Bill was very easy to work with, responsive, and receptive to learning our requests and taking our suggestions. It is clear that his priority is delivering on your vision! The Vibe was high energy, talented, and kept the dance floor packed all night - they are a blast! Definitely high quality and value - would definitely recommend!

Central Park Orchestra was incredible! They have so much energy on stage and sound amazing. They have a wide range of music that will get all your guests dancing. My guests and I never wanted to leave the dance floor, and months later, everyone is still bringing up how great the band was at my wedding. Billy also kept the night running smoothly and is so reliable and professional. I highly recommend booking this band!

Awesome wedding band!

Bill and his team brought the energy to our wedding! They have a great mix of music that kept all ages on the dance floor. Overall great experience starting with our initial call to the wedding day.

Bill and nyo is the best!

What an incredible wedding band!!!!! Our guests had the best time dancing all night. We hired NYO for our ceremony and cocktail hour music, reception music (full band), and after party DJ. I was nervous that they would have too much on their hands, however Bill and his team stepped up in every way.

Not only did they step up, but they brought the best energy to our special day. They were worth every penny. Working with Bill was amazing front to back. From the start, Bill took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and the band practiced the songs that we wanted to hear the most (even the niche ones :). The night of, they played a lot of the songs that we were hoping to hear, while also playing into the crowd's energy and playing songs that got everyone up and moving.

Bill also crushed the sound system and DJ set for our after party. We are still getting messages about how much our guests loved the band and the DJ. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your next event!

DJ Boomer Rocks

I've known Bill Messinetti as a talented drummer for over 30 years. More recently he has expanded his repertoire to DJing. I contacted Bill in October, 2023 to consider DJing for my son's February,2024 wedding reception in upstate NY. He gladly accepted and promptly contacted my son and his fiance to get them thinking about what music selections they might choose. He was accessible, informative and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding.
On the wedding day he was punctual, calm, friendly and very professional. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the music and the dance floor was hopping all night. Bill really 'read the crowd' well and also accommodated spur of the moment musical requests of our guests.

Dance your heart out

Bill and his bandmates are really something special and I had the best time dancing like a fool, living my very best life! Everyone we have spoken to thus far raved about their performance at our wedding! It was beyond anything either of us could have ever imagined or asked for!!!! Professional, punctual, engaging, talented, friendly…I could go on and on! Highly recommend for weddings and more!

Truly the BEST wedding band!!

Hiring Bill and his NY Orchestra band The Vibe was one of the best decisions I made in planning my daughter's wedding. Not only is Bill knowledgeable and personable, he is so easy to talk to that he makes you feel like you are working with a friend. When we first spoke he told me one of his talents he is most known for is 'reading the crowd' and knowing what music to play and when. He was 100% accurate about that! We did not give him a playlist and he just instinctively knew what songs to play as the night went on. Less than a half hour into the reception guests kept coming up to me and my husband telling us how INCREDIBLE the band is. There was honestly not one moment (other than when guests were eating their entree) that the entire dance floor wasn't packed. I am still getting texts and emails from our friends and family about how awesome the band was. They truly made the wedding unforgettable and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. If you want an amazing wedding band hire Bill and his NY Orchestra band The Vibe, you will NOT be disappointed!!

Best Music for the Best Wedding

NY Orchestras promised that our guests would walk away saying, “wow, that was the best wedding band we’ve ever seen!” Let me tell you, they did not let us down! We have friends and family member still talking about the music at our wedding. We even had a friend come up to us during the reception to state they were upset that they had already booked a different band for their wedding. We are telling you, they are that good!

Great from beginning to end

Central Park Orchestra was sensational and very professional! They had everyone up dancing all night long. We had them perform for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. They were very friendly, helpful, and personable. We would highly recommend them!

NY Orchestras Entertainment was a fantastic band! They were incredibly flexible while working with us through the pandemic. Bill was always available to discuss details of our day. Most importantly, the music was incredible with multiple guests commenting that it was the best band they’ve seen perform at a wedding! Simply the BEST!

I’ve had the pleasure of hiring NY Orchestra at 3 events. The manager, Bill, is superb. From a surprise proposal at the Cartier Mansion to formal engagement at Rooftop
Hotel to a wedding at the Palace with several different bands - Bill led the way of coordinating all of the entertainment flawlessly. All of the band members of the quartets, official band, and the VIBE are true professionals and class acts! Obviously, lead vocalists Emily and Maverick are my favorites with award winning vocals. Our guests still speak about the pure love that the band sang with and beautiful music they created. My partner and I are forever grateful to Bill and his team for the integral part they played during are most memorable times. I highly recommend each band without reservation.

This is our families second time hiring NY Orchestras. They played for my sisters wedding in 2011 and were excellent then... This year they played for my wedding and i was blown away by the talent! They exceeded my expectations and our guests can’t stop talking about how much fun the band was!! I HIGHLY recommend NY orchestras!

Amazing Band!

Wedding Band

My husband and I live in Syracuse, NY and just could not find the type of band we wanted for our wedding locally. I scoured the internet and social media only to stumble upon the Vibe and NY Orchestras Entertainment. From the very start, Bill was patient and listened to what type of entertainment we wanted to provide for our guests. His band far exceeded our expectations. People are still talking about our wedding and everyone mentions how awesome the band was! We actually extended the reception twice because everyone was having such a great time on the dance floor! Thanks for providing an engaging, musical performance and pure entertainment for our favorite people. It was a night that we’ll never forget!

Best part of the night!

Bill and the Central Park Orchestra went above and beyond to give our guests the time of their lives. Bill was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments I got about the band. "Where did you find the band?!" was almost as common as "Congratulations!". The continuous play throughout the night was a much appreciated nice touch and their talent and range of music was enough to get even the most stubborn non-dancers on the floor. When I spoke to Bill the first time he told me they prefer to not go in with a predetermined set-list, but read the crowd and see what the people like and give it to them and that's exactly what they did. My husband and I are music lovers, but we gave the band only one request, left the rest to them and we're thrilled we did. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great band!

Bill and the Central Park Orchestra were fantastic! Bill met with us multiple times to go over our musical tastes and preferences, to make sure the music felt right for us and our guests. They did a great job of staggering their breaks throughout the reception so there was always music playing, and worked very well with our venue and photographer to make sure we stayed on schedule and never missed a beat. Towards the end of the night, they kept the dance floor moving and even took a few requests. After the wedding we got many compliments from our guests about the band!

Unbeatable! Book them now!

The incredible thing about Central Park Orchestra is their ability to feel the crowd. They kept the dance floor PACKED for our entire wedding (there was even a dance party before dinner because no one wanted to leave the dance floor!). They sound amazing, they are so fun, and everyone came up and complimented us on choosing them to make the party for our wedding. They travelled to Maryland for our wedding and were professional the whole way through. Bill was great with helping us out with the reception schedule/flow and played all of the songs we requested. We did a few phone calls to iron out all the details and everything went off without a hitch. I have been to two other weddings they played at and everyone comments on how awesome they are. When we got engaged I knew they had to play at our wedding. Do not hesitate to book them they are worth every penny!!

The Central Park Orchestra is absolutely the best ! I first heard them play at my son ' s wedding in New Jersey and immediately knew that part of the wedding s success was because of this band ... I booked them for my daughters wedding in Massachusetts without hesitation. This group of musicians make a party, they are professional, very talented, and fun ! They rotate in and out for breaks( not that I noticed once that anyone was gone) so there is always music, great music , no down time, guests dancing all night. People are still talking about how unbelievably good they were! BIll, the band leader, is easy to plan with, answers emails and calls promptly . I could not recommend them more highly , what a blast we had dancing all night !

The Wedding Rockin' Legendary House Band - Central Park Orchestra!
Central Park Orchestra was absolutely incredible. Look no further. They were simply amazing!
From our first meeting, Bill (Band Leader) wants to know you, and play for you! Their professionalism, talent, and song variety list was over the top. They far exceeded all our expectations and made the wedding the best night ever!
Central Park Orchestra has a wide range of musicians and a very talented horn section. Special thank you to the vocals of Maverick and Emilie, Peter on the keys, Lou rockin' the guitar, and my man Clark Gayton on trombone!
Jessie and I were over the moon on your performance. Our guests were dancing the entire night, and won't stop talking about how great you guys were.
During the reception, I looked at my wife and said, "This is what heaven must be like, surrounded by the love of your family and friends, smiling, dancing, and having the best night of our lives."

I honestly don't think I could praise Bill and the rest of the band enough as there wasn't anything I would change at all. From the moment we spoke to Bill, every single detail, from song choice and set construction to flow of when speeches would occur was planned out perfectly leaving us with nothing to do other than dance the entire night. The professionalism, willingness to learn new songs, and whole demeanor from Bill and his team was on another level of service. If you want a band who can throw down and will make your wedding night memorable, look no further.

This band is awesome! I was attracted by their voice when we attended a bridal show. My husband and I decided to choose them as our wedding band. Almost our guests are from China, honestly I was a little bit worried at the beginning. But it turns out that is really unnecessary. We worked with Bill. He is very nice and easy to work with. He provided us many good ideas and suggestions. And this band is very professional and considerable. They gave us a surprised Chinese song which we never imaged. Really appreciate they gave us that unforgettable night. Highly recommend.

They were just great! Working with Bill was a dream. He was responsive, learned the songs that we asked and even learned a song so my husband could sing with the band one night. They also were open to having my Uncle preform two songs that were very special to us. People LOVED the band and I got compliments on them long after the wedding. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

This band is TERRIFIC! They can play anything you'd like, from Madonna to Bon Jovi to Tim McGraw to Josh Groban! It was definitely the perfect band, and they were professional and super easy to work with.

This was the easiest decision to make since my husband had worked at Oheka Castle and heard them play many times. They also played for a friend of ours wedding and based on those recommendations we didn't look any further and booked. I can't tell you how easy it was and how many people gave us compliments on them. They played during cocktail hour and at the reception and they were flawless, we were dancing the entire night and they can play pretty much anything. Even our wedding song which I was nervous would sound different, they nailed it. Highly recommend - just let them do their thing and make sure you add in the sax ;)

Central Park Orchestra and the quartet were off the charts at our wedding. It was non-stop music and everyone was on the dance floor. Not to mention they learned new songs for us AND were open to doing a custom mash-up for the father-daughter dance.

I cannot recommend them enough. Bill makes the process super easy and thinks of everything for you- hugely helpful when you're planning your own wedding.

Central Park Orchestra was an amazing asset to our wedding day! We had seen them at my cousin's wedding 8 years ago and had to have them as well! They were wonderful to work with from beginning to end and were so helpful in choosing the right songs for the ceremony and reception. They even learned about 4 new songs just for our wedding! I couldn't have asked for a better band! Thank you, Bill for answering all of my questions so quickly and for making our special day so wonderful!

Your wedding success depends on the quality of the band. This band will make your wedding. We hired them for our daughter's wedding 8 years ago and our guests never sat down. We hired them again for our sons wedding last weekend, 10/15/16 and we had the same fabulous result!! I cannot recommend this band highly enough!

We had a great time working with Bill Messinetti and his crew at NY Orchestras! We first met Bill at a bridal event at our wedding venue. Bill immediately gave off a professional vibe, which set him apart from all of the other DJs/bands that were there. Over several meetings, we decided to hire NY Orchestras' 7th Avenue string quartet and DJ Gaige. Both were phenomenal! The quartet played during our ceremony, cocktail hour and while guests were eating at the reception. We were able to select our music (Beatles, Top 40s, classics) from a long list of songs. We had trouble choosing from the selection! During the reception, DJ Gaige took over and got everyone on their feet. He was classy in his introductions and helped everyone have a fantastic night. He did an excellent job at reading the crowd and made sure not to play any music that we did not want, including some requests from our guests! Everyone was so impressed with the music throughout the entire evening. Thank you, Bill, for making our wedding day so wonderful!

Bill is a stand up guy and is easy to work with. He took notes and really went above and beyond to learn what we wanted for our wedding day/reception. And it paid off. The dance floor was packed the whole night. People kept raving about how good the music was and that they never stopped playing all night. They learned a few new covers for us and executed them with precision. The music at your wedding is the most important part in my opinion because that is what sets the tone and shapes the whole night. Central Park took our wedding to the next level and we couldn't be happier and more appreciative about that. Even the bartenders and catering staff were dancing! What a night!

NY Orchestras Entertainment provided the beautiful strings for the wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour. And the band played at the reception. All of it was awesome and amazing. You can be sure that your event will be successful with them entertaining your guests. One of our guests said that it was like listening to the original performers. The NY Orchestras are fondly known as 'The Family Band' because this is the third wedding they have played at for us - me, my niece, and my nephew.

Simply the BEST! I have tears in my eyes writing this review- that is how amazing they are. First let me start by saying Bill is INCREDIBLE, what a pleasure to deal with, even my venue noticed this after my big day. We hired Central Park Orchestras for our wedding and also one of Bill's DJ's for our after party. Every single thing this band did was perfect. Emily sung for me as I walked down the aisle and I can't even tell you how many guests said they got goosebumps and or started to cry. Between Emily's beautiful voice and the wonderful guitar and keyboard player, my ceremony was the most surreal and beautiful it could have been. They rocked it out at cocktail hour and then they KILLED it during the reception. I had a packed dance floor for the entire four hours- it was crazy! My fiancé and I still can not get over how much they sound like the artist they were singing, they all are just so talented- the best of the best. Music is such a HUGE factor at a wedding, and they gave me my dream wedding!

The first thing we heard when we got back from our honeymoon was how GREAT our band was! Bill and NY Orchestras gave us a party that was more than we could have imagined - they listened to our requests, made great suggestions, and kept people of all ages on their feet all night. We ourselves had a blast too- thanks for a great party!!!

Wow. After being referred to by a few friends who had seen the Central Park Orchestra at a few weddings we made an appointment will Bill to get the scoop. He is so friendly, and really knows the music industry. They make it a point NOT to play the typical corny wedding songs (unless that is what you want of course) and their female lead singer Emily has a set of pipes of her like no other! We had a 4.5 hour reception and our guests were on their feet dancing for every. last. minute. I was nervous using a band over a DJ in the beginning of the planning process but once they got started I knew we made the right choice - our reception had an energy that no DJ could have duplicated. They were WONDERFUL!

They were an amazing wedding band. Everyone was dancing and having a great time and people who don't normally stay late or dance stayed and danced the whole night.
Also, their professionalism and attention to details was fantastic. During the best man speech my husbands drunk uncle decided he wanted to give an impromptu speech (not something that had ever occurred to me to happen) and the band wouldnt give him the mike saying just the speeches and order that we had discussed a few weeks earlier. This was a huge relief and again not something i had warned them or asked them to prevent they just carried out the evening as planned which was looking back a relief and appreciated!

Can't say enough good things about Bill and Central Park Orchestra. I first met them when they played at a bridal showcase at Oheka castle on London island, which is where I had my wedding. My husband and I had picked a Sinatra song as our wedding song and also wanted a band and we very very worried we wouldn't find a band that would be able to play/sing Sinatra well. Luckily when they started playing they performed a Sinatra song and I knew they'd be my band. process was super easy, signed the contract, then dropped off payments, and had 1 more meeting before the wedding to go over the timing of the day, and song selections. my biggest suggestion when working with them is to let them do their job, they are so talented and so professional that they don't need direction and I'm sure do much better without "rules" from the couple. I told them a few songs we didn't like and the genres of music we did but told them to just play to the crowd and if they responded well to a certain genre the keep playing that. I danced the ENTIRE night And so did allmy guests. They had a 92 year old up and dancing! The entire night,people came up to me and told me how amazing they were,and countless guests after the wedding as well. I would especially recommend them if you are having your wedding at Oheka Castle because they perform there a lot and know exactly where and what they need to do for set up etc. we had a keyboard/flute for the ceremony, then piano/sax for the cocktail and then the 8 person and for the reception. Bill is extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly and fully. I keep trying to conjure up events where I need an 8 person band because they are so great, I hope to be able to work with them again in the future. My husband, the more money conscious of the two of us, said they were priceless and worth every penny and more. The music sets the entire tone for your wedding - at least I think- and they made it absolutely amazing!!

We loved Central Park Orchestra!!! Bill was so great and really listened to our requests. They kept the dance floor packed all night. During breaks for dinner and desserts when an iPod usually gets turned in, they just broke down to a smaller number and kept playing so their was live music all night, our guests loved that!

Not only did New York Orchestras perform at our wedding, but I used to work at a catering hall, and saw them perform at several other events (at least a couple dozen). They rocked the house every single time, and are the best band in New York!

For our event in particular, they even learned a few original songs, and made my mom cry with Celine Dion's "Because You Loved Me."

Strongly recommend these guys.

Writing this review a little late - my husband and I married over 4 years ago! However, that goes to show you how good these guys are. People still talk about how fantastic they were at our wedding. They played music that appealed to all age groups. The dance floor was packed the whole reception! We got out of having to visit each table because everyone was up dancing the whole time - we just greeted everyone there! There was an somewhat impromptu slideshow during the wedding, and they even played some background music to go w/the slides. Nothing more to say than they are amazing!

The Central Park Orchestra literally had the dance floor bouncing with their energy. Our guests couldn't pass up dancing to this exceptional band, and we received an overwhelmingly positive response to them for months afterward. Bill was incredibly flexible, discussed exactly what music we were looking for, and managed to work in some of the stranger requests we made. We will surely recommend Central Park Orchestra to others having weddings in the NYC area.

The Band was a complete hit.
I knew they would be.
People told me their husbands danced for hours, men that usually don't get out of their seats.

One of the best comments was when one of the catering people came up and said to me, "I'm sorry to interrupt but I thought you'd like to know that your band is so great, everyone is dancing around and working in the kitchen downstairs."

Bill was able to get a Spanish-speaking singer added to the band for my Argentine husband and it all worked out well.

Want people to dance to the very end? Hire these guys and their powerful amazing lead singer!!

They made my daughter's wedding so much fun. The dance floor was filled all night long. They allowed the father of the groom to play the drums for a couple of songs and played in the background while the bride's uncles serenaded her. They are the best.

Bill and his band were as amazing as one could possibly hope for on this very special of special days for us. I would not hesitate one moment in recommending them for any event in which you are looking for a fun and exciting experience. Music is the cornerstone of any significant experience and these guys can really bring the roof down! I could not have asked for more from a band. They were amazing, the entire room danced all night. They played exactly what I had asked for, plus more! They totally got the vibe I wanted the wedding to project, and delivered!! I highly highly recommend Central Park Orchestra if you are looking for an amazing band, its been 3 months and friends and family are still commenting on what an amazing experience they had!

to say that they are a great wedding band doesn't do them justice. My guests were up and dancing from the first song till we said that the party was over. Many of our friends said that they were the best wedding band that they had ever heard

The Central Park Orchestra was amazing. All of our guests raved about them after wedding. And to this day, we still receive compliments about them. They have an extensive list of songs that they can perform, spanning multiple eras and genres. Bill Messinetti, the leader of the band and our primary contact was extremely flexible and accommodating. We provided a play list of 100+ songs and lucky for us, the band already knew most of them. He was able to create a mix of songs for set based on our preferences and worked in our must play songs as well. We had everything from 70's Motown, 80's rock and pop, 90's pop as well as more current top 40, hip hop and R&B. All the music flowed, similar to having a DJ during their sets. During the entire reception, a band member was always playing a song which was great. They also provided the ceremony music, playing our selected songs. Bill was helpful, providing suggestions and ideas for the ceremony music based on our tastes and playlist. And to our surprise, one of the band members played a song in Chinese (mandarin dialect) as well. This was really a nice touch.

They worked well with our venue and other vendors. We didn't have to worry about anything during the wedding. They also provided uplighting for the ballroom that really enhanced the ambiance and environment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a band.

Bill Morgan and Central Park Orchestra were a complete joy to work with! Emily, the lead female vocalist, has a voice that is second to none! I used to work in music and entertainment sales for weddings, and I had my pick of any band in the Philadelphia-NY area, and I chose Central Park because they have outstanding voices and are total professionals. I also got my string quartet and a Professional dancer, in addition to the 10 piece orchestra. I highly recommend them!!

Highly recommend for your event!

Central Park Orchestra was fantastic and made the night! Bill was so sweet from the start and easy to work with. We are so happy we decided to go with a band over a DJ. These guys never stopped playing and did a great job of keeping our guests engaged and having fun the whole night! We had them do our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music, and everything was perfect! They were all so friendly, and personable. Can't recommend them enough for your big day, our guests are still talking about how great they were!

New York Orchestras came highly recommended by my venue. Overall, they were a great vendor to work with. Only complaint - the band was playing along with my DJ during the first course of my reception while my guests were dining. Unfortunately, we could not hear the band so well in the entire ballroom. I could not hear the quartet from my sweetheart table. Also, I had asked for the harp to play at the top of the stairs on my wedding venue during the entrance but this could not be done because the harp could not have the electrical cord running in that area. However, NY Orchestras had stated they had done this before but the day of the wedding this could not be done. I was a bit disappointed that they promised me they could be stationed there and then could not be. This is something they should have known about especially since they have performed at this venue before.

We used Central Park Orchestra and they were great! Everyond was dancing the entire time and they played a variety of music for all ages! The music in my opinion is the most important so this is where you went to spend some extra money. I would definitely recommend using them and talk to Bill Morgan :)
