Excellent Service!
Jennifer, Mary, and Mackenzie made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the planning process. They had a large selection of decor that made our wedding that much more beautiful and it was so convenient to not have to purchase a ton of decor to worry about after the wedding. Mary and Mackenzie were fantastic leading up to and the day of the wedding. They made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, helped keep the wedding timeline flowing and rolled with any scenario that came up. I can’t recommend memorable events enough, it was hands down one of the best things we had to make sure we had the best day. thanks to the whole memorable events team!Jennifer, Mary, and Mackenzie made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Wedding Planner
There are not enough positive words I can say about my experience working with Jen. From day one, I knew I needed help planning my wedding as I am not a planner myself and needed someone to keep me and my fiancé organized throughout the process. We used Jen’s full wedding planning package and it was absolutely worth it. Jen made the entire process seamless, never once did I feel unorganized, stressed, or like I was falling behind. She ensured I was on top of the most important to do lists without overwhelming us with information. She ensured we stayed on budget for our wedding and respected our budget throughout the entire process. She was in charge of communications...There are not enough positive words I can say about my experience working with Jen. From day one, I knew I needed help planning my wedding as I am not a planner myself and needed someone to keep me and my fiancé organized throughout the process. She was in charge of communications with all of the vendors for the day of and my husband and I were able to feel like guests at our own wedding which was my dream for our day. Any question, any hiccup, any confusions - Jen and her team were there every step of the way to ensure our wedding day was exactly as we dreamed it to be. She is easy to communicate with and is timely with her communications. I always felt that she was on me and my husband’s side during wedding planning and I knew I was being offered a selection of vendors tailored to our needs because of the time Jen takes to really understand her clients. She is without a doubt the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning! -

We can’t thank Jennifer enough for everything she did to ensure our wedding day ran seamlessly. Choosing her as our wedding planner was an easy decision—her years of experience, deep knowledge of our venue (Aldworth Manor), and strong relationships with local vendors made her the perfect fit. She was instrumental in keeping us organized throughout the planning process with regular check-ins and was always available to answer my questions and calm my wedding planning anxieties. Her vendor recommendations were invaluable—from catering and florals to rentals and our officiant. Each vendor she recommended knocked it out of the park.

Another bonus was her impressive inventory of décor. We were able to use so many of her beautiful items, which saved us from having to purchase everything ourselves. Honestly, I don’t think anything went wrong on our wedding day, and if something did, Jennifer and her team handled it seamlessly—without me ever knowing!
We’re incredibly grateful for her expertise and support, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!-

The best decision we made!
Choosing Jen as our coordinator was easily the best wedding planning decision we made, hands down. Our engagement lasted almost two years (early 2023 – late 2024) and Jen was with us every step of the way. As soon as we had our initial call with her, she immediately put us both at ease, and we knew we could trust her to help us bring our perfect wedding day to life.
Her energy, creativity, industry knowledge, and her relationships with vendors is unmatched, and she helped make our wedding dreams a reality, down to the very last detail. She helped us choose all the best vendors based on our vision, she was always available for calls and any...Choosing Jen as our coordinator was easily the best wedding planning decision we made, hands down. Amazing Wedding Planner!
Having Jen as our wedding planer was amazing. We were planning from from the opposite coast, and having Jen's expertise and local knowledge was priceless. Essentially all of the vendors at the wedding as the venue were recommended by Jen, and they were all amazing. On the day of the wedding, it began to rain very suddenly right as we were preparing to process to the ceremony, and Jen made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless, coordinating to quickly move the ceremony under the tent. I don't know what we would have done without Jen, and cannot recommend her enough!Having Jen as our wedding planer was amazing. Such a great team!
Jen, Mary and MacKeznie made my wedding day run so smoothly and stress-free! Not only did Jen make the planning process super easy for me, but I was also able to utilize her warehouse of decor. Mary and MacKenzie were onsite for my wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful. Everywhere I turned they were there for me to ensure I was sticking with the timeline or just handing me a much-needed drink. They also set up my decor and broke it down for me which took a lot of stress away. Memorable Events Made my Dream Day a Reality!
Hiring Jennifer at Memorable Events as my day-of coordinator was easily one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. I am the definition of a Type-A bride and had a very specific vision for my wedding day, but also wanted to be able to enjoy my day without stress! Jennifer and her assistant Mary made this dream a reality. In the lead-up to the wedding, Jennifer was a godsend, she was always communicative, willing to jump on a call or Zoom to show me her decor inventory or run through ideas, and she is incredibly calming and flexible. Also, she has strong relationships with vendors in New Hampshire and works wonderfully with new vendors too....Hiring Jennifer at Memorable Events as my day-of coordinator was easily one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. We hired Jennifer Matthews from Memorable Events as our full-service wedding planner— she was absolutely amazing!! She was professional, prompt in all communication, flexible, and went the extra mile to make our wedding day PERFECT. She planned the entire wedding in 6 months and I was stress-free the entire time. Honestly, I thought something was wrong with me as a non-stressed-out-bride but I realized it was because she had everything under control and paid attention to all of the details. Jennifer was our point person leading up to the wedding, and was incredibly helpful at answering questions, thinking through the timing for our weekend, and offering really great advice. She also lent us a number of decorative items from her extensive collection, which was so useful in decorating our venue. Our day-of coordinator was Mary, who was incredible. She was super knowledgeable and helpful, always 2 steps ahead, and made the whole day run incredibly smoothly and seamlessly. She had experience at our venue that came in very handy, and had great ideas on how to use the space. Her assistant was great too. if you're on the fence.. JUST DO IT!!
Working with Jennifer and Melissa was a dream!! I was going back and forth on using a planner/day of coordinator and I am SO GLAD I did. Like, SO SO SO glad. They made everything incredibly easy for me and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without them.
Jennifer was my main contact throughout the process, and is so smart, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and incredibly funny. We got along great and that is something so important to me. On our wedding day, Melissa was my coordinator and she is truly a gift from god. You can tell she’s done this a couple times. She kept me on track, informed, and also fed when I kinda forgot to eat all morning and was completely out of gas before the ceremony. She ran to the caterer to get me some snacks and water - so she’ll be sure to have your back too!! She also made sure there were drinks waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony.
Melissa was able to take my vision, as chaotic as it was (in my head), and bring it to life. She kept me in the loop on anything and everything as the day went on - and I appreciated her calmness so much. She is truly a pro.
I loved working with Memorable Events and cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a planner or day of coordinator, these are your people. They had also worked with my venue many many times in the past, and seeing them interact with the venue staff was like watching old friends get together again. It was great.

Day went off without a hitch!
Memorable Events did the day of coordination for my wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. Leading up to my wedding I worked with Jennifer to ensure our timeline and vendors were set up for a successful wedding weekend and she lent me a bunch of candles saving me hundreds of dollars in decor.
Melissa lead our day of coordination and she is actually the BEST. She is so incredibly sweet, calm, organized, and helpful and ensured everything was running smoothly and brought to life exactly as I had imagined the day of the wedding. My bridesmaids were raving about her and how wonderful she was the entire wedding!

We worked with Jen at Memorable Events from the very beginning to help create our perfect wedding day that was very "us" through and through. Hiring Jennifer set the tone for a flawless and stress free experience. She helped facilitate the wedding of our dreams, one that exceeded all of our expectations. While we had ideas and a piecemeal vision, she pulled it all together and made it possible. She listened to our ideas and found ways to execute. Her attitude in every meeting was upbeat, efficient, and fun!

Jennifer is THE BEST
My daughter got married 6/20/20 and we could have pulled it off without Jennifer. Wedding planning started well before Covid hit, even before that Jennifer was a patient, kind, and fun partner. Then as we planned and replanned each time new guidance was announced, she was patient and helpful x 10. We would be frustrated and then we would talk to Jennifer. Her lovely response of “don’t think of it as Plan B but a new plan A,“ was perfect!
She carried off details as we came up with them, and helped my daughters vision come to life!
The wedding was magical!

The absolute best!
I can't recommend Jennifer and the Memorable Events team highly enough!! I first spoke to Jennifer when I was deciding whether to get married in NH or somewhere closer to where I live now. I knew I couldn't plan a wedding in NH without a wedding planner, and after the first call with Jennifer I knew she was a perfect fit! Throughout the entire planning process she went above and beyond. Jennifer was incredibly organized and super responsive in the months leading up to the wedding and really made sure I stayed on schedule to get everything done on time! She also knows all of the vendors in the area and made some amazing recommendations. The venue where we...I can't recommend Jennifer and the Memorable Events team highly enough!! The venue where we were married is remote and logistically challenging and she and her team handled it like complete pros. We were really able to relax and enjoy ourselves on our wedding day since we knew everything was taken care of and we were in great hands. I cannot thank Jennifer and her team enough - we simply would not have ben able to have the wedding we did if it weren't for them! -

There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing Jennifer Matthews and her team were in organizing our wedding that took place on June 23rd 2018 at Lakefalls Lodge near Keene, NH. She made the process effortless and relieved all my stresses with quick replies to any questions or concerns I had in the two years of planning and on our wedding weekend! We had the pleasure of working with both Jennifer and Mary from Memorable Events on our wedding this past fall. Jennifer helped us with planning leading up to our wedding, and was a knowledgeable and (much needed) calming presence during the wedding planning process. She has great connections with vendors in the NH area and her advice on planning our timeline and wedding day logistics was extremely helpful. Mary was our day-of coordinator, and was truly invaluable. Mary worked tirelessly to make sure that the day ran smoothly and seemed completely unflappable. Working with Memorable Events for our wedding was definitely the best (and most crucial) decision we made. My now husband and I planned a pretty low key wedding at a summer camp in New Hampshire (~80 guests), but even with a more “DIY-style” wedding, we quickly realized that we couldn’t pull it off without some professional help. They instantly understood the kind of wedding we wanted and helped us figure out some of the specifics that we hadn’t even thought of. Mary and her assistant Melissa even came the day before the wedding to help us with the rehearsal and made sure everyone was on the same page. And then on the wedding day, everything just went so smoothly and turned out even better than we could have imagined. Mary put together all of my ideas and created a cohesive, and seemingly effortless event. Everyone keeps telling us that it was by far the best wedding they've ever been to, and that would not be the case if Mary and her team hadn't been there. Not only did all of the décor/set up look incredible, but Alex and I were not stressed at all throughout the whole wedding day! If there were any issues, Mary took care of it quickly, because from our point of view, everything went perfectly. At the end of the night, everything was packed up, and they even dropped off all of our personal things at our cabin (cards, gifts, bouquets). I can't express enough how grateful I am for everything Mary and her team did for us. I realize it wasn't necessarily a traditional wedding, but Mary really went above and beyond, and really stayed true to our vision for the wedding. Most importantly, they made it so we could actually enjoy our wedding day!-

I am so glad that we booked Memorable Events for our Day of Coordinator! With our wedding being at home, it was especially important for us to feel like we had someone that we could trust, that could deal with any hiccups and finish all the little details. Jennifer and Jenna did just that! Leading up to the wedding, Jennifer was so helpful in thinking through all the details of the wedding with us and came to the house to do a walk-through a few weeks in advance. We had a long list of things for them to do the morning of our wedding (including putting together our centerpieces!) and they did it all without hesitation. During the reception,...I am so glad that we booked Memorable Events for our Day of Coordinator! We used Jennifer's "Week of" package and we are so happy we did! Planning a backyard wedding, we were a bit nervous about pulling everything together on our own, and Jennifer's service was exactly what we needed to ensure everything was where it needed to be and nothing went wrong on the big day! Jennifer was SO helpful with suggestions throughout the planning process, helping us orchestrate the rehersal walkthrough and making sure we didn't need to lift a finger on the big day! Everything went so smoothly and we could not be happier with our decision to use Memorable Events. If you're considering hiring Jennifer, don't think twice about it. Jennifer was absolutely amazing as our day of wedding coordinator. My husband and I tend to have a hard time relaxing and letting go of responsibilities but with Jennifer, we hardly thought about the logistics on the day of. Having her there really allowed us to relax and enjoy the day, knowing that everything was being taken care of for us. She was thorough and incredibly organized while being totally enjoyable and sweet to everyone who interacted with her. We got quite a few comments on how sweet she was from our friends and family. She seemed incredibly calm and collected all day and handled anything that came up quickly and quietly. When our guest transportation forgot to stop...Jennifer was absolutely amazing as our day of wedding coordinator. She seemed to have thought of everything and was prepared for any issue that could come up (I got a bright green stain from the flowers on the front of my dress and she immediately managed to get it out). She made great recommendations for vendors and helped keep everything moving on the day of.
