  The Manhattan Beach Marriott was extremely helpful. The reception was coordinated with our needs in mind. We wanted an open cake and punch reception and they included cocktail tables with a beautiful draping over it. They also had the most inexpensive dance floor. We shopped around and to have them lay it down saved us so much money.
  They gave us complimentary items saved us so much money! The Event Manager Michelle was helpful and had a pleasant personality to work with. We are very happy with the service provided. I couldn't have chosen a better place!

  The outdoor ceremony and the food at the reception made it all worth it. We had a great reception, even with the rather useless planner we were assigned. Vicky, the actual Catering Sales Manager, who was the one I dealt with and signed the contract with, was wonderful. It was the woman who was then assigned to me who (I found out after the fact) didn't seem to know what she was talking about and was rather useless the day of the wedding. But everything else was wonderful and our guests enjoyed themselves. The food was incredible.
