Our daughter was married on 2/3/24. We engaged Mike's Limousine early in the planning process for our various transportation needs. We ended up with 4 buses to help us shuttle the wedding party and hundreds of guests from multiple locations. They were responsive, accessible, friendly, professional, but most importantly......they were on time and extremely courteous. Would highly recommend to others. We also used Mike's for our son's wedding two years ago and had a similar excellent experience. THANK YOU!!!!! -

We used the blue trolley to move the bridal party separately and also some guests from the hotel to the venue. It was super helpful to not worry about coordinating cars and my out of town guests appreciated the convenience. We also have some great photos from inside! -

2 Thumbs way up! My husband and I rented a few trolley buses and small limos for our wedding earlier this month, and Mike's Limo was incredibly reliable and professional! The drivers were punctual and friendly, and they got our guests to and from the hotel and our venue very safely. Not to mention, our guests loved the vintage look of the trolleys! It went with the theme of our wedding very nicely. Thank you, Mike's Limo, for all of your help on our big day!! -

Mike's Limousine was very prompt with communication when we had a contract and timeline changes. Nate, the driver, was on time for pick-up/drop-off and was very friendly - it was like he already knew us. Our wedding party raved about how AWESOME and fun the trolley was! A definite YES to anyone interested in having a sweet ride for their wedding day :)

Hennessey Sent on 02/24/2016Morris, of Mike's Limousine, came to our home; took the bridesmaids and bride to the church; picked up the groom and groomsmen and got them to the church; took the wedding party to the reception from the church; and picked them up at the end of the reception, adding more friends to continue the celebration safely and responsibly until midnight. It was a good call, and Morris took care of our "precious cargo" well.
The cost was well worth the service and comfort we received!

Carrie Sent on 11/21/2011Without this addition to my wedding, it wouldn't have been the same! We were originally suppose to have their Royals Royce as the transportation, but about a week before the vehicle was taken in to be fixed! But from that we got something even better! They let us use their new Bentley as our getaway car and it was even better! And what was great is that they didn't charge us extra even though they could have because it was their newer model!
They truly have great customer service! And the driver was so nice and accommodating! -

Service was unprofessional and A/C in limo did not work properly and manager Ted was very rude after asking to be compensated for poor services rendered, in addition drinking glasses in vehicle were dirty. -

I recently spoke with Mike's about providing transportation service for a group of high schoolers that were looking for a bus for an event. His assistant provided me with a quote and requested the logistics for the trip. I sent the requested information on Monday for a trip that was supposed to depart on Friday. After not receiving a confirmation by Monday evening, I emailed Mike's on Tuesday morning asking for it, I received no response. I sent another request on Wednesday morning telling them that I was nervous because they had not sent the confirmation; I still received no response. On Thursday morning I called and I spoke with Mike's office manager/assistant. He told me he still had my bus on hold but was looking for a driver. I knew something was not right at that point and I started reaching out to other vendors. Luckily I was able to find another bus because previously my city was sold out. After locking in the other bus, I communicated with Mike's to stop looking for a driver as I no longer need the bus. A few days later, I got word through my client that the reason that Mike's did not send me a confirmation is because they went directly to my client to try to cut me out of the deal. We are in the same business, I am a travel agent and he is a bus vendor, why would you try to sidestep me? Horrible way to do business. He had me worried for multiple days about the service for the students when all the time he was trying to go to the school directly to steal the business. Regardless of whether the business was booked directly through him or me, he would have gotten paid. I do not deal with dishonest and unethical vendors in business; I will no longer be using Mike's to provide any services for me or my customers.
