I cannot recommend Denise enough! 5 stars is too little for her. From my trial to my wedding day Denise was an absolute gem. Denise made me feel like a queen from the moment I met her. Denise listened to my concerns and flawlessly executed the exact vision I was going for. Cannot say any more positive notes about Denise and her trusted team. Ever since I reached out about pricing she was quick to respond, she gave me great recommendations for other vendors and was so kind in the process. She was great when I had my trial and noted any changes I wanted to make. My friends had an amazing time with her and she kept the happy vibes up all morning of my wedding, also my makeup didn’t move one inch all day and I didn’t even feel like I had anything on. If you’re on the fence, I’d say jump over it and book her before someone else does!

Bridal Makeup was amazing!

Denise was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, punctual and responsive to all my questions/emails. During the makeup trial, she was detail oriented and accommodating to all of my preferences as far as the kind of look I was going for (which was kind of a throwback glam look). It was obvious that she's very knowledgeable about her craft and takes pride in her work. I was very happy with my bridal makeup on my wedding day. It looked great and it lasted all night. I would highly recommend her.

A Dream to work with!

Denise was a dream to work with! She was so detail oriented from my trial to the day-of wedding make up for my mom and I! She was so helpful in creating the look I was going for an took her time to make me feel comfortable and understand what I liked and was comfortable with. She also took time with my mom the day-of to get her look right and cater towards her tastes as well. It even rained on our day and my makeup held up amazing all night even with the humidity and dancing.

Amazing!

Denise is such a sweetheart and really takes the time to get to know you and your vision! I had a couple things I wanted to change from the trial and she knocked my vision out of the park. It was a 78 degree day in a satin gown so there was SWEAT and tears! But everything stayed in place! I got so many compliments and felt beautiful all day while also looking like myself. Denise is such a talented make up artist. She did my makeup for my engagement party, and since she did such a great job, I hired her again for my engagement photoshoot, bridal shower, and wedding (with also a makeup trial) and did an amazing job every single time! She was so responsive and did not disappoint. She is so focused and really pays attention to detail. She listens to what the client wants and always makes sure her client is fully satisfied before sending the client off to their event. I've hired her again for upcoming events we have to the end of this year!

Never felt so beautiful

I hired Denise for my wedding a week ago. I literally never felt so beautiful in my life . Every bridesmaid said the exact same thing . I also can’t even count the amount of comments I still get when people look at photos . She did an absolutely fantastic job and was the sweetest person ever . I would choose Denise every time!

If you are looking for a experienced make up artist who does flawless work, look no further. I have two sisters and all of us used Denise for our weddings. Besides her being the most genuine and kind person, she does amazing makeup. She still uses the airbrush technique which I personally love and made all of us feel and look like royalty. I love that she will make recommendations about eyeshadow colors, blush and eyelashes based on your complexion and features. It's always spot on. The makeup lasts all night even after hours of dancing. She is super responsive, organized, prompt and budgets time which is super important on your wedding day. I can't express enough how great she is :) I would recommend her again and again!

Denise did my makeup for my wedding on October 20th 2019, and I could not be happier with the results! She listened to everything that I said about my taste and style, and created a look that was absolutely stunning, but still me. Denise was a pleasure to work with, and is such a sweet person. An incredible woman and talented makeup artist!

Denise was an absolute pleasure to work with. On top of her being so responsive from the first email I sent requesting pricing through the day of my wedding, she was also so professional, punctual, talented - and of course, so sweet. I had reached out to other make up artists prior to Denise who were priced higher, didn't want to work with such a big group, or were difficult in general. Denise was a breath of fresh air - my trial run at her home was so comfortable and easy. She communicated with me in the days leading up to the wedding, and on the day of, she was so good at keeping everything on schedule, which alleviated any extra stress from me. She is so so talented and did such a wonderful job making my whole party look beautiful! As if it couldn't get any better, my makeup was perfect from start to finish. Coming from a girl with oily skin who can sweat it out while dancing, this was so unusual. I didn't touch up my makeup once! I could not recommend a better person to be a makeup artist for your big day!

Absolutely the best!

I recently got married in August and used Denise to do my make up for the big day! I reached out to Denise a year before my wedding. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions right away. I met with Denise for a trial shortly after. She has a makeup studio room in her house for trials. I felt like a movie star as she did my make up! Denise asked many questions on how I normally wear my makeup and made sure she knew exactly the look I wanted. I wanted a natural look that made my green eyes pop. Denise did just that! Anytime I sent Denise an email after that, she was very quick to respond and thorough. She is extremely professional and her experience shines through her completed work. She made sure I felt comfortable and made the whole process completely stress free! She even reached out to me a week before the wedding to clarify all the details once again. On my big day, Denise did the make up for my bridesmaids and my mom as well. Everyone looked STUNNING! The whole night (and still now) we got comments on how beautiful our makeup looked. Many guests (and even my bridesmaids) raved about how our makeup was the most beautiful and natural they had seen! It was natural, yet highlighted all of our assets. I would recommend Denise for anyone looking for a professional, organized, and extremely talented make up artist for their wedding or any special occasion. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her!

Couldn't be happier!!

Denise came highly recommended from my fiancé's cousin, and even still I was blown away by how great she was! She was fantastic about staying in touch through the planning process, and on the day of she went out of her way to make sure each girl had exactly the look she wanted.

She was extremely punctual and we were even running ahead of schedule. My bridesmaids all raved to me how wonderful she was, and they're a diverse group so it really showed Denise's amazing range and expertise at her art.

I can't recommend her enough for bridal makeup services. If you book her you can be sure that things will go smoothly and you will be in the best hands possible.

The most amazing experience I have ever had

I used Denise for my wedding last year and just used her again for a wedding I was in on Saturday! I wish she could do my make up every day I wake up. I originally met Denise when I was a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding and loved how my makeup looked then so I immediately contacted her when I got engaged. Amazing!

Denise was absolutely WONDERFUL and was such a pleasure to work with. She did my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding in November and she not only came early to set up but kept everyone on schedule and did such an amazing job. I was so worried that my makeup wasn't going to stay on all day (my ceremony and reception were hours apart) and I was even considering paying her to come to the venue for a touch up but there was no need! Denise was recommended to me by my sister-in-law who used her services 4 years ago. I couldn't have been happier! She showed up early, set up fast, and was able to do all 5 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and myself (with touch ups at the end) with time to spare. Denise is the best!!

I met Denise when she was the makeup artist for one of my best friend’s weddings and I knew right away that when I got married. When I got engaged Denise was one of the first vendors I contacted because I knew I needed to lock her in before she quickly booked! Denise is so nice and easy to talk to as she works. I do not normally wear a lot of make up so I was concerned about looking like a bride but also myself, and Denise found the perfect balance. Some of my bridal party who were also nervous about looking like themselves were also pleasantly surprised with the final product. FANTASTIC Wedding Day Makeup!

I am SO happy with the makeup Denise did for myself and my bridesmaids! I had 7 bridesmaids plus myself and she did an AMAZING job individualizing the makeup by person (but still managed to create a uniform look) and each of us loved the makeup she did! Best of all it lasted ALL day. We got ready at 5am because of how many of us there were. The wedding was July 7 ( so I was very worried about the heat and sweating). The ceremony was at 2pm and my reception was 5:30pm so I was even more worried about the makeup lasting, but little did I know I had nothing to worry about because it lasted the WHOLE day! The other thing I was a little nervous about was the timing. I hired Denise for makeup and obviously a separate individual for hair, so I wasn't sure if they'd finish around the same time in order to stick to the picture schedule and the overall schedule for the day. She worked so well with the hair dresser (they each spent 30-45 min on the bridesmaids and kept everything moving). Everything ran smoothly and according to schedule! My pictures came out perfect and I felt so good after she had done my makeup! I highly recommend Denise for your wedding day!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Denise! I was first attracted to her excellent reviews and outstanding prices. After I met her at our consultation, I knew I had made the right choice! Denise is so friendly, so sweet and so easy to work with. She was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire wedding planning process and worked with me to create an easy, relaxed and smooth timeline for the day of. I found Denise via wedding wire and her many many positive reviews and let me tell you - I know why she has so many glowing reviews!. She made everything so easy from my very first email, which she answered in a very timely manner and provided exactly the information I had asked for. She was the height of professionalism and had such a sweet calming manner to her which eased any pre-wedding jitters I may have had.

The day of my wedding she arrived on time and we actually finished ahead of schedule! She did makeup for myself, my bridal party and my mother and everyone looked so gorgeous thanks to Denise! Our makeup held up extremely well all day and still looked perfect at the end of the night. On top of this Denise’s prices are extremely fair! I was blown away by her and i cannot recommend her enough!

I had Denise do makeup for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding on March 4th. She was so professional and was amazing to work with. I did a trial run so I could see exactly how my makeup would look the day of, and loved what she came up with. She provided airbrushing and lashes at no extra charge and her fees were very affordable! I cried about 10 times that day (no joke) and my makeup was still flawless by the end of the day. The girls loved getting their makeup done and they all looked stunning as well! Thank you so much Denise for the amazing job!

Denise and Miriam were so wonderful to work with. I do makeup on the side, but knew I wanted mine done on the day of my wedding. Denise was patient enough to listen to all of my requests and suggestions, without making me feel awkward or annoying for having very specific changes. Denise is AMAZING! I have gotten my makeup done for weddings before by other artists and it has never come out how I wanted. It was always so heavy, especially on me because I don't wear makeup daily. I maybe wear makeup 3 times a year. I went into my trial with Denise as a skeptic. I explained I wanted it light but also lasting. I pulled photos off of her website and we talked before my trial about what I wanted. It was really easy to talk to her and I felt really excited because I felt like she understood what I wanted! When my trial was over and I saw my face I almost cried. It was exactly what I wanted! It was light, a little sparkly, and I felt so beautiful!! I had absolutely no reservations about my wedding day after that! My MOH also got her trial then and she wanted heavier makeup and Denise NAILED it!! My sister is super picky but she loved her makeup and didn't touch it afterwards! She usually would tweak and change things but she loved it!
On the day of my August 2017 wedding Denise was early and ready to go! We started at 7, my first look was at 12, Family photos at 130, wedding from 3-9 and my makeup looked just as good at 9pm as it did at 7am!!
She did a lot of makeup that day, each face a different style but they were all so beautiful! My wedding day makeup was exactly like my trial and I was so happy! Denise also gave me a brand new lip gloss to reapply my lip color all day!
When I did my first look my husband said "You look like Erin, but Erin 2.0". That's exactly what I wanted! I wanted to look like myself but dressed up!
Denise you are amazing and I can not thank you enough for making me feel like a princess on the happiest day of my life!!

I will say that I may not be like most brides. But I must say Denise is not like most Makeup artist either. She was perfect for my wedding day since she has a soothing manner, that not only kept me calm, but put a constant smile on my face! I hired Denise for my wedding on 4/22/16 and I am so ecstatic that I did! When I was first searching for a make-up artist for my big day I had received a number of emails from a variety of artists but Denise's email was the most comprehensive and friendly. Denise was able to answer all of my questions and did so in a kind manner. Denise was always extremely responsive to my emails and welcomed all of my inquiries regarding her services. When I went for my make-up trial I was somewhat nervous as I don't normally wear make up but knew I wanted to look glamorous on my big day. Denise was able to put my mind at ease to give me exactly the look I wanted and matched the lip color I found in a picture online exactly! Denise is a very talented makeup artist !! She first did my makeup trial for my bachelorette party in November a few months before my wedding and I Loved the feeling of the airbrush. It feels like you are wearing nothing but at the same time you have great coverage. Denise was great when one of my girls decided to do her eyes last minute and even was able to fit in a second at the hotel room! I have fair skin and the color matched great and i didn't look washed out and pale. Denise also special ordered brown lashes to match when i though the black were too dark for my face. You could see the makeup in photos but it also didn't look like i was wearing any at the same time. Would defiantly use again!

Denise was absolutely amazing from my makeup trial to my wedding day. I had a makeup trial a while back by a different makeup artist, but was not happy with how I looked. I also noticed that by the end of the trial, she had not written down any of the colors used or taken any pictures, etc. I decided last minute to do a trial by Denise, as her trial was very affordable. She had my mom and I over to her house where she listened to everything I had to say and looked at pictures that I liked. She spent a long time with me and changed things as needed. I even emailed her when I got home with some things I wanted to change, and she made a note on everything. On my wedding day, she arrived early to set up. She had 10 girls to do the day of my wedding plus my flower girl. Everything went according to plan and everyone was THRILLED with the way they looked! I highly recommend Denise for your makeup on your wedding day. My friends even requested her business card for when they get married. You can't go wrong!

For my entire wedding planning process, I could not pick a vendor until I'd seen at least three vendors first, so that I could be sure that I was picking the best. Denise was great! She was very organized and informative. But most of all, my makeup came out beautiful, it wasn't too heavy or thick, nor too subtle, it was simply the perfect in between that I was looking for. Denise is a true artist. Her calming disposition was a welcomed addition to what is otherwise a very hectic day. We first met Denise when she did the makeup for my sister's wedding. I am so glad I found Denise from the many glowing reviews online. I used her services for my wedding on Nov. 2, 2014. I do not have much (if any) confidence in my appearance, because I am not 'pretty' by most standards. But I always dreamed of looking so beautiful on my wedding day. Denise made this dream come true.

Prior to meeting Denise, I had concerns about airbrush makeup. She assured me that the airbrush makeup would hold up. During my trial, I tested this, and she was right! Airbrush makeup really stays put. The best part is that you can choose how heavy or how light you want it. I choose to do it light enough so that you could still see my freckles. It feels great going on too, and you won't feel like you are wearing any foundation all day.

Denise's prices are also very reasonable and she gives the bride her lip color, for touch-ups during the day. She does an amazing job on eye makeup too, including false lashes. Best of all, Denise is just an overall very kind soul and does this because it is her passion, and she loves helping people to feel their best. I was stressing out over my hair on the morning of, but as soon as I got into Denise's chair, she just had a really soothing voice and was just so nice to me that I relaxed and took a deep breath and the rest of the day went perfectly. It was so nice of her to not just do my makeup, but also take an interest in me and help me relax instead of being anxious/nervous.

She also covered up some concerns my mom had from scars on her face and she made my mom feel stunning the whole day too. I was so happy to see my mom smiling and happy when she saw herself in the mirror for the first time. WoW! Denise is Uh-Maze-Ing at what she does!! She provided makeup services for my bridal party, mother and myself for my wedding on NYE! She was very accommodating to our needs and was VERY easy to contact up until the wedding date. She answered emails right away and helped in any way that she could (even if it didn't have anything to do with makeup). We all looked absolutely stunning. We were getting compliments all night about how gorgeous we all looked! The makeup was exactly what I envisioned and more! I felt like a Princess all night! I would most definitely recommend Denise to anyone in the area! :)

Denise did the make up for me, my 6 bridesmaids and my mother for my December wedding. Starting with my initial inquiry, Denise was always very prompt and and professional with her correspondence. It was easy to set up a trial in her home. The trial was very thorough and Denise was very flexible - she basically worked from a picture and a verbal description until she achieved the look I wanted. The day of, Denise arrived early and coordinated a schedule with the hair stylist. All 8 of us got airbrushed makeup and we all loved our looks! I wish Denise could do my make up everyday! Denise does great work at a great value and is very professional and flexible - I would recommend her to anyone looking for a bridal make up artist!

Upon contacting Denise, she was warm, responsive, informative, personable and flexible with me as an out-of-state-bride. Denise was very inviting as we conducted the makeup trial in her beautiful home, continuing to treat my mother, sister and me as though she had known us for years! We decided on a look which blew my mind and set up reasonable rates for my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law. Denise is very organized and devised a fluid schedule for my big day to include 9 women who were using her services. My mother-in-law is very conservative with regards to makeup, and Denise created a beautiful look which you could see had delighted her! My mother, bridesmaids and I prefer bold, glamourous makeup and Denise customized each look to accentuate and showcase our best features. Everyone's expectations were exceeded by Denise's talents! Her patience, reassurance, flexibility and kindness continued through the end of a very long day. Book Denise!! No need to even look anywhere else. Denise does such amazing work and her pricing is totally reasonable. Not only that, but she is professional, reliable and responsive. I never liked the way my makeup turned out until I went to Denise. The day of my wedding she arrived at my house right on time and was a pleasure to have there from start to finish. Denise was absolutely amazing! I met with her a few times before my wedding day to get my trial done as well as a trial for my mom and mother in law who were wary about getting their makeup done. Denise made us feel completely welcome in her home for the trials and did an amazing job on everyone's makeup. Both moms were convinced to wear makeup and looked stunning!. I absolutely loved mine as well.

On the day of the wedding, Denise was right on time and finished all 10 of my girls/moms/me with a few hours to spare. Everyone chose airbrush and looked phenomenal. I have never felt more beautiful then I did that day. All of us still had our makeup and eyelashes on the next day....that's how great it lasts. I highly recommend Denise and I will definitely use her again for other events.

Wow!! I have so many good things to say about Denise. I feel so lucky that I was able to book her for my recent wedding at the Oyster Point Hotel in Red Bank, NJ. Denise traveled to the hotel where we got ready and did the makeup for myself, my mom and members of my wedding party. Everyone looked stunning!

She was one of the most professional, sweet and organized vendors that I worked with during the wedding planning process. She spent time in my makeup trial to explain the techniques and products and to help me craft a perfect look for my wedding day. I went with the airbrush makeup and absolutely loved the results!

She was flexible leading up to the wedding day as we adjusted times, schedules, and services for the wedding party. On the day of, she arrived early and did such a great job with everyone. She was amazing at adapting to their styles and personalities.

One of my bridesmaids never wears makeup and Denise worked hard to make her feel comfortable and still like herself with such beautiful makeup! Another bridesmaid had a photo of a model and Denise captured that look and made it even more beautiful.

She was also a rock for me the day of the wedding and helped to calm my last minute beauty jitters. She listened to me and made sure that I felt comfortable and confident before I walked out. I would highly recommend her to other brides!

From the day I first met Denise, I had no doubt in my mind that she was the person I wanted to do my makeup the day of my wedding. She was the first makeup artist that I talked to and the only! When I met her at my trial she was so easy to talk to and she listened to everything that I wanted. She made great recommendations and helped me plan out my day perfectly.

The day of my wedding she did my makeup and 7 other girls! She was punctual, organized and everyone felt completely comfortable with her. I personally have never felt so beautiful before in my life. Denise did my makeup for my wedding July 18, 2014. She did an AMAZING job!!! I wear a full face of makeup everyday and am used to my products. Before meeting Denise I was skeptical as to how the makeup would look and if it would cover any of my blemishes. I had my trial with her back in March. I loved it so much I booked with her right then and there. She did my makeup with airbrush and my skin looked flawless. I wore fake eyelashes, which showed up really nicely in pictures. I still looked like me...but WAYYYY better. My guests complimented my makeup throughout the night. Denise also did my maid of honor and 2 bridesmaids makeup. The girls loved it as well! One of my girls bought the lipstick/gloss from Denise because she loved how the color matched her skintone.
I would absolutely recommend Denise to anyone looking for flawless makeup. She is VERY knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and patient. She helped me decide when I was indecisive and chose what would look best on me. She even helped me plan out my schedule for the morning to make sure everything ran smoothly. She worked with me from the day of the trial to make sure everything was just as I had imagined... and it was! I had 4 very different (and some picky) bridesmaids, and they all LOVED their makeup! I am so glad that I decided to book Denise for my wedding day. Everything, including the trial was absolutely perfect! I had spoken to other makeup artists, but it seemed that no one was able to accommodate my requests. I just wanted makeup for myself and a few members of my bridal party. Denise was able to help us out and she exceeded our expectations. In fact, her makeup was so gorgeous that one of my bridesmaids decided to get hers done at the last minute. I was a stressed out mess running in every two minutes to check on progress, but even with a last minute add on she kept us on schedule. Denise is sweet, professional, and VERY good at what she does. Denise did such a beautiful, beautiful job with my bridal party for our wedding. She made herself really available for my trial which I really appreciated since I don't live in the area. During the trial she made me feel completely comfortable and understood what I wanted exactly. She was super prompt in returning emails and followed up with me the week before (which made my life so much easier). She was just so sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. She was prompt the morning of the wedding and really listened to what everyone asked for and just made them all look gorgeous. The makeup she did for me made me feel like a million bucks, and just like my normal self, but better. I don't think I can rave enough about Denise's art. She is beyond professional, and is even better at her work. Overall, she is prompt, responsive, helpful, & has the sweetest personality. She is also very reasonably priced, especially with the quality work that she provides. The airbrush is flawless, and she knows how to make you feel like a million bucks. Denise did my engagement session, and I knew that I had to have her for my wedding day. I had no doubts that she'd make me feel beautiful, and that my girls would be extremely happy with her. She is an expert with airbrushing. Everyone in my bridal party looked beautiful, and she was able to give them exactly what they wanted. She LISTENS, and can create the perfect look for you. I had guests and other vendors, such as my wedding coordinator, asking who did our makeup because it was the best that she's seen. My hairstylist (who strictly does weddings) also raved about Denise, and commented that Denise is the best airbrush that she has seen. She is the best around, and it is foolish to book anyone but the best for your wedding day.

My wedding was on July 7, 2013 and Denise was wonderful. I knew I wanted her to do my makeup from the moment I met her for my trial. She is so kind and easy to talk to. She knew exactly what I wanted and was in no way pushy. On the wedding day, she arrived on time. Even leading up to the wedding day, she was easily accessible through emails with any questions or concerns I had. I emailed her a few days before the wedding with a skin crisis amd she assured me everything was going to be ok! AND IT WAS! The airbrush foundation was FABULOUS! Denise is seriously the NICEST person to work with and her work is phenom. I really felt so pretty on my wedding day because of her....And my bridesmaids were also extremely happy with her work. We had 13 people get their make up done, airbrush and eyelashes galore, and each girl kept looking in the mirror together with extreme happiness. Please also know that her makeup lasts---We got married on the beach and my make-up was still perfectly intact the following day. My eyes also looked amazing with the extensions, and they easily come off with simple eye makeup remover. The best part of working with Denise though is the positive and fun energy she gives off. I was SO comfortable with her that day....She is such a "mom" personality. Also of importance, I was shocked with how affordable she was. I would highly recommend her to any other brides. Do a trial with her and you will instantly love her. I actually found out about her work through another bride who loved her from her wedding day.
