Best DJ ever!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Mike was at my wedding a few weeks ago. He was professional, organized and kept the party going all night long. The dance floor was full for 4 hours! He played a variety of genres and definitely was in tune with what the crowd was responding to. I gave him very little direction, only that we had a crowd of dancers that spanned many generations. He played something for everyone! It was the most amazing night and I have Mike to thank for that. People are still talking about how much fun they had! This isn’t the first event Mike was the DJ at for my family, he was the DJ at my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah last fall. That was also an amazing event and all of the kids (and adults) were out of their seats all night long. If you have a special event and need a DJ, Mike is your man…you won’t be sorry!

Mike truly took the time to meet with us, guide us, and keep us on track to have everything ready, and on time for music, line ups, planning, etc. he was very flexible with last minute changes, and really had the whole crowd dancing, the whole night.

Outstanding DJ!!

Mike was the best DJ we could have chosen for our wedding! From the beginning, he was fantastic with communication and making sure our music was catered to our tastes, he is a really nice guy. On the day of the wedding, to our surprise, he was there early, playing soft jazz during the cocktail hour as we walked in, it was perfect. When it was time to hit the dance floor, he got everyone fired up and we danced the night away. If you want professionalism, kindness, and good music, look no further than DJ Mike.

Mike is super outgoing and knows what he is doing!

Mike was really great to work with throughout our wedding day planning. He was always flexible to meet us out for coffee to talk over our wedding day, make great suggestions for us, and more. He has a great personality that all my guests really liked and raved about him to us. My only wish that we would have done differently is given him a more structured playlist to play at our wedding. He played amazing music, but there was a lot on a playlist that I had thought about at the last minute that I asked if we could play it and he couldn't open up our playlist. Other than that, we had a blast. As a wedding vendor myself, I can't wait to one day work with Mike or attend another wedding that he is working at.

DJ Mike Cordeiro did a great job DJing our wedding! He listened to all our requests along the way, was very organized and was also very familiar with the venue we used which was super helpful. Best DJ We Could've Asked For!

MC Entertainment (DJ Mike) was AMAZING, from absolute start to finish. We hired DJ Mike for our 9/22/23 wedding. Throughtout the planning process, he was so on top of his game, emailing/callng periodically to check in if he hadn't heard from us in a while or just to check in to see that wedding planning was going alright & if there was anything he could do to help. He was punctual, organized, & incredibly enthuisiastic. DJ Mike even requested he specifically met with us & our wedding coordinator to ensure he had all the details so that our day went off without a hitch (noteworthy that he was the only vendor who went above & beyond to request to do this).

My husband & I aren't exactly the most convential of people, we probably had some out-of-the-norm requests, but DJ Mike was always supportive & all about making our special day exactly how we wanted it. Example A: We wanted our first dance to transition into a lightsaber battle. DJ Mike was immediately very on board with the idea & offering suggestions on how to make it work with the music, how he could help to hide the lightsabers/get them to us at the switch. Example B: We picked Queen - Bohemain Rhapsody as our final song. My hope was everyone would sing along, my husband's fear was that people wouldn't & it would just be us. I still think at least a fair amount of people would've sang along regardless, but DJ Mike set it up exactly right so that the whole room was belting out the lyrics & it was absolutey magical.

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ or a better experience with a DJ during the planning process. We would 100% recommend MC Entertainment to anyone looking to hire a DJ.

M.C. Entertainment

M.C. Entertainment was amazing!!! They pulled off everything we planned and our guests danced all night. Mike is very talented and his wife was wonderful running the photobooth! We had the best time thanks to them.

Mike is Amazing!

We had the typical covid experience. 4 rescheduled dates and Mike was supportive throughout! Mike was attentive to our requests and special needs for the day to help everything go perfectly! Mike not only was at our venue for the reception but also went to the chapel and played the music for the ceremony. Mike is accommodating, knowledgeable, and makes the day super easier. He kept the day on track, made sure everything was perfect, and had ideas for things that we had no experience with. I would recommend Mike to anyone when ever is looking for a DJ or entertainment for an event. We also used his photo booth and props as the photo guest book and his attendant added the photos and made sure guests filled it out! It was a definite nice touch for the day.
Thanks Mike for everything! We couldn't have been happier.

Everything we wanted for our special day!

Mike was very entertaining and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted for our wedding this past weekend. He was very helpful during the planning process and made some of the more overwhelming parts of it easier on me. We had a pretty small wedding and while not everyone danced, he did what he had to do to keep the party going. He helped move things along and made sure to play all the songs I requested, as well as a last minute one to end the night so I was very happy everything. He even got a cool video of our exit! Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to not break the bank while not compromising on professionalism!

Just Amazing!

DJ Mike was incredible. He took on our wedding last minute and was so kind and helpful. He had great communication and listened to all of our concerns. Best DJ for a Covid Wedding

Mike was very easy to work with while we figured out Logistics for our "Covid-Wedding" on 10/24/2020. His prep website was very convenient and we had a couple ZOOM calls to go over everything to make sure it was perfect. We had 97 guests at the Wyndham Resort in Middleton RI. Mike was entertaining, played great music engaging guests and had a couple activities up his sleeve to break up the courses for the reception. The photo booth was great and sanitized appropriately. Mike even encouraged/ reminded our guests to sign our wedding wood (we had a custom wooden sign-in instead of a book.) Awesome, fun, and professional guy. We definitely recommend him.

Winter Wonderland Wedding

I've known Mike for several years and have been to a bunch of events where he is the MC. Mike is much more than just another DJ. He loves his job and puts his heart and soul into all his events. Whether he's socializing & joking with guests, playing music, or photo bombing at the photobooth Mike's passion for his work is obvious. Between his jokes, music, and photobooth there's always something going on to keep guests active and engaged. He works hard to make sure everyone's enjoying themselves. So when it was time to pick a DJ for our wedding Mike was our only real choice.

At our first meeting, Mike sat down with us and learned about the music we listen to. We had several more meetings and Mike was never rushed. He listened to our ideas and gave good feedback and suggestions. As our wedding date approached Mike met with us and the event planner at our venue so that everyone was on the same page.

We had a Winter Wonderland themed wedding and Mike told us he had a jacket that would be perfect. He described a snowflake jacket. Not only did the jacket fit the theme perfectly but our guests absolutely LOVED it! A few of them were placing friendly wagers as to whether or not they could actually wear the jacket. Mike's music selection was great. People were on the dance floor all night long and everyone had a blast.

A DJ/MC for everyone!

DJ Mike is the perfect DJ/host for any special occasion. From the very first time I contacted him, he was courteous, professional, responsive and put our needs first. Mike put me at ease from the start. He was so friendly and thoughtful. I knew that working with him would be fun and easy, and it was all that and more. Even though we were planning our wedding from across the country, we had several phone conversations with Mike, and when we were in town to visit family, we met with him to go over the details in depth. You probably hear about vendors overbooking or only hearing from them at the last minute, but Mike is definitely an exception to that. He was even the one who suggested schedules for calls and sent email reminders to us, to keep us on track. It’s easy to get bogged down in the minutiae of wedding details, and Mike helped us navigate that easily.

Mike does more than just spin records. He coordinated with all of the performers, as well as the venue staff to make sure we had microphones and amplification wherever we needed. He is a true professional, who thought of everything, even anticipating needs we did not know of. For all the details we gave him, he definitely listened and nailed all of them. He made sure the whole day ran smoothly and incorporated our special requests with ease.

Our guests cannot stop raving about his playlist. He had the whole crowd upon the dance floor from the first song to the last. People assumed we had created the playlist ourselves, but it was almost all Mike’s picks. He knows what is going to get people on the dance floor, shaking their booties, and he did a great job. He even offered video and edited a really nice piece of highlights from throughout our special day. It was very well done and equally touching.

Mike is also a great guy. He’s upbeat, fun, caring and very thoughtful, and made us feel like we were the only two people who mattered that day. We can’t recommend DJ Mike highly enough.

Crowne Wedding

Words cannot express how thankful I am for choosing Mike to be our DJ for our wedding day! A few years back he did my sisters reception and did a great job, so it was an easy choice for me! He did an amazing job and went the extra mile to make our day extra special! Mike is the BEST DJ Around!! He Keeps the Party Going!!

Mike was an incredible DJ! My husband and I are so thankful we had him as our wedding DJ! My family has used him before, and I've seen him DJ other events and he's always awesome! From the start is was extremely helpful with all of the steps of plannings. He has easy to use online forms that lay out the ceremony and reception so you can easily give him your song choices. He provided great recommendations to us on not only music, but also event flow, and other fun things to have going on to keep the crowd excited and moving. He made everything run so smooth and easy for us! On top of all that the music was awesome! He was flexible with last minute changes, and everyone was on the dance floor all night long! All of our guests told us how much they loved the variety of music as well as the fact that they could still hear themselves talk with it and didn't have to shout. The greatest!

I absolutely LOVED mike! The service that he provided was beyond what was expected of him! He was beyond patient with me and my husband, as we left some of the things that needed to be done to last minute. Mike helped us with some things that I didn’t even know about, or had prepared for prior my wedding day. He did an amazing job with every expect of our special day, and kept the our guests dancing throughout the whole night. Oh what a night!!

If you want an amazing wedding then you need to book M.C. Entertainment! My husband and I were nervous over just about anything when it came to wedding planning. Mike helped us every step of the way, from other vendor recommendations like Officiants and bakery's, to music selection and timeline breakdowns. All of our friends and family had an amazing time and are still raving over what a great music selection Mike provided. Mike truly helped in creating a beautiful yet awesome night for us! Mike is the best!

Mike Cordeiro of MC Music Productions really blew us away at our wedding in October 2018. He had our guests dancing ALL night long. The music was just what we wanted and he kept the crowd excited and engaged! Mike also provided amazing up lighting and a photo booth that our guests raved about! We can not say enough amazing things about Mike....Seth and I married in June on my parents farm. From the creative touches, to the last minute details and helping us organize our day - Mike was there for every single thing we needed. His main duty was to DJ our ceremony and reception but he was all that and SO much more. I honestly can't imagine what the day would've looked like without him coordinating our line up, dances, and keeping our families on schedule. He made it possible for us to have the wedding of our dreams! Leading up to the wedding Mike was responsive and never hesitated to give us creative input. We had a very strict schedule as we were planning our wedding from out of state, but that was no problem for Mike. He was able to meet with us at our convenience which took so much stress off our shoulders! Thank you so much for all you do Mike! We look forward to working with you for other family events in the future!

Mike made our Wedding day very special! All of our guests had a great time. We spent all of our time with Mike going over every detail to the Wedding. I am glad that we went with the lighting and photo booth. Everything looked amazing and Mike knew how to make our Day very special. We would recommend him for any occasions. He is amazing and the price was such a great deal.

Mike was awesome! i did not have a traditional wedding. Most of my wedding as done by myself and help with a few friends. Mike helped to ensure that the night went smooth, he called tables for the buffet for me and he kept my dance floor full. i was worried because my guests were mostly an older crowd, but he read my crowd and kept them happy. The photo booth was a huge hit! i Cannot stress my gratitude enough! He went above and beyond all my expectations. He even made us a video of our ceremony that i was not expecting, brought tear to my eyes!

Mike made our wedding venue look amazing! He was so easy to communicate with and knew exactly what would looked good for our space. He even came to our venue to meet beforehand to make sure the uplighting colors were what we wanted. Mikes prices were the best I saw by A LOT and he was so much fun to do business with. Mike is truly a great resource for your wedding planning! He thinks of everything and truly wants to make sure that your day is everything you could hope it to be. As a younger couple, we did not really know where to start when it came to picking songs. Mike has a great resource of popular songs for every aspect of your wedding. He also has a great planning form online that helps both you and him keep track of the songs that you would like to use for all parts of the day. He provided encouragement and had meetings with us almost every month to make sure we were all on the same page. The photobooth that he offers is great and he even provides all of the props (hats, signs, glasses, etc.) for the night. Originally we planned to get married outside but the weather was not cooperative. Before everyone got to the venue we did a quick walkthrough of the ballroom at Harbor Lights and Mike showed us that he added some up-lighting to the back wall where our sweetheart table was. We had talked about how the room didn't need it with all of the natural light that the windows provide but with the weather, he thought it would add a nice little backdrop and he was so right! Throughout the day, Mike also takes some pictures and videos. After the wedding, we were pleasantly surprised with a video recapping so many of the amazing highlights from our day. Anyone who asks for a DJ definitely gets a recommendation from us! Thank you so much, Mike, for helping make our wedding day so memorable!

Mike was so helpful through the whole wedding process-I mean the whole thing. He is so much more than just a DJ who brings lights, a photo booth, and a mic. He truly wants your wedding to be as magical and memorable as we all hope our wedding can be, which thanks to him our wedding was! He was so accommodating and flexible when it came to meeting/planning. My husband and I were married this past June. Mike was an awesome DJ! We booked him kind of short notice because we were originally thinking we wouldn't hire a DJ so we could save some money. However, we are glad we went with Mike. We met with him a few months before the wedding to go over everything. One thing we really loved about Mike was his honesty. He was really open with us about how he does things, and whenever we asked for his advice on something he was honest. He accommodated us as best he could to make our big day ours. He responded back to emails really quickly, and he just made the whole planning process so easy for us. His prices are more than fair too. He made our wedding fun, and our family and friends had an amazing time! I would highly recommend Mike to anyone for their wedding, or any other event!

Mike Cordeiro of M.C. Entertainment was listed on our wedding venue’s preferred vendor list along with several other DJs. We did our research online and quickly found that Mike had outstanding reviews. We called to schedule a meeting with him and knew immediately he was the right DJ for our wedding (and not just because he bought us nachos during our meeting!). He was sociable, answered all of our questions, and was not pushy in any way. His pricing was very reasonable, and he seemed to genuinely care about our wedding coming together exactly as we were envisioning. We hired him on the spot, and we are SO grateful that we did! Mike was not just our DJ; he coordinated our entire reception with us from start to finish. He met with us in person 3-4 times (and always insisted on meeting at a halfway point so we wouldn’t have to drive too far!) to discuss the details of our wedding night and always responded quickly to emails/texts. On the wedding day itself, he seemed to be just as excited to celebrate as we were! He was upbeat and energetic and kept our guests engaged throughout the entire night. The music he selected was a perfect combination of “new and old” wedding hits with personal and guest requests mixed in. He was great at helping us stick to our timeline and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. He even reminded us to eat our dinner and “take it all in” when we were getting pulled in a million different directions! Mike invested so much time in helping us create the PERFECT wedding night, and our guests are still raving about his performance. We can’t speak highly enough of him and how he exceeded our expectations in every way possible! If you choose M.C. Entertainment for your wedding (or any other event), you will most certainly not be disappointed! Mike is absolutely phenomenal at what he does and will be the perfect addition to your event! We loved having Mike as our DJ! He was very communicative and worked with us to make sure our event was exactly what we wanted. I was so nervous planning things and he offered suggestions that really made everything a lot less stressful. It was such a pleasure because he really cared about having all the details to ensure we were happy. We let him know what style of music we and our guests like and of course, the dance floor was packed all night! He kept things running smoothly and organized the speeches and dances. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Many of our guests said they had so much fun and I know it's because of what a great job he did!

Mike is the best!! We had multiple meetings with Mike including at the venue. He helped out photographer get all the guests together for a group photo. If you want the dance floor packed, Mike is the DJ you want. Our guests had a blast!!

Mike was amazing for our wedding this past October. Not only did he handle all of the music and emceeing, but he also recorded and edited a very nice video hitting all of the high points of the day. In addition, our meetings leading up to the wedding were great. Sometimes we weren't even sure of exactly what we wanted, but Mike guided us all the way through and was almost an unofficial wedding planner. He is able to draw on a very deep pool of experience and it was incredibly helpful.

Where do I start?? He came as a recommendation from my Mom because she had been to 2 other weddings where he was the entertainment. She raved about him. How fun he was, how he catered to the crowd and truly got everyone enjoying themselves. Of course, I had to meet him! Being a manager of a retail sales environment, I come across many walks of life and different personalities. Then there is Mike. There are so many words that I could use to describe him, but if I had to choose one, it would be GENUINE. We just got married this Sunday and he was a HUGE impact on our day (in a great way of course). Mike is one of the friendliest and down to Earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and he TRULY loves what he does. We spent so much time with him making sure we had everything in place, all the way to the tiniest of details I never thought of. He made everything so easy for us and had so many laughs! Mike is more than just a DJ you hire to provide good music for your event. This man makes the party happen!

We hired Mike to be the DJ for our wedding reception. Throughout the weeks preceding the event, he worked with us closely to coordinate the intricate details, as well as the overall structure of the reception. He was proactive and energetic, offering us many original ideas about the flow of the event.

His performance during the reception exceeded all our expectations. He choreographed superb introductions for our wedding parties, entertained the audience with funny stories before and after we (the newlyweds) got to the restaurant, and played songs that drew guests of all ages to rock it on the dancefloor. He turned our reception into an engaging, fun and truly memorable experience. He is very easy and comfortable to work with, an experienced entertainer and all-out wonderful person!

Mike is excellent at his chosen profession.
Our wedding would not have gone as well without his presence.
He was very helpful during the planning phase.
He strikes a rare balance of letting us develop a vision of what we want with gentle guidance, so we can get the benefit of his expertise without learning things the hard way.
We met with him 4 times before the big day and even though I knew Mike had a lot of things going on in his work life, he always treated my wife and I as if we were his only customers.
During the day of the wedding everything went together as planned. This was due entirely to Mike's effort and situational awareness.
He was flexible with the timeline, has an undeniable presence as a master of ceremonies, and can feel the room out for just the right song to get people on the dance floor - not an easy feat if you knew my family.
Our reception was small (30 people) but you wouldn't have known due to his energy and presentation.

To top it all off Mike is an Air Force veteran and offers a Military discount on his already reasonable prices.
I fully recommend that you consider Mike for whatever event you are thinking of throwing you will not be disappointed.

I hired Mike for my daughter's Quinceanera this past August. We are a mixed family, so the music had to be pleasing to many different people across many different age spans. Mike did not disappoint. The 70 year olds were on the dance floor next to the teenagers. He did a wonderful job of mixing music all generations could enjoy. Mike is professional, courteous and really helped me put together an event everyone enjoyed. And the photo booth was a big hit too! Kim made every one feel at ease and arranged a nice keep sake album for my daughter. I would totally hire Mike and his team again. They did a great job!

My husband Tim and I we're engaged on December 24, 2016 and got married on July 8, 2017. With not much time to spare we began planning our backyard wedding on a budget. As much as we wanted to have a DJ we were not sure we could afford one with all of the other expenses, even a backyard wedding requires. About a month before our wedding DJ Mike was highly recommended to me by my dental hygienist. I was hesitant to call him, afraid I was going to be let down again as I had been by many other DJs, who charge thousands of dollars for an event. My wedding day would not have been the same if I hadn't called Mike that day. Mike went above and beyond starting with our first phone call. He assured me that we could make everything happen in the time frame we had, he was affordable, accommodating,respectable, passionate, and dedicated to Tim and I having an amazing wedding day. He is very easy to communicate with, has a sense of humor, and knows how put you at ease. He really saw my vision for our wedding day and was able to pull it all together for us. Tim and I did not have a wedding coordinator until we met Mike. He confidently made sure that everything ran smoothly and on schedule throughout our entire wedding day while playing great music that kept our guests dancing and singing all night and projecting a light show on the tent and trees outside. Even after the wedding Mike sent us a memorable video of our special day. We can't thank you enough Mike! Mike was the best decision I made for our wedding. We had originally seen him entertain a close friend's wedding in 2013 and immediately knew that he was perfect for the job. When we met with him we remembered us from years ago and was thrilled to be part of our wedding. Mike was perfect for the job. He had all the equipment we were looking for in our wedding; sound, photo booth, dancing in the clouds, screen, dvd player, personality, hypeness, friendliness, etc. We met with him several times throughout the year long planning to discuss our vision for the big day. He even has an easy to use form you can fill out online and update it as many times as you need, no need to keep emailing and wondering whether he will have the correct music for every formality at the wedding. On the day of, he ran everything, and if anything needed to be changed, he was extremely flexible. He even helped me with the ceremony music. I had a great time at my wedding thanks to Mike. We were married on 6-24-17. Mc entertainment was not only our Dj but he was everything to us. Mike doesn't just spin records, he takes the time to know his clients through meetings and offers any help you need to plan your wedding. Mike was right there with us every step of the way and without his knowledge we would've been lost. We are so happy we chose MC Entertainment for our wedding! Mike is an easygoing person who is willing to help out wherever possible. Leading up to the wedding he met with us three times including one meeting at the venue itself and offered to meet more if needed. He was very interested in hearing our thoughts about how we wanted our wedding to be. He was an amazing resource and was almost like our mini wedding planner! There were certain circumstances where we were stumped on what to do and Mike came up with some great ideas from wedding party entrances to decorating he was always there with some awesome ideas! I am the worrying type of person and Mike was there to reassure me things were going to be perfect. During our event he kept everyone dancing and involved in the wedding with great music. He definitely knows how to keep the party going! The uplighting was absolutely perfect and made our event room look amazing. The photobooth was a great addition to our event and all of our guests enjoyed it with the great props! We got to take home an album with a copy of all the photobooth pictures which was a great keepsake. He also created a slideshow of pictures we provided of us growing up, us together and us with family and friends which was displayed during the wedding and we recieved a copy on a CD, which again was another great keepsake. When planning a wedding a DJ is one of the most important vendors, without good music you don't have a party! I highly recommend MC Entertainment :)

Michael was seriously the best. He was recommended to us by a family friend, and I must say that now that I have personally worked with him, I will pass on my own recommendations as well. My husband and I did not worry for one second that our wedding reception was going to be boring because Michael was so thorough in planning with us and forthright with his intentions for the evening. He gave us great ideas, he worked with us when we had our own ideas. He was blunt enough to say when he didn't think something would work, but he was constructive to give us another idea that might have the same result. Mike from MC entertainment was absolutely amazing! It is clear that he has been doing this for a long time because he has the best ideas to help make your wedding the best it could be. With his help we were able to pick a customized song for each pair of the wedding party being introduced into the reception. He helped us pick songs for key moments like cake cutting and the bouquet toss. The guests all had an amazing time. We loved the game he played to give away the centerpieces. I cannot thank him enough for making my big day the night of my dreams!

Mike has DJed 3 other family weddings over the years, so when it was my turn the choice was easy! We booked with MC Entertainment for DJ services and photo booth. Mike is super personable and was really great about communicating with us by phone, email, and in-person meetings. He had a lot of great ideas and advice that helped us think out things we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Mike is the definition of 5/5. Professional, pleasant and really made us both feel so comfortable throughout the planning process. He has so much experience, but allowed us to create the moment and event feel we wanted by enhancing our vision with his perspective. Great experience. We booked the photo booth, and asked him to MC not one, but two parties. He juggled all that with no sweat and always knew the right atmosphere for the moment. MC Entertainment is well worth every penny you will spend on your wedding day. Michael is extremely involved in the planning process- meeting with you (multiple times) to discuss every step of the day. Not only will he help to flesh out the details, but he is clearly well rounded in the space and can answer any question you could possibly have and also guide you with wedding day procedures and techniques that you may not know.

We utilized Michael for music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and all three were fantastic. Not only was he on the ball and setting up everything at each location, he also kept all aspects of the day on time. Throughout the day and night Michael checked in with me many more times than necessary just to make sure that all was going well and that we were happy. What was the icing on the cake is that he was able to keep the dance floor packed all night long.

MC Entertainment and all of their wedding day services are an absolute must!

Michael was contracted for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and he was wonderful! He was prompt, professional and he wanted to make her event special. The venue looked beautiful with the up lighting he suggested, the kids had fun and were dancing all night! He made my daughter's party truly memorable!

Cannot say enough great things about Mike. From the first meeting to through the wedding, he was there for us. Definitely would use him again. We had multiple meetings with him before our wedding, so on our big day there wasn't any confusion on what will happen when. Mike gives you all the attention,advice and support you will ever need. Great entertainer and great lighting equipment. Not only did he DJ, he helped out with coordination on our wedding day, i.e., making sure everyone knew where to go, when to drink and eat, etc.

Mike was great, He provided his services to our weddnig this weekend @ Bittersweet Farms in Westport, MA. Guest kept coming up to us during our wedding saying how fun the music was. & loved the background music before the ceremony. We had some last minute (on the spot) changes & Mike quickly adapted & offered some great suggestions for a plan B that worked perfectly! He kept the music going literally until the last guest left

If you are looking for a DJ for your next event, your search can end here. Mike from M.C. Entertainment is a master at his profession. He's passionate about what he does and does everything he can to make sure his clients have the time of their life. He also does a beautiful job at up-lighting, monograms, and has a photobooth that does video recording.

I was lucky to have Mike provide the entertainment at two of my events: my wedding shower and wedding. At the shower, Mike kept people on the dance floor all night. He truly knows how to read a crowd and play the right music. After DJ-ing my wedding shower until midnight he went home and hopped on an early plane to Vegas for a conference. This is the kind of sacrifice Mike does to be there for his clients. My family loved him and he received numerous compliments.

Mike helped us out a lot during the whole wedding planning phase. He has some really unique and wonderful ideas on how to make your wedding special. He also went to a site inspection with us at the venue.

My wedding was FULL of surprises which Mike never spoiled. During the planning process, he was in touch with us, my father, uncle, and husband's father coordinating special pieces to our wedding day we will never forget. We kept him busy and he never once turned an idea down. I even emailed him 2 days before my wedding with new ideas and changes and his response was "sounds great!" Anything to keep his clients happy! Our wedding day went smoothly, all surprise dances, guitar duets, videos, and reception introductions to 13 short clips of different songs went off without a hitch! A lot of our guests say it was the best wedding they ever went to and a lot of that is because of Mike. He played a huge part during our day. I can't thank Mike enough for everything he did for us. He went above and beyond. After everything was said and done, Mike wasn't just a DJ, he was more like a family friend and I highly recommend him!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with Mike from M.C. Entertainment. We really liked how many times we got to meet before the wedding, giving us the confidence that everything was going to go well. Mike had awesome ideas, and even gave us tips on our first dance! (which, unfortunately, due to a wardrobe malfunction, we could not do). When you hire Mike, it is not just your regular DJ that just shows up and plays music. He is part DJ, part wedding planner, and an overall professional and wonderful person. He really livens up the room and the dance floor. We are grateful we had the opportunity for Mike to DJ our wedding, and are even more grateful for all the steps he went beyond. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone. You will certainly not be disappointed!

Michael from M.C. Entertainment was one of the best vendors that we hired for our wedding, and helped us make our day come together perfectly! You can tell that Michael loves what he does, and it was evident throughout the entire planning process that he was invested in making sure our wedding was perfect. After meeting him in person to learn about his company, we had two more in-person meetings throughout the planning process, and we had quite a bit of email correspondence as well. None of my emails went unanswered for more than 24 hours, and I often had email responses back from him within hours. He suggested our last in-person meeting be at our venue so that he could talk us through the flow of the day (he had DJed at our venue several times before, so it was great to have someone who was already familiar). While at the venue, he even gave us a few impromptu lessons for our first dance. :-) He checked in with me several times at our wedding, and I especially appreciated that he checked in with about 30 mins left in the reception to make sure that he had played all of our "must have" songs. Michael also surprised us with a 15 min video of various clips he took of our ceremony and reception, which we'll watch for years to come :-) I would without a doubt recommend Michael to anyone looking for a DJ. He's professional, personable, responsive, thoughtful and truly cares about making your event perfect!

This DJ is very, very reasonably priced, and it's absolutely mind-blowing what you get for your money. This isn't just a DJ that shows up for 6 hours at your wedding. He invests months of his time in getting to know you as a couple, mastering the pronunciation of everyone's names, finalizing details and teaching you how to dance! Yup, dance lessons included. We had five meetings with this DJ before the wedding. He was so dedicated to making the day perfect! At the wedding, I realized that he had also taken pictures and filmed everything. WHAT!! Mike was awesome! He made the whole day fun and kept things moving along and organized but also went with the flow and didnt make us feel rushed. He helped us get organized more than anybody. He took great pictures and a video also which we didnt expect.It was nice to have since we didnt have a videographer at all. We were really glad we decided to rent the photo booth also. It helped to keep everybody entertained and also gave them a great momento to take with them and he gave us a great album to take home with a print of all the guests photo booth pics. We will definitely be recommending Mike to anybody who needs a great DJ! Thanks Mike!

Michael was unbelievably helpful throughout the planning of our wedding. We had an initial meeting at his office about 6-months prior to go through initial thoughts and learn about his website utilities and other services. We conversed through email/his website and met another 3-4 times, both at his office and at the venue, where he was able to walk us through his suggestions since he was already very knowledgeable about the venue (New Bedford Whaling Museum).
He was able to find the exact instrumental versions we wanted for our ceremony, suggest songs for those special moments and squeezed in all our "must play" songs during dinner and dancing. He kept the timeframe just as we wanted it and made sure people were having a great time. People did not leave the dance floor!
I can't forget to mention how beautiful the up-lighting looked. He has these great little lights that made the room glow, a projected monogram on the wall and an effect that made the whale bones look like they were moving through the ocean. He even gave us some dance tips to make sure we got the perfect pictures.

We would definitely recommend M.C. Entertainment to anyone!

Mike was absolutely amazing to work with and a true professional!.. He was very reasonably priced and he really went above and beyond any exceptions we had! He was more than "just" a DJ, he was like a wedding planner as well! he helped walk us through every detail of the day and thought of everything!.. He was extremely flexible with any last minute changes and so much fun to work with!!.. The day of the wedding he was on top of everything and blew us away with the uplighting in the reception. My husband was so nervous about our first dance and Mike walked us through a crash course, minutes before, giving him tips and showing him the correct way to spin and dip me! We also used their Photo Booth which was top notch and the attendant was also great!! Everybody had an absolutely amazing time and hasn't stopped talking about it!! (exactly what we were hoping for!!!) the music was on point all night!!... We also got a special treat a few days after the wedding and Mike had sent us some photos he had taken throughout the day/night and a video highlight he made from his iPad!! an amazing surprise!!!

Mike made our wedding reception as meaningful and beautiful as our ceremony only more fun! He and the team at Venus deMilo in Swansea, MA really executed everything so well! He even helped me to plan a surprise slideshow with photos of my husband and my daughter (His stepdaughter) and A song which I chose and he put them all together to make a very touching tribute.We were able to keep it a secret until after our first dance. Mike is more than a DJ he is truly an event planner from the layout of the room to the all-important flow of the special moments of the night he was with us every step of the way. His flexibility allowed Us to be as choosy or hands off as we pleased. He was so great to work with and you can tell that he is not only in this business to make money he truly enjoys making memories. Mike is more than a DJ. He's an entertainment host and truly experienced in his craft. He's on top of all the details and was extremely helpful in our planning. He's also flexible if/when anything changes. He'll keep your guests on the dance floor and make your big day stress-free.

Mike was a great help to us in helping plan our reception and provided us with some great tips along the way that were a HUGE help! Especially as we came down to the wire and were compltley overwhelmed. Everyone loved the way he mixed up the play list and really kept the party going. Also the way he set-up his uplighting was beyond my expectiations and really made for an amazing atmosphere at the reception hall.

Where do I begin? MC Music Entertainment was the best choice we could have made for our wedding! Mike was so easy to work with and laid back. He was perfect and fun all night! Mike was AMAZING in helping us plan our big day!!! We live outside Boston (but got married in Rhode Island) so he was flexible not only with the times he could meet, but also offered to meet closer to where we were. He had great and unique ideas to bring to the table to make sure our day was not only flawless, but everything we wanted. The day of our wedding he did an excellent job of constantly making sure we were taking some time to enjoy our meals and finding ways to allow us to have special moments together as husband and wife. He got the music SPOT ON to what we wanted to listen and dance to, and the uplighting he provided looked fabulous in our reception hall! We would not recommend anyone else!! If you are looking for a boring inattentive and dull DJ, Mike is NOT the guy for you. With all the stress and planning that a wedding comes with, Mike was the cure. He was so detailed and unique. He saw our vision and planned a bunch of things that we loved. Every one of our guests commented on how awesome the entertainment was. It went so seamless and smooth because of Mike. We also had one of his photo-booths with a full time attend that was huge hit. The pictures we so funny and our guests love them...a must book with him!! He also did a short 15 video of the highlights at our wedding which came out so great.... I must have watched it 101 times in the last month. Thank you Mike for making our wedding absolutely perfect...... you are now family and you will always be our DJ.
