The best investment!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Love Blooms and the role they played in making our wedding day so special. Their rental items were stunning and added the perfect finishing touches to our celebration, but the real magic came from our incredible day-of coordinator, Caity. I was initially on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but bringing Caity on was one of the best investments we made. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring my vision to life, including setting up a beautiful memorial table to honor our loved ones who couldn’t be with us, which meant so much to us and our families. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and dedication allowed everything to run smoothly and gave our friends and family the chance to relax and enjoy the day. Thanks to Caity and Love Blooms, we were able to be fully present in every moment, knowing everything was taken care of with heart and expertise. We are so deeply grateful. -

Erin and Katrina planned the most amazing wedding ever. They helped me through thick and thin with everything I needed and came through for me in every way. Katrina took care of so much and I’m forever grateful for her. She helped me get new centerpieces when I forgot mine and she helped organize a guest count that kept changing. She was so flexible and amazing!! Erin really helped us plan, she gave us the venue tour, she helped me settle everything in the final details meeting and she was super supportive and helpful. We hired Love Blooms for both our florals as well as the Day of (Month of) Coordinator for the wedding day. I can say truly from the bottom of my heart that I couldn't have been happier with this decision. Katrina worked with us as I changed my mind about florals a few times. Giving suggestions and advice when I asked questions. The bouquets were gorgeous!! Simple and quite lovely.
And Working with Chanel for thr coordination was great! The hand off between Katrina and Chanel was smooth. Chanel was there whenever I had a question and give advice. During the week of Chanel took over and confirmed all my vendors and really made the rehearsal and the wedding day go off without a hitch! I am so so happy that I worked with Love Blooms! -

But even more importantly - Katrina was an amazing day of coordinator! She helped us stay on track with wedding planning and referred us to amazing vendors. Love Blooms was the perfect one stop shop for wedding planning. We went with them for florals, decor, and day-of coordination. I appreciate how they have their decor rental inventory available on their website, so you can see everything they have to offer with photos, pricing, etc. We didn't have to purchase any decor because we were able to rent everything we wanted from them, including lawn games! They also did our florals, which were stunning. They made my vision come to life! We hired them as the day-of coordinator as well, which we would highly recommend. Amelia was fantastic, very professional and organized. We could trust her to handle everything, and she kept the day running smoothly! Would highly recommend Love Blooms for any of their services! -

We reached out to Love Blooms about renting a very large greenery wall and lighting and they were so accommodating, helpful, timely and efficient. We loved working with Katrina! We planned a destination wedding for Washington from San Diego. We were not able to meet with many of our vendors so communication was solely through email. Katrina was always quick to respond and was great about giving us as much information and options as possible.
I was super indecisive and fearful of having too many colors and designs and Katrina was incredibly patient and accommodating through all of it.
Our wedding day was made of dreams and that was due in large part to the space Katrina created. We are so lucky to have worked with her and trusted her to do what she does best! -

My wife and I had our wedding back in September 2022 in Tacoma. We are so glad we hired Love Blooms. They were really great. Katrina and her assistant were very professional. Katrina took our vision of what we wanted our floral design to look like and she turned it into a reality. Our flowers and Arch from Love Blooms was beyond our expectations. They made everything look so beautiful! Katrina was very communicative with me, listened to my design ideas, and helped us stay within our wedding budget.
Our colors were pink, purple, and gold, and they executed it well with their floral design. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about our flowers. I thought the price for what we got was very reasonable and the flowers were beautiful and great quality. Katrina was great!! She is so responsive, and the flowers for my wedding were beautiful - better than I imagined. I ordered bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, arbors for the altar, and centerpieces for the tables at the reception. Even when there was a small mix up on the day-of for when the centerpieces were to be setup, Love Blooms handled it all without me needing to intervene. Would highly recommend! -

Katrina was amazing to work with, so friendly and kind and helpful. I sent her a Pinterest collection of our aesthetic and theme and she quickly put together a beautiful proposal that perfectly reflected our wants. I am a stickler about aesthetics and she captured our winter florals perfectly. My bouquet was lovely, the arbor was gorgeous and all of our centerpieces were exactly what we asked for. Love Blooms also seamlessly flipped our venue and handled all of the decor so we didn't have to. Definitely worth the investment and I'd recommend to anyone. -

We worked with Love Blooms for our wedding at JM Cellars in July and we had a lovely experience working with them. They did an amazing job with the florals for my bridal bouquet, for our ceremony site and the tables. They even moved the ceremony site flowers to surround the neon sign we had in the dance room which was a hit for photos! I would highly recommend working with Katrina and her team at Love Blooms - they were great and kept everything really affordable which can be nearly impossible to do with wedding florals! -

Love Blooms was incredible to work with! We had originally planned and signed an agreement for our big day in 2020 and it ended up being smaller due to the pandemic, Katrina was willing to work with us to adjust as necessary and set us up for success on our wedding 2.0 a year later. She was extremely progressional and had awesome recommendations as well as catered to my vision to put our day together. We used their day or coordination, Kimberly as well and they both were so easy to work with, worked well with the other vendors, and a lot of fun! The arrangements were Beautiful and held up for a week and a half post event! Would highly recommend to work with love blooms for floral, decor rental and coordination! -

We hired Katrina as our day of coordinator and florist, and also rented a variety of decor from Love Blooms. She was wonderful throughout the entire process! She went above and beyond the day before our wedding - ensuring that a gutter was fixed, bushes were trimmed, and the patio was cleaned when we arrived to a not-so-prepared venue. She took charge of the entire situation and had everything handled so that I didn't have to stress about it.
The florals and venue set up were stunning - even better than I could have imagined and the day ran seamlessly. Would recommend Love Blooms for any wedding or event! -

My now husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Kristina at Love Blooms! She was responsive, offered reasonable prices compared to some other Seattle area florists, and was able to execute exactly what I was looking for. I provided some inspiration pictures from Pinterest, and the bouquets and wall arbor came out amazing! It can be nerve wracking working with a vendor where you don't see the final product until your wedding day, and you just have to hope everything comes out as you imagined. But Love Blooms definitely delivers! In addition to florals, we were also able to rent candles, sign holders, and cafe lights from them, which was so convenient. -

Amazing Pacific Northwest Florist!
Karina’s talent is hard to miss with one glance of her gallery or Social Media sites, you will certainly see why! And all the lovely reviews just shows how incredible she is! I had recently moved to Washington when I realized that I wanted a moody wintery woodsy Viking style wedding (with added glam of course!). The moment I found her I knew there was no one else. As a matter of fact, I had no reason to look any further. She was our flower gal.
From the beginning, Katrina gave such great advice, and everything was such an easy transaction. I gave her a couple ideas but told her to be creative with the arrangements and everything that goes with it.
We are truly blessed to have found Katrina, I know our paths will cross again someday- and I 100% recommend her to anyone. Thank you again for making our dreams come true! -

Katrina and her team were wonderful to work with. We hired Love Bloom for all of our florals decoration as well as other rentals. I love that I only have to one vendor that has all my needs!!! Communication was great with Katrina! Especially with the year that we had with the pandemic, she was a great person to work out all the details with as well as handle all my bridal needy-ness and changes with grace! She never complain about how many times I emailed her and ask her the same questions haha Even my husband, who like many boys out there does not care much about flowers, said that the flowers were beautiful!!! Katrina is the best!
I hired Katrina as my day-of wedding coordinator and my florist and she was amazing as both! I rented an arch; Katrina did the arch flowers; I rented some aisle stands and Katrina also added florals for that as well. I also asked her to make mine and my bridesmaids' bouquets along with corsages for the grooms side. Flowers definitely make a huge difference in how your wedding looks and Katrina delivered 110%. Everything looked AMAZING and my pictures speak for themselves. As a wedding coordinator, Katrina was organized and on top of everything. She went above and beyond to make sure that nothing that went slightly not according to schedule (some wedding crashers, timing, bad music cue) get back to me (the bride) and really did everything she could to ensure that our day seemed flawless from our perspective. We decided to skimp some money on our DJ (beware - dont do this!) and Katrina had to basically hand hold him as he went through our playlist. Without her, I dont think our day would have gone as smooth as it would have. I highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator for your wedding and if you can, getting Katrina as your wedding coordinator! -

Absolutely beautiful flowers for my wedding! It was so easy to tell them exactly what I wanted. Super easy to work with and made what I envisioned come to life! The bouquets were sturdy and lasted all night. They also brought them out to our venue.

Katrina was an absolute pleasure to work with! She provided so much design input and advice. I did not know much about what I wanted from the flowers beyond a very general color scheme, wanting eucalyptus leaves somewhere, and items that were in season, but Katrina took all the items that I said I liked and combined them into one beautiful, cohesive look. She was even able to make "hoop" bouquets work for my bridesmaid (picture attached) with real flowers, which seems like a monumental task. I really appreciated that extra detail as my bridesmaids preferred real flowers. Additionally, she was so patient as I added extra items several weeks before the wedding, and then had to change the table layouts due to the guest count reducing by nearly half as folks were suddenly unable to attend.
We also rented out some of the decor items, which was so painless and easy! It was great not to have to worry about setting up and tearing down the arbor, picking up all the vases, etc. at the end of the night. Katrina and our venue staff did an awesome job of the table arrangements; everything was in place before I was even finished getting ready for the day. I showed up and all the work was already done - I'm only sad I wasn't able to see Katrina and her staff in person to say a big thank you! It was all so much better than I could have expected. -

We booked Love Blooms for our November wedding at Trinity Tree Farm. Katrina made it easy to share with her what our vision was and to choose exactly the amount of bouquets, centerpieces, etc. that we needed. She did not have a minimum that we had to meet and her prices were very reasonable, which were important to us because our wedding was very small and intimate and we did not need a lot of floral for decor. Katrina was always timely with her email responses and made it easy to rent an arbor last minute when we realized the weather would not be good enough for an outdoor wedding. She was even able to suggest an arbor for us that was comparable to the one we would have used for an outdoor ceremony. Our overall experience with Katrina was very positive! -

Great value, beautiful outcome
We booked Love Blooms for our wedding at the Rainier Club earlier this month. I know very little about floral arrangements and had only a vague idea of what I was looking for because my previously scheduled wedding dates (and bridal party attire) were for summer. Katrina was super helpful in brainstorming options with my during our initial consultation that would align with my vision, our existing aesthetic constraints, and budget. She was very responsive to the many changes I had as I quickly figured out our floral plan in a tight timeframe. Hire this florist! Our flowers were absolutely stunning. I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement for such reasonably pricing. Amazing florist
Love Blooms came highly recommended by our planner for our backyard, end of COVID wedding, and we're so happy it did! Katrina responded very quickly to our initial inquiry (containing inspiration mainly from Pinterest) with a proposal matching all of our requests and continued to update it with our growing list of requests after spending more time on her website. On the actual day, the flowers and arbor far exceeded our expectations; we received countless compliments from guests on everything provided by Love Blooms. Katrina was amazing! She was my day-of coordinator and florist. Prior to the wedding, we met at her studio and went through all of her inventory/decor and picked out matching gold centerpieces, chargers, table numbers, an arbor, etc. We talked through florals, how many we wanted, where we wanted them, what kind and color we wanted, etc. She asks ALL the right questions and then Katrina made it all come to life! She is truly amazing at what she does! At no point on my wedding day was I stressed. (I even got married during the pandemic and we changed the date, time, and venue of the wedding and she helped me through the entire process.) She was always available to chat when I needed her and the wedding turned out AMAZING. My family has not stopped raving about how well organized it was and how well decorated it was and that was all due to Katrina. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

Affordable rentals
I found Love Blooms while looking for a place to rent glass, gold beaded charger plates. I was pleased to see the large inventory selection they had and affordable prices. We had to postpone our big wedding and reception until next year, but had a small backyard ceremony this year and rented the Noah arbor. The arbor was very light weight and easy to assemble, however if you are going to be anywhere with wind, you will want to make sure you can tie/weigh/steak down the arbor or else it will blow over. Katrina and her team were very responsive and easy to work with. She let us look through her inventory in person and will definitely be using them again next year for our wedding & reception. -

After our originally booked florist cancelled on us 4 weeks before our wedding date, Katrina graciously stepped in and helped us get all of our florals worked out. I thought with such short notice, I would have to give up what I had originally wanted, but Katrina saved the day and our vision. Not only were the florals fantastic and long-lasting, but we were also able to get some great rentals (arbor, table cloths, easels, etc.), which made re-planning our covid wedding a lot easier. Absolutely beautiful!
LOVE!! My husband and I changed our wedding plans 3 times. By the third time, I was ready to throw in the towel and head to the court.... but we settled on an intimate ceremony at Gold Creek Pond. We went back and forth on an arch, but are so glad that we ended up going for one with Katrina! My photographer also recommended her, so it was a no-brainer. She kept the cost within our budget and even provided setup and takedown on the day of. Even better.... she had a wedding in the morning at our same location and actually set up our arch for us at Gold Creek Pond (very popular wedding location) to reserve the view for us! The next wedding actually rented the arch on the spot after us because it looked so good. I cannot recommend nor thank her enough!! -

My vision exactly
Love Blooms went above and beyond to create my vision for a small backyard wedding! I had to send multiple revisions and add on to the order at the last minute and they were beyond accommodating. Upon delivery I wanted the flowers to be a surprise so I saved the reveal for the dinner and I was shocked at how beautifully they were arranged! When your mom tells you over and over AND OVER again how much she LOVED your day of coordinator-you know you picked a good one! Katrina was an absolute joy to work with. She's down to earth, sets realistic expectations regarding what can be accomplished, and is incredibly dependable. She always responded to my inquiries quickly, never seemed annoyed (although I'm sure I was plenty annoying at times) and was punctual to all events and meetings. She helped me paint my dress when I spilled red wine on it, kept my mom from worrying over the details, and even managed to hide the fact that she had had food poisoning the entire week leading up to our wedding! I absolutely loved working with Katrina and I can not recommend her and the Love Blooms team enough! -

Flowers absolutely beautiful
Katrina was probably one of the few vendors I had that had the most amazing response time. I hired her do my flowers only and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. It's really hard to see floral arraignments with just examples of photos but trust Katrina to do what she is great at. I was (honestly) pretty picky and changing things on the fly for my wedding; but with every questions, flower arrangement, or example I sent her, she was able to execute to exactly what my vision was.
I had aisle petals, 1 cascade bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquet, 4 parent pinned corsage/boutonnières, 4 groomsmen boutonnière, chair flowers, 13 centerpieces, 2 larger entry arrangements, elaborate arbor, and 24' garland; she executed it all stunningly. Thank you so much Katrina for making my day look so beautiful. -

Katrina was absolutely amazing from day one. I hired her for partial planning. She was the only wedding planner I interviewed-and I didn’t feel the need to talk to anyone else. She understood my vision and we just clicked. I hired her for decor and floral as well-such a good idea!! So much less stress to have less people to deal with. I just told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She was very responsive the 2 years between hiring her and the wedding. She often checked in without me needing anything to make sure I was doing good planning. If I had a issue with a vendor she would contact them and then it was fixed the next day. She came to vendor meetings and asked questions I would never think to ask, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only regret is not hiring her for complete wedding planning. Seriously SO worth it. Day of wedding she was the first person I texted her when I woke up, and last person before I fell asleep, and she replied immediately. I would hire her over and over again a million times. Hire love blooms and I promise you will have an amazing experience!! -

Carly was tasked with coordinating the day of our wedding, and she also assisted with many vendor needs prior to the day. She not only managed to help ease my anxiety during the planning stages, but she also ensured our special day went off without any issues. If there were any issues, I certainly didn't know of them! Not only was she a critical part of that day, but she also got to know us on a personal level and made things tailored just for us - especially the flowers. We hired Carly as our day-of-coordinator, and she really was amazing. My partner had been a bit skeptical about spending the money to hire a coordinator, but from the time of our final meeting a couple weeks before the wedding until the end of our wedding (and really, the day after) she totally earned every single dollar we paid. Our wedding was perhaps on the simpler side of things (limited decorations, just over 100 guests, not too many of the traditional events, only a couple vendors) but I was still unsure about how we’d pull it together, never having done anything like this before (as most haven’t). She was reassuring, and also down to earth about asking all the right questions and making suggestions on how to handle things we were unsure about. The most important thing was that on the day of, we were able to truly trust that she would make all the setup and prep happen, smooth over any issues, etc so that we could focus on other things, like enjoying our wedding day. I think it speaks to her effectiveness that I really barely even saw her on the day of, other than when she was handing us drinks or food, or telling us where we needed to be. Our parents, who worked with her more on setup and takedown, said that she was amazingly hard working the entire time, organized, and efficient. They were all charmed with her - and it’s worth mentioning that she truly is a kind and funny person. She’s relatively new to the Seattle wedding scene, but I’m excited for her career to really take off. Hire her while you still can! -

We rented almost all of our decor items from Love Blooms and they hands down have one of the biggest inventory in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area. I wanted a one-stop shop and they had pretty much almost everything I needed with a lot of options to choose from. Katrina was super easy to work with and great at communicating. She responded to my email inquiry very quickly and arranged a phone call where we chatted about what I would want for the wedding and she even gave me great advice on how I could set certain things up! She was easy to reach via email communication all the way up to the wedding day. Everything we received was good quality and looked so great when it was all put together. She was also flexible with us returning things on Sunday before we headed out to our honeymoon that night which was much appreciated (many vendors are usually closed Sundays and won't accept returns until Monday or charge a huge fee for it). I have heard great things about her floral/event design and wedding coordinating as well but I can definitely recommend her to any DIY brides that need to rent a lot of items! Thank you Katrina!

Katrina was our day of coordinator, we also rented items and utilized the floral arrangement services. I couldn't have asked for a better facilitator/vendor to help with our wedding. From the start Katrina was responsive, something I didn't find when pricing around. Even when we had a last minute ceremony venue change, Katrina had us covered with support, directives, and accommodations. To top it off I liked her attitude and personality. She was down to earth and approachable. But more importantly, Katrina was efficient! She had me on the ball when it came to coordinating vendors and details of our wedding. I also found her rates more reasonable compared to other vendors in the area. I am more then satisfied with the way our day turned out, we shared our vision and Katrina and her staff brought it to life. She listened and provided options for us, always being respectful of our budget.

I took forever to hire a florist because I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for. But then I found Love Blooms, and I fell in love with them and everything they had to offer! Not only did they do all of the florals for my wedding, but they also handled all of the rental items we needed too (backdrop, candle holders, table numbers). It was so convenient to have one company that could handle all of our needs.
Katrina was an absolute gem through the whole planning process and was always available for ideas and suggestions (which I definitely needed). I changed my mind on so many things over the course of a year, and they never failed to adapt to my ideas and make my vision come true!
I am so grateful that I found Love Blooms and I still can't believe what an amazing job they did! -

Katrina was great! I gave her some ideas I had for Calla Lilies and she executed it better than I expected. My wedding was so beautiful and the flowers really set the tone. Katrina is AMAZING. First off, she was super flexible as to when we could meet for our consultation and when I had to last minute reschedule due to a car accident she was totally understandable. Second off, she responded quickly to my emails and changes and when I asked for a phone call a month before the wedding she more than obliged. Everything was perfect!
We loved every single thing that love blooms did for us. Katrina knew what we wanted and it helped that she had so many great examples on the website and on love blooms social media. I think we’ve had over 150 emails but that was because I was always changing things and she was so patient and excited about it as much as I was. She was phenomenal on our wedding day! Everyone said the wedding was so well organized. I had “wedding brain” forgetting where everything was and she was there to help me out. Couldn’t be happier. Regardless, I think every bride will naturally stress and go back and forth on their wedding day because so much is going on, but I seriously cannot imagine how it would have been without her. I forget how I found Katrina, but I wanted my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and groomsmen's boutonnieres to be extra special. We were planning to do the rest of the flower arrangements ourselves to save money. I sent her some ideas I had found on Pinterest and she was able to fulfill my expectations. My bouquet was perfect. All the different colors and shades of purples and pinks really made it pop. My bridesmaids bouquets were subtle and simple which was my vision. And same with the groomsmen's boutonnieres. She was super flexible about when I was available to come pick up the flowers which really helped ease my mind. Would recommend her to anyone! -

Only 2 weeks before the wedding we called and asked for a lot of changes and she was super flexible and accommodated all of our requests! The color of the roses was simply breathtaking and my bridal bouquet is still being talked about by many who attended the wedding. I'm not sure where she got the exact perfect color roses but she did it and I have never been so impressed!! Our bouquets and the floral decorations around the arbor were to die for. We wanted to stay on a low budget and were willing to compromise on the flowers, but we 100% didn't have to compromise they were incredible. We were looking for a color pink that was somewhere between mulberry, blush, and a dull rose... somehow she understood what we wanted even though we didn't even know and she delivered literally a better color than we could have even imagined.
