She said yes to the dress

Love Bridal was such an amazing experience from start to finish. Sydney was an absolutely incredible consultant and made the entire process feel so easy and special. She helped me find the perfect dress, and even after we had already ordered it and I started second guessing myself, she was so patient and reassuring.

She went above and beyond by helping me customize my dress and add the extra touches that made it truly stunning and feel completely like me. Every detail came together perfectly because of her guidance and creativity.

Sydney was kind, supportive, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed, even through all my questions and changes. The entire team at Love Bridal was wonderful and created such a welcoming and fun environment.

I could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Love Bridal to any bride looking for a personalized and stress free dress journey.

Wonderful Dress Shopping Experience

I had the most wonderful experience at LOVE! It is such a beautiful place to try on dresses for your special day. Shelby helped me with the dress selections and fittings, and she was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and made me feel so beautiful in each dress I tried on. She helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams and made it a fun and special day for my mom and I! LOVE made the purchase and shipping/pickup process very seamless and made sure I had a list of alterations and steaming/cleaning/preserving companies to choose from that they recommended. LOVE is definitely the place to go to find your perfect wedding dress!

Ella was fantastic!

Ella was so gracious with us, she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and pulled items I hadn’t tried on yet. She was thoughtful and all around gave a great vibe. Paige knew I was trying to get in to the shop earlier than my appointment and kept me prioritized as soon as a slot was open, great timing too because that day, I found my dress at their shop! I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was, thank you all!

Above and beyond, everything was perfect.

Absolutely Magical ✨

This bridal boutique was a DREAM and my stylist, Paige, was INCREDIBLE ☺️ She was so kind, thoughtful, and a mind reader when it came to picking out my perfect dress! I did not think I was going to leave with a dress but Paige knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew! As soon as I walked into the boutique, I was just so blown away by how beautiful it was and how kind the staff was ❤️ This was definitely the best experience I could have had for finding my perfect dress and I highly recommend Love, a Bridal Boutique to any new brides ❤️

Love Love Love

I had such an amazing experience at Love and I honestly believe that they truly have the best gowns in Jacksonville. After going to countless places, trying to decide, I found my perfect, Martina Liana, dress. I love drama and exquisite, long trains, and that is just what I got. I had my dress custom fitted and it took me a few months to get it, as expected. The alterations that I had to make were so small because the gown fit me so well. I believe Becca was my main girl in helping me decide what gown to pick and she did such a great job. My dress was out of my original budget but how could I say “no” to such a beautiful dress? It was all worth it in the end. I, also, picked my wedding veil out of from here as well and it matched my gown perfectly. I am so glad I got to have this experience with Love.

Dream Dress!

Having lived in Jacksonville for the past 6 years, I knew that I had to go to Love for my wedding dress. I was working on a budget and didn't want to spend over $2,000 on a dress but was worried about my options. Paige at Love was an expert in wedding dresses. I briefly described what I was thinking as far as style, but was still widely undecided. Paige grabbed multiple dress options within my budget, and when I would try on one and say "well I love this feature but not the whole dress" she would find me a different one with the feature I liked and this process continued until we found my dream dress with all the little details that I could ever want.

A dream come true!

My experience at Love was seriously PERFECT! I grew up in the area and always dreamed of going to Love, so I had high expectations. My dress appointment was even better than I imagined. Make Love Your First & Last Stop!

If I could give Love more than 5 stars, I would! If you’re starting your dress search, make this your first (and last) stop. Trust me on this! From my very first telephone consultation to my actual dress appointment, the service at this boutique was incredible. I was a little nervous about dress shopping, but the consultants at Love made me feel instantly comfortable. I ended up having a blast! I had a few unique features I was looking for in my dress/accessories and Love was more than prepared with plenty of options. My consultant, Laney, understood my vision perfectly and every dress she had me try on could have been a winner. She did an amazing job of helping me navigate my favorites and helped me zero in on “the one”. All the gals there were so friendly, by the end of my appointment I wished I could invite them all to my wedding! The consultants are down to earth, the space is GORGEOUS (3 words: gleaming primrose mirror - Anthro fans know what I’m talking about), and in general it was just such a fun experience. I wasn’t rushed at all, even when my appointment ran past time! They have private suites so each bride can model dresses for their bridal party and feel like the only bride I’m the shop. I wish every bride could shop at Love. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Love, A Bridal Boutique - The PRETTIEST Wedding Dresses

Love, a Bridal Boutique, was a dream come true! The first dress I tried on was the dress I ended up getting for our wedding. That's not to say I didn't try on 20 more! The experience at Love was so charming, wonderful, and very special and they made me feel like a beautiful bride-to-be. I ordered my dress almost two and a half years ago, and it arrived about two years ago. Being a COVID bride who had to put our celebration on hold multiple times, I was FINALLY able to wear my gorgeous dress and I loved every single moment of wearing it. My husband loved it as well and it was truly worth the wait. Thank you, Love! You're wonderful!

Dream dress, dream team!

Best costumer service and selection in Jax!!! Til this day, finding my wedding dress was one of the best days of my life! This team knew exactly what I wanted ahead of time, had some dresses already selected for me to try on, was extremely helpful when it came to the dress order, seamstress, dress cleaning/preserving, etc.! This was an absolute dream

Finding my dress was an absolute dream! I felt like I had known my consultant, Paige, all my life! We connected instantly and she was so helpful with everything. Perfect Dress, Perfect Shop!

This was the second store I had visited to try on wedding dresses. The first place I had gone to was such an amazing experience that I wasn't sure that it was going to be beat. Boy was I wrong! My MOH's friend had highly recommended Love and I am SO glad we went here! I was not expecting to walk away with a dress that day but, I did, and I couldn't be more excited. The dresses they have there are BEAUTIFUL and they are constantly getting new inventory. The dress I tried on and ultimately purchased had only arrived there two days prior. Paige was my consultant and she was AWESOME! When we arrived she took us to a little private room and asked for a preference of style and budget - upon showing/telling her, she pointed me to the direction of dresses she wanted me, my MOH and mom to choose from and we got started immediately. There were a couple of other brides there at the same time as me but we each had our own little section so it felt private - even on a Saturday! She let me try on everything and anything that we chose as well as picked out styles she thought I would love and as we went she put aside those we labeled as favorites. She also kept me in the loop regarding prices along the way so there were no surprises which was very helpful! The manager also kept stopping in to check on us! They let me bring in my wedding boots and try them on with the favorites as well! When I found THE one, she grabbed some veils and had me dressed in the full get up! They let us take pictures along the way so while I went to try on another dress my MOH and mom were able to flip back through the pictures of ones we had already tried on to narrow down favorites. When I had finally decided to pull the trigger, I had mentioned that I had another appointment at another bridal shop later that afternoon and they charged a cancellation fee. Paige offered to take the cancellation fee off the price of the dress I chose - she said "I shouldn't have to pay for finding the dress I loved!" - I was totally surprised that she did that for me and I so appreciated it! I went ahead and purchased my dress and veil and I have already received a shipping notification for when I can expect my dress to be in the store to pick up! I highly recommend this place to other Brides! The whole experience was phenomenal!

The best in Jax!

I LOVE Love! Laney, the manager, is so sweet and you can tell she really loves what she does. I worked with Paige and she was so patients and kind! I am a very indecisive person and needed to try on a lot of options before finally picking my dress, but she was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole appointment, even when we ran over our time, and past their closing time on a Friday night! These ladies are truly the best in Jax :)

Beautiful dresses

I was dreading wedding dress shopping and had 2 appointments at other locations prior to going to Love where I just found dresses that were okay. I found multiple dresses at Love I really liked but then Paige suggested I try on one more she thought I might like. This dress was absolutely perfect. Love is magical!

I cannot express in words how amazing Love is, but I will try my best to do so. I visited another boutique for my 1st appointment and I cried the entire night after leaving. I had such a horrible experience at my 1st appointment and I was SO nervous for the next day of appointments. My confidence was so low- I tried on 20 dresses and only liked 1 of them. The consultant kept putting me in dress styles that I had already decided I didn't like, just so we could "rule them out for sure". After we got home, I messaged Love and told them about my experience and they reassured me that they would make my appointment magical. My dress appointment was like Disney magic! Paige, my consultant at Love, is an ANGEL in consultant form. She pulled dresses that had everything I wanted and knew exactly what I would love. She listened to the specific details that I mentioned, noticed my reactions to the details on the dress, and was attentive to the way I described how I felt in the dresses I was trying on. She hyped me up in the dressing room and made sure to spread out the bottoms of the gowns and set them up beautifully for my family to see. I felt relaxed, confident, and in control. Paige and Melissa truly and genuinely cared about helping me find my perfect dress. I never thought for a second that they were just trying to make a sale. Their calm demeaner made my experience so much fun and so relaxed. First, Paige showed pulled a few dresses out of the rack and asked for my opinion. We tried on 4 dresses that we looked at from the rack, and I honestly loved them all. After the 4th dress, which brought all of us to tears, I asked her if there was any other dresses she thought I would love more. Paige told me she had 1 more dress for me to try on and I absolutely LOVED it! The 5th dress ended up being my dream dress and I honestly couldn't be happier. I also want to mention that Paige pulled and clipped the dresses in all the right places, so I got a very accurate visual of what the dress would look like in my size. Melissa was so helpful with putting together my vision. If you do not visit Love, you're seriously missing out. You absolutely have to visit Love. I could not have asked for a better appointment or experience. Paige and Melissa, thank you so much for making my dreams come true! I'm so happy to be a Love bride!

The perfect Boutique to find the gown of your dreams!

I came across Love Bridal Boutique after going to a shop down the road that was closed during my scheduled appointment time. I called LOVE to see if they could get me in that day after explaining the situation (I had my family with me!) They told me to come right in and immediately got me a consultant named Paige. Paige helped me try on several dresses and eventually, I found the one! (My dad even picked it out!) Several months later, my dress was in! I went to the shop and tried it on but I had apparently lost a lot of weight. They recommended an alterations woman who could take it in. After a visit to alterations, it was determined it was going to be a significant amount of alterations. After contacting Laney, at LOVE at explaining the situation she worked with me to get a new size in the same dress. The new size fit like a glove and I was beyond excited! The store could have told me I was out of luck - but they made it right for me and for that I am so grateful! Then, one week before my wedding, I zipped up the tulle from the dress into the zipper of the garment bag and had a panic attack. I called Laney again and she told me not to stress and that they would get the tulle out of the zipper without damage. THEY DID! If you want a bridal boutique who truly cares about their brides - then look no further - you will find all that you are looking for here :)

Excellent Boutique

I’m going to be honest and say I never leave a review, I always just do the star rating and call it a day. But Love Bridal Boutique has been so amazing to work with and literally made my wedding day in so many ways that it felt morally wrong to not leave a review! Love Bridal Boutique is an amazing local wedding shop in Jax Beach. I went in last year (2019 pre-covid) with 4 guests and I had a truly one of a kind experience. There were 2 other brides but their rooms are very spaced out that I like I was in my own private area of the boutique.
I went into Love thinking I already found my dress at another boutique, and I was indulging my mother because she didn’t agree with the dress I choose. Laney was my consultant (little did I know she was the store manager) and she was so genuine and patient with me. She greeted me along with Melissa and they made me feel comfortable and excited unlike the other boutiques which made me feel like I was going through a business transaction. She listened to my wants, and not my mothers, to help me find a wedding gown within my budget. Laney made me feel like I was her only priority at that moment and never once did I feel pressured into a decision. I was able to be myself with her and actually have fun with the whole experience. Both Laney and Melissa made the anxiety and stress of actually looking for gowns into a fun and exciting morning.
Love has SO MANY beautiful gowns but Laney went above and beyond, to beat my previous gown that I thought was “the one”. Disclaimer: Laney did not know about my previous dress; she was just doing what she loved which is to help brides to be find their perfect dress! And let me tell you, after I showed my bridal party and my mother in law my new dress, ALL of them, 100% agreed, the gown from Love was so much better!
Now, this is where I HAVE to brag about Laney and Love. I got my dress 5-6 months later. Laney and I were so I love with how I was wearing my customized gown and literally having so much fun that I left the store not realizing the gown was still way too long for me even with my 5 inch heels. I obviously panicked, because typically many boutique policies are if you leave the the store with gown in hand then you’re taking the gown as is. But Laney was so fast in replying to my email and immediately coordinated everything in regards to the alterations along with covering the costs! I was so impressed with how professional this mishap was handled and felt so blessed to have Laney!
Now comes the second hurdle, even after my dress my altered it was still about 2 inches long. Many might not think that’s an issue, but if you’re petite and 4’10” like I am, an extra 2 inches makes the gown drag on the floor rather than skim. Laney came to my rescue AGAIN with no complaints nor seeming to be over the whole ordeal (because I was a nervous wreck). Laney provided me with a solution, ordered everything necessary to help “poof” my skirt out enough to have it skim the floor, in such a timely manner.
I swear Laney has been my fairy godmother throughout this entire wedding gown process that I wish I can do more than just give Love Bridal Boutique an awesome review and 5 stars. Go to Love to look for your dream dress! You will be taken care of here and you will be treated like family! There is no other place I would recommend to find your perfect wedding dress!

Look no further- love is the boutique you need!

I had THE BEST experience at Love, and they have an AMAZING team there-everyone I talked to (on the phone and in person) was sincerely genuine. This was my first dress try-on EVER so I was very nervous and just clueless on what I even wanted or liked, but it was so successful that I didn’t even have to go anywhere else for another try on! I have 6 bridesmaids and wanted all of them to be apart of this experience with me along with my Mother, so we opted to do the Sunday private appointment. A $100 deposit to keep the appointment, which was covered between all of us attending so not a big cost at all and SO WORTH IT!! The shop is closed on Sunday so your bridal consultant literally comes in SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR APPT! To top it all off you can bring snacks and wine/champagne to enjoy during your appt! I tried on at least 8-10 dresses, all different and unique in their own way, all ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! They carry many different brands and designers to choose from, you will definitely not be disappointed from a lack of options/variety that’s for sure!!! My bridal consultant Paige was phenomenal! She instantly connected with me and proved to be not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful about materials, styles, designers etc. but also compassionate in helping me find a dress that I truly felt comfortable and confident in! Once we pulled a few dresses and got them on me, she was able to tell exactly what I felt good in without me even having to say anything!! She was able to find my PERFECT DRESS just by working with me for a few hours! Also not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or swayed away from what I wanted in any way! Book an appointment with Love! You WON’T regret it!

My maid of honor took the reigns and scheduled my first dress appointment at Love, A Bridal Boutique in December 2019. When I tell you it was one of the best decisions to go with Love, I’m not kidding! We had to put down a $100 deposit so we could be able to keep the appointment, but that was literally the best $100 I’ve ever spent! First off, they close down the entire shop JUST FOR YOU, for 2 hours! Second, you get your own bridal consultant for the appointment. And third, you can bring as many guests as you want AND...BIG AND you can bring alcohol (we had mimosas during my appointment, which was freaking awesome!). So this was my first wedding dress appointment ever and I actually found my dress that day! I tried on 11 dresses that day, all different and unique in their own way. All of the gowns were ABSOLUTELY stunning! So many different brands and designers to pick from, you will definitely not be disappointed from a lack of options that’s for sure! My bridal consultant was Addison, and OMG she was just simply amazing! So knowledgable, helpful, and calming. I brought a lot of people to my appointment; my parents, mother in law, and all 6 of my bridesmaids/maid of honor. Around dress number 5, Addison could tell I was getting a little overwhelmed with not finding exactly what I wanted and confused on remembering which dresses I did like. So we stopped for a moment and took a breath and carried on! She reassured me that this is definitely a stressful time with all of the options and opinions of my party. It was very helpful to be reassured of what I wanted and to make a decision based on what I wanted to see myself in on my wedding day.
To wrap it up, if you decide to make an appointment at Love, you will not regret it! You will have an amazing time and create so many happy memories that day! Good luck to all the future brides reading this!

Where do I begin! Love bridal is one in a million. Not only is the store welcoming but all the girls will make you feel at ease. From someone who is the most indecisive person ever, they went out of their way to help me find the most precious dress, without me settling.

The absolute BEST

Where do I begin! LOVE Bridal boutique was the 3rd boutique I visited with my mama and grandma and I instantly knew I was in great hands. Michelle was amazing my nerves were at ease with how easy she was to talk to and she helped me pull some fabulous selections of gowns. I had a crazy experience because I tried on so many gowns and had mixed feelings on saying yes because I was so nervous to find the perfect fit but that did not stop Laney and Michelle. Laney went completely above and beyond to make sure I felt absolutely beautiful and perfect in my Martina Liana gown and offered so many ideas for customization. Laney and Michelle also helped me FaceTime my mom on my multiple visits at Love and took multiple fabulous pics until I finally found the right fit! I had so much fun with this experience and am so excited to go back when my dress arrives next year. I cannot say enough kind words to ALL of the amazing ladies at Love because they honestly all helped me. Thank you a million times Laney you are an absolute Angel! My only advice to future brides is to hurry up and schedule fast you won’t regret it!

As someone who was absolutely dreading this experience, I can honestly say I'm so very elated!
The brick and mortar is so warm and inviting. And the choices of dresses are beyond compare. I felt at home in an environment I thought I'd be uncomfortable in.

My perfect dress!

I found the perfect dress online and located it at Love. I made the appointment and went to try it, and several others, on with my MOH and MOG. The dress was the one! Even though I was within 6 months of my wedding, they were able to get the dress for me with a month to spare for alterations. They had the perfect headband as well and I was thrilled when I left! The ladies were all so friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable! It was a wonderful and easy experience!

Adorable boutique, great staff, and I found my perfect dress here!

I made an appointment at this cute pink boutique one day with my mom to look at wedding dresses and didn't expect to find the dress of my dreams... but I definitely did! All of the ladies I met were so sweet and helpful and made me feel like a superstar in every dress I tried on! They asked about my venue and helped me pick dresses that would be perfect for it, which I thought was so great and was something I didn't really think of myself! The dresses I tried on were ALL gorgeous but the one I chose was just... oh gosh. All the tears. My wedding dress was so perfect for me and my body, and of course, it's not something I would have ever picked out for myself. I'm so thankful for Paige for recommending it to me! Honestly, every single guest and person in general who has seen pictures from our wedding compliments my dress before they compliment anything else. Beyond Wonderful

If you are looking for a place in Jax beach to get your dress, Love is the place to go! All of the staff were beyond wonderful!! They have the best variety of dresses. I had already found a dress at another boutique but felt pressured into something I didn’t really want. When I went to love they didn’t pressure me AT ALL! They spent so much time with my mom and I (even though they were closing soon) and gave their opinions truthfully and didn’t for me to buy something just “to make a sale”. The girls at Love are so helpful. Katie brought me a dress to try on that I had passed over when looking myself, which ended up being the dress I said yes to! They are all very knowledgeable of the designers they carry and can work with whatever price point you provide them. Best bridal boutique ever!

Absolutely obsessed with this boutique! It was the closest Essence of Australia carrier to me so I went for an Essence trunk show with my 5 closest ladies. Laney was amazing and so helpful in picking dresses and helping me find my dress. I had an AMAZING experience shopping with Laney! I brought my entire bridal party to find my dress and our first appointment was THE MOST accommodating and we had a great time. I narrowed down some favorites and wanted my mom (who lives out of state) to see everything first. She happened to surprise me for my birthday a month later and my maid of honor went ahead and made an appointment as another surprise. I was almost not going to go to love bridal as I thought I’d found the dress! Oh how wrong I was! I’m soooo happy I went and experienced Love!

One of my bridesmaids and myself finished my first dress appointment early that day and so called Love who were more than happy to see us nearly an hour early! And we still had the whole place to ourselves! Laney , the manager, was incredibly helpful. I told her what I was looking for and my very rough budget and she pulled about 6/7 dresses straight away that were all beautiful! I picked a few more out and we started to try them on. I tried them all on as many times as I wanted and even practised a longer walk in one of the heavier ones! She was so patient and supportive as I couldn’t have my mother or sister there with me to help due to them living abroad, so we face timed them in! But it was so nice having an expert and genuine opinion from her! She would even tell me she didn’t like a dress as much on me or if she loved it! (regardless of price, she was genuinely so helpful). I ended up purchasing THE dress and a veil, which I didn’t think I would do but am now totally in love with! And all for under my dress budget! I couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon! (Oh and I got a free sparkly pink koozy which is adorable!) couldn’t recommend more!!! Thankyou LOVE!

The moment I walked into Love, I knew that I would find my dream dress to marry my dream guy in. The girls, especially Laney who is the Manager, were phenomenal. Laney is a true gem and her passion with wanting to find a bride her PERFECT dress truly shows. I went to Love not wanting a dress with 'bling' and Laney came completely out of left field and suggested a dress that I probably would have never tried on if she hadn't pulled it out...once it was on I never wanted to take it off.

Laney was there every step of the way through all my dress issues and and she always made me feel better whenever I had any concerns. My wedding day was truly magical and I felt so beautiful. I put the dress on the other day and sat on the couch watching our wedding video (LOL) and I still felt the same way I did when I first tried it on at Love. I never wanted to take it off...but had to because my husband was coming home.

I wish I could leave a thousand reviews of how wonderful the girls and Love are. I will continue to recommend the boutique to anyone who will listen :)

The consultants were so sweet, but more importantly incredibly knowledgeable about their dresses. The selection was huge and they had so many unique styles. I was extremely happy with my experience here! It was my first place looking for a dress and I found one within an hour of being there. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and very good at their job. I was a little concerned about ending up at a “snobby boutique” but they were not like that at all. I had the best experience at Love! I went in thinking I wanted something specific and like most brides- I was wrong! Melissa quietly listened to everything I said about each dress I tried on and pulled just 1 dress for me to try on based on that and it was the dress of my dreams, I knew as soon as I put it on that I was finished shopping. The shop is intimate and by appointment only so even when there are other brides shopping you still have 1 on 1 attention from your consultant- they have a great selection from several designers and provide contacts for alterations when your dress comes in. The consultants gave me and my family their undivided attention, without pressuring me into anything. My sister recommended Love boutique to me in June when I was in town visiting family from Denver. I booked the last appointment of the day so that my sister could join my mom and I after work. Laney helped me during my visit to Love and she was amazing!! She knew I wanted my sister to be able to see some of the dresses and she was super accommodating to that. I gave Laney my budget which was on the lower side and she helped me find dresses and styles that fit both my body type and budget needs. Since I was shopping about 4 months from my wedding date, I had to buy off the rack which gave me the ability to find a dress that I otherwise wouldn't be able to afford. We selected a bunch of gorgeous gowns and Laney helped me try them on. During the fitting as Laney figured out what gowns looked best on me, she would go out to find other beautiful dresses for me that I could fit in my budget. I ended up with several that looked amazing! It was so hard to choose. Laney was so encouraging about the dresses that were complimentary to my body. We kept going back to this one dress that was just amazing and it was the one! I got a great deal on the dress and was so happy to be able to fly home with it rather than wait for it to come in the mail! Laney exceeded my expectations while shopping for a dress. The service I received from her was far better than what I got at other shops in town. She even offered to help me if I had any trouble with finding a tailor in Denver. I had the best experience shopping here for my wedding dress. There was actually no one in the store when my mom, Grandma, and Mother in law came shopping with me so it was a nice personal experience. I found the dress of my dreams here thanks to Melissa and the team. They picked out a dress I never would have but I LOVED it and got SO many compliments on it. Thankful for these sweet girls that helped me pick my dress! :)

Rise above your Pinterest board at Love! Listen to them. At Love, the stylists fitting you are the same folks who go to market and pick out the dresses they keep in stock. They are personally invested in helping you find what is fresh, what is the best value, and - this is key - what dress will actually achieve the vibe you are looking for! My dress looks far more expensive than it actually was, thanks to their excellent shopping (before I even walked into the salon I mean) and now that I have it here in my size, I am more certain than ever that they understood that the dress and I were a perfect match. Ladies at Love are empowered, informed, and so genuinely excited when you find your dress. I needed mine shipped out of state for alterations, and they took the time to inspect the dress themselves first before packaging it perfectly for safe arrival at my home. My sister found her own wedding dress there 6 months later!! ALSO: I would like to note that unlike other bridal boutiques in the Jacksonville area (*side eye*), Love is VERY respectful of budget!

Loved shopping at LOVE! I wish I could do it all over again. They had an amazing selection of gorgeous dresses, their salon was super cute, and they were extremely patient as I tried on dress after dress. Lauren and Melissa were lovely. Let me just start with saying I went to E V E R Y dress store in the Jacksonville area. Literally. It wasn't until I stepped foot in Love that I knew I could actually find a dress. The ladies were so helpful despite my requests for a unique, blush dress. They had the most perfect blush gown that I completely fell in love with. Beyond finding the dress, they let me come back multiple times to re-try on my dream gown AND they were able to work with my extremely short engagement time.. the dress even made it in months early! I really couldn't be happier. They are a dream to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Haley (we spell our names the same too!) back in April for a wedding dress consult. First off, she was amazing and very attentive. The girls at Love were so friendly and absolutely amazing when it came to helping me find my perfect wedding dress! I went with my mom, mother in law, 3 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls - so there were a lot of us but they were very accommodating. We had the whole place to ourselves which was really nice. I picked out quite a few dresses to try on, they were very helpful and had no problems helping me into the dresses. They also answered any questions I had and gave us all the advice or tips we needed. I looked online at a dress I liked and after trying it on, I knew right away it was the perfect dress for my wedding day! I knew it was a long shot to like a dress online, then try it on and love it just as much - I got very lucky. Can't say enough great things about Love! They recommended a seamstress for alterations, she was awesome too. Would highly recommend Love Boutique!!!

The girls at Love were absolutely wonderful!! I recently went to Love with a group of 12 ladies, including myself, to search for my wedding dress and they were so accommodating! Firstly, the store is set up very nicely- it is organized, clean, and super cute. We were welcomed by the store manager Melissa, my consultant for the day Laney, and another consultant Betty. All 3 of them welcomed our large group happily, explained all of the dress designers and prices to us, and allowed us all to browse through and pull dresses. Laney got me to my dressing room and pulled the first dress for me from the dresses my ladies had selected. She picked this dress based on the style I was going for and what she thought I would like. She was spot on considering this was the dress I would up ordering! I was nervous, and sweaty because I had never done this before and she made me feel so comfortable! Laney explained the process to me, how to get in the dress, when to call for her to clip me in, etc. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. I tried on many dresses, and remained in love with the 1st one. We had a few other bridal shop bookings for the day, the girls did not pressure me to buy the dress right then. They encouraged me to finish looking and were happy to have me call back if I thought that dress was the "one". It remained "the one". Melissa was very accommodating with discussing customizations we wanted for the dress and getting a quote quickly from the designer. I made an appointment for two weeks later and they were even more fun when I went back (didn't think it was possible!). Overall, I would recommend Love to any bride for their amazing selection of dresses, amazing designers, ability to accommodate a sizable group, and comfort they gave me for finding my dream dress. Everything about my experience at Love was amazing! My consultant was so helpful to me when it came time to make a decision. I loved the dress, but wanted a little more, so she suggested adding some beading around the neckline and it made the dress perfect! I ordered my dress at Love and couldn't be happier with my decision.

I went to several bridal stores and boutiques and my experience at Love Bridal Boutique was by far my most enjoyable one! I loved so many of the dresses, but absolutely fell in LOVE with the dress I chose because it was so beautiful and unique. The prices were comparable to the other stores I had been to, but the overall experience and "feel" was exactly what I had hoped for!

I personally worked with Melissa - who was wonderful and super accommodating - and not in the least pushy or "salesy" like some of the other stores I had been to.

I would highly recommend Love to any brides looking for a gorgeous and unique wedding dress, with the "lovey" and warm/welcoming feel you would expect!

I purchased by dress and veil from Love. I worked with Liza and she was very sweet. There was a trunk show going on during my appt but she allowed my mom and I to shop around and pick out some dresses. The quality of my dress was amazing. It was much different from what I saw at David's Bridal. I am glad I purchased by dress at Love. It looked amazing on the big day :) My dress was lace and full ballroom and it got stepped on multiple times and totally held up! not one tear!

I had the most AMAZING experience at Love!!! The two girls I worked with are so great at what they do, were very knowledgeable about the dresses and so professional. They were polite, not pushy at all and made me feel so comfortable! I was really struggling with the style of dress I wanted at first. Melissa was my main bridal consultant and Liza helped as well, which was really nice of her! Liza was so sweet and really helped me get an idea of what style I like. Melissa was awesome and very sweet, thorough and detailed in her descriptions of the dresses. Both girls were very intuitive and you could tell they have a passion for bridal gowns, weddings and brides. I have recommended about 10 brides to this place and all had great experiences and bought here. I feel like I am bast friends with these girls! I loved the dress I chose but wanted something more, and they had an idea of how to change it and now it is PERFECT! Don't go anywhere else but Love in Jacksonville, Love is TOP NOTCH!!!!

I thought I knew the look I was going for and brought in many sample photos to be prepared. The young lady who assisted my grabbed several dress that matched almost to a T what I had envisioned, but also grabbed one she asked me to try just for her. To get that one out of the way I tried it first....it was perfect! After trying all the styles I thought I wanted that first dress ended up being my YES dress! I wouldn't change it for anything! Such great ladies!

The store does not have a large selection of dresses, I believe they had around 350 in the store, but they were all amazing and unique. I found "the one" immediately but stayed in the store just so I could look at there selection a bit longer, beautiful dresses!

I am in love with my dress. I did not want to take it off! The ladies at Love were terrific to work with! They were attentive, listened to what I liked and didn't like, and were not pushy at all. Their shop is comfortable and beautiful. My mom and sister were up in NJ when I found the dress and Love was super accommodating when my family was in town. They set up time for me to try on the dress for my family and get their approval as well! Fantastic people to work with and I would highly recommend them!

This boutique is undeniably Jacksonville's best! Melissa and Liza are the sweetest women to work with, can picture your style and put you in a dress you feel like an absolute queen in. The boutique has such a comfortable feel, and I felt like I was just at home trying on dresses. They let me come back so many times so I could see the dress and get ideas for custom belts and details, and let me come over and try on and share the dress with my loved ones who hadn't seen it yet, even when I hadn't scheduled an appointment. The girls at this place were beyond helpful! When I first showed up at the boutique they were closed, it was raining, and it was a holiday. The owner unlocked the door, turned on the lights, and let me and mom in to show us dresses. I quickly made an appointment to try on dresses and found the perfect one within an hour. They were so great with measurements, keeping in touch as my purchases arrived, and making recommendations for dress-related vendors (such as alterations, cleaning, etc.). Everything was perfect!!

This is a small place, but the two young girls that work in the boutique are very helpful and are very knowledgeable. My daughter was able to pick her wedding dress out the first visit and our sales assistant did not pressure us to buy in any way. She really did just assist us. The dress was on time after the ordering process and they provided names of good alteration places. It all went very smoothly.

The women at Love made the dress-buying experience very easy and wonderful! I worked primarily with Melissa, who really went above and beyond for me. I had my mind on a dress that I saw in a magazine and when I called the boutique, Melissa informed me that they did not have the dress in the store, but that she could call the designer and have a sample shipped to the store for me to try on. She communicated with me about what sizes would be shipped, and was very quick in responding to any of my questions. When I came in to try the dress on as well as others, Melissa and Liza both were very helpful and honest in their opinions. I ordered the dress and it came in on the date that Melissa promised it would! She also was kind enough to order a swatch of the fabric for me and send it to my house. Mel and Liza are fantastic and made finding a wedding dress so easy. I went into Love on a weekday with my mom about a month after getting engaged because my mom was so excited to start looking for a dress. I was not expecting to get a dress, because I was planning on going with my sister later on in the planning process. Liza helped me and she could sense that I wasn’t loving most of the dresses I tried on. I tried on a style I liked, but the dress wasn’t really for me. Liza pulled a dress from the racks for me to try on, and it was perfect! I fell in love that instant and bought the dress that day. I also used them for my veil and a belt I bought for my dress. One of the things I really liked is that they really stick to your budget. I wanted to try on a dress that was out of my budget, and Liza was very hesitant because she said she doesn’t want someone to fall in love with a dress they can’t afford. I thought that was really professional and helpful since budgeting is a huge part of the wedding process. I recommend going on a weekday if you can because they are not as busy and you will have more time to look through the dresses and try stuff on. This shop is amazing! You will not be disappointed.

Three weeks before my wedding I was left with a Priscella of Boston gown that had been virtually destroyed by a seamstress in Orlando. I had pretty much given up on looking the way I had hoped for on my special day. There wasn't enough money or time left to make it happen. After being urged by many to just stop by at Love, I did. Within 30 minuets I had my dress and Liza was calling their seamstress Linda to see if she could make my dress perfect in time for my day. In the end I think my second dress was better than my first. I could not have been more pleased. Thanks to Love, Liza, & Linda for saving the day!

Liza and Melissa made my experience picking out "THE DRESS" smooth and stress free. I did not come in knowing exactly what I wanted, but they are both so great at their job that they really helped me narrow down what I would like very quickly. And when I found "THE DRESS" the ordering process was also stress free. Even when my dress was put on back order, they assured me I would have it in plenty of time for alterations, they kept following up to make sure it was being shipped when it said it would be and they were right. These girls know their dresses, they know how to read people and pull your personality out of you in a matter of minutes to help you find the dressed you've been dreaming of!

Love is an amazing bridal boutique that offers so much without feeling overwhelmed. There are no dresses in the store of poor quality. The store owner and staff know every little detail about each designer that they carry which means a lot since it is such a special purchase. After going back to the store to my first fitting I quickly fell in love with the jewelery that was there as well... I looked around a little harder and also found my wonderful toss garter for the FSU Seminoles. This boutique has it all. You will not be let down!
