Carlos Osorio and team are TOP NOTCH. Our entire experience was absolutely incredible from initial contact on. It has been 3 months since our wedding and I am still hearing comments from guests about how special Carlos and his team were. The engagement photoshoot really set the tone for us, as we got super comfortable with Carlos. I thought there was no way to top them... but I was wrong. I still can't believe how beautiful the pictures and video came out from the wedding! We had guests from 4 countries, and many states around the US, and it was the first time most had traveled since COVID. Carlos did an amazing job captivating how special the experience was, and caught the little nuances between my husband and I that really showed how skilled they are. Carlos and team were, by far, the best investment that we made for our wedding. We would absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone! Carlos and his team were extremely helpful and efficient the day of the wedding. Everything he promised during our first initial meeting, he was able to deliver and more. He even helped with things outside of capturing our day (helped with my veil, and even had extra bobby pins!). He really helped make the day go by smoother. His team and him were on time, worked extremely efficiently, and stayed until the last scheduled minute. Not to mention very cost effective considering how high prices for anything wedding related can be. We received picture samples of our wedding day within 1-2 weeks and the rest of the pictures and videos shortly after. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Carlos enough! He is so kind, professional, responsive, and talented. His photos are amazing and he coaches you and tells you how to move or stand to get the best picture. Not only does he cover the photo/video, but he also goes above and beyond to help the wedding day go smoothly when things go wrong or another vendor is not on top of everything. He was prepared to help with clothing malfunctions, he helped make sure things ran on time, and he provided guidance when things needed adjustment. Carlos was our most trusted and helpful vendor and we really relied on him. He made everything go so smoothly. I would hire Carlos for any other event I have.
My wife and I were in the planning stages of our wedding and did several interviews for wedding photographers and Carlos stood out. First and foremost his pricing was competitive compared to our other options. Within his pricing structure he provided engagement photos, a wedding album and a Photo Booth with scrapbook. We didn't have to worry about a thing
Mr. Osorio and his professional team are very much experts at what they do. They made taking photos on our wedding day quick and seamless, so my husband and I had more time to spend with family and friends. They did not waste any time or neglect to take the photos we wanted, and they really helped rally up family and friends so it was less pressure for me on what can be a hectic day.
They also caught the most wonderful pictures of our guests that I later handed out in our thank you cards. What's more, they have a perfect eye for those "highlight" must-have photos, leaving us with beautiful and timeless pictures that we get to cherish for many years to come. Carlos is an AMAZING photographer. He is very patient, attentive to details, and utilizes lighting and nature to create magazine worthy pics!! His service also extends beyond pictures because he takes wonderful video as well!! Honestly, when I thought that my requests were insane, somehow he managed to pull off everything I asked for. When booking Miami Photo & Video, you are not just getting a photographer, you are getting an entire wedding experience! Look no further, Miami Photo is the BEST and I highly, HIGHLY recommend! I was the Groom who was very involved with our wedding planning. I knew from our very first meeting with Carlos (owner) that his company was going to perfectly capture our wedding . His detail and interest in who we were as a couple was very impressive. We immediately did not have to look any further and invested with Miami Photo & Video. My wife and I got an 11 hour photo and video wedding package. We also invested in two albums, an engagement photoshoot and a canvas picture. We did our engagement session at the Vizcaya in Miami. Carlos personally did the engagement session himself and he made us feel like models. His industry knowledge is second to none. He knew exactly which were the best spots and helped us pose. The experience was a lot of fun and did not feel awkward or anything. We aren't camera-shy people, but he helped us feel comfortable while taking the pictures. His experience allowed for him to get as many photos possible in the allotted time. After the engagement shoot, we truly knew we made the right decision to invest with Carlos! After a few weeks, Carlos sent us our photos... and they were SPEECHLESS! His artistic renditions and natural photography are breathtaking! All our family and friends were impressed with out beautiful the pictures came out. There was 8-9 months between the engagement session and wedding (I think) but through the whole waiting period, Carlos provided us with advise and help along the way. Any time we had a question about the wedding timeline, Carlos was there to advise us. He truly loves his clients; not just for their business but as people. On the day of the wedding, Carlos and his entire team showed up (5 people) early and ready to make our day special. His command of everyone was very important. He kept the entire day moving smoothly and on time. Any time we were falling behind on the schedule, he was there to help us get back on track. Lorena was another photographer and she was going above and beyond as well. She was even pinning the boutonniers on the groomsmen! Miami Photo truly went above and beyond the entire wedding! Miami Photo's timeline they provided really helped ease the whole day. We got every picture we wanted. From getting ready, to ceremony, to bridal party to the reception... the moments Miami Photo captured for us were truly magical. A few weeks after the wedding, we got back our photos and some of our videos. It was like 2,000 photos! The hardest part was going through picking the best ones because they were ALL SO AMAZING! The cinematic videos they made of the wedding were also incredible. They truly captured every moment and made it feel like a movie! In summary, look no further if you want a professional company to make your day magical. Out of all my vendors, this was my favorite. I couldn’t be happier with picking Carlos as my photographer. Being that I planned the wedding on my own, any question I had I could ask him. Questions that were not even so much related to him, he helped me! To me, Carlos was the most helpful and I LOVED that I could always text him or call him and he would ALWAYS answer (There are some vendors that would take days to get back to me.) I think once he was on vacation and he still answered a question I had. He gave me more or less a timeline on how my wedding day will go way before the venue provided me this information. I am overall so happy with his service and his team, the pictures for our engagement and wedding day came out beautiful. I would highly recommend him! Oh, and he does AWESOME edits! After getting engaged, we knew that our photography was going to be one of he most important aspects of our weddings - making memories. After researching, we were recommending to Miami Photo Inc, Carlos was very responsive, creative and a great help when it came down to deciding what package was the best fit. During the engagement shoot, he want beyond our exceptions to make sure we were thrilled with our photos - which were were ! When it came down to the wedding, he was not only fun to work with, professional and very creative! After our wedding, we had our pictures within two weeks!!! BEST TURNAROUND I HAVE EVER HEARD OF !

Carlos is an amazing photographer but an even better person. Both of my grandmother passed and he was so helpful with making sure I was good FIRST it wasnt just a give me your money situation. Miami Photo & Video is hands down the most amazing photographer and videographer in Miami. Not only do they take phenomenal photos and videos, but the customer serve is superb! As we were looking around for photographers, what stood out the most to my now husband and me was Carlos' customer service and professionalism . When wedding planning, it sometimes feels like you are one of millions of customers that a vendor has. This is not the case with Carlos. Carlos Osorio and his team from Miami Photo Inc is truly an amazing photographer. From day one at our engagement session all the way through our wedding, he eased our nerves of posing in front of a camera and was able to capture breath taking pictures. Carlos was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was extremely personable, professional, punctual, patient and quite the perfectionist (and I mean that in a good way). He was able to capture memories that will last us a lifetime. For every picture he took, he delivered high quality work that was absolutely stunning. He is an experienced professional that assisted in making sure the entire wedding ran smoothly from start to finish. He knew exactly what to do even when my husband and I were clueless. We opted for the photo booth during our reception and it was a huge hit. Once our wedding concluded, he diligently worked to get us our photos and video in a timely manner. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful wedding album. From the blu-ray video disc, the USB drive, to the packaging of our album, he did not skimp on any of the details. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Carlos and his team were amazing to work with. He was truly professional and accommodating to my husband and me. On our wedding day, he put us at ease and had an exceptional work ethic. During the editing process, he never gave us a hard time when when we made several music changes. I love how our photos and videos turned out.
I think he is creative and talented, but also kind and an overall nice person. I recommend booking him for at least 10 hours (I booked him for 8, and I feel it was not enough) and I also recommend booking him for professional photos as well.

Best photographer you can ever ask for! He did our wedding in the keys on Thanksgiving weekend. First our engagement shoot was more than perfect, my then fiancé and I were a bit tense at first as we don’t photograph usually and feel awkward when we do so. He helped us losen up and laugh a lot to look more natural. Also took us to multiple locations and the pictures turned out to be stunning. Then the wedding we have no words for on how patient he was with my huge bridal party and tons of direction from this micromanager. He did our video and also did our photobooth which was loads of fun and had an album for people to write a message and glue their pictures in which was an awesome surprise. He and his team were more than perfect!!! Would recommend him 1000%

We used Miami Photo's, Photo Booth service and couldn't be more happier. They not only gave the guest a copy of their prints but also gave us one too in a USB and in a scrapbook styled book. The gentleman running the booth was very quick on setting up and worked well with the Guests. The owner of the company, Carlos, is also very easy to talk to and gets things done. Miami Photo provided photography, videography, and photobooth services for my wedding at The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. On the day of the wedding, Carlos arrived early, he was energized, and worked tirelessly to get perfect shots of us (the happy couple), the wedding party, and ALL our guests. I cannot express how happy my new wife(pretty cool to say that now lol) and I are for choosing Carlos for our wedding. He provided us with a great package that fit into our budget. Besides the great price, he and his wife were great. They were always available to us, they followed up with us about upcoming deadlines and was always super nice. He is patient and very talented. Well, I saved the best for last! Of all of my wedding vendors, Carlos Osorio of Miami Photo was unequivocally the best! It is so difficult to find someone that TRULY loves their job and Carlos is so passionate about his work that it really makes your wedding day that much more special!
When I first met Carlos one year ago, he spent about 1 1/2 hours with me discussing his work. He has a very nice studio in the heart of Coral Gables. He is also very reasonable and will customize your package to your needs/budget. You do have the option to upgrade and add services such as photo booth, more cameras, etc, but he does not pressure you to like other vendors do. He also provides so many great tips to help in the planning process due to his many years of experience. He and his videographer, Carlos, are also both very talented in their work!
Carlos photographed our engagement photo shoot prior to the wedding. I had asked for a vintage style shoot and got exactly that! His work is AMAZING! He is also very pleasant, professional, and very easy to get a hold of by phone or email.
On wedding day, he and his videographer were so good, I hardly noticed that they were there. I have seen at other weddings where photographers and videographers seem as if they are "in the way" but not Carlos and Carlos!
The final product was also amazing. The photographs came out beautifully and were ready about 2-3 weeks after the wedding, the video about 1 month thereafter! His videographer also makes a wedding recap of your wedding day and blends several songs with various moments of your wedding day, in complete synchrony!
I would DEFINITELY recommend Carlos of Miami Photo for your wedding photography and videography needs! He and his team were absolutely phenomenal!!! Thank you Carlos and Carlos! We are so happy with the memories you captured of our special day!

Carlos was by far my favorite and best vendor! He was so great, professional and polite from the first time I met with him. He made sure to give me the best packages within my price range. The day of my wedding he got there right at the time he said he would and he did not stop working until the very last minute. When I got to the ceremony and was taking pictures outside, I realized I had forgotten my bridal bouquet in the hotel but he made sure I didn't panic and put together a bouquet for me to walk in with by using the floral arrangements from the altar. He went over and beyond what a photographer's job is. He was always attentive to anything my husband and I needed throughout the day which is something I think no other photographer would do. I do not know how but he managed to take a picture of every single moment of our day especially the reception where there is so much going on. He took pictures of things I didn't even know were happening at my wedding and it wasn't until I saw all the previews that I found out about them. For all the future brides that will read this review, do not hesitate for one second to hire Carlos with Miami Photo to be the photographer for your big day! He is the BEST!!!

When it comes to professionalism. Carlos is exceptional. He comes prepared with a special hanger to put the dress on. When we needed safety pins for one bridesmaid he was there pulling out different sizes. We even had a belly dancer come in and she came as I was changing up in my room. Carlos made sure I was back before she went on stage. as far as his photos you can go online to see them for yourselves .exceptional quality and a unique style.

Carlos did an exceptional job photographing our wedding, his pricing was very reasonable and his service was outstanding. He was very professional, he used creativity in the way he photographed us and our guest whilst maintaining a calm, positive, and friendly persona through it all. The pictures turned out great, just like our memories of that day!

We are a couple that does not enjoy photos and feel awkward with posing; Carlos made us feel very comfortable and gave us great direction. We just received our weblink and the photos are great. We're not sure how he captured some of the great shots; we didn't notice him. He was flexible with every shot we requested through the entire day.

What a great experience! He's a great guy, awesome photographer and AFFORDABLE!!! I would have never believed that this proffessional photographer that takes equisit photos would be within our budget. I cant say enough about him. i have only seen the unedited photos so far, and they are great. I can't wait to see what he does to them.
P.S. Im a "plus size" bride and he knew all the right angles to take good photos.

The only piece of our wedding planning that went smoothly was our photographer, Carlos Osorio. Carlos and his wife from Miami Photo were an absolute dream! Both of them are extremely professional and the BEST at what they do. They made me look like the most beautiful bride I have ever seen in pictures! Everyone in my party was coming up to me to compliment me on his professionalism and etiquette. The only thing that went WRONG the entire day was that my Maid of Honor, bless her little heart, forgot to bring my bouquet to the church...eek!!! Well, wouldn't you know it that Carlos and his wife did some quick impromptu thinking and constructed a make-shift bouquet from the flower ornaments in the church!!! It was PRICELESS!! Carlos was just amazing at our wedding. Everyone loved loved the pictures. He also did our Engagement session and it was great. We made a potrait from one of the engagement pictures and used it at our wedding as a welcoming table. On the day of, Carlos was just awsome. He was able to capture moments that we didn't even see. A true talent. Thank you Carlos for being part of our wedding.

Carlos did an exceptional job photographing my wedding. For what he did for my event, his pricing was extremely reasonable and I would definitely refer him to any of my friends or family who is i need of photograpy sevices! He was professional, and helped move the wedding and the people to wear they were supposed to be. Basically, he went over and beyond what his role was there and I needed it. My wedding was very hot outside, but Carlos stayed calm, positive, and smiling the whole time, and helped me relax about the weather and focus on the positive things about that event. Carlos is an amazing photographer. He recently shot our wedding, and we had terrific results. You will not find a more professional, friendly photographer at a better price! I will certainly hire Carlos again (and I do not even live in the Miami metro area.) He made my wedding day a breeze, and the photos will capture the memories forever.

Pros: Good price for services tendered, good presentation at interview, knowledgeable, great video editing skills, great red carpet step-and-repeat
Cons: Professional courtesy is lacking, personnel changes without notification, boring personnel (lacking energy/enthusiasm), poor communication skills, critical shots missing from video and were not taken at all (for ex. Bride's walk down the isle)
The Rundown
We booked with Carlos because we were impressed with his presentation and his knowledge of photography during his interview and were pleased with the price for his services compared to his competitors. We decided to hire Miami Photo for the step-and-repeat (photo-op) for guests and videography (8hrs, 1 videographer, 1 still camera, and lavalier microphones). The step-and-repeat was great as it included a photographer and an assistant and he let us keep our custom background.
However, the videography by Miami Photo was a horrible experience. We did not get the videographer that we were assured we would get, the videographer we received lacked energy, enthusiasm, and confidence. He did not take the shots which we spoke to Carlos about. It was a critical shot of the Bride walking down the stairs and down the isle. We were very disappointed with that but to add insult to injury, Carlos tried to charge an extra $200+ for a copy of a DVD because we realized that our parents did not have a Blu-Ray player and wanted to get them a DVD. His reasoning for the price was all the extra work his team would have to do to transfer the video to a DVD. I could've done it myself for the price of a blank DVD. Only additional work would have been to input the DVD menu and organization. He had the nerve to tell me to buy my parents a Blu-Ray player instead. The video editing team did a good job. Our overall experience with Miami Photo and Carlos was a bad one and I would not do business with them again.
We were fortunate enough to find another photographer.

Awful do not hire
I have never had such bad service in my entire life. Please do yourself a favor and book another photographer. There are plenty in Miami that will be more professional than Carlos. My video for my wedding was so bad I opted not to have any wedding video and I am now out thousands of dollar because of how awful Carlos is to deal with. Yes I opted to go with pictures before the wedding ceremony because I wanted to enjoy my cocktail hour. What I did not realize was that I would have no detail shots of my dress because of this. My recap video was awful and all Carlos could do was repeatedly tell my it was my fault the video was bad because I didn't give him the cocktail hour to take photos. He left an hour before the reception ended, and we were willing to pay the $ 300 more for an hour of his time, however he told us at that time it was not necessary because he had all the photos he needed. And now all he can do is blame me for my video being awful because i did not give him twenty minutes during cocktail hour.
