  We knew we wanted them to cater our wedding because they did such an amazing job on his grandparents 60th wedding anniversary/80th birthdays. They were so easy to talk to and work with. The food was absolutely amazing...we loved it and so did all the guests and even our DJ was amazed at how wonderful it was. The price was great and they were able to get all the linens, flatware, plates and glassware so no extra vendors were needed and they were also able to serve our beer and wine. They made it so easy for us!

  i absolutely love this family! they were so accommodating, and did everything food wise for me that i needed, and then some! they blew my expectations out of the water. the food was fantastic, everyone love it all. and i didn't have to worry about anything! they make my cupcakes for the wedding cake and they were all so totally cute. thank you so much!

  Wonderful buffet; wait staff was very attentive and they made everything appear seamless. I received a lot of positive feedback from my guests regarding the food.

  I too paid less than their stated prices. They were very attentive and extrodinarily detailed during the whole process. Always available by phone or email and prompt at getting back to you when you left a message. The day of, or maybe it was the day before, our chairs were delivered in the VERY wrong color. They did not stop working until they had the right color chairs, I found out after the fact that they covered the unfair cost for the company's mistake. Very generous, the food was great and everyone eat until they were stuffed and there were lots of left overs. Perhaps my greatest praise of them is that after a full day of hard work, and hours before, when my husband and I got to our hotel they had packed us two full meals, with candles, glass candle-holders, napkins, drinks, the whole thing. It was the sweetest thing!!!

  Their official prices were higher than what I paid, but I found them on a directcatering.com and put in the price I was looking to spend. Minton responded and showed me a sample menu but said to ignore the prices. I had some specific requests and some things I left open to their suggestions, and they worked well with both types of direction. This is a side business, so they don't price things as if it were their only source of income. They do it for fun, and tell a story of their own wedding being stressful because of family members preparing food in order to save money. In an altruistic effort to save other brides and grooms from similar stress, they started this business. They hire friends and family members as servers, paying them with the gratuity. They were generous with the pricing for things that added up quickly with other caterers, like dishes, coffee, punch, table cloths, etc. My favorite aspect of our caterers was their kids' buffet - much appreciated by parents of preschoolers!
