Milestone Photo + Video = Wonderful

Bob (Photographer) & Jeff (Videographer) were wonderful to work with! They worked together well as a team, were able to capture each moment through a candid yet spectacular lens (especially key moments of our wedding), and were a pleasure to have at our wedding. They ended up getting 2300 photos and all of them look beautiful! Everyone we've been sharing the photos with loves them too. They were hard working and time efficient the whole night; We even had all of our post ceremony pictures done before a huge rainstorm came during the reception! My husband and I highly recommend Milestone!

Fusion October Wedding (3-Day)

My husband and I had our fusion wedding back in October of this year and Milestone Videos was everything we wanted!! We had originally hired someone else for our wedding videography, but two weeks before our ceremony, we found out they were a scam. I found Milestone Video about 48 hours before our ceremony and I can truly say Bob was God sent!! From the very first meeting of inquiry to chains of emails discussing timelines, locations, and music, and the multiple meticulously planned out final deliverables, we received so much support, kindness, cooperation, understanding, and patience. There was clear and effective communication leading up to the ceremony, and it didn’t waver for the religious ceremony day a few days after and the reception day to follow the day after that. Bob was so helpful every step of the way and he not only had the vision that fit us perfectly, but the adjustments he was willing to make for us made the entire experience just that much more special! He took on a three day wedding project with about 48 hours of notice; we cannot thank him enough!! Highly recommend Milestone Videos and Bob Busch!!!!

Milestone was creative and reasonable

Milestone did such a great job on our engagement photos that we decided to also have them do the video as well.. Adding video was only $1100 more and the video was 2.5 hours long.. Milestone showed up early, got all the shots and were easy to work with.. We received a preview of all the great photos a few days after the wedding.. We loved the lighting, camera angles, picture quality and the sound of the ceremony and the speeches was great, Bravo Milestone, we loved the photos and video and we look forward to the album..

Photos and video were amazing. Great price..

The pictures and video are amazing. The photographer
suggested the perfect spot for photos. The video and pictures
included all the details of the day. The photos had interesting lighting
that look very flattering. The video at the ceremony workout great because of the multiple cameras. I had a lot of compliments
about the album and the video highlight.

Great value and creativity last minute

Milestone did a great job on our last minute wedding photo and video.. All photos taken we got fully corrected ON a usb.. Milestone also gave us a preview on social media 2 days after the event.. The video was so great, it covered all that happened and we were able to add music to the video so the final product was great.. All our relatives love their work!!

Milestone was Amazing

Bob at Milestone was amazing for my daughter quinceanera. He was punctual, had plenty of ideas for great pics moments, and very thorough. He made the special day an unforgettable memory with the beautiful pictures. I would hire Milestone for any special events because they make it special.

I have worked with Bob and Milestone Photo & Video for years, on both business and personal projects. They are pros, full of wonderful ideas, and I can't recommend them enough. They did an exceptional job on daughter's wedding, the photos and video are gorgeous. Milestone really captured the day!

Our best wedding decision

We had the best experience with Milestone for both our engagement photos and wedding photo+video. Bob and Dave worked so hard to capture our special moments and made sure to give us a product we were happy with. I literally would have paid twice as much and it still would have been worth every penny. I loved all of our wedding vendors but Bob and Dave were our favorites out of all of them and they also received so many compliments from our guests. We started out the day with first look outside and Bob knew all of the best spots to get gorgeous iconic Chicago shots. Bob was literally stopping traffic to make sure we got the all the best pictures we wanted. He was professional and did a great job with the whole wedding party including the kids in our party, who were initially camera shy. We were so happy with our wedding photos and got so many great moments with our guests that we will cherish forever. I didn’t even know when we booked the very reasonably priced package that it also included an engagement session. Bob also surprised us at the wedding by blowing up our favorite engagement photo and having all of the guests sign it. It was a wonderful wedding souvenir and we intend to frame it and hang it. If I ever need a professional photographer again I would definitely hire Bob. I recommend Milestone to everyone.

Milestone DId a great job on our micro-wedding

My husband and i did not want a big wedding so we had our wedding with only a few friends and family for an intimate farm wedding. This was only 4 hours total. Milestone fit the bill for us.. They had a great price on 4 hours of coverage and covered both photo and video. Dave did a great job posing us and getting all the family shot ad the videographer got a great shot of the dove release. All of the photos and videos were on convienient USB drives which made enjoying them easier.. We would love to recommend Milestone!!

Milestone Photo and video made our backyard wedding even more fun

We Hired Milestone to shoot at our Backyard wedding.. They did great getting all the good shots without being intrusive. Milestone sent me a preview of the best photos 2 days after the wedding and the video took a month and a half but it turned out really great.. All our friends loved the photos and the video when they watched it on our flat screen tv. We would defineately hire milestone again!!

Bob and Dave filmed and photographed our wedding.. they showed up on time, were easy to get along with and did a great job. The photos and video looked amazing at our October Jewish wedding. Fantastic to work with.

Our wedding was Sept 1, 2024. We had picked Bob because he actually did my sister's wedding the year before and I loved how her pictures came out and she had a great experience with him so we decided to book him for our wedding as well and he was wonderful! He was even early to the venue! And took all the right photos and I love my wedding album that I got from him the whole day was magical but he made it even more with the video I got also which was fantastic! I can't wait to look back at my photos and video in years to come!

Phenomenal photographer!

Bob from milestone was awesome! As well as the videographer! They took so many pictures from all over our entire wedding. Great ideas for poses and groups. They made us look like movie stars! I highly recommend them to photograph any event you may have. Top notch! They captured the fun and excitement of the best day of my life. And, when we misplaced our flash drive of all our photos, Bob was there for us and he was able to make us copies. Very reasonably priced also. I couldn’t be happier with milestone.

Bob and his team did an outstanding job for our wedding! They were very nice and extremely hardworking for the entire day. They worked from the morning until the wee hours of the night. Milestone Offered amazing value!

We were on a budget and wanted BOTH photo and video for under $3000. When we found Milestone we knew right away they were the company for us. They were within our budget and they got all the photos and video we could want. All our relatives and friends love the preview they put on facebook a few days after the wedding. We did not get the album yet but we are impressed so far. Bravo Milestone!!

Milestone went above and beyond

The folks at Milestone Photo and video did a great job capturing our wedding last September. Bob Did a great job on the engagement photo and had guests sign in on the wedding day. They provided over 2400 great photos on a USB. The video turned out amazing. All the best moments were captured creatively and tastefully. Dave did a great job on the video and we have some great memories on tape to keep forever! We would not hesitate to recommend Milestone photo and video!

Milestone's video was so creative

We are soooo glad we hired Milestone video. Dave did a great job, he got all the important shots and was unobtrusive. He added some great music of our choice to the wedding film and all of it turned out great. we would recommend milestone again!

Milestone did a great job on the photo and video

They were good about responding to emails and my concerns. They showed up on time and got all the required shots creatively. They even made sure to get shots of my grandfather before the ceremony because she had to go to home early. Our engagement photos turned out fabulous and I would recommend them to all of my friends... The video is very creatively done with music of our choosing. I would recommend milestone video as well

They do it all!

Milestone did a wonderful job for ALL of our picture and video needs. Great photos and video at our winter wedding.

We hired milestone for our last minute winter wedding last year.. They really stood out when looking they shot my friend's wedding and the friend was raving since their wedding in 2019.. Bob and Dave did a great job and got great cinematic shots and they were patient with our older guests. I can't say enough about the great work we got from Milestone! Great poses, we got over 2000 great photos!

Milestone Photo did a great Job Shooting our wedding photos. Bob did a great job posing me and my husband and bridal party. He had photos of past photos taken so we would know how they will look. They got the photos done fast and they had a preview of the best photos on facebook very soon after the wedding date.. I would definitely recommend Milestone for photos

They have a unique fusion of video and phots for a very reasonable cost. First call with Bob was unbelievable - he took the time to explain their options, clearly, without any hidden "options". Even after 20+ years, we could tell he still loved his art! Super responsive and creative.

Stress free experience

Wonderful Experience

Great photos from our micro Christmastime wedding

We hired Milestone to shoot our wedding photos at our micro wedding that had only 16 guests. Bob arrived early, and took some great shots during our 3 hour wedding day. His lighting and poses were fun and creative we would not hesitate to hire Milestone for our future photography needs. We found Milestone thanks to wedding wire.

Fantastic Experience and a Great Price!

I had such a positive experience with Milestone. We were planning a backyard wedding on a budget and I didn't think we could afford a videographer. I decided it was something I really wanted so I found Milestone and they were incredibly helpful and responsive from the beginning. Dave was our videographer and he was awesome! He was there early and stayed late, capturing our whole entire day! He also set up a livestream for us that went perfectly smooth. The actual video is beautifully edited and so much fun to watch. I'm so happy we went with Milestone.

Beautiful highlight video and DVD

We are thrilled with how amazing our wedding video and highlights turned out! Dave did a beautiful job capturing each moment and incorporating the songs we chose. I had good discussions with Dave before the wedding day to discuss the timeline, and determine the best location for the stationary camera. We also like how the DVD chapters separate each part of the wedding day. We are very happy we chose Milestone!

Great creative photos done reasonably

Bob was a pleasure to work with.. He showed up with excellent gear. He was patient with small kids and was great with my grandparents and got all the posed and unposed shots I wanted. He finished the photos and put online a preview for us to see in only a few days. The photos were great and he got some shots I did not expect. Also he did a cool multi shot of us in 3 poses in one composition. Our parents love it and are getting their own parents album too.. I would not hesitate to recommend Milestone photography

Milestone Photo and Video did an amazing job capturing our wedding day! We are happy that we entrusted our priceless wedding photos and video to their capable hands. I used Milestone for videography and would SO recommend them! We were initially unsure if we wanted to spend the money on videography. I looked at 3 other places before finding Milestone and was beginning to feel like I would spend a fortune and not even get what I wanted. I wanted to get full footage of my entire ceremony as well as reception footage. I had a full Catholic Mass (so about an hour) and most companies' idea of ceremony time was about 15 minutes. The other 3 I spoke with all said, "Well, we'll get the important parts; that's all you want anyway." No, I want the full Mass. I want my brother reading. I want my nephews bringing gifts. I want to hear the songs I had imagined for my wedding years ago. When I spoke with Bob from Milestone on the phone, he said something like, "Well of course we'll get your entire ceremony in there! It's whatever YOU want." I really felt like he "got" me. And getting my full ceremony in there didn't cut into reception footage. Our video ended up being about 3 hours long! Dave, our videographer, also got shots of us while we were taking pictures (both at the church and at another location). From the reception, he got all our entrances, all the toasts, and TONS of dancing. Video & editing quality were great!

They tell you the day goes by too quickly and it's so true. While I loved my day, I felt like I "missed" a lot. This video allowed me to relive the day and see things I wasn't able to before. It brings life to the memories in a way photos can't. As far as pricing, this was THE best option out there. I got a feature-length, a highlight, my own music in both, DVD/BR copies, and so much joy for less than any of the other places I looked at charged (for doing less!) And they were so kind to work with! I could say more but I'm getting cut off. If you want a videographer who will do what YOU want, giving you great quality for a great price, definitely call Milestone! I am SO happy with my videos!

We did our research on many different photographers and one photographer stood out the most to us that being Milestone Photo and Video. What drew us in was the photo quality and the different types of photos he does such as the fish eye, multiple exposure pictures. From the moment we had our first consultation we immediately knew that Milestone Photo and Video was the company that we has been looking for. Bob showed us the different types of pictures and videos that he has done in the past and answered all of our without any hesitation. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the different packages that he offers. We got what we were looking for and more! Whenever we had questions he very prompt and thorough on his responses! We emailed him dozens of times throughout the wedding planning and was great with getting back to us! He took our engagement photos at Lilacia Park and they turned out sooooo amazing!!!! We got raving compliments on them!!! The different types of poses he had us do was quite amazing! What he can do with that camera is beyond our belief!!!! When it came up to days leading up until the wedding he called us and emailed us confirming that all the times were correct on the contract and confirming last minute details. When it came up to the day of the wedding he showed up 30 minutes early and stayed all the way to the end of the wedding!!! Bob was running around making sure he got everybody getting ready! He took so many cool shots of us all! He took over 2,500 pictures of the whole wedding and even got a video of it too!!! Bob is truly one of a kind!! We couldn't of asked for a better photographer!!!! Thank you again so so much for all of your hard work from the first moment we met until our wedding day!!! My husband and I would highly recommend Bob at Milestone Photo & Video. I contacted him over a year before our wedding and he took his time to explain the pricing and how the process would work. I did some research and called him back a few months later and he remembered who I was. One thing that I really like about Bob is his responsiveness - to calls and emails. Out of the many, many photographers we interviewed, Milestone was the only one that me and my wife agreed on right away. To start off, Bob provided excellent customer service, He was courteous, informative and responded very quickly to phone calls and emails. He would inform us without being annoying about he time-table and when we would get our photos. We never had to call him and ask him what's going. Secondly, he always made sure that we would look good in the shot. He would tell us if something was wrong that we could correct it immediately without being bothersome. Also he made sure that we got every photo he took which was very important to my wife. He was there early and was everywhere taking photos and video. Even now I don't know how he was able to be in so many places at once. I had a medium sized wedding (approx 250 people) and he was able to take photos of everyone having fun after the dinner. If I have another formal event, Milestone Photo will be the first person I would call. Lastly, I have to say I like the fact that he has his prices on the website, so I knew I wasn't looking at someone out of my budget. Plus he has so many pictures of weddings on his website including ones of my reception place (awesome!!!) That in itself was a selling point because we knew he knew the location and would know the best place to take pictures. If you are looking for the best photography company for your wedding. Milestone is it.

My husband and I waited until about a month before our wedding to schedule our videographer and Milestone treated us very well for having to get organized fairly quickly. Our video was absolutely of wonderful quality, they included all of the music we requested and the sound was perfect. FANTASTIC! Bob and Dave were absolutely amazing. I received my pictures within 45 days. They were busy with other weddings, but when I called they made sure they gave me 100% at all times. One day I called and he was getting ready for a wedding and he still took time to make sure my questions were answered. My pictures were gorgeous, I had 2536 of them, you cannot beat that! the price was amazing also, I want to say this. Bob called and introduced himself to me and gave me a background of the company. when we spoke he made sure he got to know me. Milestone was a great choice for our wedding and engagement photos. Bob was wonderful and didn't miss a beat! We also changed plans for our pre-ceremony photos on the day of the wedding and he was very accomodating to our request!

Once of the best features to our package was we received all of the photos taken so we could choose those we liked the best, rather than having a cap/maximum number allowed.

Our wedding was on 10/27/12 and we still have not received our wedding photos yet but I still wanted to write a review for anyone thinking about going with Milestone Photo and Video. We took our engagement pictures with Bob and decided to take them downtown for an extra fee. We had a great time with Bob and were able to take pictures at 4 different places which ended up being a lot of fun. Bob was up for anything and we were able to jump out at a few different places for quick photos. We received our engagement pictures about 2 weeks later through the mail on CD. The photos were beautiful!! Bob let us pick our favorite photo and we displayed it at our wedding reception. I will review again once we receive our wedding photos but Bob and the videographer were great!! We would recommend them to any bride and groom looking for an affordable option for their wedding!!

Bob and Dave of Milestone both did my wedding in June. We used the company for both photography and videography. On top of being very affordable, they were very professional and VERY good at what they do. We chose them because of how much experience they have and that they are one of the few companies who share rights to the photos with you. My husband and I received DVDs with all of our wedding pictures on them so we could develop them where ever we wanted without it costing us an arm and a leg. They worked with us in the church, out doors at one venue, indoors at another venue and then finally at the reception hall. We received all of our photos (2500) within 3 weeks of the wedding and our video took only a month to complete. I would recommend using Milestone to my friends and family and I will definitely be using them again for future needs!

Bob Busch was my photographer. He was victorious. He was increadibly polite to everyone, responsive to my needs prior to the wedding and the day of, and caught every moment of the night on camera. The pictures turned out absolutely amazing. He used different angles and lights to make the pictures very unique.

We had Bob and Dave from Milestone shoot photos and video for our 25th wedding anniversary/renewal ceremony aboard the Odyssey.They we FANTASTIC! Can not say enough about how pleased we were with everything they did.They gave us and our friends/family beautiful pictures and an incredibly well done video to cherish for years to come.
We would highly recommend them for your wedding or anniversary celebration.

Chicago Milestone Photography is WONDERFUL!!! Dave is the best. Not only is he flexible with time, but also he has an eye out of this world. Our engagement pictures were so beautiful and we received numerous compliments on them. After seeing those we knew right then we had choosen the best photographer. Dave, is very professional I guarantee you will be not be disappointed with any of his work. The service Chicago Milestone provides is OUTSTANDING. The actual wedding pictures were stunning. Dave and the videographer captured many of the moments that my husband and I both missed. The pictures are just beautiful. The lighting, shadows, and the colors are brought out in each photo. The best part is actually have the rights to your own photos and being able to go to them whenever you feel like it. The service overall you will receive is worth every penny you spend. I would recommend Chicago Milestone to any one who want wonderful photography and videography for any occassion not just a wedding.

Milestone uses the latest in Adobe software which allows them to create unique photo effects (like desaturation or monochromatic photos) as well as combining music and video for a wonderful wedding montage. I personally just had the photography done. My husband and I were very pleased with our engagement and wedding photos and they even provided us with a large 20X12 mounted photograph which we were able to have autographed at the wedding. My friend who suggested this vendor had both photography and a video and even had her video published to blue-ray.

Overall I rate Milestone a 4.9 out of 5. A little expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Milestone did a fantastic job at our wedding on 08/20/10! They were prompt, and were great with either phone or email responses. Our engagement photo session was great, and I can't wait to see our wedding photos. They offer a great package for the price.

Milestone Photo and Video did a terrific job with photography and videography for my wedding. They were genuinely interested in helping make my day even more special. They made helpful suggestions - things I would never have thought of - and I'm so happy they did. Several people called me after the event to ask who they were because they wanted to hire them too! They were flexible and charming at the event. I now have a beautiful record of my special day! The quality of the video and photographs is spectacular. And everyone looks great! I recommend them most highly!

They were on time and even stayed a little later than they were supposed to. Everyone loved the photobooth and the props and the pictures turned out well. They place the logo I created at the bottom of the strips and it looked nice. The video was the absolute best both the full length and the clip. Everyone who has seen the clip said it was beautiful and brought a tear to their eyes. They did a wonderful job of editing it and assisted me greatly with music choice for the clip. They were reasonably price for all that I received and easy to work with.

I uses Milestone for my wedding photography. they were great, i had a very small ceremony/dinner.... they captured the moments perfectly and worked great with my special request (flower girl and ring barrer were my mini schnauzer doggies!) I would def use them again. the price and professionalism, along with the turn around time of the pictures were great!

Recently used Milestone for all my wedding photography, videography and photo booth. The pictures are absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted. Only thing to note, Bob is a total professional, super enthusiastic and does a superb job; but he does not have a sense of humor to speak of.
