Grey and the Randi Events team were phenomenal! As Mother-of-the-Groom, I leaned on Grey to help plan and design the wedding rehearsal dinner. She was delightful to work with, responsive and always smiling! Grey is a top notch professional!

Grey and the entire team at Randi Events is top notch. They go out of their way to go above and beyond to make your event personal and exactly what you want. As an event manager I can say that I would not have changed a single thing about our ceremony or reception! 10/10!

My husband and I got married at the Cordelle and worked with Grey at Randi Events. She gave the best suggestions with vendors, and really helped execute our dream wedding perfectly. We truly felt like guests, whom didn't have to worry about anything. Her enthusiasm is contagious and makes the process so enjoyable and fun, even when you change your mind a million times! We are still receiving the sweetest compliments from our guests about how pretty and fun the day was!

Our daughter had the wedding of her dreams thanks to Grey and her team at Randi Events. Track One was absolutely breathtaking and a fabulous location for the reception. We loved working with Grey and we were thrilled with every single detail! January 7, 2017 was nothing short of perfection!

My husband and I were married on October 22, 2016, and our reception was held at aVenue. The whole experience was so much fun! I hear so many people talk about the chore and stress of planning a wedding, but I experienced neither of those things!
Grey Boroff was our planner, and she did a fantastic job! Everything was just as I imagined and the whole process went very smooth! I had complete trust in her, and that allowed me to focus my time on enjoying our wedding weekend without a worry! We just arrived and everything was perfect!
The venue was a great setup for our 260 guests. The layout worked well for our buffet dinner and dancing to our fabulous band! We really saved some money since we could supply our own alcohol for the night. My only complaint about the venue is the bathroom situation - there was a line for the men's bathroom for much of the night. There just weren't enough facilities for as many guests as we had.

We had our wedding at aVenue on September 10th, and I think it was the best wedding I have ever been to (granted I may be a little biased). I HIGHLY recommend using Nashville Event Space for your next event. Despite the fact that I was an out of town bride, our wedding planner, Grey, planned and executed the most BEAUTIFUL ceremony and reception my new husband and I could have ever imagined. We are still receiving complements on how gorgeous the wedding decor was. I throughly enjoyed her willingness to go over the invoice line by line with me, her cost saving ideas, and her patience when it would sometimes take me days to respond to an email. I can guarantee that our wedding would not have been half of what it was if we had have chosen another venue and had to do the planning ourselves. Thank you Grey!!!

Best experience we could have asked for! I can't say enough about Randi Events and our coordinator Grey Boroff. Our August 6th wedding at aVenue was a destination wedding. We were able to plan everything from Dallas, traveling in only once, with flawless execution. Grey took all of the ideas in my head to create their space into this gorgeous romantic wonderland. She was always flexible when I would change my mind about something, or would give advice on decisions to be made and in the end it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined it....it literally looked like something out of a magazine. Grey was able to incorporate all of our personal touches and coordinate with our vendors throughout the entire process. Once we arrived in Nashville and dropped of our things we didn't have to worry about a thing. All of our guests kept raving about their amazing their experience and how beautiful the space was. By the end of the year of planning Grey felt like more of a friend than a coordinator. Thanks again for everything Randi Events and Grey!

Hiring Grey Boroff from RandiEvents was the best decision we made when planning our wedding! My husband and I had our wedding at aVenue on June 3rd, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone of our guests has been raving about the venue ever since. Grey is worth her weight in gold, and she made planning the wedding so fun and easy! Not only did she do all of the heavy lifting when it came to contracting and coordinating vendors, but she also has excellent taste. Grey managed to pull all of our eclectic ideas into a stunningly beautiful, quirky, and cohesive event that perfectly reflected our personalities. A funny story that illustrates Grey's awesomeness is that I almost walked down the aisle without my bouquet. Grey noticed it right before I was going to enter! She stopped me just in time, SPRINTED downstairs to grab it, then handed me my flowers in the nick of time!! That's just one of many ways that she and everybody at RandiEvents made our wedding such a wonderful, stress-free event. Highest recommendations!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Randi Events and Grey! I had my wedding and reception at the aVenue and everything was beyond perfect. The flowers were gorgeous, the food was delicious, the cake was beautiful, the photo booth was awesome, and the DJ was great!!! Grey helped me pick all the vendors. I had a horrible experience with a hair dresser and she helped me find someone last minute and my hair and makeup turned out great. Grey was patient and helped me with all my questions. She was very timely with all of her responses. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease while planning my wedding. I got so many compliments on how fun and beautiful my wedding was. You can not go wrong by having your wedding here! EVERYTHING was perfect!!! Thank you Grey and Randi Events!!!

When I picked a venue with Nashville Event Space, I went with aVenue and it was BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't be happier with this venue. I'm not great with having vision with empty spaces so I was lucky enough to tour the venue the day of someone else's wedding(at like 11am, so I was not obtrusive!).
It was unreal how they transform the space and make every single detail pop. As soon as you decide on the venue, there is a planner/ coordinator you're assigned to. They are a God send! I couldn't have had this wedding without Sarah Ann, from linens to menus to the forks that we used, every single detail was covered and was beautiful.
To say the least, I could not imagine my wedding being as awesome as it was in any other venue. I wish I had other events I could plan with them. Simply amazing!!

Our wedding weekend was absolutely chaos during the snowstorm of the century in Nashville. We would've been so lost without Grey Boroff, our event designer and coordinator from Randi Events! With vendors canceling 24 hours before our big day, Grey kept her cool and pulled through gracefully while under a lot of pressure. Literally, we were changing timelines and booking a new videographer, new salon, etc. the day before the wedding, all thanks to Grey! To top it all off, I was blown away by how beautiful the space looked for the wedding and reception. We've gotten so many compliments! Couldn't recommend Avenue, Randi Events, and especially Grey more!

"Hands down the best wedding ever" said many of our guests. We couldn't have agreed more. From the beginning, Randi Events and our special planner, Brittany took care of everything - while easily accommodating our special requests and our unique sense of style. It was a very special event - we could not have been more proud. Extraordinary experience from start to beautiful finish.

Sarah and Grey at Nashville Event Space were spectacular. I live in Pittsburgh and was planning my wedding for downtown Nashville. They were very patient with all the changes I made to make the invoice match my budget and was very flexible to meet with us whenever we flew into town. I have received compliments from all of my bridesmaids about how easy of a bride I was, especially on the wedding day. That was because of these ladies! They made sure that everything was taken care of and flowed smoothly. Even when I did start to get a little stressed, they noticed that, and started asking the groom to make some small decisions so I could relax! And did I mention my venue had multiple levels and a lot of steps.....they got their workout in for my wedding! Thanks so much ladies. We could not have done it without you!!!!!

Avenue was the best place to hold our reception! We had 140 guests and the space fit everyone perfectly! It was rustic, yet modern and had the perfect stage for our band!
We loved the price for the rental on a Friday and loved the location even more! We had our guests from out of town stay in the Hyatt Place on 3rd and they all walked to Avenue!
Everyone loved the exposed brick and natural wood in the space. We had our cocktail hour in the loft space and everyone fit perfectly up there! We also had string lighting across the main event space and people loved that as well - it gave the whole evening a whimsical feel!
If you are looking for a Nashville Downtown venue I would look no farther than Avenue. The value, quality and service are phenomenal!
Nashville Event Space and Randi Events work closely with one another so I would also recommend using Randi Events for the rentals like chairs, tables and linens.

My husband got married on July 25th and chose aVenue for our ceremony and reception. aVenue was actually the very first place we looked at and knew immediately that this was the perfect location for us. We knew we wanted a space that would allow us to have both our ceremony and reception in one location as this would make things easier for our out of town guests. We kind of had an idea as far as what “style” of the space we were looking for but as soon as we stepped inside aVenue we both knew this was EXACTLY what we were looking for. I absolutely loved the hardwood floors, the open space, the loft, exposed bricks, everything about this place! I also loved that it was a blank canvas and you could really turn the space into whatever you wanted.
Brittany Olsen was our wedding planner/designer and coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made wedding planning such a breeze and so much fun. I’m pretty sure she was sent to me from heaven! I have a type A personality and can get stressed about things but I honestly didn’t worry about anything because I knew Brittany had it all under control. I had a few ideas of what I wanted our wedding to look like but she really took those ideas and turned it into our absolute dream wedding. Every single thing was perfect and what we had envisioned for our wedding day. I would not a single thing! Choosing aVenue and Randi events for our wedding was the best decision we could have made and we both couldn’t be happier how everything turned out! I would highly recommend them and wish we could do this all over again!

We had our wedding at Cellar one and everyone raved about how unique it was. The courtyard was perfect for our ceremony and allowed us to have everything in one place. Its in a great location ,downtown. Many of our guest were able to have a cocktail downtown before and/or after the wedding distance. We loved everything about it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique intimate wedding space downtown.

We had our ceremony and reception at Cellar One. All of our guests raved about how unique and beautiful the venue was. The venue is awesome because it is a blank canvas, but this does mean you have to pay to rent everything. It was totally worth it! And you can save a lot because you are able to provide your own alcohol! We had 80 guests and this venue was the perfect size! We used Randi Events for coordination and Sarah Ann was our coordinator through out the process. She was FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend using the coordination! She really helped my ideas come together and had great suggestions throughout the planning process. She was very easy going and responsive to my many emails and changes with the invoice along the way. This venue and staff made my wedding day PERFECT!

Everyone at Randi Events was so helpful and very efficient at their jobs. We could not have had a better wedding reception and highly recommend their services.

I had my reception at aVenue and it was wonderful! I was very happy with the different vendors, service, and decor. It turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined!

Julia was amazing!! We had our reception at Cellar One. Everyone was blown away by everything. It was everything we wanted and more. Julia did a fantastic job and organized a wonderful and amazing night for us!! I would do it all over again!! Everyone loved Cellar One and the decor. It was one fantastic night!!

My wedding at Avenue was absolutely perfect!! I cannot thank Sarah Ann and the team from Randi Events enough for all their hard work.

Julia Page was BEYOND amazing! She transformed our boring bland event space into a magical wonderland of fun and colorful delight. The reception was so fabulous. We wanted for nothing. Julia was on top of everything. Our family and friends are still raving about our amazing wedding planner.

My husband, Jared, and I had Sarah Miller as a planner leading up to our big day. She was so helpful and wonderful we were so lucky to work with her! She bent over backwards to help us with anything that we needed and made the day of so stress-free. We could not be happier with our wedding day at the aVenue with Sarah! And now, she is doing my sister's wedding at Cellar One in March 2014!

We held our event at Cellar ONE, which is one of the venues owned by nashville event space and it was the perfect venue for our wedding. 80-120 guests work perfectly in this venue, and it is right downtown and walking distance from hotels. The reception venue is spacious and has a bar built in, so no need to rent one! Plus there is an open air courtyard (only one in downtown nashville!) that is perfect for a ceremony or for cocktail hour. Our guests talked about how beautiful the courtyard was that we held the ceremony in, and how unique the reception venue was. They all kept telling us "What a cool place!"
We also used the event planning servcices through Randi Events/Nashville event space. Sara with Randi Events was a lifesaver! She took my ideas for the reception and ceremony and found the perfect vendors that would help accomplish it! She was very responsive to any questions or concerns i had (especially the few weeks before the wedding when trying to finish off last minute details!) and was always willing to help with almost everything!
