  Great customer service

  My fiance bought my engagement ring from them. They were so sweet and kind, their customer service is top notch. I was blown away with how generous one of the owners were when they offered to let us take our engagement pictures at their beach house in Dauphin Island. The company is family owned and they were all so nice to us, highly recommend.

  Lou's is the ONLY place I go for jewelry after my wedding. Honest, dependable and very detail oriented group of people. Family owned and operated. Great selection, even was able to order my bridesmaids' fashion jewelry from them! Layaway services were great for our wedding bands and made it hassle free. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Amazing jewelry store with an abundance of unique rings. I love my engagement ring and wedding band and have not seen one like it. The people there are very friendly and willing to help, and their payment plans are very doable. I would definitely recommend!
