Will was great!!! He helped us time everything so it would be great. Played a variety of music and did a great job at taking requests. It even seemed as though he scoped out the crowd to determine songs that may go over well based but had not been requested! Thank you so much will!!

We could not have been happier with our Midwest Sound DJ, Rheo. From the start he made let us know that he wanted to make our daughter's wedding as wonderful as we did. He had great suggestions and helped to execute them. He followed the couple's request for music and helped us with our planned slide show during the first dance and the father/daughter & mother/son dances. He kept the dance floor full! Our guests loved his work as well. we are very happy with our choice of DJ!

Rheo was amazing! He helped our ceremony to run smoothly, including handing out umbrellas and taking in our flower arrangements when it started to rain. He played current pop music, and listened to our requests! He played by far the best music of any wedding that I have been to! On top of all of this, he helped to load gifts and decorations at the end of the evening. Rheo, and Midwest Sound, helped to make our special day truely amazing!!

The DJ went above and beyond his job and did a great job helping spread and info we wanted to get to our guest. Literally walking table to table and talking to our guests. More then I could have ever hoped from a DJ.

I was very impressed with the DJ for our wedding. He called a week before the wedding to go over any details we might have missed on the questionare. The day of the wedding he was there early to set all of his equipment up. He played great music that got everyone dancing and he even let the kids in the wedding help/play with the lighting during the dance, which the kids still rave about. He not only controlled the music but he also helped keep the evening on track by talking to the kitchen regarding when dinner was ready and when the best man was ready for his toast etc. Wish we could remember his name but it was something like Rayo or Reao (sorry for butchering your name if you read this!)

Kaleb was the BEST DJ EVER! I had big issues in the past with DJ's not running the show and forgetting music to bring. Kaleb was super nice, fun, and even went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed for the reception. He made adjustments when we needed to switch things up and he was just plain AMAZING! Highly Recommend! Will use him again!

We had DJ Rheo as our wedding DJ and he was absolutely amazing!!! I made my reservation early (9 months early) and got a good price. I also made multiple calls to make sure I could speak with the DJ who would be assigned to my wedding more than the standard one week out that Midwest Sound usually does. I had read so many reviews that said "talk to your DJ beforehand" and I am so glad I did, because I really wanted to make sure our personalities would mix well and that it seemed like the DJ was organized and experienced. I highly recommend speaking with your DJ more than the week before, because the week before is so crazy, you will be rushed, and by then, it is too late to change if you do not vibe with your DJ. I had a phone conversation with him about one month out, and then met with him, my fiance and family one week out. He was very professional and we went line by line through the whole night and how we wanted it to be. He took lots of notes and carried through with everything we discussed. He even brought up things I hadn't thought of, like our "exit" and he recommended a sing-a-long to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, which ended up being one of the highlights of my night!!

He took care of everything from the cocktail hour until the end and MC'd the whole time. Also, he came around and checked on us while the venue coordinator was busy and helped out with things that had nothing to do with the music, lol!

He only played a few oldies (as per my request) and I literally thought I was at a club....I have never seen so many people dancing like crazy at a wedding reception for the ENTIRE night. I even saw HIM behind the table jumping around and looking like he was having just as much fun!! He was on the mic just enough, not too much and not too little. I received SO many compliments, people asking "how did you find this DJ???"

DJ Rheo and Midwest Sound helped make our wedding night the BEST night of our lives!!!!!

Colton was awesome! He was very flexible and absolutely made sure our night went exactly how we wanted to! He was very helpful in setting up the order of our songs and his suggestions were great. All my guests were very impressed and I will not hesitate to suggest Midwest Sound to anyone looking for a DJ!

I would highly recommend Midwest Sound. They did an amazing job of keeping our guests on the dance floor and making the evening very entertaining and enjoyable. They provide outstanding service at an amazing value.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Midwest Sound. Rheo was AWESOME - he read the crowd and kept the dance floor full all night long. He played all my requests and lots of guest requests. (and was great with the kids at the reception). He even acted as doorman as the guests arrived.

We spoke to several DJs at a bridal show in Minneapolis prior to choosing one, and wanted to find the actual DJ that would be at the wedding. Caleb, from Midwest Sound DJ Entertainment was at the show and was friendly, charismatic, and best of all, AVAILABLE for our April 13th wedding. Midwest Sound DJ Entertainment has online planning tools that allow you to request specific songs, block specific songs, and even provide guest requests prior to the actual wedding. I spoke with Caleb on the phone a couple of days before the party, and he was just fantastic to work with. The dance floor at my wedding was packed all night, not an easy feat when you only have 62 guests at the wedding, and if my guests weren't dancing, they were watching Caleb doing his job. I've never seen a DJ have as much fun as he had that night, he truly loves his job, and his enthusiasm radiates and brings the energy of the party to a whole other level. I would recommend Midwest Sound DJ Entertainment to anyone needing a DJ for any event, and specifically Caleb! Many, MANY of my guests commented that they want him to be their DJ for every event they ever host!

Highly recommend! Our DJ, Paul did great and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! The cost was very reasonable as well!

I had Jennifer as my DJ for my wedding ceremony and reception. She was absolutely amazing and I would hire her again and again. She was so outgoing and so much fun because she went out of her away to work with my wedding coordinator on the day of my wedding to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn't possibly have asked for a better DJ.

Absolutley LOVED all that Midwest Sound and Lights did to make my reception fabulous!! DJ Johnny is one of the best!
