Amazing Experience w/ Tasha @Meant2Be Events

We hired Tasha at Meant2Be to help plan our wedding this spring, and she was everything we could have wanted in a wedding planner. She was incredibly easy to work with and always available to talk through anything, no matter how small.

We looked at other wedding planners and she was by far the best value. She has different packages, and we appreciated she didn't try to oversell us based on our needs. We didn't get her top package, and she still made us feel like her #1 priority, even though we knew she was juggling other clients.

Tasha is extremely thorough, and because of her experience, whenever a potential issue came up, she immediately had a solution. Working with her made it impossible to feel stressed, and thanks to all of her hard work, our entire wedding weekend ran exactly as planned. We are so grateful to her and couldn’t recommend her more highly to any engaged couple!

Wedding Planner Superhero!

We are beyond grateful for the incredible work Tasha at Meant2Be Events put into making our day absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, she was organized, attentive, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. We felt comfortable with her from the start and went with a lot of her recommendations - she knows her stuff! We had stormy weather the evening of our outdoor wedding and she was able to quickly adapt EVERYTHING to cope with the shift in weather. We had a wonderful experience with Tasha.

Tasha was such a joy to work with. She literally put together an amazing upscale wedding for us within a month.
The important part was, she did all of that with such a grace! Wedding planning in general is difficult, even if there’s a whole year to plan, but it’s even far more difficult when you only have one month to do so. Tasha made sure everything went smoothly. Her problem-solving skills are off the charts. She is able to adjust herself to her clients way immediately, and she is so sharp in knowing within a few days what her clients truly want. She is so respectful and understanding of different cultures. One of the most important things to us was being able to communicate with her and get a response immediately especially because we had such a short time to plan the wedding and tasha was always available. Her optimism was extremely calming in difficult situations. Even two months after the wedding was over. When she learned we had trouble with one of the vendors she intervened, and once again, was able to solve the problem with her amazing optimism and action taking abilities tasha truly cares about her clients and definitely makes you feel she’s a part of your family holding your hands through the whole process and beyond. I highly recommend Tasha and I’m a very picky mother if the bride who seeks perfection and a bit hard to work with because of that and even with that Tasha scored %100!

Tasha Did an Excellent Job For Us!

We were very happy with Tasha's services through Meant2Be! She did a wonderful job leading us towards the big day, helping recommend vendors, making decisions, and lining all of the details up. The organization and the timeline on the wedding day was priceless. Her services were incredibly helpful and she's very skilled at what she does. Katie is the BEST!!!!!

Cannot express how grateful we are to our planner Katie!!! Because of here everything was absolutely prefect for our wedding. Katie was amazing at coordinating all the vendors and taking care of all the prep before the wedding, and always a zoom call or email away whenever we had any questions or concerns. The day of the wedding she was there for us every step, making sure we had our favorite drinks replenished throughout the night. Cannot say enough good things about Katie and Meant2be except that if you want a stress free perfect day look no further!!

Tasha is the best

Tasha Miller is the best. She is so patient, she really takes the time to understand what my vision is and what I want the day to look like. She has great suggestions but isn’t pushy, she is supportive and honest. My wedding ended up looking exactly as I had hoped. I’m a pretty organized person but when planning a wedding, it gets to be a lot to keep straight. She helped keep me straight. All of her recommended vendors were so great as well. I really trust her judgement and advise and I’m so happy we went with her.

Dream wedding planner

Tasha at Meant2Be Events was the best wedding planner we could have asked for. She’s dedicated and extremely hard-working and she turned our vision into a better reality than we could have expected. I planned our wedding from the East Coast and am not from the area, so I was very unfamiliar. Tasha had helpful suggestions for literally everything. I was very happy with every vendor she recommended - they were all top notch. She was always available and had endless patience for all of our questions. She was fantastic on the day - I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly went above and beyond to make our day incredibly special. I can’t recommend Meant2Be and Tasha enough!

Highly Recommend

Meant2Be will make your wedding dreams become a reality- seamlessly. Meant2Be, led by Tasha, offers excellent service and helps to make the often stressful planning process fun. Planning: Due to the pandemic, we had to plan and replan my wedding 3 times, but each step of the way Tasha and Meant2Be were there to help. They kept me organized because THEY were so organized. They also were there to make sure I thought about the things I didn’t know I needed to think about. They are professional, friendly, and compassionate in all they do. Vendors: They have access to great vendors and Tasha has wonderful relationships with them. She is well respected in the industry and by her brides and grooms. Day of the wedding: Meant2Be has you covered. I really didn’t need to think about much, only to enjoy the day. Their support, execution of my vision, and hard work helped make the day perfect. If I had to do it all over again (which I did 3 times), I’d choose Meant2Be!

Definitely recommend

Let this be your sign - you need a wedding coordinator. We thought we could do it all ourselves because we only had 24 guests. But as I read somewhere, you can't star in the show and direct it! It would have been SO stressful if Tasha weren't there. She did an excellent job understanding our vision and implementing it. Highly recommend.

Perfection

Meant2Be Events provided the kind of support necessary to provide my husband and I with the fairytale wedding experience we could have only dreamed of. Upon our first meeting we were asked what was most important to us... We mentioned that we did not want to think about anything during the wedding because we just wanted to focus on spending time with our friends and family. It is safe to say that need was met and then exceeded 10x if you can believe it. The job of a wedding planner is not easy in normal circumstances, but Tasha Miller made it seem effortless even through the chaos of Covid-19 and the postponement of our wedding. Tasha truly understood all of our wants and needs and executed flawlessly from day 1 and then up to and beyond our wedding day. As if Tasha was fantastic enough on her own, she brought with her an associate or "bride-shadow" named Katie who was exceptional in her own right. Between the two of them, neither myself, my husband, or our families and friends had to think about any of the details or complete any tasks or errands during our special weekend. It's difficult to even write this review because I don't know if I'm able to put into words the amount of gratitude we have for Tasha, Katie, and the Meant2Be Events team. Meant2Be is the key to a successful wedding planning journey!

We can't thank the Meant2Be team enough for all of the support and assistance they provided planning our wedding. When we first connected with Tasha, she listened to what we were looking for and advised on a package and a plan that would meet our needs. Taylor, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing to work with! We had a destination wedding and really depended on Taylor to help us navigate anything and everything required to working with different vendors. Being extremely detail oriented but also very busy professionals, we appreciated Taylor's guidance that ultimately kept us on track. In a normal environment, I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without the help of Meant2Be. Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel and reschedule our wedding. Taylor reached out to our vendors to help secure and plan for the new date. Everything came together so wonderfully. Even with a smaller group of family and friends in attendance, we were still able to have the beautiful ceremony and celebration that we had envisioned. Excellent Planner

I cannot say enough great things about Meant2Be. I had originally hired a different wedding planner which didn’t end up working out. It was a pretty poor experience and my spirits were low. I was referred to Meant2Be and instantly fell in love with Tasha and Taylor. I can honestly say they made me excited about my wedding again. Taylor was my lead planner and she was SO great. She was responsive, timely, professional, caring and FUN. She thought about all the small details that I hadn’t. She was always willing to work around my crazy schedule which was much appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even rushing to the store day of to pick up a few items that had broken outside the prior night due to heavy winds. That type of service is unprecedented. She also assisted with a vendor issue I had AFTER my wedding. I am a very particular person and I can confidently say, I would recommended Meant2Be to anyone! An absolute must have

We worked primarily with Tasha and it was such a pleasure. She was extremely professional, prompt and polite throughout the entire process. Having her by my side while dealing with vendors made the process seamless.

My biggest wish was for the week of the wedding to be as least stressful as possible. Tasha made my wish come true! Everything went perfect and we were able to focus on spending time with family and friends instead of wedding details and vendors. We HIGHLY recommend using Tasha and Meant2Be events.

We highly recommend Taylor! At first, we didn't think we wanted/needed a coordinator, but I am very glad we decided to have one! Taylor was awesome, she came to our tasting with us and made sure she had all the details for our wedding day. She is a great listener and wants your wedding day to be exactly what you want. She is so sweet and easy to get along with, my mom was very involved and is very particular, but Taylor was willing to work with her and make sure we were all on the same page...I didnt realize how much I appreciated having Taylor until the rehearsal day and of course the day of the wedding. She decorated, organized, directed, supported and helped all of us! She thinks of so many little things to make the day run smoothly, that honestly never even cross your mind as a bride. Taylor is the absolute best wedding planner! I feel so lucky to have had her by my side for the 9 month process of planning my dream wedding. She recommended two extremely important vendors, who were able to give us great deals because of working with her- Julius Photography and Mancini Entertainment for our DJ. She took the vision of what I wanted for my wedding and helped make it logistically a reality. She worked with all of my vendors, taking care of all the details to make sure everything with them was perfect. Any time I had a question for any one of my vendors, I could simply reach out to Taylor and she would be on it immediately. She was extrememly helpful in making sure I knew what to do when in the planning process, and she was great at holding me accountable for keeping up with the timeline. When the big day finally came, she was essential in making sure everything ran smoothly. My day was perfect and carefree because Taylor took care of everything. Tasha also assisted at our wedding, and she was just as incredible as Taylor was. I am so grateful for both of them and the Meant2Be company for making my wedding the best.

More than a wedding coordinator or even a planner, what Tasha was to me was a confidante and friend -- a woman I could rely on to ensure that the most special day of my daughter's life was carried out with poise and professionalism. No matter how hectic or daunting the task at hand seemed, Tasha was a spark plug to keep us going: always positive, always charismatic, and most of all always understanding.

Tasha has an incredible repertoire of vendors at her disposal and helped us choose the perfect group to pull off the best wedding possible.

I hired Meant2Be events for my destination wedding at the Biltmore in March 2018 and I am so incredibly happy that I did - Taylor Baker is AMAZING. She knows exactly what to do, when to do it, how to make things look beautiful. Taylor also has personal relationships with some of the best vendors in the area. Thanks to her (and her teamwork with Lindsay Russel at the Biltmore) my wedding (which had multiple events) went so smoothly and without a single hitch. Many of our vendors provided us with "extras" in our service contracts once they knew who our coordinator was (i.e., extra hours of photography, discount on rentals, etc.) My husband and I were pretty hands off during our planning period and Taylor used her experience and discretion to throw us a fabulous wedding. We couldn't be happier with her work. Taylor and the team at Meant2Be are also extremely personable, kind, and fun to work with. Without a doubt, I would use them again. Thank you!

Taylor was absolutely amazing! Being a super organized person, at first I wasn’t sure how much help I would need, but as the days came closer I leaned on Taylor for so much support- whether it was asking ten million little questions and getting her advice on guestbooks and table numbers to being able to completely relax and be carefree on my wedding day- knowing that every detail I had thought of was 100% safe in Taylor’s hands. We planned our multicultural 4-event Arizona wedding remotely, and we both work a ton. We needed planners who understood us and were trustworthy! About 3.5 months out, we had to part ways with our prior planner, which was a “bit” stressful. Words can't express my gratitude to Meant2be Events. Regina talked to us for almost 2 hours and fixed 3 huge issues with our wedding the same night we emailed her. We hired Meant2be basically 30 seconds after we talked to her. She, with Tasha and Taylor, made wedding planning so fun and easy!

I want to share 3 things Meant2be taught me--which are the factors that distinguish them as the best planning (and probably most underrated) company in the state:

1) Find mutual respect. Regina, Tasha, and Tay saw us as equals, not just professionally, but also as friends. It was so easy to talk to them, and we learned that it is so important to not feel guilty about speaking your mind when planning your own wedding. Find people who respect your time. I work a job where I got basically get a few minutes of free time periodically. They sent consolidated and organized messages for me to briefly look on my phone and say yes or no.

2) Be Flexible. While it is great to find a planner who lets you speak your mind, be willing to change what is considered your "dream" wedding. These ladies are boss to the max. By letting go of a lot of things most brides worry about, Reg, Tash, and Tay used their experience to enhance our dream wedding into absolute perfection.

3) Be Yourself. We wanted a wedding that was reflective of our personalities, and we are not your average couple. Every single one of our guests were amazed with our unique wedding. That's exclusively because Meant2be cared about us.

When you find the people who can enhance the planning experience, it's worth it. I now have 3 lifelong friends who I can't wait to see again! But, I have to make this awkward and cheesy: with these ladies, you just know its meant to be. Xoxo AF

Tasha Miller and Taylor Baker @ Meant 2 Be Events were a pleasure to work with, to help us plan an amazing 3 day wedding weekend in 2018.
3 elegant events in Scottsdale for a destination wedding (a small portion were locals) that did not disappoint. With their help, we planned 2 pre-event parties and the BIG DAY in just 9 months. The team knows the Arizona wedding scene and guided us to professional and creative vendors who followed through on all that was promised. Always responsive, honest and pleasant....I'd do this all over again with this team! They are steady hands every step of the way. Thank you for executing every aspect as we envisioned. My husband and I worked with Tasha for about a year while we planned our wedding that took place this past Sunday (1/14/18). From the beginning, Tasha was professional, clear, and extremely helpful. We live in a different state from our venue, so having Tasha be the person to contact the different vendors and serve as the intermediary when we couldn't be available was amazing.

We had many phone calls, texts, and emails with Tasha, who made it clear that we could count on her for anything and everything no matter the time of day. During the week leading up to the wedding, Tasha took care of everything for us so that we wouldn't have to worry - she even wrote in the table numbers on our seating cards so we didn't have to. Tasha was great in listening to our vision for the wedding and adding in small details that we hadn't even thought about (like glass chargers for our sweetheart table).

Because Tasha had been a wedding planner on the venue-side before, she knew all of the right vendors to get us the best prices. She worked within our budget and made sure we had options to choose from. When we wanted to hire certain new vendors, Tasha worked to make sure that everything would flow seamlessly. We couldn't have had our perfect wedding day without Tasha and the Meant2Be team!!!!

Tasha and the Meant2be Events Team was fabulous! Leading up to the BIG DAY, Tasha kept us on point and really helped us envision our day! She helped us find great and dependable vendors (photographer, videographer, flowers, quartet, officiant, etc.) that also made our day just perfect! Tasha and Meant2Be could not have been a better choice to help us plan our big day. Being an out of town client, the communication could not have been easier and when we were in town availability to meet was never an issue. We were looking for a team to make sure the day went as smooth as possible and we got exactly what I was looking for. From the details of the day and organization with vendors and venue, to dealing with our crazy families and our old, blind dog, it could not have gone better and I do not know what I would have done without Tasha and Meant2Be!

If there are any brides feeling overwhelmed and in need of a wedding planner, Meant2Be is the place to pick! From the second I spoke with Tasha, she made me feel calm and take things one step at a time. I was in the midst of planning a destination wedding and she helped me pick THE BEST & MOST AMAZING VENDORS in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Tasha frequently checked in with me via phone and e-mail to make sure things were moving along as they should be. The day of the wedding was so enjoyable for me. Tasha made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be which left me relaxed and truly able to ENJOY my big day. Tasha was my sanity and I can't thank her enough for all of her help. I feel very fortunate to have used Tasha Miller from Meant To Be to assist my daughter in planning her wedding. She was very professional, responsive, fun and knew who the great vendors were! She assisted us with putting our team of vendors together and with their pricing. We feel so blessed to have had Tasha's expertise in all the different stages of the wedding planning! She attended to every detail and I can't think of one thing that was overlooked! The day of the wedding I could enjoy getting ready for the ceremony and not worry about any of the details as she had them all covered. I trusted her and she did a fantastic job!! This lady, where to start on how fantastic she is! Every detail is covered and from the moment you start she is there with a smile and an answer, she will think of things before you do, and she will always be a step ahead. We wish there were more than words to describe Tasha and her abilities...as her knowledge and experience is without compare. She has the innate ability to anticipate and address needs before they even arise, which is amazing. From the first moment we met, she put us at ease with her demeanor, as well as the confidence to say "I don't know" to a question, followed immediately by " but I will find out". And then, actually following through with the results.
As the time progressed from our first meeting to our wedding, Tasha continued to impress us with her knowledge, as well as her relationships in the industry. She recommended exceptional vendors, all of whom demonstrated a similar and outstanding work ethic coupled with amazing work.
The wedding day is what Tasha is all about. This is the day she shines. From the little details such as headache medicine, to the big details such as somehow locating a pocket square at the last minute (the color matched perfectly) she goes further than the "extra mile".
It goes without saying we were genuinely impressed with Tasha, and if you have the chance to make her a part of your wedding, we encourage you to do so without hesitation.

Words don't do justice to just how amazing Tasha was when it came to pulling our wedding together. She took almost all the stress out of the last month of my wedding planning. She was there for anything and everything I needed. Day of she made sure everything was moving on time and seamlessly. She is the single reason I was able to focus solely on the wonderful day and knew that any issues that may have arose would be handled. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and hire Meant to Be! Seriously the BEST decision I did when planning my wedding. Regina and Tasha were amazing from start to finish.

I started to plan my wedding for about a day before I realized this was NOT my strength. Even though I was not looking to spend a fortune on a simple, rustic, barn wedding, I quickly learned that the labyrinth of vendors, contracts, planning, and coordination was not for me or my demanding work schedule. I had seen too many friends/family stressed out of their mind on their wedding day. Their mothers and MOHs running around like crazy trying to get the final decorations done. Vendors late and tasks not finished. I thought to myself- how much would I write a check for to know that everything would be 100% done and my family and I could enjoy every second of my wedding day. At that point it was an easy decision and one that I never regretted for a second. On top of all that- I think through their vendor partnerships they may have actually saved me more money than they cost!

These ladies are the read deal and the vendors that they recommend are first class. I would hire them 100 times over.

It is difficult to put into words how invaluable our wedding planner, Tasha Miller, was in the success of our wedding. We worked closely with Tasha over almost 9 months. We started from the beginning — after discussing our budget and wishes, she began by providing a first pass list of venues. Once we selected our venue and date, she provided recommendations for all other vendors: officiant, music, DJs, stationary, flowers, photography, videography, cake, makeup — everything. The best part of this is she played phone tag with everyone on our behalf to find availability and pricing. As two working professionals we did not have time to chase down vendors.

Tasha seemed to have first hand experience working with everyone in the business. This was invaluable when it came time to give recommendations or answer our questions about certain vendors. Furthermore, because we were working with a planner most of our vendors offered us some sort of kickback or discount. As a result the planning service was effectively paid for with other vendor discounts.

Tasha was with us every step of the way. She did our design mockups and helped us with our stationary choices. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, Tasha was ready.

When our wedding month arrived, Tasha took care of our wedding timeline which was extraordinarily detailed. We did not have to deal with vendors at all on our wedding day or the days prior — Tasha handled all of it. For a stressful event, we cannot speak highly enough of this fact alone. The day of our wedding Tasha really shined. She interfaced with all of the vendors, the on site coordinator, directed guests, and kept everything on schedule. When we needed something during the day or had an issue that needed addressing, she was on it. She made it the lowest stress day possible.

Our wedding was perfect. Everything went as planned and our guests loved it. Tasha was a big part of that success. We cannot recommend her, or Meant2Be Events, enough.

The ladies at Meant2Be Events in Scottsdale were incredible! I had the privilege of having Tasha as my lead planner and Erin as the day of coordinator. Both were flawless and incredibly helpful in every aspect of my wedding. I was a full time graduate student and had to take boards a month before my wedding so I was stressed about researching vendors within my budget and availability of my popular wedding day! Thankfully, Tasha was very attentive and quick to respond with excellent vendor suggestions that were both within my budget and available with high ratings. The vendors Tasha helped me choose were impeccable, timely, and incredibly professional. The overall design of my wedding was exactly had I had envisioned and taken beyond all within my budget. On the day of the wedding, I honestly did not stress about any moment because I knew these ladies were handling it. Erin was a superstar on my wedding day. She made sure everything was in line/place and that the guests were happy! I had an incident where my mother-in-law was having a low-blood sugar moment and Erin was incredible attentive and made her a plate of hor d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. This gesture just mildly demonstrates the professionalism and high quality of service the ladies of Meant2Be Events provide for all of their bride and grooms plus their families! I highly recommend them, especially to those who want an amazing wedding day that you actually enjoy and love!

If you are looking for a guarantee that your wedding or special function will come off flawlessly, Meant2Be Events, specifically Tasha Miller, is absolutely your vendor of choice. On October 15, 2016, our son was married at the Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ. Tasha, along with Erin, was absolutely marvelous in overseeing every step of the day insuring all events went off seemlessly. If there was a mis-step along the way (and there was not) absolutely no one knew it. This alone is a great testimony to Tasha's attention to detail, her ability to size up a situation, her planning and coordination capabilities and her wonderful personality. One of the greatest strengths that Tasha and Meant2Be have in general is their absolutely wonderful relationships with some of the best vendors in the business. Because of these relationships, everyone knew what their role was and how to work together to deliver an truly wonderful day for us. Living in Chicago, it was important that our vision was understood and there was a sense of comfort that everything would come off without a hitch...and that is exactly what happened. Tasha was exceptional at organizing the Wedding Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner and all of the events throughout the entire Wedding day. She comes with wonderful ideas and always puts the needs and wants of the client first. Our memories and those of our guests for our special day will be remembered for a long time due in very large part to Tasha. Just wonderful!

Meant 2 Be events has an option for everyone. I chose the 45 day out and day-of assistance from M2B and I couldn't have been happier! We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Dessert

Mountain in Arizona and we had the pleasure of having Tasha

Miller from MEANT2BE Events as our wedding planner. Tasha

was extremely efficient and it was through her scheduling that

all the vendors arrived promptly and everything went

absolutely according to plan. Tasha was incredibly friendly,

When my husband and I were planning our wedding he was a couple thousand miles away for work, and I was home with my loving parents trying to put together the best wedding possible. Though we hired Regina only about two or three months before the wedding, had we not, everything would have fallen apart. We coordinated over the phone, via email, and finally in person and every second I knew she saw my vision and was in sync with my steps. My family gave me incredible love and support and we did a pretty great job of putting the basics together like venue and dress. But Regina was the one who got all my vendors together and reminded me of the little things and helped me make snap decisions and, finally, be the instructor I didn't want to have to be on my big day. She let me just be a bride instead of a planner and an organizer and a leader. She fixed any small problems, some I may not even know about to this day. My point being, whether you hire her to plan everything for a couple years from the very get go, or you hire her for the last couple weeks of planning, it's worth it. I will always be grateful for her support on that day because there was no better experience than just being able to be a bride.

Regina was absolutely fantastic. She handled everything on the day of the Wedding. She was flexible and helpful and made it all about my husband and I. She shielded me from any chaos or drama that surrounded the event or my guests. I was able to kick back and enjoy our day. She was so on top of everything.. she told me where to be, what to do, and ultimately told me that this day was about me and whatever I wanted to do... that's what we would do. Regina at meant2be events was truly unbelievable. She was first recommended to me by my wonderful florist and I am so glad I chose her to help plan our wedding! I am not what you would call a "wedding" type of person...meaning I have not pondered for decades what my wedding would be like and when I finally got engaged, I really didn't think a wedding planner would be necessary. Boy was I wrong. I quickly formed a high-level idea of what I wanted the day to entail, but I had so many questions and kept finding myself reaching out to Regina over and over again about the details. Crazy me decided to plan a wedding in 3 months while getting a new job across the country and selling my house, but surprisingly, with Regina's help the planning process went flawlessly.
The first thing that struck me about her was her quick response time and willingness to either provide the answers I needed or point me in the right direction. Over the course of a couple of months, however, I quickly realized what a truly genuine, kind, and committed person she really is. She loves her job! Everything about my wedding day was perfect and on-point and I didn't have to worry about one single thing. I just enjoyed my day with friends and family and soon-to-be husband. My husband and I had an amazing wedding in Phoenix in July, 2015. We are still getting compliments that it was such a beautiful, perfect day. We are so grateful for the role that Regina played in our special day. I reached out to her when I was feeling overwhelmed with the process of sorting through different vendors. It seemed as if the more I researched the more confused I became. After meeting with Regina, I felt I could trust her recommendations completely. Our first meeting was really the first and last "interview" I needed! She deciphered our style and personality so perfectly and within a week (after months of confusion) we had our people lined up! We were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding day. Our entire team worked so seamlessly together. By the end of the night I didn't want to see them go--I wanted them to move to the after party with us! I have a tendency to get really stressed and have a hard time relinquishing control. I didn't want a wedding day filled with stress--I wanted to be able to take a deep breath and be part of the day. Regina handled our day with extreme professionalism, as she did every aspect leading up to the day. She and meant3be events made our wedding day and entire party possible. Hands down would never have had the most incredible day without her. When you start to plan a wedding - especially long distance-you have no Idea the venture you are beginning. Our wedding without Regina and her team would have been like a boat at sea full of people with no captain or compass. Regina made our wedding absolutely perfect. It's one accomplishment to plan & execute a wedding that presents no obstacles, but to do so successfully even when things are seemingly falling apart is talent. In planning, no sooner could I send an email insinuating interest in a rental or vendor before Regina would already have sources or initial contact established for me. She went above & beyond to find rare vintage rentals that weren't an easy find for 120++. Regina was also the catalyst for our selecting near every other vendor & all were not only outstanding but made the day even more special in their own way. We traveled from sunny CA to sunny AZ to have our wedding-- or at least we thought we did. I must say, a little rain is not the end of the world with Regina in charge. My emotions Friday, as I watched the resort flood in conditions AZ residents called rare were down. I saw my dream wedding falling apart. Not only did Regina maintain her composure & keep me in good spirits, she did everything to make Saturday perfect despite forecast, & did so without adding stress to me. She had a plan B lined up to such an extent, our Hacienda, where our average/no decor after party was to take place, set up with florals and candles as an option to move to if reception weather became too bad. The Hacienda later became a beautiful after party to a perfect reception that while some rain did fall, it was not enough to dampen the beautiful reception she pulled together from our many talks. The attention to detail and precaution she took was amazing. Most importantly, Regina felt like a friend. In a moment of emotions while rain fell on our reception, I admit I broke down--only briefly (the memory now is a part of a perfect evening, even rain and break-down included), Regina comforted me & made me feel content and grateful. Regina is the best decision any ebride can make. You're not just hiring a planner, but someone who CARES, & her work is outstanding. Love her!!

Here's the deal. Regina is for brides who want to sleep at night. She is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL - she takes her job seriously and understands that her reputation depends on the success of her weddings. I cannot tell you how many people told me my wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to, from the sheer gorgeousness of it, great DJ, awesome rabbi and ceremony, to the totally smooth transitions between every part of the evening. My day was PERFECT, start to finish, thanks to her.

She is not "fluff" like so many other wedding planners I met, she is the real deal. Regina is not going to pat you on the head and let you make bad decisions - she knows this business in and out, and her judgement is impeccable. She responds to your emails within minutes. She coordinates your vendors, your timelines, your contracts, your finances. Her style and eye for wedding design, along with her amazing ability to translate your vision into reality are everything you want in your planner.

If you are like me, and you have absolutely no idea how to plan a wedding, let go of your stress, hire Regina, and breathe easy knowing you will have a spectacular wedding and she will not let anything bad happen. She is pure gold and I am so, so grateful to have had her as my wedding planner... and ALSO lucky to have gotten to know her as a person and friend.

Regina was my lifesaver during my engagement. I went from a "I can do this myself" bride to an "if I see one more Pinterest board or idea, I'm going to scream" bride. I was originally assigned to another lead planner..... who ended up leaving the wedding planning/event planning business about halfway through. Regina picked up midway and it was like she had planned everything from the beginning --- absolutely seamless transition. She was so responsive and so helpful with bouncing ideas off of. I think having someone helping saved my relationship ;) even before the day-of, I was recommending her to anyone who would listen and now that the wedding is over, I can't imagine having done it without her. As father of the bride (now I know the term FOB), I'd like to Regina for making it all possible for a dream wedding for my daughter and son in law. Having Regina plan the wedding was the best decision my daughter could have made. She was professional from the day I met her and her ideas and opinions were always right on. I am still receiving comments from our guests stating that it was the best wedding they have attended and that is all because of Regina's planning. When starting to plan our wedding I never thought we would hire a wedding planner. I thought that I could do it all on my own. However that couldn't be further from the truth. Regina worked with us for the last month before the wedding {we had the 'Details' package} and it really gave me a piece of mind. A couple months prior to the wedding I had most of the details figured out but there were a couple key things I didn't have. Starting to feel myself stressing out I decided to look into a planner. I called a few different planners and it was obvious Regina was the one I wanted to work with. From the first phone call Regina put me at ease and seemed like a friend. Prior to our month-of timeline Regina was super responsive and helpful if I had any questions and helped me secure the last couple vendors I was still looking for.

When our month-of timeline began I was constantly in contact with Regina and/or her lead planner Chelsea, and they did a terrific job of making sure nothing was missed. Whether that be recommending a good place to get votives, making sure we had transportation post-wedding {we didn't, oops!}, or making sure there was champagne in our dressing room!

Once the Big Day was here Regina and Chelsea were fantastic! As soon as we got to our venue {the Desert Botanical Garden} the gals were just awesome! The whole day went so fast, but I just remember having the BEST DAY EVER and not having to worry about a thing! The reason being that Regina and Chelsea made sure that everything went on without a hitch. That began with them contacting and coordinating all of my vendors to create a timeline. While everything didn't go as exactly as planned {there were some timing 'hiccups' from another vendor}, we had no worries and were really able to enjoy the night!

I would highly recommend Regina, Chelsea, and Meant 2 Be Events. They were absolutely fabulous and really allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! Thanks Regina and Chelsea!

There is one reason that wedding planning was easy for me. Regina. I was a very particular bride, to say the least. I wanted to be involved in every decision. Regina took my ideas and turned them into a reality. Her knowledge is invaluable, she will tell you when something will not work or is out of budget. She completely understood what I wanted, it was like she was in my head. If I couldn’t describe what I wanted, she would magically draw what she was thinking in her head (literally, she would text me drawings), and it was perfect!

It was also important to me that my planner was caring and had a fun personality, and someone I got along with. I would now call Regina my friend. Regina’s bubbly personality is infectious. She is a pleasure to be around, and really makes the planning process enjoyable, even when it is stressful. Like for example when you check the weather the Sunday before your wedding, and it says that there is a 60% chance of rain (I had an outdoor ceremony, and outdoor cocktail hour). I knew that it was Sunday morning in the middle of wedding season, but I had to let Regina know how upset and freaking out I was. I texted her, received a call back immediately calming me down. By the next day, we had plan B in place. This was no normal plan B, this was plan B that was better than plan A. Regina contacted her people during the weekend to secure the most fabulous ceremony and cocktail hour spot at my hotel. I knew that I was grateful for Regina during the planning process, but I literally do NOT know what I would have done without her during the week before my wedding. Everything we had planned for a year suddenly changed. My plan B was more than I could have ever dreamed of, all because of Regina. I know that people say this, but it was better than what we originally planned. I look back on my wedding and I am truly happy with every memory in my head. This would not have been possible without Regina! A million thanks!!!

The "Details" package was just what my daughter and I needed to make the last month prior to the wedding seamless and smooth. With so many little things to attend to, Meant2be Events made sure nothing slipped through the cracks------coordinating the vendors, conducting the rehearsal, scheduling the girl's hair and make-up slots, ensuring picture taking went according to plan, checking that the ceremony, cocktail, and reception sites were ready and waiting, and a host of other things I've not mentioned. It was absolutely worth it to have Meant2be Events as a partner in creating wonderful wedding experiences for everyone in attendance.

I want to go to the top of the highest mountain and yell to the whole world how amazing Regina and Chelsea are! Wedding round 2(first wedding we eloped and the fabulous Regina married us because she is just that wonderful) was breathtaking and everything and more than I could have hoped for! These two ladies, who became friends throughout this process, are a fiery brilliantly beautiful dream team who make wedding dreams come true! They turned my antique tea party image into an enchanted garden tea party. Every detail was perfect and it was a night that my husband and I and our families will remember for always. These ladies are unstoppable and were blessed with an amazing gift and I am blessed to have met them and to have found them to make that day and the entire experience special.

I don't know who I love more, my new husband - or Regina and Meant2Be Events! Seriously though, all kidding aside, Regina and her team are THE BEST! I know I probably sound like a broken record, or all of the other brides when I say that hiring a wedding planner (specifically Regina) was the best decision I could have made for my wedding, but it WAS! She's like this little wedding fairy that makes all of your wedding dreams come true while you're sleeping! Aside from her wonderful vendor recommendations, knowledge of the biz, attention to detail, positive attitude, adorable personality, and overall absolute fabulousness - I can honestly say that I would NOT have had the wedding that I did, had it not been for her. Meant2beevents was hands down the reason our wedding was as our guests said, "the best wedding we've ever been to!". I had been watching Meant2be on FB for over a year as I was impatiently waiting for my then boyfriend to propose. I knew that when the day finally came that Regina and her team at Meant2be events would be my absolute first and only choice for a wedding planner. Their attention to detail and the uniqueness of their designs drew me in from the very start and the absolutely amazing service they provided throughout the whole process reiterated the reason we chose them.

From the very beginning Regina was there for every question, idea and bride induced panic I had. She never once made me feel crazy or like a burden for constantly reaching out to her. She had an answer for everything and made me feel like I was always her only client. She is experienced as they come and works with top quality vendors. Both our DJ and Photographer were referred by her and they definitely added to our amazing experience on our day. Every detail we wanted was created by Regina and her team. We wanted our day to be more of a celebration than a typical wedding and we walked away with that exact feeling. The day was FLAWLESS! We received so many compliments from guests on how wonderful everything was. My bridesmaids even mentioned that they had never been involved in a wedding that ran so smoothly. We were all stress free that day aside from my own wedding jitters. Yes, Nikki is so right - we were that family that didn't "need" a wedding planner because we felt we had the time, resources, and vision to put this small wedding together on our own. After a few months elapsed, we kind of reached an impasse and began to realize we didn't even know what we didn't know! We interviewed Regina, then stepped away and hired her on the spot. No regrets there - truth is, a wedding planner's fee is more than offset by her industry connections & her discounts and vendor resources. Each vendor that we interviewed had been pre-selected and was a perfect fit for our budget and preferences. We never had to question the integrity of any of the businesses or stress about the multitude of details that present throughout this process. Regina was an amazing planner and I am honored to call her a friend after my whole wedding planning process. When I first started this whole wedding planning I had no clue what I wanted or what I was supposed to do. Regina and Chelsea walked me thru everything, from the proper etiquette to picking the perfect flowers; they were there every step of the way. Regina talked me off the ledge whenever friends and family were asking me questions and made me feel confident that she had it all taken care of. The day before the wedding, she took care of all of the rehearsal items and the rehearsal dinner went off without a hitch! Regina had the whole wedding day planned and went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined. I can’t tell you how many compliments I have received since the BIG day on how wonderful Regina was and I could not agree more! You guys truly rocked it and made Brett and my day absolutely perfect! I don't even know where to start with Regina and Chelsea with meant2be events! I wish I could give a 10 star rating!! I hadn't planned on using a wedding planner, I had a small wedding of just 50 people so I thought I would be able to handle everything on my own. BOY, was I wrong. From the moment I met Regina, I felt so comfortable with her and knew I had to have her help and guidance with planning our wedding. That was the best decision I have ever made through out this whole process, instead of saying Yes of course :). I can not even tell you how many times through the planning process that I thought to my self "what would I have done with out her and Chelsea's help?" They were able to take the stress out of everything and just leave the fun for me. I never had a moment of being a "bridezilla" and I believe 100% that it is because of them. Regina was able to take my vision and make all of my dreams come true times 100. My wedding day was absolutely magical. I enjoyed my time with Regina and Chelsea so much and will miss talking with them so much. It was so nice to have these two girls that I really consider friends at the end of all of this. Hiring meant2be events was the reason my wedding day was smooth, stress free, and nothing short of amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was so impressed when I met with Regina because of her professionalism, industry knowledge and experience and creative vision. I am a pretty organized person myself but was looking for someone with that extra something that wouldn't let anything fall through the cracks and that could negotiate with vendors on my behalf. Regina and Chelsea were both a pleasure to work with and all of my guests were completely blown away by every single detail from the extraordinary flowers and raised centerpieces, custom dancefloor, red love seat for my husband and I to sit in, unique floor arrangements, table menus and placecards, etc. I would absolutely recommend Meant2be events for anything you are hosting that you want to be impressive and stress free!

My husband and I work quite a bit and we didn't know how we would ever find time to plan a wedding. Then I found REGINA! She made what I thought was going to be a stressful and time consuming task to be a totally fun experience. During all of the planning I kept thinking this is too easy. She gave us great options to choose from for all of our vendors AND found us an amazing venue to have our wedding at. Without her we never would have found Hotel Palomar. The day of the wedding she was there to help me stay calm and took care of EVERYTHING. I just had to show up, get ready and walk down the aisle. The ceremony was beautiful! When we walked into the reception to get a sneak peak at everything before all of the guests came in from cocktail hour I was blown away. I never could have created what Regina did on my own. It was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you so much for making everything perfect. It was truly the best day of our lives.

My fiance and I were living overseas while planning our wedding. We hired Regina after one phone call. She was professional and had a fantastic energy that took away all of our doubts about being able to plan our dream wedding. She responded to our emails quickly, usually within 24 hours. She gave us options so we could decide on the perfect vendors. There were so many details that we would have overlooked had she not been there to guide us. We didn't meet her in person until 4 months before our wedding. She had scheduled an afternoon of appointments where we saw our venue for the first time, picked out linens, flowers, centerpieces, met our photographer, DJ, caterer and had a fabulous tasting. There was no way we could have done that on our own! Regina met with us early on the day of the rehearsal to work out last minute details and made sure our bridal party knew what to expect. Our wedding was perfect!!! There was no stress on our end which meant we could enjoy every moment! We had an outdoor ceremony and reception. Regina brought in heaters for our guests, and was prepared to move dinner inside should the rain in the forecast happen. She even ran out between the ceremony and reception to buy the sparklers that I had forgotten for our exit! We have had nothing but compliments about our wedding. Everyone had a blast! We credit Regina with it all. She made our wedding unique and completely us. She was able to take our ideas and our love story and incorporate them together in a way we couldn't have imagined. She was an absolute lifesaver! Her creativity, hard work and organizational skills are astounding. She was a dream to work with and we would recommend her a million times over!! Because of Regina, our wedding day was completely stress free for us. She took care of everything and made sure it was exactly what we wanted and even more. I can't quite explain how grateful we are for all of her hard work and dedication to making the biggest day of our lives perfect.

Regina was a huge asset the day of the wedding. Plans were to go outside for the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner, but mother nature had other plans. They had to move everything inside, just hours before it was go time. I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Regina there to coordinate everyone. She did an amazing job. The final product was just what we wanted for our big day, and more. As much as we wanted to have our wedding outdoors, Regina made it just as special and intimate indoors. Regina is the ultimate wedding superhero! She was recommended to me by a good friend and my photographer for my wedding who works with Regina quite often. From the first phone conversation with Regina I knew she would be amazing and could tell the passion she has for what she does and with my now husband being in Afghanistan I knew I'd need her. We had started planning the wedding my husband and I are having in November and everything has been perfect and when I told Regina that my husband and I were planning on going to the court house to get married while he was home, but still have the big wedding with our family and friends she told me she was ordained and could marry us and she did. Daniel and I just couldn't wait to be married. She married us this last December and it was perfect in every way. I was so honored that she offered to do that for us.There is nothing this fabulous woman can't do and she goes above and beyond for her brides. With Regina you don't just get a wedding planner, you get an amazing friend with talent and passion for everything she does. As a busy attorney, I had big ideas with little time to make my bid day happen like I imagined. Regina was my hero. Wherever I had doubt, she had guidance. When I was clueless about certain design elements, she had wonderful suggestions. When I got behind in making choices, she had patience and guidance. By the time my wedding day came around, I wasn't even nervous - I knew she would ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She far surpassed that. And when things threatened to mar the day (e.g. 25 mile an hour wind gusts) she was flexible, comforting, and went to work making necessary adjustments. When we started to plan our wedding we had so many amazing recommendations that made starting the process a breeze. Without a doubt- the best and most needed vendor I had for my big day was Regina. She had the insight throughout the whole planning process to guide me through the process and take the decor to a level I could have never planned myself. On the day of our wedding- I was stressing about all of the little details that I kept adding and adding- would they all happen the way I had envisioned it in my head? Not only did everything get set up (despite a turnaround in our event space) but it looked better than I could have ever planned myself. Step 1- Call Regina and watch your dreams come to life Step 2- Relax and let this amazing woman guide you and your partner through your big day so you can enjoy. (thank goodness I did) I thought that because I knew a little about events, my big day wouldn't have any hiccups but they happen because hey- you can't get 100 people together without it. But what makes Regina so amazing as a planner is- creating an extra centerpiece when it's needed, getting my mom to pictures on time and sewing my broken bustle. She is so much more than a planner- definitely forever the master of our big day!

I’ll admit, when my now husband and I got engaged, we had no intention on hiring a wedding planner and figured that we could do it all ourselves. We’re both very independent and DIY type of people. However, that all changed when Regina from Meant 2 Be Events approached us at a wedding venue open house. From the moment that my husband and I met her we could tell that she is creative, excited, and passionate about what she does. She took our very abstract vision and transformed it into this beautiful reality that I couldn’t have originally imagined. Regina has a great relationship with her vendors (who are also wonderful) and they all went above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I were still involved in all aspects of the wedding and did a few things ourselves, but it was Regina kept us on track and organized on those tasks. Working with her gave us peace of mind throughout the planning process and most importantly on our wedding day where we were able to sit back, relax and truly enjoy ourselves.
I still think about our wedding every day and almost 1 year later, I continue to get huge compliments from our guests- what a great reception venue we had, how beautiful everything looked, how delicious the food was and how it’s the best wedding that they have ever been to... WOW! I’m sure all brides say this, but if I was a guest at my own wedding, I would have to agree. We are so thankful for Regina and are so glad that she came up to us on that fated day… it was truly Meant 2 Be!!

I hired Regina of Meant2Be Events as a "day of" coordinator for my wedding and she was perfection - by far the smartest move I made during my wedding planning. Regina was incredibly responsive, professional, and excellent at problem solving. She referred me to great vendors and provided me with excellent and practical advice. She also has a great eye for design. On our wedding day, Regina met with our vendors, resolved any/all issues (if there were any, because I was unaware of any issues if they arose) and allowed my husband and I to enjoy a seamless, well orchestrated wedding without any worries. She truly thought of everything, especially those small wedding details that new brides could never anticipate.

My approach to wedding planning would be the opposide of DIY. I just wanted to show up! Meant2be made that possible for me! I cannot image my wedding without Regina.

I forgot something blue and 10 minutes before pictures she was sewing a blue heart into my dress. If you want your wedding to be easy get a wedding planner, if you want your wedding to be seamless and outstanding use Meant2be Events !!! Thank you Regina!

Aside from picking my husband, Regina was the best wedding decision we made!! :) She absolutely rocked out and glam-ed out our big day. Every little detail was PERFECT...the flowers, the linens, the lighting, the dance floor, our sweetheart table, the chairs, the escort cards, the invitations, the menus..I could go on forever. Regina is amazing. My wedding was great. Everyone at the wedding loves it and said it is one of the best weddings they ever attended. Even my dad, a very very picky builder/interior designer, LOVES EVERYTHING at my wedding! EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. I will never forget my wedding. It was incredible. I would not have such a perfect wedding without Regina. She planned everything for me and answered all questions I had. I was worried that the ceremony site I have is too plain but she turned that place into a beautiful garden. I was so impressed when I walked down the aisle and felt like a princess!

My daughter was recently married and Regina was our planner. We had the most beautiful reception anyone could ask for and it was all thanks to Regina. She absolutely transformed the ballroom into a romantic, gorgeous room and took care of every detail, especially on the day. After ten months of planning, we were able to enjoy our glorious day while Regina was behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly. Working with her florist and invitation person was effortless and they knocked it out of the ballpark as far as execution. My advice: hire Regina!

Where do I begin? First, Regina is organized, creative, responsive and knows her wedding stuff! ;) On top of being the best wedding planner, she is such a happy and enthusastic person. Her joy for her job shines through in her work and she made wedding planning fun and stressfree. My husband and I have said since hiring Regina that it was the best and smartest decision we made! Regina always had our best interest in mind and advocated for our vision of our wedding day. When things when wrong, she re-grouped and found a way to make it happen. We received and are still receiving so many compliments on our wedding from the decor, flowers and how organized it was. Now that the wedding is all over....the only downside is that I will not have daily contact with Regina. She's the best!! Thank you a million times over!

Hire Regina the minute you are engaged so that you can actually enjoy your engagement and wedding. We are an out of town couple with lots of friends and family in Arizona and she made the process seamless and easy by keeping us updated throughout the process.

We first met with her on new years day and 8 months later we were married and off to our honeymoon. Regina helped us create and execute an elegant, fun, eco-friendly, and non-traditional event within our set budget.

Her business contacts were invaluable and she sets the standards high for herself and for the wedding vendors she works with. At first we were hesitant about using a planner, but looking back it was the best decision we made, and having Regina as our boss lady and circus ring leader made the planning process fun.

I felt as if one of my best friends planned my wedding for me. You can't ask for anymore, call her ASAP.

Regina - what a life saver! Planning a wedding when your significant other is across the country, or even out of the country at times is definitely a challenge! As the mother of the bride, I wanted to be sure that the day reflected the wishes of the bride and groom. At first I didn't think we even needed a planner, but when my daughter told me she wanted her mom to be her mom on her wedding day, not running around watching details, I quickly agreed. And I wasn't completely sold on her choice of Regina initially, but over the 18 months Regina worked with us to plan this wedding I learned just what a wise choice the couple made.

Regina is a master at asking the right questions that allow the couple to describe the type of event they are seeking, and then provides a lovely selection of options and vendors to choose from to deliver that experience. One of Regina's great strengths is her team of professional vendors. She works with only the best to ensure that there are no unwelcome surprises, and while doing this makes you feel that yours in the only wedding in the world she is planning.

Regina provided so much support and made the day perfect. Scurrying around with a beautiful smile on her face in a purple dress that matched the color scheme of the wedding, the day was incredibly beautiful and so meaningful as it captured exactly the atmosphere, tone, visual beauty and important details that mattered to our daughter and son in law. She was able to blend differences in family cultures beautifully so that all were honored and we were able to relax and enjoy the event without worrying about any of the details.

Regina was able to work within the budget that was set, and more than saved us her fee in negotiations with vendors. I was truly surprised by the quality delivered by her vendors at prices lower than we expected. You can't afford NOT to hire Regina.

Regina was amazing. She made our vision come to life. We just handed her a ton of stuff, and she put everything together exactly how I imagined it, and never bothered me once about it. She communicated with the entire bridal party, and made sure that I stayed on track. She stayed cool calm and collected when the zipper on my wedding dress broke three minutes after the ceremony was supposed to start. She took charge, called the bridal shop, and insisted that someone come to the hotel to sew me into my dress. She kept me calm, and my guests entertained while the mayhem happened behind the scenes. Regina truly added to the day, and all of my wedding party and guests just raved about her. We consider her part of the family now.

Regina is an outstanding planner. She was really interested in making my wedding the way I wanted and not someone else's. She was very patient and listened to all of my ideas before making suggestions. I worked with her from Texas for a year and only saw her 2 times before the wedding. She really kept me on my toes and made sure I had all the wedding details via email. The time I did spend with her in Phoenix, she utilized our time as much as possible by going to appointments and gathering information from us before we left. She also made an effort to bring in vendors that best suit our taste and style. If we didn't like a vendor she would make the appropriate changes. She even changed our flower vendor due to some problems she had with someone else. She felt it was best for us to work with a more experienced flower vendor. Every vendor she brought was absolutely wonderful, nice and excited to work with us. Regina was excited for us and the wedding from beginning to end, she never skipped a step. We really enjoyed having her as our planner, even our family really loved her as well as her work.

Regina was wonderful and truly a blessing! We hired Regina as a result of an event at our venue, the Firesky Resort about 3 months prior to the wedding. Long story short, we had to change our wedding venue and she was able to help us change our wedding to fit the new space/color scheme. Regina re-did the centerpieces, ceremony decor, and overall look of the wedding!!! She saved us quite a bit of money and really worked within our budget. She was fun and the wedding party really responded well to her. Regina has experience working with out of town brides as well. Our wedding was beautiful and we could NOT have done it without Regina. This is one talented wedding planner!

My mother and I found Regina at Gainey Golf Clubs cake tasting. She wowed us into adopting her to be my wedding planner. She was detailed yet easy, had loads of enthusism, and put up with the crazy wedding party. The day of the wedding I realized that her dress matched my invitations and decor. She is a keeper!

We love Regina! She is like an octopus.....she must have like 8 arms, talk about a multi-tasker! Our head table was pretty bland, as we were just going to use the bridal bouquets to decorate it. Before the reception started, there she went, adding little details to our table that she found just around the yard! We also had an extra centerpiece that she use to spruce up our chandelier and cake table with. It was something that we could've never even imagined! It looked BEAUTIFUL! Everything thing I asked for, two seconds later, I had it. She had champagne for me before I walked down the aisle. And I can't forget that she is the sweetest person in the world. She's not just a great and detailed planner, she is your friend! While the reception was going on, she even snuck over to our house and decorated our bedroom for us with candles and flowers, it was so perfect!!! Regina, you are one awesome chica!!

Planning a wedding in Scottsdale from Dallas, Texas proved to be quite challenging, but having your help in the final month made all the difference.

I was impressed that she took the initiative to contact all our vendors and let them know she would be working with us. It was so much easier to communicate through you rather that having to deal with each vendor separately. And when our pastor backed out at the last minute, shestepped up and saved the day!

When it came to the day of the wedding, she handled all the little snafus with ease and gave me the peace of mind that every bride needs on her wedding day. The timeline she developed for us made the reception flow perfectly. At the end of the evening the groom remarked that hiring her was a great call. Even he noticed! Regina was a pleasure to work with and her service was truly invaluable to us.

Regina was a tremendous help to my daughter and I as we planned her wedding. We only had a little over 5 months from the day she got engaged until they were married, and then would be moving across the country. I knew nothing about planning a wedding and didn't have time to learn! Plus I wanted to enjoy the time I had with my daughter and the wedding planning, without all the stress. That's where Regina excelled - I think she knows everyone in the "wedding world". Her contacts and suggestions on vendors were invaluable. We had thought about pasta dishes and she recommended a Pasta Bar - it was wonderful! Our guests got to choose what they wanted from a variety of meats, vegetables and sauces - they all loved what they got and enjoyed interacting with the chefs as they prepared their individual dishes for them. We also had a photo booth(which I never would have thought of), it was a lot of fun - the pictures make great wedding favors for the guests. We took one that is now our New Family portrait! The DJ kept the dance floor full, playing a wide variety of music that spanned decades and genres. Regina has high standards for herself and for the vendors she works with. It was so great to have her expertise!
At the end of the night, Regina made sure everything that needed to be collected was packed into our vehicle. I didn't even have to collect the wedding gifts!! She did it ALL!!!!!!!!! Having Regina take care of the details the day of the wedding was extremely helpful and allowed me to relax and enjoy the celebration. I was able to be the hostess at my daughter's wedding instead of the organizer!!
Our wedding celebration was beautiful!! We got so many compliments from our guests about how perfect they thought everything was and how much they enjoyed themselves! Truly, we heard these compliments echoed throughout the summer!! THANK YOU REGINA!!!
