What an amazing experience with Michael's Limousine. Paul was so responsive and helpful in helping us find the right vehicle and come our wedding day we had zero issues. Our driver was prompt and just wonderful. The bus was spotless and the free Champagne was much appreciated. We felt safe to leave important belongings on the bus as well which was a lifesaver. I had an excellent experience with Michaels Limousine in Peabody, MA, for my wedding in October, 2025, at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield. Our driver, Abdul , was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He made two trips to the venue, showing great flexibility and dedication to ensuring everything went smoothly. Abdul’s warm personality and professionalism instantly put us at ease on our busy wedding day.
The Mercedes Sprinter Van limo was quite impressive. It was luxurious, clean, and spacious. The onboard sound system and lighting created a fun atmosphere. The champagne and service added a special touch of glamour, making our experience feel truly VIP.
I highly recommend Michaels Limousine for anyone needing reliable, high-quality service in the area. Their professionalism and dedication helped make our wedding day unforgettable. A big thank you to Abdul and everyone at Michaels for making our day perfect! -

We booked two 28 seater buses for our wedding, and Michael's Limo delivered transporting guests and ourselves to and from the hotel in Danvers to the site in Salem. They were knowledgeable about traffic and how to get around a heavy tourist time in Salem. One of the buses notably really enjoyed the ability to plug in their phone and keep the party going after the event. -

Michael's did a great job providing a large limo bus for our rehearsal dinner. They were on time, got us to the location in great time despite the distance. Polite, professional, and dressed well. Easy choice, book Michael's!
Working with Michael's was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were responsive and professional, and the vehicle really enhanced the fun during our big day. Michael's allowed us to comfortably transport our wedding party and immediate family to our venue for pictures from our hotel stress-free. I first used Michael’s for a limo for my sister’s 21st birthday. I was very impressed by the service and cost and when I wanted a shuttle for me and my bridal party from my house to the church for the service, Micheal’s was the top of my list. They were able to work with us to coordinate the proper size vehicle and were perfect for the 1-way trip. Melinda was an excellent driver and was very patient and kind as we squeezed in as many pictures as possible before we had to depart. We got to the church safely and on time. The vehicle was clean, a good temperature, and comfortable for all 13 of us.Michael's Limousine Co., Inc.'s reply:

My husband and I are so glad we choose Michael's Limousine as our transportation vendor for our wedding! Everyone we worked with, from Michael during scheduling (planning during COVID was not an easy task and he was more than understanding and helpful), to the drivers of our 3 vehicles we could not be happier with the quality of service we received! Our drivers were professional, friendly, and fun! and both the limo we used for the wedding party and the coach we used for our guests were immaculate! Exceeded expectations! Got married in Nov 2020 and reserved the 32 Passenger Coach Limousine. Very spacious, modern, clean. The perfect size for my bridal party plus parents and photographers (and some significant others) to all be in the same ride after the ceremony. Able to play our own music, drink champagne... perfect! The seating was comfortable and allowed us to all sort of face each other, opposed to a trolly, where you all face the front. Big shout out to our driver Michelle who was incredible. She held me dress, opened the church doors, and was there for whatever I needed. As a bride, I didn't realize how much I needed someone like her and how important she would be to my big day. My husband and I are so happy we went with Michael’s Limousine for our wedding. Everyone was great to work with. The day of our wedding we were nervous about the party buses getting down the narrow streets of the North End but our drivers did it with ease! Both drivers were friendly and went above and beyond for my husband and I. Mechelle was a great help also! Helping me with my dress, holding flowers, etc. The bridal bridal party got to ride in her bus from the church to the reception and they all expressed how great, friendly, and funny she was. We rented a limo bus for the bridal party to get from hotel to venue & also a shuttle for guests from hotel to venue. At the end of the evening we had one big shuttle. I used Michael's for my wedding. I had a large wedding party and needed 2 limos as I didn't want a bus. They had beautiful cars, and everything was clean and up to date. Arianna Sent on 09/13/2017We utilized the Rolls Royce for our wedding day transportation from Rockport to Ipswich, MA. Now let's face it-- there are many transportation companies out there that have this vehicle for about the same price. The reason I chose Michael's Limo is because they were one of the only companies who were friendly, flexible and didn't "bully" into booking immediately over the phone. Boy are we glad we went with Mike's. The Rolls Royce was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. Our driver was early, prepared, and so kind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on such an important day. Would 150% recommend. -

The cars looked great and the drivers were polite and super helpful (I had a huge dress and my driver had to help me get the dress in). -

Michael's Limousine did a fantastic job. They were timely, the vehicles were clean, and well maintained, and the drivers were very professional. The vans were a bit pricy, but the service was excellent. -

All was good until the limo driver tried to dump me off on the side of a busy street as my guests were still entering the church. Literally just opened the door without any awareness even though there was a parking lot in the back that was more discreet. There was also empty whisky bottles in the back with some kind of gross sludge in them (looked like dip spit) in the limo that weren’t ours and I didn’t receive my red carpet service until after I was married -

No service, no refund
Due to Gov. Bakers restrictions we couldn't have our wedding as planned. When asked for a refund for the deposit we were told that they couldn't afford to do that. When asked for a copy of the contract we were given attitude from the owner. Only after contacting outside help was I being addressed as "Mr". Took five days to finally get the contract. Still refusing to reimburse us. Meanwhile the company owner is blasting other Limo companies for not reimbursing people in other circumstances.
If you have no other option, make sure you have a force majeure clause added to the agreement before you sign it.Michael's Limousine Co., Inc.'s reply:
Hello, we understand these circumstances are terrible!! However, I do not see a reservation in your name in our system. Due to Covid-19, we have been offering our customers credits of all deposits towards service in the future. Our customers have been very happy with this. Michael's have never blasted another company for not reimbursing. The video clip is not about our company. As far as the paper work not getting to you quick enough, we only have (1) person working in the office at this time and we are doing the best we can. -
