    Professional

    The photographer (and videographer) is awesome, dependable and excellent quality. Today all we have is the beautiful video he created for us. I would hire him again for any family event!

    It was fun and creative! James was open to my ideas and had plenty of his own to captured every special moment.

    You can tell how experienced and professional James is. He was prepared and made every vision come to life. We also found it to be impressive that he was able to capture every shot by himself for a 200 person wedding-very talented!

    Beautifully crafted wedding video!

    I had the pleasure of working with Maine Wedding Films in 2018 and it was a joy. Professional and kind the entire day and the finished product was stunning! The processing time was surprisingly fast too which isn’t always the case when it comes to videographers... highly recommend!

    Brian and I are still trying to find the right words to think you for what was a fairytale wedding for us. From the moment I first talked to you I knew you were the video vendor I wanted to work with. You made everything so easy to plan and make last minute changes. That weekend was such a special time for us and we are so grateful to have had that opportunity to have met such a kind and wonderful vendor to work with. We received many compliments on how happy you looked the entire wedding and you were so good at staying inconspicuous!

    I highly recommend James Stiles, Maine Wedding Films - he was super attentive and always there to answer questions as needed months in advance. I met him the day of my wedding and it was like I've known him my entire life. I'm so glad we decided to get our wedding day on video because it's true when they say it goes by so fast. So many parts of our video I didn't get to see as the bride that day AND he had the 1.5 hour video done in less than a month. Thanks James :)

    I am a Chicago bride and planned our destination wedding in York, Maine on 9-16-17. I interviewed three or four videographers, but when I spoke with James from Maine Wedding Films on the phone, I knew he was the right choice for us. Videography can cost an arm and a leg and I felt that James' pricing was very affordable. James is passionate, excited and laid back. We met him for the first time on our wedding day, and he was just the same in person...if not better! James was so professional, flexible and easy to work with. I barely even noticed the camera. I would book him again and again!

    James was very helpful in getting us the final product we were looking for to capture our daughters wedding! We watched their videos online, and chose songs, and the style we liked. Within a few weeks we were getting sneak peak of the final video. I highly recommend them to capture your wedding memories!

    James was a pleasure to work with from the start. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows in his approach, his performance, and his end product. At the end of the day, after all the planning and the whirlwind adventure, your photos and videos are what you have left to share your memories for years and years to come. They are worth the investment, and so is Maine Wedding Films.

    We love our wedding video and find ourselves watching it time over time! Very good communication throughout the whole process. Be sure and book way ahead! It makes everything flow much smoother. Very accommodating, upbeat and attentive. Thank you wedding films!

    James was excellent with communication throughout our experience. His questions where both thoughtful and insightful as he strived to get a sense of who my husband and I are as a couple. The day of the wedding he was energetic, excited and very professional. He was there, yet he we never felt uncomfortable and he seemed to sink into the back ground. The films James delivered captured the magic of our day. The made me smile, laugh, and cry with joy. It was perfect and we are both so grateful that we have it to watch and remember all those moments and all those feelings. It is our little treasure.

    I would highly recommend James to anyone. I don’t usually write reviews but I was incredibly happy with my dvd, which I received in only one week from my wedding.
    At first I was nervous about having a videographer because there’s nothing worse than going to a wedding and having a videographer block the ceremony. I promise this was not the case at all with James. He managed to cover all angles but nobody ever even knew he was filming!
    The professionalism and creativity of Maine Wedding Films was top notch. I couldn’t have been happier.

    My event was not a wedding. James did a memorial tribute video for my 17 year old daughter. James was amazing dealing with teachers and students. He was professional and caring and listened to what I wanted and shared his ideas as well. I would recommend him to anyone. He does beautiful work. And if he can treat a memorial tribute with kindness and respect I can only imagine how wonderful he is with a joyful happy occasion !

    James Stiles from Maine Wedding Videos was absolutley wonderful to work with. He was fantastic from begining to end. When first looking to book with him him he was very responsive and more than willing to answer all of my questions. After booking him he stayed in touch and confirmed my date. He even called the day before to confirm the locations and times.

    During the wedding I honestly didnt even notice him except for right after the ceremony and during the cake cutting. I swear he blended right in with the walls! I also had good feedback from my photographer that he was pleasant to work with.

    After the wedding he followed up to let me know when the video would be done and it arrived promptly. He exceeded my expecations. The video was wonderful and he got shots that I totally forgot about. This is something that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I am so happy that we decided to work with James. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone.

    Wonderful experience

    My husband and I really wanted to capture the day and James was wonderful! He was professional, flexible, friendly, courteous, and blended into the background seamlessly. I highly recommend his services if you are looking to capture the memories of your big day!

    Great video for a great value

    We love our video from MWF! You also receive the raw footage, which is just as fun to watch. James captured amazing shots of our venue with a drone. He was very easy to work with and responsive.

    The video is great , we look forward to looking back on it for years to come. James was a pleasure to work with from day one. He even brought an extra videographer along because he felt that it would be best, even though technically it was not a part of the package that I booked. I found his prices to be very reasonable!
