Book Maria if you want to cherish your wedding photos!
Maria is the absolute best!! From our engagement shoot to our wedding she was incredibly responsive, helpful, kind and fun to work with! Not to mention she is extremely talented! She was so helpful on our wedding day; helping to keep things running smoothly, supporting us and bringing her calm presence to a busy day. We are in love with our photos and will truly cherish them forever. Looking forward to having her capture more of life’s sweetest moments ahead someday! -

We are spreadsheet people, and we definitely had a spreadsheet going when it came to selecting a wedding photographer. Not only is it a significant cost, but you don't get a re-do, so you want someone you can trust. We didn't want overly-posed pictures, and we didn't want to feel like we were performing for a camera - we just wanted someone to help capture the memories of the day in a really authentic way. And that’s exactly what we got with Maria. We loved her documentary style and the warm feel of her photographs. Both the engagement shoot and the wedding album turned out so, so beautifully. On top of that, she was super flexible when our dates changed and we moved venues, even though that involved more travel for her. Our photographs came back pretty quickly, and downloading the files was super easy. Thank you so much, Maria!! -

The best!!
Hiring Maria for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. As part of her wedding package, she included an engagement shoot so she could get to know us as a couple and make us feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Maria and her husband/second photographer, Jonathon, are extremely professional but also blended in so seamlessly to our day. She knows all the good poses, angles, and lighting to make the pictures look fantastic. They came out better than I ever could have imagined. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and look forward to working with her again in the future. -

It doesn’t get better than Maria. She has perfectly captured the most important moments of my life so far - from my engagement, to my wedding, and now my maternity photos. Before every shoot, she works with me to provide personalized recommendations for styling, location, and timing. She is an amazing photographer and over the years has become a close friend, which makes our photo shoots even more special. I look through each album regularly because it brings me back to those incredible moments and memories. I can’t wait to have her take more pictures of our family as it continues to grow. Maria photographed our wedding and was a joy to work with! We are obsessed with how our photos turned out, it's amazing how they really capture all the energy and emotions of our special day with such vibrancy. The candid shots in particular put me right back in that moment! Our package included an engagement session, and when the weather threatened postponing it she offered to shoot our rehearsal dinner instead. The weather held out and we LOVE our engagement pics (we did a sunrise shoot on the beach and then at some special spots in our neighborhood), but I wish we'd hired her to do the rehearsal dinner too - you will not regret having Maria documenting as much of your wedding weekend as possible! Thank you, Maria! We hope to work with you again soon! -

After looking through a handful of mediocre photographers that my wedding planner had suggested, I found Maria through a co-worker who had been in 2 weddings that Maria had photographed. Just flipping through her work says it all. Her ability to capture the emotion in each moment is something that is not easy to find. She makes everyone feel comfortable, relaxed, and natural as if you are spending your special day with a friend by your side who just happens to be snapping pictures of you!
Our wedding turned out to be re-scheduled and down-sized due to covid, but Maria accommodated us without skipping a beat. We were fumbling through the whole wedding planning process as is, and to have covid throw a wrench in everything was such a disappointment. We had to change the date and location, but Maria helped us roll with the punches and made it as stress-free as possible. Not many small businesses could handle the unprecedented challenges that the pandemic created, but Maria adapted and overcame it with grace.
You can find a photographer to take pictures anywhere, but if you want someone to capture your special event with a timeless vision and style that will be cherished for years to come, you won't go wrong with Maria! -

Maria was easily the easiest vendor we worked with. Our wedding ended up being a COVID wedding in which Maria went above and beyond to make the change in dates easy for us. She was there for both of our wedding dates without any questions asked. I highly recommend Maria and her photography skills, she is worth it! -

She is the BEST!
Anyone can hire a photographer that snaps a photo and moves on but Maria is something completely different! She is the most accommodating, kind and professional photographer I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and reassured during the whole process from engagement shoot to wedding day and is just an overall lovely person! My husband and I are not very familiar with getting our photos taken and she went out of her way to personally find the perfect spots for pictures when our original plans didn’t work out and really took the time to get to know us as people! She really highlighted our happiness in our wedding album and I could not be more grateful to her for that! ❤️ -

Engagement Pictures and Wedding
Maria was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to get to know my husband and I and was so patient with us. She really liked to capture heartfelt, in the moment pictures, which all turned out phenomenal! I was so happy with how all of our pictures turned out, and so many others complimented them also! Very patient and professional to work with and clearly loves her job and it shows! She is very talented. She is a must use! Absolutely would recommend!! -

We absolutely loved working with Maria! We were nervous and a little overwhelmed about having our first ever professional photoshoot. She was incredibly professional and guided us through the process with her warm, friendly personality. We felt so comfortable throughout our photoshoot and were blown away by the photos!
She captured our engagement beautifully, and has since shot our Maternity and newborn photos! We love working with Maria, and highly recommend her!

I have recommended Maria to past brides and would definitely say ‘don’t hesitate to book’ to all future brides, grooms and families!!
We were married in October 2016 and we still love looking at our beautiful, timeless, and candid photographs. We stumbled upon Maria’s website when looking for a photographer in the Delaware beach area. We were immediately blown away by her unique and artistic style of photography. After speaking with Maria, it was clear that she would be the perfect person to capture our day. You can tell she truly wants to get to know each of her couples/families in order to naturally and thoughtfully capture their story. Also, I never realized how much time a photographer spends with the bride & groom and boy was I thankful! In a day that ends in a blink of an eye, I was so thankful to have Maria by my side. She was with us from the minute we woke up to the last shuttle home. She was so organized and kept us on track in order to get the perfect sunset pictures, magically pulling together family members for large group shots on the dance floor (still amazed by this), and every epic moment in between! Since our wedding, Maria has captured an emotional surprise pregnancy announcement and two other family sessions. I always look forward to her new posts on social media because she is a true talent
and gem of a vendor in the eastern shore & beyond! I would say look no further, but I think her work speaks for itself! Thanks, Maria!

Maria puts everyone at ease during the shoot with her warm personality and has the intuition to know where the moments are going to happen and has the chops to freeze that moment in time with gorgeous photography. -

Virginia Sent on 08/16/2018Going into our wedding experience we knew that we did not just want photographs but we wanted to capture the moments and have beautiful images to cherish for a lifetime. This is exactly what Maria was able to do for us and we were so happy to have her as part of our big day. We do not consider ourselves comfortable in front of a camera, in fact pretty uncomfortable, but the way Maria is able to capture the light and emotions with such an artistic eye made us naturally comfortable in the final product. Every time we go back through our photos we are able to relive each moment and we continue to receive comments on how perfect they were. Maria captures real people in her photographs and we will definitely be recommending her to friends and using her again for future events.

Ally Sent on 08/03/2018My now husband and I chose Maria just by looking at her pictures. We could tell that every picture she took told a story. She filled EVERY single request we had! My husband and I live in California and she very kindly met with us while we happened to be in town almost a year before our wedding. We couldn't do engagement photos and she amazingly accommodated us by taking pictures of our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. She also stayed the entire day of our wedding with no time limit. She took SOO many pictures to choose from. The pictures arrived 6 months after the wedding and we also got a big preview 2 months following to use for Christmas cards etc. Overall she really made our wedding experience even more special!

Maria is one of the most kind and fun photographers to work with. She will take your vision or hopes for your photographs and create a magical story out of it. During my wedding day, she was everywhere but never lost. She was in constant contact with myself and my groom and also worked very well with our videographers to capture to right moments all day long. She stayed longer than I expected through out the day and became someone I knew I could rely on and calm down with as my day got hectic and crazy.
Although I haven't seen my photos yet (its only been a week and a half since the day...) I have no worries about what the photographs will look like. My engagement photos were amazing and I can not wait to see my wedding photos.

Maria’s photos are beautiful however her level of professionalism leaves much to be desired. She had photographed my elopement and it had poured the entire day. She had guests stand over her with an umbrella the entire time she was shooting rather than allowing them to enjoy the ceremony. She neglected to get a photo of my sister and I together as well as my mother, my sister, and me. I had also hired her to shoot my reception at a later date when restrictions were lifted. During this time, my husband and I had great concerns about her professionalism after having difficulty getting in contact with Maria and the fact that she was publicly tagging us in offensive posts on social media. We set up a time to speak and she never answered. Later in the day, she acted as if we had never set up a meeting when we had the agreement in writing. We cancelled her services just as described in her contract. Afterward, she visited my sister’s place of business to discuss the situation. This is extremely inappropriate given the fact that my sister was not part of the contract. Maria then sent an email attacking my family and making claims about our contract that were untrue based upon the document. Maria is unable to maintain professionalism or abide by her own contract. STAY AWAY.
