Excellence in all they do

Walking into Meierotto to try on engagement and wedding rings, was a whole experience. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and willing to spend as much time and effort to find our perfect rings as possible. Our personal experience was with Stephen each time we went, and when we were greeted by someone else at first, he came out to help once he knew we were there. He helped my fiancé design my engagement ring, then found the perfect bands for us. The building is beautiful and the people are accommodating. I could not recommend this jeweler more.

Excellent quality

My husband got my engagement ring here and we went back for our wedding bands. Everyone who works there is always so nice and helpful. We had no idea what we wanted for bands but they helped us narrow it down based on what we liked. Everyone always greets us with a smile and we were offered champagne when we went back for our bands! They were very respectful to our budget and truly have something for everyone. The quality of their products are also excellent. I would highly recommend shopping here for your jewelry needs.

Great experience!

On my many rides into downtown KC I would pass this amazing building that looked like a giant vault. It is in fact a huge jewelry store! My husband was stationed at leavenworth and our wedding was a few months away so we decided to check them out for our wedding bands. From the very moment we walked in I felt like royalty. They had all kinds of beverages and even appetizers to enjoy while you waited to speak with a jeweler. Once it was our turn we were both able to find exactly what we wanted. I was looking for something in rose gold and my husband wanted a dark grey ring. He ended up going with a simple David Yurman band and I got a rose gold diamond band. The service was excellent and the experience was priceless. They also offer military discount, amazing!!

Exceptional Ring

I was blown away by the quality and service i received from Meierotto. Throughout the whole ring-buying process, not once was I ever pressured into buying a ring outside of my budget. After visiting several other jewelers who seemed to utterly disregard my price point, Meierotto’s was extremely refreshing. Moreover, because of the reasonable cost, I was able to buy a larger, higher quality diamond while staying within my comfortable budget. I was able to walk out not only with a gorgeous ring but also with my wallet still intact. And while the price was a large part of my consideration, the quality was even more crucial.

As it is my hope that my fiancé wears her engagement ring for the next 60+ years, I wanted it to be stunning and timeless, and Meierotto’s delivers both. My fiancé receives daily compliments on how gorgeous her ring is. This alone makes the purchase well worth it! I fully intend to buy the wedding bands from Meierotto but also use them for all my future jewelry needs. I could not be more pleased.

Biggest diamond and engagement ring selection in KC. I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else. Ask for Susie N., she was great to work with throughout the buying process and has many years of experience!

Found the ring I wanted at another well known jewelry store and ended up getting exact same setting for a much better price with Susie at Mierottos. Also had my band upgraded to an eternity and it is breath taking.

I was referred to Meierotto Jeweler's by my brother. I live about two and a half hours from their office in Kansas City, but I decided to make the trip because I couldn't find anyone locally who could grasp the kind of engagement ring I wanted to create for my girlfriend. When we arrived, Jenny Meierotto quickly greeted us and I knew immediately that she would be able to help me out. The ring I had in mind was very specific and ended up being a mix of three existing rings, along with some additional personal touches and requests to ensure more functionality. My now wife works with her hands a lot so I didn't want something that sat too far off her finger, yet I wanted to make sure the diamond presented well on her finger. Jenny helped us design the most beautiful engagement ring either of us have ever seen. I'm happy to say that we are happily married and my wife loves her one of a kind engagement ring and wedding band. It doesn't matter if we're out to dinner or just grocery shopping, it seems like we get compliments two or three times a week. The engagement ring is very petite and delicate and has a vintage look as well. It wasn't just the ring however, Jenny took a personal interest in us and made sure we enjoyed the process (which can be very stressful for a guy). Since it was such a long drive to their store, Jenny and the rest of the staff were always willing to accommodate us no matter what and even recommended so great restaurants to try while we were in town. I would recommend and have recommended Meierotto Jeweler's and Jenny to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Shelly was extremely helpful and instrumental in helping me pick out my fiancés engagement ring. She responded to all my emails in a timely fashion and provided me with various settings/diamonds that fit my budget. I absolutely love my engagement ring. My wedding band was custom made to match up perfectly with my engagement ring and it's perfect! My rings are exactly what I always dreamed of. So sparkly! My husband and I have both or our rings from Meierotto's. The service we've had so far has been wonderful. We primarily work with Lauren A. and she's been very professional, helpful and personable each time we've stopped by.

My husband selected a very unique ring when he proposed. Lauren worked with us to select something to use as wedding bands. She also showed us many trays of mens rings to help us pick out the perfect matching ring for my husband. We love the unique selections they offer and the great service they provide.

We used Meierotto's on a recommendation from friends and were very pleased with them. They presented us with a large variety of bands and worked with us to get diamonds that were beautiful and within our budget. The groom's band was ordered and came very quickly. Their staff are very patient and work with you until you are happy. Great place to start your lives together!

We LOVE Meierotto's! When we started looking at engagement rings, we went everywhere from Tivol & Tiffany's to Hanoush & Kay's, and couldn't find our perfect ring for the right price. When we went to Meierotto's, that all changed. They helped find a ring for us that was perfect and it took my Husband 4 months of searching with Meierotto's to find the perfect diamond.

We worked with Margarett from Meierotto's and she was so fantastic. She knew the size/clarity/cut/color that I wanted and believe me...I was VERY specific. She also knew the price range that my husband wanted to stay in and it wasn't easy to make both happen. Margarett would look at each and every diamond with every new shipment they got in the store, and one day months later, she called my Husband to tell him that she came across the PERFECT diamond for me when she was looking through their inventory. Through months of searching, and after hundreds of clients that Meierotto's have walk in their door...we were so amazed that she remembered every detail I was hoping for and held the diamond for me until my husband could come in and look at it.

It was the PERFECT diamond for the perfect ring, and now when my friends and strangers see it, it more than holds its own compared to the large ring from Tiffany's that they have. The best part was that Margarett was able to find the perfect diamond for us that still fit within our budget and never once pushed us to go up in budget or down in what we wanted. We love her, and it's been a year now since my Husband (then Fiance) proposed, and I still look at my ring all of the time in awe of how perfect and gorgeous it is. We couldn't have found it or afforded it without Margarett from Meierotto's. All of the other jewelers were initially excited when we first walked in, and then lost interest as soon as we looked through all of their inventory that was close to what we wanted (did I mention that I was VERY specific? :), but Margarett kept hunting for us and made our dreams come true.

We will always be coming back to Meierotto's for our fine jewelry, Margarett alone has more than won us over as clients for life.

Absolutely love this jewelry store! I got the most beautiful ring for a great price. I had never heard of them, until I was actually shopping for my ring, and numerous people recommended I go see them. They are a drive from me, but well worth it. They are usually very busy too, so make sure you have lots of patience when you go shopping!

Meierotto Midwest Jewelry is not only the best jeweler throughout the midwest but is easily the best jeweler in the country. We live in Scottsdale, Az but won't buy anything anywhere else. They are a family owned operation that provides you with anything you need! I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I'm there! Their selection and prices can't be beat. Highly recommend!

We have the most memorable, unique and special memories of picking out our engagement ring at Meierotto’s. Emily took the time to get to know me and my fiancée. She actively listened and brought out settings and diamonds that suited me and my taste. She caught the essence of my personality and values. It amazed me how she keyed into my likes and dislikes, getting to know me as a person and us as a couple. I ended up choosing a band setting that I never would have picked out for myself. Yet, when I put it on, my fiancée and I both said “this is the one!” at the same time! The entire staff was helpful, warm and friendly. Emily is an excellent ambassador for their long standing family tradition of quality, customer service and facilitating wonderful memories for such a special time in our lives. Both the bride and groom's rings were Tacori from Meierotto's. I love my engagement ring and wedding band. My fiance has good taste! His wedding ring might be sized too big, so we need to make time to swing by Meierotto's to see if they can make any adjustments to help the fit.

We love Fisher! We have been there several times and were lucky enough to have her wait on us most times. She even began recognizing us and that made me feel like she really cared and enjoyed her job. Engagement/wedding rings are pricey but they're worth it. You'll have them forever so get what you want!! I hope to be seeing Fisher throughout the coming years!

Absolutely LOVE them. They were wonderful in helping us pick out my ring as well as my husband's. Have my brother-in-law to thank for referring my husband to them. We went in street clothes (my husband still in work clothes) and helped us like we were worth a million bucks. They took their time and their prices are great.

SO WONDERFUL! My fiance and I wanted matching wedding bands and our associate gave us exactly what we wanted. I HATE diamonds- sinful filthy things, so what we did was made our design for our wedding band and took it to them! It is brushed white gold 3 and 5 mm bands with three round saphirres set into square holes. So beautiful and such a great price for an original work of art! They also made my necklace (with only two weeks notice)! Making the rings from absolute scratch took them 6 weeks. WONDERFUL! The lady who helped is was named Jessica.

When my fiance at the time and I went looking to for my engagement ring- we looked every where. I wanted a princess cut diamond solitaire ring in white gold. We decided that the best way to go about this was to find a diamond I wanted and then find the setting. The selection of loose diamonds at most jewelry stores left a lot to be desired. My friend suggested Meierotto- they had amazing selection of loose diamonds and it changed daily. We went in and had to take a number (they are very busy, even though though they have a lot of staff). When it was out turn we were helped by Jessica, and she was really great, we told her what we had in mind and a price range and she started pulling the loose diamonds. She brought out a few at a time and we must have been there no less than an hour and a half. We didn't find what we wanted the first time but we went back several weeks later and asked to be helped by Jessica again. We went though the process again and Jessica was really great not rushing or pressuring us. We finally found the perfect diamond and decided to purchase it. We then went though the different settings- that was a lot easier. They have them on trays. We ordered the setting in my size and when it came in they mounted the diamond. I came in two weeks after we decided on the diamond and setting and tried on my ring. It was perfect. I recommend seeking Jessica out for the perfect engagement ring- she can also help you design your own style- she is very creative! We went back to Jessica to buy my husband wedding band- she gave us a great deal since we were repeat customers. The only bad thing about Meierotto is that their jewelry does not come with any type of warranty.

I found several settings I liked, working with a wonderful lady named Terri-she's the best, and then my fiance (now husband) went and talked with her and picked one out and then picked out a diamond and surprised me with the most beautiful ring ever! I have gotten more compliments on how unique and beautiful my ring is and let me say it never gets old hearing that! But I would love my ring no matter what! But Terri is wonderful to work with as well as most of the faces you see at Meierotto's. I also purchased cufflinks and my husband's band from there, which he loves! It is a place where you know you will be able to go back throughout the years and get the best service and the best gifts!! Go here and you will never go anywhere else!

I was extremely happy when we went to Meierotto's Jewelry Store to look for my engagement ring. We looked at so many and finally we found it! They special ordered it in my size, were very accomodating, professional and helpful in the process and we are super happy with it. The only thing is that it is a 45 minute drive from where I live, so I wish it was closer to me but that isn't their fault. I am glad I drove the extra miles because I have the ring I always wanted! And their prices are super! You get much more for the price with them!

Unique Designer Rings!

This Jeweler is top-notch. Jenny and Kelly were fantastic at helping us pick out the engagement ring and wedding bands! They were patient, understanding, and respectful of our needs! Very flexible, and custom is available! Obsessed! We'll be visiting for many anniversaries to come!

They helped my husband pick out a very unique ring for me. I wanted simple stack-able bands, they did not pressure him to buy a solitaire or more traditional diamond ring. We also bought his ring there for a great price. He was able to design earings for me from some family diamonds and I purchased cuff links for him there that match his wedding band. Great place!

I bought my wife's engagement and wedding band from mierotto's midwest jewelers. On the good size they have a HUGE selection of diamonds and bands, settings, etc. they also give you beer and drinks when you are looking for jewelery. On the down side they are always busy, they are not very personable, they have no good financing deals or a decent warranty, and they are WAY overpriced. I was luckily able to talk them down to 50% off of what they were originally asking for the engagement ring after threatining to leave and find another jeweler. When my fiance' came with me to pick out her wedding ring, after we bought it and left she ended up crying and wanted to return the ring because the saleswoman was so pushy with the sale and non-flexible. I would recommend them if you have a very specific piece of jewelry you are looking for or need something custom made because of the selection. I would also recommend them because of the beer. everything else you can find at much better prices without having to HAGGLE so much (which i hate!) at many different stores. If you do any business here work with the manager or one of the higher-ups... dont even bother with the peons or you will end up dissapointed.

My husband told me to go and look at rings before he did so that I knew about what I wanted. I went to this store because I wanted something that was not mass produced and unique just for me. They have a reputation for only stocking quality brands that hold up over time. I was unimpressed with their sales force and follow through. We chose a wedding set for me from their selection (which was BEAUTIFUL and unique), the engagement ring would be built specific for my finger size (due to the design) and the wedding band was an instock one that they just had to resize to match the other. When my fiancee picked the rings up, they never sized the wedding band. Good thing he had me try it on before our wedding day or we would have been in big trouble. When we took the sales slip back (that said they were to size the ring) with the ring they said that because the ring had left the store, they would have to charge us to size the ring. We had already spent thousands of dollars on the set, you would have thought that they could eat the $50 for ring sizing since it was obviously their error.

I would still consider purchasing from this store because of their selection, but would inspect my items carefuly before ever leaving the property next time!

Over a year ago, my fiance spent over $10K on a manufactured engagement ring, which is actually a fine product.

The initial purchase was not the best of experiences. The service was poor - we might as well just have been cattle. Everything from the take a number when you walk in the door to the clueless staff who did not know much about their product made this an ordeal.

When we returned for the matching wedding band, they did not have the manufacture's catalog available. We asked Meierotto's to look into this to order and never received a response. A few weeks later, we called to ask about the ring and no one seemed aware we were by earlier.

Subsequently, we were told by Meirotto's the matching wedding band was no longer being made. I called the manufacture's headquarters and they confirmed the band was still available. Meirotto's was puzzled but agreed to now order the matching band.

When we received the estimate, it was over $400.00 more expensive for the exact same product as compared to another jeweler we got a quote from including tax, shipping, etc.

For someone who just bought a very expensive diamond ring only a year before, this store could have cared less if we gave them any more business. The service was awful and the staff are aloof. I would never recommend shopping here unless there was no where else to go.
