supportive. Once again, Lindsey took the wheel and went above and beyond her job description and handled the cancellation with the venue and all of my vendors and took every bit of the stress and heartache on herself. Not to mention, I wanted ZERO back from Lindsey because not only did she plan one, but TWO weddings for me and soooo much more. She became a friend and my right hand man during those 9 months of planning. But of course, being the wonderful woman she is, she sent me money back (much to my dismay). We ended up having a small zoom ceremony in our backyard on our actual date and look forward to the day when we can have a wedding, my dad can walk me down the aisle, and we can celebrate with our loved ones. To be honest, one of the hardest parts of this all was not having Lindsey there on my wedding day! She has repeatedly checked in with me just to say hi, and even texted me on the morning we tied the knot. I cannot recommend Lindsey and Ooh La La enough. If you are thinking of planning a wedding, call her!!! She will not let you down and you will surely be in good hands and have the wedding of your dreams.

    Exceptional Team & Dreamy Wedding

    The ladies at Ooh La La are incredibly kind, talented, prepared, and professional. We worked with Lindsey and Delaney who made sure we were supported throughout the entire wedding planning process even when we booked the basic package; they went above and beyond because they care and are passionate about their work!     Best Choice We Made!!!

    Delaney was amazing! I had researched A LOT of wedding planners in the Napa area, and I knew when we initially spoke to Delaney that she was going to be the right fit for us. She’s so energetic and positive, and she really helped guide us through the whole process. She listened to our ill-defined vision for our wedding and was able to translate it into a beautiful design, and connect us with vendors who really got what we were going for. Delaney didn’t miss a single detail, which is great because we didn’t even know what details we were supposed to be looking for! She really goes above and beyond - there was a miscommunication with the venue and we weren’t going to be able to use the same set of rental chairs for our ceremony and reception as we had originally thought. That meant we would have had to rent an extra set of chairs or use the generic ones provided by the venue. We were disappointed, but decided to save money and use the generic chairs. Well, behind the scenes, Delaney and our florist rescued our original vision and convinced the venue to let us use the rental chairs for both!

    Despite dealing with the uncertainty of the PG&E blackouts, the day of our wedding went off without a hitch, all because of Delaney’s expert planning and guidance, and her calm and cool ability to handle anything. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends getting married in the next year or so, and will continue to sing her praises to anyone who will listen! If you’re thinking of hiring Ooh La La, don’t hesitate because it will make a stressful process so much better.

    Highly Recommend

    We loved working with Delaney at Ooh La La Weddings. She was always easy to get a hold of and quick to follow up with answers to our (many) questions. She helped us simplify big decisions without pushing us one way or the other. Not only was Delaney an asset for planning, she also helped us with the overall design of the wedding - something we were totally lost on. With her help we were able to make our blurry vision for our wedding clear. She planned meetings with all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and always kept us up to speed. All of her work in the planning stages was amazing, but we couldn’t have done it without her on the day of the wedding. She did an incredible job of keeping calm, focused, and organized through everything. We especially appreciated how she deferred the endless stream of questions and demands from our family to her rather than us, allowing us to enjoy our day. While I won’t say planning a wedding was easy, working with Delaney was and we highly recommend her and the crew.

    Amazing wedding planning experience

    My husband and I were originally referred to Ooh La La by a friend. We received a quick response from Delaney Juliet and instantly knew this was the right fit. We had the somewhat difficult task of planning a wedding in Napa all the way from New York and she eased our minds of all of our worries associated with long distance wedding planning. We loved Ooh La Las options for services because we were able to customize what worked for us and what we felt we needed assistance on. Delaney helped us find the perfect venue (Brasswood) and helped us design and execute our beautiful day flawlessly. To say that she is talented is an understatement. She is beyond organized, timely, detail oriented, and more than that, an amazing and kind person.
    The level of service we received was top notch and when people ask the obligatory question of what went wrong the day of or did anything happen I can genuinely say, "no!". Every single thing was easy, on time, stunning, and seamless. Our guests actually have said that they have never been to a more beautiful wedding and we are so grateful to Ooh La La and Delaney.     Delaney made our dream wedding come true!!!

    Where to start?! I chose Ooh La La to help plan our wedding after gushing over there content on their Instagram and on their website. Every wedding I saw was gorgeous and so I knew I was in luck. From the very first email, Delaney showed nothing but love and support for our big day. She made you feel like you were the only client she was working with by emailing quickly with thoughtful responses!

    We chose to use Delaney as a partial planner but added on assistance with rentals. When we met for our rentals meeting she gave us great suggestions on ways to save money while keeping our style and theme in mind. I really appreciated this because the rentals were very important to me. However, we were starting to run out of our budget. So having her say things like "you could do without this," "I would do this instead of this", etc. REALLY helped us make decisions. She never pressured you into do anything though! Everything was very respectful and just her opinion and support.

    Fast forward to our wedding day... Delaney kept things on track while letting us have fun! Our time schedule got a little messed up because we were having too much fun taking pictures. So instead of putting the pressure on us Delaney was very flexible. She would just quietly come and ask us "do you want to do this or this?" and then she would make it happen! It made our wedding day feel so stress-free.

    Fun story that just goes to show how amazing Delaney is... We had just sat down to eat and speeches were about to start when my husband realized he left his suit from the night before, his over night bag for after the wedding, and all his other belongs in the back of his Uber. Slightly freaking, out his best man goes and tells Delaney. While the reception continues, Delaney handles everything. She called the Uber driver, dealt with his mean temper, and got all of Tyler's stuff back. This just goes to show that Delaney went ABOVE and BEYOND for our wedding. Tyler and I didn't even think about this hiccup because Delaney dealt with it.

    All in all, if you want a sweet, supportive, creative, get it done kinda wedding planner Delaney is your gal! I have nothing but great things to say about her and I know you would too! She's just amazing!

    Essential to the success of our wedding day!

    Right from day 1, Delaney made us feel welcome and looked after. Her guidance, support, knowledge and expertise were priceless and essential to the success of our wedding. I questioned needing a planner as I LOVE to plan and organize, but Delaney covered things I never even thought about!     Best wedding planning service

    Delaney from Ooh La La Wedding and Events was BY FAR one of our FAVORITE vendors from our April wedding! She was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful along the entire process. We hired them to help us with design and rental, which went super smooth and truly helped us get a clear vision of what our wedding was going to look like. She also did an amazing job communicating with our vendors and went above and beyond to make things happen for our wedding (such as mounting our heavy neon sign to a hedge)! We loved that she took charge and asked our wedding party and family to voice their questions directly to her days prior to our wedding, which took the stress off of us. Our wedding came out so beautifully and just as planned! She gave her 200% and we truly felt like guests at our wedding. Words are not enough to thank her for all she did for us on such a special day and for making our vision a reality!

    The absolute best!

    We cannot recommend Lindsey and Ooh La La highly enough. Lindsey was the planner for both of my sisters’ weddings, and after seeing how smoothly she ran everything I knew there was no way I’d be getting married without her help! She offered her guidance and support every step of the way, and when she said she was taking over all of the vendor communication and logistics at our details meeting I could have cried! On our actual wedding day she had our timeline dialed in so well, and would let us know when it was time to mingle or sit down and eat, that we didn’t even have to think! Because of Lindsey we were able to enjoy our wedding and be present in each moment! We are so grateful!

    Hiring Lindsey with OohLaLa was the best decision we made during the planning process. We had her as our day-of coordinator and we added on a service to help us with rentals. Lindsey was so personable, professional, and really goes above and beyond for her brides. She was so on top of things throughout the planning process and everything went so smoothly the day of.     From the moment I spoke with Delaney at Ooh La La, I knew we would be in great hands with her :) She is truly phenomenal at what she does. She understood the feel and vibe that we wanted, and helped make our vision come to life.     Our Ooh La La Weeding coordinator, Delaney, was absolutely amazing!

    She went above and beyond to meet with us informally, in person and over the phone, far in advance of the wedding date. She has an excellent personality - she really took the time to get to know us.

    The coordinator services were great. Delaney coordinated with all vendors and provided a wealth of knowledge about the entire wedding process and wedding industry.

    On the day of the ceremony, Delaney and her assistant did an incredible job making sure everything ran smoothly.

    Overall, we felt like we had a friend and resource to help us plan a wedding that fit our style. Highly recommend Ooh La La and Delaney in particular!

    We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    It will never be possible for us to find the words to convey our gratitude to Lindsey. She fundamentally made the best day of our lives possible, and we are forever grateful.

    Lindsey made us feel at ease from the day we met her. We were pretty clueless about planning a wedding and she patiently answered countless questions, and was ridiculously responsive via email. At our planning meeting she helped us to sort through numerous details we had not thought of, including guest flow and rentals. And she brilliantly designed schematics for each step of our wedding, and on the day of the wedding, she and her assistant executed them flawlessly. Lindsey was so patient and attentive to every request I had. We just looked at our wedding photos, and after crying and laughing through the powerful moments, we looked at the setup photos and it was unbelievable. No detail, no matter how small, was overlooked. Lindsey made every request I had come to life. Everything looked stunning. It exceeded all expectations and visions we had. All of our guests commented they have never attended a wedding that flowed so effortlessly--there was never a down moment. Everything was perfectly on time with the timeline, it was a miracle.

    There were also countless small moments that guests didn't see where Lindsey was a life-saver: When I got a spot on my dress before the ceremony, Lindsey and her assistant were there with Shout Wipes and got it out. If I even touched my hair to make sure it was in place, Lindsey was there with a bobby pin. Lindsey orchestrated the first look of my dreams, and then supported me every moment until I walked down the aisle, perfectly queuing every every bridal party member. When a random person tried to let himself into our wedding Lindsey handled it before we even knew it was happening. When we had problems with our venue weeks before the wedding, Lindsey smoothed everything over and made sure everything worked out perfectly on the day of. When our limo company made a mistake and tried to charge us overtime Lindsey sent them home and made sure we were refunded while we were on our honeymoon, we didn't even have to send an email. Lindsey even brought the personal items we forgot to our getaway car and personally blew bubbles for us every step there.

    Everyone will always tell you "something always goes wrong at weddings" but those people haven't worked with Lindsey. Lindsey has a true gift--while executing weddings flawlessly she brings a genuine joy to the most powerful moments in life. I had been deep in wedding details for a year, but on the actual day, because of Lindsey, we were able to enjoy and live every moment. At the end of the day, Lindsey gave us the greatest gift: the ability to be more in the moment than we have ever been on the day when it matters the most. We will treasure that priceless gift for the rest of our lives.

    Delaney was our wedding coordinator for our wedding- she did an UNREAL job. I typically am pretty relaxed but the day before I started getting wigged out by some last minute things and when I met with Delaney day of the rehearsal she put me immediately at ease!! She simply just took things out of my hands and with ease assured me it would get it done. Throughout the entire weekend she was so supportive and was on top of EVERYTHING she truly allowed me to just enjoy every moment and not have to think about anything else. She also was such a pleasure to work with prior to the wedding weekend but that weekend, she truly blew me away. After the weekend my parents kept saying how impressed they were with her professionalism and her talent!     I wish there was a million star rating! I couldn't rave more about Delaney and what an amazing experience I had from start to finish during my wedding planning. Delaney took her time to carefully hear my vision, and truly brought it to life - my wedding was so much more beautiful than I expected, and I have her to thank for it! With Delaney's guidance and advice, I not only was able to curate and create the exact design and intricate details I had envisioned, but she made the rental process and vendor search effortless. The special connections that Ooh La La has with local vendors makes finding your "tribe" a piece of cake - they know so many amazing florists, DJ's, photographers, rental companies, etc., and everyone wants to work with them and their clients (the hardest part was choosing!). Wedding planning is A LOT of work, but with Delaney's help, I had such a fun and incredible time doing it. She always made herself available via text, e-mail, phone, or in person meetings whenever I needed assistance, and put all of my worries at ease. During the wedding festivities, I was able to completely enjoy my day and not think about anything but being married and celebrating because Delaney and her team handled everything so seamlessly and professionally.     I was so blessed to have Lindsey H. as my planner and coordinator. Not only is she an incredibly kind person, but she is soooo good at what she does. No matter what hurdles came my way, she was so flexible and easy to work with. She made sure that everything was done in time and I felt so prepared before the big day thanks to Lindsey. Everyone warns you that there will be something that goes wrong on your wedding day, but with Lindsey as my person literally nothing went wrong.     I can't say enough great things about this company! Delaney and her team made my wedding day flawless! When I first got engaged, I thought I could take on most of the planning myself to save cost (because we all know it can be so expensive to get married now days), but as the day got closer, I knew I was in over my head and needed some advice.     I was fortunate enough to do an internship five years ago at a winery in Sonoma County where I met Lindsey and her team. Working with Lindsey behind the scenes introduced me to her team, her professionalism, attention to detail, and overall wonderfulness! I knew from that time that when I got married I would want Lindsey’s team to be my day of coordinator.
    Working with Lindsey has been an absolute dream! I’m a planner by nature myself so organizing the big items leading up to the wedding was easy to accomplish myself. We were met with a hiccup leading up to the wedding. The Tubbs fire in October unfortunately destroyed our original venue. During the craziness of those two weeks, Lindsey made sure to reach out to me and ask how we were doing and to give us the heads up that we needed to start looking for a backup venue. Not only was she dealing with the fire in our hometown but she was also reorganizing weddings that were scheduled to take place during the time the fire was burning in Sonoma County and reaching out to her future brides to make sure they were updated on the status of their venues and weddings in general!
    About two to three months before the wedding Lindsey stepped in organizing all the last minute details and coordinating with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. She put our stresses and any worries about how our wedding day would go at ease. Lindsey was so prompt in all of her responses and so precise on all of her details. Her planning process is absolutely amazing! Although it may seem like quite a bit of money, my husband and I keep saying it was some of the best money we spent for the wedding!
    The wedding day went so smoothly! Our team of vendors was absolutely amazing but Lindsey and Dylanie really brought everything to the next level. I just can’t say enough good things! I don’t know if this is properly conveying our gratitude and her amazingess but I am just filled with happy memories surrounding our wedding day!

    Just hire them! Just do it! Hiring Lindsey and her team at Ooh La La was hands down the best decision I made when I started to plan my wedding!

    I have a “type a” personality and I have a hard time letting go of being in charge, but on my wedding day I did not worry about a single thing. Crazy right?! I knew that Lindsey was there and I did not need to worry about a single thing. I was so calm and so relaxed - I really got to enjoy my wedding day and I owe this to Lindsey and her team!

    I started working with Lindsey about a year before my wedding in Santa Rosa. At our first meeting, I knew that she would be great to work with. And she was! I can't tell you how many emails and phone calls I had into her (that poor woman and my thousands of questions! haha) She not only answered everyone of my emails and phone calls, in a quick and timely manner I should add, but she also went with me to the rental shop to help pick out all the extra special details and also to the venue to make sure that my vision of my wedding was made real!

    Another thing, when you have to handle as many vendors for a wedding, you want to make sure that they all get along, that way everything runs smoothly. When I would tell a new or potential vendor we were working with Ooh La La all, and I mean all, of the vendors did three things - sighed with relief, smiled at me, and then said "I love working with Ooh La La!"

    Lindsey and her amazing team, are just that; AMAZING!! So hire them! Trust me you will be glad you did!

    We had the pleasure of working with Delaney from OhLaLa and couldn't be happier! We were hesitant to hire a coordinator as we were pretty on top of our planning, but Delaney and team saved the day. Throughout the process, Delaney was checkin in to make sure all our details were square, reminding me of things I had not even thought of. Then we were displaced from both our original venue and hotel with two weeks to go due to the Sonoma fires, and the OhLaLa team not only helped get us relocated, they pulled off a flawless event with less then 14 days. The professionalism, attentiveness, humor and love from Delaney and the others at OhLaLa cannot be overstated. We were so well taken care of in such a stressful time for everyone in the valley, and had a day that we will never forget thanks to all the behind the scenes work. I cannot recommend them enough!

    I don't know how we would have achieved our dream wedding without our planner, Delaney. She was absolutely amazing to work with, so sweet, always calm, professional, and detail oriented. From our first phone call, I knew that she was the right person because she could see my vision and genuinely sounded so excited to help me plan my big day. She was extremely responsive over emails and always willing to chat on the phone as well (which I very much needed at times!) Because our venue had not had many weddings before, there were a number of details that we discovered along the way that we had not anticipated. Delaney helped us and our other vendors work through all of those in a prompt manner. She actively connected with our vendors to make sure they had all the information they needed to be ready on the day. While she was always happy to offer us her thoughts or suggestions, she would do so in an unbiased way and let us make the decision in the end. She truly cared about making our day perfect, down to the smallest details that she even took it upon herself to fold all the napkins the night before because I liked a particular fold. On the day, I had complete confidence that Delaney had everything under control, so I could just enjoy. She kept checking in with me and my husband to make sure we were having a good time and that everything was how we wanted it. Her assistants on the day were equally friendly and professional.

    The list of vendors that Ooh La La shares with their clients really has some superstars. We absolutely loved every vendor we worked with. It saved us so much time since we didn't have to search from scratch!

    The day exceeded our expectations and is a day that we will never forget. We can not thank Delaney and the rest of the Ooh La La team enough. XOXO <3

    Our small October 14 destination wedding at Kenwood Inn in Sonoma was planned over 8 months to perfection by Yesenia with just the right amount of communication. Who would have known that devastating wild fires would start in the area the week of our wedding. As a result, the venue had to change 4 days before to the Bay Area and it was uncertain how many of the vendors would be able to work. I know from the news that areas where Yesenia and other vendors live were highly impacted, resulting in mandatory evacuations. Through it all, Yesenia kept us posted and never once lost her cool and calm professional demeanor. When we finally settled on emergency venue 'plan D' in Sausalito, she and the others pulled together a wedding so beautiful that the new venue staff were taking photos to use to advertise. She even worked to get a refund for us from 'plan C' venue. Beyond her tremendous grace under pressure, she is warm and happy to go the extra mile. She didn't even blink an eye when I said I would like to ship 27 place settings of my china out to use for the dinner and then facilitated the return. Further indications of her professionalism were the compliments about her that vendors told to me in private. If I could give 10 stars to Yesenia, I would.

    Hands down, hiring Ooh La La Weddings was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Immediately I knew that working with Lindsey would be a great fit. From our first initial phone call, it was clear that she was extremely professional, experienced, organized, and kind. Our venue required us to have a "day of coordinator," and Lindsey explained to us that Ooh La La's mentality was that even though we were only selecting the "day of" package, that she would be available for phone/email right from the get-go. This was not the case with any other coordinators I reached out to, and it made such a difference. I immediately felt that I was in great hands and was able to actually enjoy the planning process. Lindsey was always very prompt in her replies with any questions I had, and incredibly thoughtful with her suggestions.

    I had heard from other brides I knew that "the last month leading up to the wedding is the most stressful." I kept waiting for that moment to hit me, but with Lindsey by our side, it never did. I can assure any bride and groom working with Ooh La La that it will be the best investment you'll ever make. They make it possible for you to enjoy the day, stress-free. They truly go above and beyond in making your day flawless. My family kept commenting throughout the whole wedding weekend how awesome they were.     Words cannot fully convey the appreciation we have for Yesenia Beckman at Ooh La La Wedding & Events. Planning a relatively large destination wedding while juggling work and life was not easy. Having Yesenia to guide us through the process, recommend vendors and be our constant support in this 8 month journey was a huge blessing. She is extremely organized and diligent; excellent at follow-up and follow-through; and a joy to work with.     Hiring Lindsey at Ooh La La was the best decision I made when planning my wedding. She was organized, professional, and so kind. Every email/phone call I sent was met with a prompt response and no question ever felt too small/large to ask. Planning a cross country wedding could have been so stressful and she made it easier than any other event I have put together. She went above and beyond to make sure that the wedding itself turned out exactly how we had envisioned it, but also that the planning process was fun and relaxing. My husband and I knew from the first call that she was the right fit for us, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her!     I worked with Lindsey from Ooh La La for our Sonoma wedding and can't say enough wonderful things about her. We did the basic package and added on "design consultation" from her a la carte menu -- I really felt like Lindsey went above and beyond. I felt like I had a full service planner!

    1) She always answered emails thoroughly and promptly. I could always rely on a quick response from her, and she always provided valuable advice! Emails with an wedding expert is truly valuable.

    2) She was 100% on top of talking to all my vendors and ensuring they delivered against all their contracts. I never had to worry that a vendor would fall through or not deliver because I knew she was on top of them!

    3) I highly recommend doing the Design Consultation with Lindsey. She came with us in-person to the rentals place, and walked us through ALL the decisions we had to make. From napkin colors, types of silverware, lighting, and all these random things you didn't know you had to decide upon -- we were able to get it done together in just a few hours. If I did this alone with my fiance it would have taken WEEKS!

    But overall, Lindsey is just such a pleasure to work with. She's 100% reliable, has a wonderful taste, and just overall someone you want to be there with you on your wedding day and through the wedding planning process.

    Our wedding planner, Yesenia Beckman, is the reason our wedding was absolutely perfect! we are beyond grateful, and full of appreciation. she defiantly had the most stressful part of the day, and somehow carried herself with such grace, while staying completely calm.     We don't know what we would've done without Yesenia as our wedding planner! This was a destination wedding, and she really helped make everything go smoothly. She worked out the details with all of our vendors and prepared a beautiful, detailed timeline for our wedding day. She was able to provide us with everything we forgot on the day of, and even made us a fake microphone out of whatever she could find for our maid of honor to play with on the dance floor! It was a huge it! She helped keep us calm and on track the whole night, and she barely broke a sweat when one of the brides was 30 minutes late and delayed the ceremony. Very professional, enthusiastic, and detail oriented....Exactly what you'd want in a wedding planner!

    Hiring a wedding planner was not something I thought I would need because I am incredibly organized and efficient, however, I am from the east coast and I was planning a west coast wedding in Napa, so I figured I could use the extra hand! THE BEST THING I DID WAS HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! Ooh La La assigned me with Yesenia and we were the perfect match. From the beginning, she was prompt with all responses (and I would email her about ten times per day!) and she was so helpful with all questions, some of them even things I just needed assistance or opinions on. She was amazing and stood by everything she said leading up to my wedding day. We worked closely together and I felt totally at ease knowing she had everything under control. On the day of the wedding she was phenomenal. She checked in with me throughout the day letting me know where things were at and kept my husband and I updated throughout the entire reception. My maid of honor and I were in the bathroom and a song came on that she knew we wanted to dance to, and she actually came into the bathroom to grab us! I truly felt as if she treated my wedding like it were her own. GREAT company and FABULOUS planner. Couldn't have done it without her! Thank you!!!

    We had the pleasure of working with Delaney and she made our wedding day incredible! We definitely had a lot of unique and random tastes and ideas that we threw at her and she somehow took our nonsensical requests and made them a beautiful reality! While our wedding was in Sonoma, we aren't based there so it was really helpful having someone know the area and vendors around (and every vendor we worked with from Delaney's recommendations was absolutely stellar!). Even though we hired Ooh La la for more limited planning services, their team was always responsive to all our questions and needs, no matter how early in the planning process or how late at night! Delaney genuinely wanted us to have a fantastic event while also wanting us to enjoy the planning process and did a great job of making everything less overwhelming. Would immediately recommend the Ooh La La team to my friends and family!

    We seriously lucked out when we were matched with Kaitlyn! Living in DC and planning a wedding in CA seemed like a huge headache, but Kaitlyn made the process super easy, convenient and fun. Her knowledge of the Napa area was extremely helpful, as she introduced us to venues we had never heard of and ended up choosing one of her finds. She had vendor recommendations for everything and we could not have been happier with all of their products/services. The thing I found to be most valuable was her sincere flexibility with our many requests for changes - as big as moving our wedding date 2 weeks early, down to seating switches the night before. She clearly understood our vision and needs, which resulted in an amazing 2-day event that we continue to get compliments on from all of our guests!

    There is no way that our wedding would've been half as amazing if we didn't make the wise decision to hire Ooh La La. With a little over six weeks until our wedding day and without hair/makeup, catering, florist, music vendors confirmed (and an overwhelming anxious feeling that our wedding day will be a disaster!) was how we began with Delaney at Ooh La La. We spoke to several other planning vendors before connecting with Ooh La La, some less expensive and some more, but none with the level of detail and transparency in pricing and services offered as Ooh La La. That culture of transparency was apparent on my first call with Delaney which made it easy to decide that she was the right fit for us.

    Delaney was 100% there for us throughout the process and always kept us on track with her excellent time management skills. Since were based on the east coast and planning a west coast wedding, perhaps the most appreciated quality was her ability to accommodate our schedule and communication style. We are so grateful for Delaney's helpful insights, support, knowledge, understanding, experience, and desire to make our day truly special.

    I have to say, while hiring a coordinator was not my original plan, it turned out to be the best money I have ever spent!!

    We hired Delaney Juliet at Ooh la la to be our wedding planner for the last 6 weeks of our event planning effort, and to be our day-of coordinator. Working with Delaney was a joy; she instantly put me at ease, was always professional with our vendors but was firm when needed, and pulled it all together for us. From dealing with a last minute hair and makeup snafu, to handing me a glass of champagne the second I walked in the door of the reception, she was on top of it!!

    I cannot stress enough what a difference it made to have someone like Delaney literally just take care of everything. Perhaps the best part of it, was the fact that neither my friends nor family had to do anything the day of either ... I got just to relax and party with all my favorite people. I think that says it all. Thank you Delaney and Ooh la la!

    In the end, our party exceeded my expectations in every way. And that is saying a lot.

    The fact that I could sit in the pool for 3 hours on the day of the event and drink mimosas with my best friends, and not worry about anything, was the best result I could have asked for!

    Thank you for all you did to get my vendors in line, and make my vision a reality. Everyone had such a good time!

    Yesenia is an amazing planner. I came into this wedding process not knowing a lot, and Yesenia was really able to help me narrow my focus onto the things that fit my style and give excellent advice on vendors, details, and special touches on the wedding. Her recommendations were great (in fact, the one vendor we didn't take her recommendation for was the least successful aspect of the wedding). The wedding was gorgeous, and everyone said it was an amazing party. The day of I don't know how we'd have survived without her - she was super calm, organized, made everything run perfectly, and dealt with all of the little emotional crises of the day. A++

    Lindsey is absolutely fantastic. She was the ultimate professional--always had an away message on her email if she was working a wedding, she is detailed-oriented, responsive and always pleasant. Her vendor recommendations were top-notch (and not just the most expensive). She averted potential disasters, gave us fantastic planning ideas and generally took a lot of the burden off our shoulders, especially closer to the event. We only booked the basic package but we found it to be absolutely wonderful. I'm sure the more full-service planning packages would be similarly incredible. I'll keep the review short because I could truly just go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Lindsey, but she is the BEST--just book her. You won't regret it.

    Booking Ooh La La Weddings & Events was one of the best wedding decisions I made! I worked with Kaitlyn, who was so organized, professional, and responsive to all of my questions. I knew it would be difficult to plan my destination wedding from across the country, so I hired professionals to help me through the process- the Ooh La La girls had a great reputation and they best matched my personal style. Kaitlyn sent me timelines every few months to make sure I was track, set up conference calls to ensure my needs were responded to, and took care of all of the details with my vendors. When all of my friends commented on how I didn't seemed stressed at all, it's because I wasn't- Kaitlyn kept me worry-free, and I knew I was in great hands. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly, and I couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out. I would recommend Ooh La La to anyone without hesitation!

    We are so thankful to have had Lindsey and her team on our side on our wedding day! As it became clear that there would be rain, she went right to work making everything come together effortlessly. She didn't waver when we insisted on having the ceremony outside! The Ooh La La team made what could have been a stressful day with rain, into a dream come true. We trusted her decisions and expertise, and truly could depend on her for every little thing, including blow drying my dress between the ceremony and reception!     We needed a day-of coordinator for our wedding at Ramekins Sonoma and Ooh Lala was one of their highly recommended company. I I had spent interviewing other coordinators but Yesenia of Ooh Lala Weddings and Events was so easy to talk to, she was a good listener, never pushy, and totally understood my vision. I am a bit of a bridezilla but she exhibited patience and professionalism throughout the planning process. Day of the wedding she made sure the wedding we envisioned was implemented to perfection. My musician friend who had to work with her at the wedding said to me that of all the weddings he’s played at and attended our was the most organized one, thanks to Ooh La la. Yesenia made sure everyone was doing what they’re supposed to do and everything was done flawlessly while making sure that the bride and groom were worry free and enjoying every moment.     I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lindsey and her amazing team from Ohh La La-- just a complete blessing to have them on our team!!! Extremely organized, efficient, responsive, positive, knowledgeable....AMAZING!! Lindsey helped make the entire process of planning a wedding look easy somehow, her knowledge of the industry and her judgement were invaluable. I felt so comfortable trusting her with everything regarding my wedding, not one detail was overlooked--she literally thinks of everything!!     We worked with Yesenia from Ooh La La and couldn't have been happier! She was organized, detail oriented, and helped us to make sure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. Yesenia answered all of our questions throughout the planning process and gave tons of great suggestions and ideas. Because of that, our wedding day was stress free and perfect.

    Ooh La La, specifically wedding planner, Yesenia, went above and beyond our expectations when helping us put together our wedding this past month, June! She was quick to respond to every one of our questions through phone and e-mail, which was very important for us. My now-husband and I could not meet her together for our first initial meet-up, so she gladly met us both at separate times, which we really appreciated! I am so glad that we hired Ooh La La because the week before leading up to the day of the wedding, Yesenia organized and communicated with the vendors, which was a huge relief knowing someone was taking care of that. The day of our wedding, everything went amazingly well, and all of our guests had a great time! Though we fell behind our wedding timeline (who doesn't?!), Yesenia still kept us on track, and made sure every big moment of our wedding (toasts, first dance, wedding cake cutting) was communicated to the photographers and videographers.
    We would highly recommend Ooh La La's wedding services, especially wedding planner, Yesenia! Thank you, Yesenia, for helping us turn our dream wedding into a reality!

    One of the best decisions that we made while planning our wedding was to work with Yesenia Beckman from Ooh La La Weddings & Events. From beginning to end Yesenia was professional and responsive. There were so many times leading up to our big day that I said out loud " I am so happy we are working with Yesenia"! She was consistently one-step ahead of planning, she saw our vision and helped us to see it through. Yesenia also made it a priority to help us stay within a budget. She went through every detail of our wedding day with us well in advanced that we were able to stay on top of planning and all of the "to-do's" from big to small all got taken care of. Having Yesenia on our wedding team truly made us feel at ease and able to enjoy our wedding day. Seeing her in action on the day of was so impressive! When my husband's button came off his jacket at our reception, she was right there with a needle and thread! When pollen from my flower bouquet stained my dress before the ceremony, she was right there with stain remover, water and a fan! She was so prepared, experienced and professional not to mention she is so sweet and genuinely cared about us through the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough of Yesenia! She exceeded our expectations and worked to make our wedding day a dream come true!

    Working with Delaney was such a dream! As a wedding photographer, capturing a calm, cool, and collected bride and groom is of the upmost importance. I can honestly say that a coordinator has so much to do with the mood and spirits of the couple. If things are running smoothly, the couple is happy, making my job that much easier.     We used Ooh La La as a wedding coordinator, with services for the day-of and starting two months out. Lindsey was the best investment we made for the wedding and a joy to work with - so professional and warm. She helped us organize all of the details and made sure everything went smoothly so we could be present and enjoy our wedding. I am someone who generally doesn't think I need organizational help and Lindsey was truly a godsend, so I encourage any couple getting married to seriously consider bringing her team on - I couldn't recommend her more.

    Kaitlyn Finley is my GIRL---not only did she pull off my wedding flawlessly, she looked super cute while doing so! My wedding party (and my Mom) commented repeatedly how lucky we were to have such a professional, polished, energetic, and organized wedding planner. She had a "can-do" attitude about everything and was extremely proactive on last-minute details (like umbrellas, for example, that SAVED my wedding guests from the blazing sun!) I would highly recommend Kaitlyn and Ooh La La to anyone. She left no detail to chance, and I could completely trust her to follow through (and then some) on everything. She helped me make sense of an overwhelming timeline. She was absolutely crucial in the planning phases, helping me create a floorplan and determine rentals (and she styled some super-cute lounge areas),she helped me choose vendors, and she answered the endless questions I had. The day-of, she managed...well, everything!!! I literally could not have done this without her!!! I, embarrassingly, underestimated the importance of a wedding planner. I cannot emphasize enough how important and crucial she was to making my event fabulous. I got SOOOO lucky that I happened to read some amazing Ooh La La reviews and Kaitlyn was somehow still available! Thanks, Kaitlyn! You're the best! And good grief, your job is hard!     100% worth every penny! Kaitlyn at Ooh La La saved us from a rainy wedding day and hustled like a champ and helped us move venues 2 hours before our ceremony start and didnt skip a beat.     Lindsey did an AMAZING job coordinating our wedding. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were not stressed about anything the day of our wedding because we knew that everything was in Lindsey's capable hands. The set-up looked perfect and the actual event ran very smoothly. Lindsey had a knack for being there any time we needed her but melting away when we were enjoying each other or our guests.
    Leading up to the wedding, Lindsey was extremely helpful. She set up a meeting to review our plan and ensure that we had thought through everything and that we were all on the same page. From that point, she made sure that everything was on track with our vendors. Many of my friends talk about how the last two weeks before the wedding were extremely stressful. I was very calm and didn't have much left to do, thanks to Lindsey's help and her planning.

    We just had our wedding this past weekend. It's amazing how Oh La La made our day the most beautiful vision we had hoped for! Throughout the process, Lindsey was on point, on top of every detail, and always came with the best recommendations for us to consider. We only had Oh La La helped with out wedding day coordination, but we felt as though they went above and beyond right from the beginning. We couldn't have had a more perfectly coordinated wedding without Lindsey and her team. She took charge of directing all our vendors and set up every detail at our venue so we could enjoy ourselves.     Look no further for the perfect wedding coordinator! Lindsey Hintereder is truly top notch in the industry and was by far the most important and BEST investment we made for our wedding. We had the wedding of our dreams and it would not have happened without Lindsey's guidance, professionalism and amazing organization. We live in NYC and the wedding was out in Santa Rosa, California. So we did not have the luxury of meeting with vendors in person or even seeing our venue in person before the week of the wedding. Lindsey was on top of things from day one. She continuously gave us great advice and provided so much useful information that enabled us to feel confident in our planning process.

    The week prior to the wedding, we finally had the opportunity to meet with Lindsey in person, and she walked us through every detail we needed to know for the big day. We had a major hiccup with another vendor a couple of days before our wedding and she helped us problem solve immediately so it did not interfere with the wedding day. And when the big day came, it was FLAWLESS. When she says you will feel like a guest at your own wedding, she means it! As the bride, I was very type A about many details of the wedding, and she was always very responsive and no question or issue was too small or big for her to handle. SHE IS AMAZING!!! Every bride and groom needs to experience the service she provides. You will not go wrong with Lindsey and her team!!

    We cannot say enough how much we loved our wedding coordinator, Yesenia!! From our first interaction, we were beyond impressed and felt very well taken care of throughout our planning process. We are a lesbian couple which meant two brides who can be very high-maintenance at times! We had a seven month engagement, which was very short considering we were planning an entire weekend celebration for around 200 guests. It was a destination wedding for nearly 75% of our quests, which also added to the challenge. Yesenia always returned emails/phone calls in a timely and professional manner. She gave us recommendations she felt would suit us as a couple and she was spot on! For example, we were going back and forth with DJ or band and shared with Yesenia our fear of a cheesy, awkward DJ. She recommended a specific DJ company and specific DJ who she felt was what we were looking for. The DJ was AMAZING and more than two dozen people told us "best DJ ever". Many more examples just like this! Yesenia was extremely professional in dealing with our Vendors especially considering all the changes and additions we threw her way. The day of was perfect. She had two assistants, Alyah and Nicole to help her with all the moving parts - there were A LOT of moving parts as our actual wedding day was spread out across the 15-acre property. I am still shocked at how much we paid though...I have three sister-in-laws who each paid double if not triple for their planners. They each said how impressed they were (and jealous).

    Where to start? If you've been searching (like I was) non-stop to find the perfect wedding planning service - you've just found it. Stop looking.

    Personally, I had looked through countless websites, read one too many reviews, and spent way too much time trying to find a place that would fit what I was looking for. Once I found Ooh La La, I knew it was a match. I was (ever-so-luckily) paired up with Yesenia. From our first phone conversation (I was planning a wedding in Santa Rosa from Iowa) I knew I had found the perfect fit. Yesenia understood me and our wedding vision.

    We lucked out, to be quite honest. Yesenia helped us out from day one with narrowing down vendors, tying up the little details, and making our fairytale wedding become a reality. The entire day was flawless. Not once did I feel stressed out. Yesenia had every detail down to the minute planned and took care of it all. Never once did someone come to me with a frantic question or problem, it was absolutely seamless - she did it all.

    This group gets it. I can't say enough about them - just do yourself a favor and BOOK THEM! I promise, you won't be disappointed.

    Hiring Lindsey as our wedding planner was THE BEST decision we made while planning our "destination" wedding at Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa. I'm a super hands on bride (and was not working at the time), so to save some money I was questioning the need for a wedding planner and Lindsey was definitely worth every penny spent. We were living in the mid-west at the time, and planning our 100+ wedding for our international guests in a location we were unfamiliar with. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and I had a million questions! Lindsey totally saved my sanity by being hyper responsive to my emails, providing timely, useful advice that was to the point and provided coaching, guidance, and tons of suggestions along the way. During the planning process very bride has a moment where they feel overwhelmed (one moment, or two, or three...) and Lindsey handled these with empathy, care, and consistently came up with solutions to our "dilemmas." She's incredibly tactful and resourceful and I couldn't have dreamed of a better person to fit the part!
    She is extremely organized and detail oriented- two very important qualities you want in a wedding planner! She coordinated all of our vendors, drew up floor plans, and created the most detailed minute-by minute timeline that made us feel like we can kick back and enjoy our day, because we were in good hands! She totally delivered on our Big Day and really made it a "dream" wedding for us- biggest highlight of our lives. Highly recommend!

    Lindsey is a rockstar. We opted the partial planning packing and from the beginning, she was helpful in answering any questions. Two months out, we had a meeting with her where she organized everything we had so far and what we had left to do. She made drawings of everything, a detailed timeline, and communicated with our vendors from that point on. Lindsey made the process very easy, was incredibly organized from beginning to end and coordinated extremely well with all of the other vendors. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Lindsey and Sam - all of the details we had been planning for months were executed perfectly. We were completely confident in her and did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. I highly recommend Ooh La La and Lindsey!

    We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Lindsey was absolutely phenomenal through the entire planning process as well as at the rehearsal and the day of our wedding. We purchased the "day of" package and loved it. She was very responsive in her emails and incredibly professional and friendly the entire time. She is an absolutely expert and was able to point out things that we hadn't thought of when it came to putting together the timeline and details map. She was also very flexible in that she reminded us several times that it was our wedding and that we could personalize it however we would like. She was always there to make it happen.

    Lindsey and here team were very organized the day of the rehearsal and wedding which truly allowed us to relax and enjoy the day, knowing we were in good hands. She also came highly recommended- literally every other vendor we met with said she was "the best in the business!" A few of our family members also commented after the wedding about how great of a job she did! She was not intrusive or pushy in any way. She just made sure everything went smoothly and allowed us to enjoy our big day! I would pick her again without hesitation.

    I would highly recommend Yesenia Beckman with Ooh La La weddings! Her attention to detail and organization made our day exactly what we wanted it to be. She was great during the planning stages and was able to help us create the wedding of our dreams. The week of the wedding she made it so that we could sit back and enjoy every second with our friends and family. Any problem that came our way was taken care of immediately! Multiple guests complimented us on how this was the smoothest wedding they had ever been to and I know that this is because Yesenia was there working so hard.

    Yesenia was very detailed & on top of things. She let us take the lead with the vision, but still offered gentle suggestions when needed.

    Her detailed to the minute timeline for the wedding was so helpful. Way better than anything I would've put together myself.

    She really got to know us and wanted our day to be amazing. She went above & beyond her call of duty and genuinely cared.

    Initially I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner since I was trying to understand why the cost of a wedding planner is so high. Little did I know exactly HOW MUCH I would need a wedding planner in order to fully enjoy my wedding day! Kaitlyn at Ooh La La was absolutely amazing! She asked me ALL kinds of questions to make sure that she fully understood what I wanted for the wedding and the execution was flawless! I didn't need to worry about what time I needed to cut the cake, or when we should get ready for the first dance, and the list goes on and on and on.

    Not only was she an amazing coordinator, but she has such a sweet, outgoing, approachable personality. It was SO EASY to work with her! I would 100% recommend the services that Ooh La La provides and I think it is absolutely necessary to have a wedding coordinator in order to truly enjoy everything about your wedding day without worrying about the hassle! Definitely worth every penny we spent!

    I do not know where to begin on this one so I guess I'll just start with this, Kaitlyn Finely is a wedding WIZARD. Kaitlyn answered endless emails, texts, phone calls and executed my vision to perfection. Any decisions that were left last minute to her discretion, were made flawlessly. She is someone I now consider a friend and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. From vendors, to unique situations, to special requests Kaitlyn had me covered. She is one of the kindest and most organized people that I have ever come across. I am a very type A person and staying calm can be difficult for me and I can say that because of Kaitlyn I was calm all weekend and was able to enjoy every single minute. She has many assistants working with her as well and they were all so amazing. If you want to the perfect event planned by a fun loving, organized, amazing person then you pick Kaitlyn Finley and Ooh La La as your planner and that is that!!

    Choosing Ooh La La Events & Weddings was the best decision and the best money spent for our wedding, by far! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Yesenia as our wedding coordinator. Right off the bat we had a great connection with Yesenia. She is professional, personal and great to work and communicate with. I cannot imagine our wedding with out her. She helped guide us through our whole wedding process, policies of the venue we chose, touched bases with other vendors, created an amazingly detailed timeline - event details and vendor contact lists. I would recommend Yesenia and the Ooh La La team to anyone looking for a coordinator at their next event or their wedding. Even if a coordinator is not required at your wedding venue, please seriously consider Yesenia and the Ooh La La team. I was able to bypass all the typical stresses of wedding planning and truly got to enjoy the morning and day of my wedding. 5 stars all the way!

    I cannot begin to express how lost we would have been without Lindsey!!!! If you even think you can get through your wedding planning without her help and have time to live your life then you are wrong. We planned our wedding for Sonoma while living in Texas and she made everything so easy. Her organization made keeping track of everything we needed to do easy and we were never stressed. Even with limited visits to the area Lindsey made our planning happen. The wedding was incredible and perfect is not good enough of a word to describe it. Thank you so much Lindsey!!!! Also, we loved her so much we had her coordinate and plan our rehearsal dinner event as well. I am pretty sure my mom would keep her forever if she could.

    Yesenia is the best! She is super great to work with and very very responsive. As a completely neurotic new yorker i am really impressed by the quality of service, response time and Yesenia's super flexible attitude. Our wedding was not an easy event to plan, 3 different sites, all of which required a ton of set up and we lost our venue's coordinator 2 weeks prior... Not only is she fantastic, keeping a smile on her face the entire day, BUT she also is BI-LINGUAL which helped a ton with my Spanish mother whose English is questionable. I had no idea i needed a bilingual coordinator but if you are planning an event and have anyone in your family that could use the help of a Spanish speaking planner, Yesenia is your girl!!

    Cant recommend Yesenia and Ohh La La's services enough.

    Lindsey was such a blessing during our wedding planning!! There were only a few bumps in the road but Lindsey was so professional and efficient at helping us solve problems!! I always felt at ease knowing she would handle anything that arose. I was always able to get ahold of her via phone or email, she was very efficient with our time, and she really seemed to care! After setting up a few phone call appointments with several businesses, it was pretty clear that Ooh La La was the planning service for us. I received a response very quickly after I submitted an inquiry. In no time, I was on the phone with one of their planners, Yesenia.

    I chose them because of their professionalism from the very beginning, their services offered (you can choose whatever makes the most sense for you and your budget), and because I got a great vibe from Yesenia. We chose the "Day-Of" option without any additional a la carte services (you can have them help you with any aspect of wedding planning) - and got such a great value! Don't let the term "day-of" fool you. I was working with Yesenia months in advance. We swapped emails like we were long lost pen pals in the months leading up to the wedding. We met with her at the venue to tour the property and fully form the plan. My parents joined us for the venue tour and Yesenia was absolutely gracious to them! She had a natural knack for directing questions to my husband and I while letting my mom chime in, and still ensuring that the groom and I had the final say (not that my mom was overbearing, just wanted to make sure that we had a beautiful wedding). Yesenia is fluent in Spanish - FYI if that's a plus for you. During that meeting, she helped us to realize there were many details we hadn't even considered. In her role, Yesenia took over communication with vendors which was such a time saver, and created the day-of timeline which was a life saver!

    Yesenia met us at the venue the day before the wedding for the rehearsal. Then the big day hit and she was ready to roll! She took care of so much behind the scenes stuff. Items that I will probably never know happened because she ensured I was focused on enjoying the day. Sam seemed to be a fantastic assistant! So kind and gracious!

    Working with Lindsey and her team at Ooh La La was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly buttoned up and on top of everything! As someone who was planning a wedding from across the country, it was reassuring to know we had a team of people behind us who had things covered when we couldn't be there in person. Vendor recommendations were top notch (I will be submitting positive reviews for all of them in the coming weeks)!

    Not only that, Lindsey truly understood the vision that we had for our day and was there to make sure that everything came together in the final weeks. On the day of, she could sense when I needed anything, sunglasses during dinner, a refill of wine, and she was even snapping pictures to capture moments for us. I'm really not sure how any of this would have happened without her. Having her onsite for the rehearsal and the wedding day to make sure everything was in it's place was invaluable. After interviewing a number of other wedding planners I can tell you that Lindsey is by far the best to work with - she's positive and comes off as incredibly laid back (which in the moment, a bride really needs). Their prices are very competitive and they are worth EVERY PENNY. I can't stress enough to brides out there, I don't care how type-A you are, you'll want Lindsey and her team there for you when the big day comes - they made all the difference. Thank you for making our wedding so perfect!

    Yesenia and her team were an invaluable part of wedding! It was amazing to be able to be so relaxed and enjoy every moment of our special day, knowing that Yesenia would have everything taken care of. She was incredibly detailed, and thourough in our preparation without being another task to deal with. She was always available and quick to reply for any questions or concerns leading up to the day, and worth every penny to be able to enjoy the special moment for what is really about. Would definitely recommend her - thank you again for everything!!!

    Lindsey and her team are fantastic, so easy to work with and true professionals. My wedding day was a dream and it was all thanks to their effortless coordination. I had a pretty set vision on how I wanted everything to look and feel, but had a hard time communicating exactly what I wanted - Lindsey was patient, helpful and in the end totally understood what I was going for. I will always appreciate everything that she helped me with along the planning process. I could not recommend her more highly!

    Hiring Lindsey was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process. Lindsey did an outstanding job coordinating our 175 person wedding at BR Cohn in June. When I was speaking with 10+ potential candidates (more than a year in advance of our wedding date) Lindsey responded to every email quickly answering each of my questions clearly and succinctly. That’s when I knew she was the woman for the job. Throughout the process I had a million questions, and she was incredibly helpful in answering them. I am a very organized and detail oriented-person (lots of spreadsheets, etc.). Lindsey put me to shame! She thought of things I never would have, ensured that all of the details were in one place and that every vendor had what they needed the week / day of. On the day of, Lindsey and her colleagues Kaitlyn and Yesenia did a fabulous job. They handled last minute unexpected hiccups professionally and effectively. Lindsey and her team are really talented, organizes and genuinely nice people. If I could give a hundred stars I would. Lindsey, you’re amazing!

    It was a pleasure working with Kaitlyn on our special day. Not only did she provide day of coordination, but she also acted as a consultant throughout the planning process, advising us on vendors, wedding etiquette and the flow of the wedding day from start to finish. She shared a number of ideas that made our big day more special. Kaitlyn's organizational skills are key to her success - she communicated with and managed 15+ vendors on our wedding day. She also created layouts and timelines for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception that were used to keep the bridal party and vendors on track. Kaitlyn made sure we were comfortable with every decision which ensured our wedding day was a reflection of us. She is professional but down to earth - it is clear she has experience in her field. Honestly, we could not have done it without her!

    Lindsey was an absolute DREAM to work with. She made our day so special and she thought of every little detail that made things run so smoothly. I really felt comfortable from day one and I felt like she allowed us to explain what we wanted and then worked to make it come true! I never felt pressured to do things a certain way and her support really helped us stay calm and have fun the entire weekend!

    I couldn't recommend someone better, truly. As soon as I would share with my other vendors that I was working with Lindsey, they were thrilled and only spoke the highest praise so I felt very lucky to have her for my big day! Everything was even neatly put away for me to easily take home the next day!

    If you are getting married and need a planner, or a day of coordinator, she is the one!!

    Words cannot express how incredible Ooh La La has been since the moment they joined our wedding planning process. Lindsey and her team came highly recommended by our venue (Vintners Inn) and florist (ETC designs). After the first consultation, it was clear that they were the best partner for us (seriously, Lindsey had us at hello!). From the beginning, we felt like we were in great hands, as Lindsey's style, personality, energy, and expertise shone through immediately. We were very lucky to have her on board as a partial planner, as she really helped us bring together ALL the details in the last couple of months--especially regarding our wedding day schedule development and vendor management. She was always so responsive, friendly, supportive, and thorough beyond belief--right through the very end! Our wedding day was absolutely magical in so many ways, and Lindsey and Alli contributed to so many of the major and minor elements to keep the trains on track, with an emphasis on making sure the groom and I were enjoying every moment (with minimal stress!). They really went above and beyond to make our day incredible, and we cannot ever thank them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! <3

    Hiring Ooh La La was one of the best decisions we could have made! We hired Lindsey and her team for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. Lindsey always promptly replied to my emails and was very professional. She was also quick to think on her feet and always a pleasure to work with. I always had 100% confidence whenever I pushed things off of my plate and into Lindsey's hands. We were nothing but impressed with her and her team. They made our day perfect, relaxing and seamless. The few things that supposedly didn't go quite right were completely unnoticed by us (a job well done!!!) and we are so gracious for her amazing organization and coordination.

    Working with Yesenia was wonderful! I wouldn't have been able to get through our wedding without her and Lindsey's help. These girls are great! They helped with every single little detail and were on top of everything!
