We used friscos for our wedding catering at La Casa Toscana for 125 guests and the food was amazing! We actually got so many compliments on how yummy the food was and how everything was cooked to perfection which normally isn’t always the case when cooking for that many people. The team was super easy to deal with and since my husband and I were from out of town and couldn’t make a full tasting they brought the tasting to us while we were on vacation there! I can not recommend enough and their pricing was super competitive which is always a positive when planning a big wedding! 🙏

Friscos Catering was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Eric and his team were exceptional from start to finish, and our guests are still raving about the food. The Italian flair was absolutely perfect for our wedding and executed flawlessly.
Eric is truly the best to work with. He answered every question, was endlessly accommodating, and never once said no. Every idea I had, he brought to life, including my signature lychee martini, which was a huge hit. Trusting your wedding vendors is everything, and Eric gave me complete peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Eric and his team were great. The food was excellent! Even my Italian grandmother was obsessed with her dish- and that’s saying something! From cocktail hour to passing out the cake, this team was efficient and didn’t miss the mark on anything. They even made sure to have a bunch of our cocktail hour apps at our sweetheart table since my husband and I didn’t get time to try any of them during cocktail hour, and they boxed up my dinner that I wasn’t able to finish! It was very much appreciated. They even did a great job with our specialty cocktails :)

If I could, I would rate Eric and Naples Wedding Catering by Friscos a 10! From the beginning, it was very easy to communicate with Eric. His questions, explanations, and guidance to help me develop what I wanted to achieve was very professional, kind, and thorough.... even when I added a whole new aspect to my contract at the last minute! So, even before the event, I felt we were in good hands. The day of the event, Friscos wowed me even more. Set up and preparation was like watching a well-tuned machine. Smooth as silk. Eric and his team, served an incredible day at La Casa Toscana. From the drink service, where no one was waiting to the passed apps at cocktail hour, where people kept getting offering after offering to the plated dinner where every single meal came out hot and delicious. It was a masterpiece by him and his team. Every single person complimented how good the food was along with the portion sizes. It was incredible and we both appreciated all he did from texts and phone calls many months before to the day of accommodating anything we needed. I would recommend to anyone. Best event ever!
The owner’s mother and her team catered our son’s December wedding for 75ish at our home in Naples. The food was fantastic and, although gaining rave reviews from the guests, it was the staff that surprised everyone with their graciousness, willingness to help in every way and just all around spectacular service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations! Thank you so much for making this importanti event such a success. My husband and I have been raving about this catering company for the last three months since our wedding, we can't say enough about Friscos! They went above and beyond what we were expecting, from absolutely delicious food, smiles on all their faces, clear communication, and flexibility. Our dinner and social hour went by incredibly smoothly. The servers came in quietly and got straight to work, making our mealtime perfect! Everything was served with a smile, adding to the joy of our special day. They even helped bus tables and cut the cake simply because they saw a need and not because it was asked of them. Our wedding took place October 7th, two days before hurricane Milton hit and that did not stop them from showing up for us, even in the middle of evacuations beginning. This company has genuine people who want to ensure every client has a perfect experience. We also were on a tighter budget and they were able to work with us to make a menu that fit what we wanted and within our price range. Frisco's was absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only was the food so delicious but they met all of our expectations and then some. All of our guests were impressed with the meal. Eric is so easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating as well. We got married two days after a hurricane and they pulled everything off without a hitch. Also, pricing was so affordable for our 215 headcount compared to any other caterer we looked at. Cannot say anything bad about Frisco's.

First and foremost, Eric and his team are an absolute delight to work with. Their responsiveness is unparalleled – Eric promptly returns calls and ensures all queries are addressed promptly. Their honesty and transparency were especially appreciated as we navigated our wedding planning on a budget.
The food provided by Eric's team was simply outstanding. We opted for the Italian buffet paired with wine and beer, and every dish was a culinary delight. The garlic rolls were particularly memorable and received rave reviews from all our guests. The buffet setup was both simple and elegant, perfectly complementing the atmosphere we envisioned for our reception. To this day, our guests are still singing praises about the exceptional quality of the food.
Beyond their culinary expertise, Eric's team demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication and professionalism. Despite encountering challenges with our wedding planner, who failed to complete even half of the reception and cocktail hour setup, Eric's team stepped in admirably to assist. Frisco's was phenomenal to work with! Erik made sure we were taken care of at every step of the process and was extremely flexible when building our dream menu. Everyone knows wedding food can be hit or miss but Frisco's knocked it out of the park! When we did a sample tasting in October, we took the food to go and it was about two laters that we sat down to eat it. Knowing it wasn't as fresh as can be, we intended to be gracious with our review, only to find out that no grace was needed at all! The food was so tasty and held so well that it felt like we were in a fine dining restaurant (even though we were chowing down in our hotel lobby). The different flavors and aromas were so tantalizing and enticing that we knew our guests wouldn't leave disappointed. Sure enough, on our wedding day each and every one of our guests confirmed that they were blown away by the quality AND PORTION SIZE of the food they were served. There were empty plates and full bellies all around and we could not have been happier with the service Frisco's provided. Highly recommend!!!

The food is 10/10… but the staff is also amazing!

Eric communicated with us great throughout the planning process and delivered a beautiful and delicious buffet display of heavy appetizers along with passed appetizers at our "after-party".

We hired them for food as well as bar. The food was the Italian choice and they got two thumbs up from guests (who know their Italian food). They worked with us to customize our bar so that we could upgrade to captain Morgan as well as yuengling. All the workers were awesome!!! The absolute best wedding caterer!
If you haven't hired Frisco's yet...do it now! I cannot say enough great things about the company overall and the owners, Eric and Bruce. Right from the very beginning, they were extremely responsive via email and phone and corresponding with me back and forth to create a tentative menu proposal. My mother and I are gluten free so I knew I needed to at least have gluten free options at the wedding. Turns out, they were able to make the ENTIRE menu gluten free (with the exception of a few appetizers we picked knowing they were not) and you would NEVER know!!
We first sampled the food at the tasting and we were so thrilled with how delicious it was. We chose three plated entree options: beef tenderloin, chicken piccata, and salmon, all of which included a starter salad as well. Originally we planned to purchase alcohol on our own since our venue allowed for BYOB. Just DAYS before the wedding...we panicked and realized how much work it was going to be. We called up Eric and asked if it was too late to add the open bar package and he GLADLY agreed and accommodated us with NO issue. Looking back, I would absolutely recommend doing the open bar package right from the start.
Fast forward to the wedding day and it could not have been any better!!! The food was fantastic and the service was incredible. I specifically remember the wait staff being SO attentive the guests, particularly to me as the bride and making sure that I ate! I'm not exaggerating when I say 10-15 people after the wedding went out of their way to let us know how great the food was and said they took the time to sit down and eat their entire meal! Everything Was Wonderful!
We went with the buffet and the price was so much more affordable than every other option we looked at. Everyone had plenty to eat and the food was so good! We got appetizers which of course I missed out on because we were taking photos, but the guests told me they were very good. For the buffet we got the turkey carving station, pulled pork, spare ribs, mac and cheese, potato casserole, tossed salad, and yeast rolls. The turkey carving station made it seem a little fancier than your average buffet. Everyone absolutely loved the pulled pork. It is a must have! The mac and cheese was also a hit. I personally loved the potato casserole and the salad.
The staff was excellent and went above and beyond! They arrived early and noticed that the tables weren't set. This was supposed to be taken care of by the venue workers and I was busy getting ready. I was about to have a meltdown when they brought this to my attention but the servers jumped right in to help set the table. All of the employees were wonderful and the food was amazing. Hiring Frisco's was an excellent choice!

Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. Friscos catered my wedding March 6, 2021 and the food was simply amazing! He was responsive and caring and worked closely with us to achieve the menu options we liked. The staff and set up / clean up crew were all so kind and attentive to everyone’s needs. Bar Service at our wedding
Frisco's was our bar service for our wedding and they did a fantastic job. I liked that they allowed us to choose the brands of alcohol we wanted and the bartenders were absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping my our wedding night a success! Highly recommend!

We hired Frisco's to cater and serve on our wedding day and by the end of the night we were so happy we hired them for our special day. A great experience with Friscos
Friscos catered our daughter's wedding reception this past Saturday night. I can not think of one thing that I would have done differently. We chose the Latin menu, with assorted appetizers as well. Everyone was raving about the mojo pork and grilled chicken. The yellow rice and black beans were wonderful as well. One of the appetizers was cilantro lime shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were huge and so flavorful.
The staff were all using "covid" precautions with mask and gloves on. We had a staff of 7 taking care of us. Everyone was polite and courteous and professional. They packed any left over food and stacked it all in my fridge. This was a care free evening for me (mother of the bride) They took care of everything meal related.
At the end of the evening, they all thanked us.
Eric and Bruce had to meet with me several times to coordinate (and then coordinate again,) due to covid. They always took the time to answer all my questions. Can't say enough nice things about Friscos!

We were searching for a caterer that provided excellent customer service within our budget and were referred to Frisco's by a friend, (a friend who we are now eternally grateful for); not only were they within our budget, but they bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way, and on top of it all, the food was DELICIOUS!
Our wedding was at my family's property, so not your typical venue, and Frisco's was so flexible and accommodating given the curveballs that were thrown at them. From adding last minute vegetarian options to our buffet, to us forgetting (day-of the wedding) to give them light bulbs along with the lights we provided (major oops) - there was truly nothing Frisco's couldn't handle with absolute professionalism and grace.
The owners personally toured our venue in advance to make sure that not a stone was left unturned, and every staff member that worked the event was an absolute joy to be around.
Thank you Frisco's!! We would hire you all 1,000 time over! :)

We knew Friscos was the right choice the moment we met with Eric at our local Starbucks! Before we signed any contract he was giving us tips, tricks, and expert advice on more than just our food! We were able to make some changes to our menu to fit the needs of our guests with no hesitations! Once our night came, the Friscos team didn’t miss a beat! They brought us drinks and food while we were in the middle of pictures, served the best drinks all through the night, and even helped clean and pack up all the leftovers.

Yes… These guys weren’t even born when we were married (August 20. 1972) but if they were we would have had them as our event caterers!!! Eric, Bruce and their entire staff are nothing short of incredible! Over the past seven years they have planned, prepared and executed the most successful annual ballroom dance party for over 160 of our ballroom dancer friends of our here in Naples. During this time they have performed miracles in procuring venues and providing smashing results while battling hurricanes, competing social events and the changing venues in Naples. Their skills, abilities, drive, ambition and compassion reflect unique qualities that set them apart from their competition. I was hesitant at first to go with Frisco's as I wanted an edgy and gourmet dining experience at my wedding and originally the menu options from friscos were a bit more traditional than I would have liked. However, they were helpful and creative and more than willing to try to execute what I had in mind. They stayed within our budget and went back forth with us tweaking many changes. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. They also handled all bartending and waitstaff for a very reasonable price.

First off, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Along with the food, the staff made our reception feel like a 5 Star Restaurant! Eric and his Brother and Mother definitely know what they are doing. Our dozens of questions and requests were always answered in a timely matter! Our food samples were basically a large meal for each of us which blew us away!!! The team at Frisco's is phenomenal and made our day one to remember!

I would very highly reccomend Frisco's to anyone who needs a caterer! We used them for our wedding, and their food was delicious, and the service was amazing!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly!!! Eric was extremely fast with responding to emails and questions as well. Such great quality for such a great price!!! Thank you Frisco's for making my wedding day so memorable!!! :)

We needed a caterer for our wedding of 40 people and requested information 3 weeks before the wedding. Eric at Frisco's immediately responded stating they were available to help us out. We ordered the royal prime rib dinner and 5 appetizers. First of all, the staff had all of the appetizers beautifully set up for our guests as soon as they arrived. The staff was very professional and so nice. They served dinner and greeted each guest to ensure they were happy...we requested buffet style. They even took care of cutting the cake and assisting with soda/water even though they didn't provide those items (by our choice and most caterers wanted to do it all....Frisco's let us customize which parts of the catering we wanted them to provide).
But the best part....the food was phenomenal! The chicken was perfectly cooked (I didn't expect that since they brought the food already prepared), the prime rib so flavorful and tender, every one of our guests said how great the food tasted. Their portions were hearty too. We had so much food left over and all of our out of town guests came to our house the next day to eat the leftovers. There were no complaints at all. I would highly recommend Frisco's for anyone looking for catering services. They really made our small but beautiful wedding feel like a grand ball!

Wow! All I can say is amazing! Excellent food, excellent service, polite and friendly staff, (who even helped clean up after they were packed up and ready to go)! I couldn't have been a happier bride!! All everyone could keep saying at our wedding was "wow the food was fantastic" and they were right!! Thank you Friscos for going above and beyond!!

An absolute fantastic caterer. Everything I have to say about Frisco's and it's team is positive. They were the best choice I made while planning a wedding. I planned a Florida beach wedding from 1400 miles away and from the beginning Erik was so incredibly responsive and helpful. He stayed on the phone with me and gave me a lot of tips regarding weather, tourism and venues in the Naples/Fort Myers Beach area. Frisco's had a huge array of food options at a very fair price. And the food was positively delicious and plenty of it. Everything on my menu was prepared well and packed with flavor. People are still talking about the garlic knots. Then, the team of servers Erik provided me went above and beyond to help me and my guests have a pleasant dinner. They were so kind and friendly. I am so incredibly pleased with Frisco's and thankful to Erik and his team. Our wedding day vision was a dream come true and I owe a lot of credit to Frisco's for the way they went above and beyond for me.

We used Frisco's Catering for our daughter's June 2015 wedding and again on 3/12/16 for our son's wedding! Once again, they nailed it! The service and food were absolutely incredible! Eric is VERY approachable and very easy to work with. Their attention to detail is amazing! We simply can't say enough about how pleased we have been with Frisco's service and quality of food!

Eric from Frisco's was my main contact. He was great returning emails and answering questions. We got the Royal Package from them which was the best and included Prime Rib Carving Station. I thought the prices were very reasonable per person. We also had passed appetizers and they even went through the trouble to make a plate for us to have at our table since we missed the cocktail hour for pictures.
We had 100 guests at our wedding on the beach and there is not one thing I would have changed or wished any differently. The food was delicious and hot, we got to keep the leftovers, and Eric and his team was very attentive to us and made sure to fill any last minute requests. Everyone was dressed very professionally and very nice.
It was a pleasure to work with Frisco's and all my guests said it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

Wow, Frisco's is amazing!! The food was excellent and you can't beat the price anywhere! Their staff was so helpful and professional the whole night, the food was actually HOT, and we got so many compliments. There are not very many weddings you go to where the food is actually good, but Frisco's hit the nail on the head. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Frisco's catered my wedding on Saturday and they did an amazing job! Eric was very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose during the wedding planning process. For the reception, they were very attentive with the guests for appetizers and for the dinner buffet. They were also bartending and did a wonderful job. The food was amazing and the guests had nothing but compliments about how delicious the food was. The staff was on top of everything to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. And they were also very personable with all of the guests to make them feel comfortable. Thank you so much to Frisco's for such a wonderful day! I would recommend this catering company for anyone looking for delicious food for a great price with top notch service.

Fresco's was great to work with for our wedding! The food was fantastic even the food snobs we know said we made a great choice. The staff was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever have to plan another big event I will use them again!

The nicest staff I've ever seen!! Friscos was very flexible with our budget and helped us to create an outstanding menu for our wedding. The food was hot and fresh throughout the night. Staff was very professional and was very efficient on serving!! I am going to recommend them to everyone I know!

We used Frisco's for the catering for our wedding reception and to say we were impressed is an understatement. They were amazing, all the way from the initial meeting and food tasting to the very end of the event. The food was excellent, the staff was attentive and profeasional, and Eric was flexible and very easy to work with. our guests loved the food and took home all the leftovers. I would use Frisco's again and would recommend them to anyone in need of a caterer for any event.

We had the pleasure of using Frisco's for our wedding and were so happy that we did. With prices far less than the next vendor, we were skeptical, but they were incredible. The service was excellent, the food was incredible, and we were so pleased with the end result. If we had to do it over again, we would use Frisco's, without a doubt. Any future events will definitely be booked with them :)

I have used Frisco's before, but never for a wedding reception. Eric from Frisco's took my calls and emails with pleasure and was always available to answer all my crazy questions. He gave me suggestions for my venue. The best part was that I got a discount because my husband works at Arthrex Mfg., Inc. I needed three servers in addition to the food. They arrived earlier than expected and were so wonderful in accomodating all our requests. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. They were always one step ahead of us. They made sure that everything was in tip top shape and cleaned up the kitchen for us and packaged all the leftover food for us as well. When the event was winding down, they even stayed to help us all with the cleanup. I couldn't have asked for a better staff or food. My guests were raving about how delicious it all was. I have recommended them to various people. I will definitely use them again for my next event. Thanks Eric and thank you Frisco's and the staff. You were amazing!!!!

We were referred from somebody who used Frisco's for their wedding. I could not believe for the sampling they sent it to our door within 30 min of making and it was big portions. I didn't have to cook! LOL the food was so good and fresh. The menu selection is large and they also are open to creating your own. They replied fast and answered all questions. They met us at our venue prior to talk about set up and give us numbers on cups and ice, etc. They dressed professional but were so personable and friendly. They were on time and followed the timeline and had proper staffing. The food was delicious! My bridal party was late and the food was still delish! Not one bad thing was said except my friends wanted seconds and it was already out away: lol I definitely wouldst use them again.

I must give Frisco's a 5 star all around! They did an awesome job with our unique wedding. We were actually married on Oct 31 and had our reception the following day. It was actually a costume party. Frisco's did everything we asked for plus. I had so many compliments on the food and how great it was. The service was outstanding and Frisco's went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. In fact my boss is using them for their Christmas party of 100 + . Last thing, You MUST Try the stuffed mushrooms and Garlic rolls they are out of this world. Thank you to Frisco's and their staff you made our special day that much more special!
