I would recommend Lizzie Photo to any couple who wants a fun, creative, and helpful photographer who takes beautiful pictures! Lynell and her assistant Lexi drove all the way to Columbus, Ohio to photograph our wedding. Lynell worked with my husband and I to customize a package that was unique to our needs. For example, we did not need engagement photos that came with the purchase of a Lizzie Photo package, so together with Lynell we worked out that they would come one day early and shoot our rehearsal at the church and dinner instead. Lynell is also crafty and creative in creating the optimal shot.

Finally, Lynell is also compassionate and kind. The day before my mother died, a month after our wedding, Lynell sent prints of pictures that my mom was in to our house. My mom was able to look at them and enjoy them before she passed away, and we were able to keep those pictures to look at in the days to come.

My husband and I would recommend Lizzie Photo to every engaged couple!

Words can not express how much I love Lynell and her beautiful photography. Not only is she the best at what she does, but she is just such a great person to be around. So many of our wedding guests commented on how wonderful she was, and absolutely loved all of the pictures. I personally think that pictures are the one thing you can't be cheap on for your wedding. We had our wedding in July of 2011. We were both really excited to have someone of Lynell's ability to come and capture our wedding day. She was very flexible with us and our guests. The day was great, couldn't have been happier.
Jump ahead 5 months....
Didn't get our pictures, kept asking when we can expect them.
Come to find out the pictures were lost, hard drive crashed...
If you use Lynell for your wedding or any other important event, be sure she makes a redundant back-up in front of you.

I know it isn't Lynell fault entirely, but how doesn't make a back up...?

We loved working with Lynell! She came to Chicago for our engagement shoot and we dragged her around the city for nearly 4 hours and she was a great sport. She was also with us for over 12 hours on the day of our wedding and she worked from the list I gave her and I know she got all the detail shots I wanted. While not working from a list (which is what she prefers I am sure!) she takes a variety of formal and creative shots and we loved the results. She is fun and easy going and you do feel like she is one of the gang on the big day. Our wedding was only 2.5 weeks ago so we have not yet received our wedding photos but I trust that they will be excellent. Give her a call-- you won't regret it.

Lynell did a fabulous job! We had a great time with her and she provided us with memories that will last forever. If you are looking for pics that are more artistic and not the typical run-of-the-mill photos she is your girl. Lynell was able to capture every emotion throughout the day. I feel like I can relive the entire day all over again every time I look at our pictures. She even captured the finer details of the day such as the fine lace on my dress and a tear running down my cheek. Not only were the pictures breathtaking but they were budget friendly as well!

The most beautiful day of my life was captured by one of the most creative, stylish, classy ladies that I know! Thank you Lynell for celebrating this day with us and capturing all of our beautiful moments. I would reccomend Lynell to anyone who wants to have someone that creates amazing memories from your specaial day!

Lynell does a smashing job. Her work is pure art, and her talent and passion are evident in every event she does. We felt like our wedding was the only thing on her mind that day; everything that was important to us was important to her and I couldn't be happier with the way she handled our day. Lynell captured moments and expressions that I didn't even know were happening. I can not possibly recommend her more highly!

Lynell photographed my OUTDOOR wedding on one of the most RAINIEST days of the year and honestly, I could never, ever have imagined my pictures to be more beautiful or more creative. We had planned on taking the majority of them in various outdoor locations and due to the rain, we had to improvise on the day of the wedding, an hour before we headed out, with the entire wedding party in tow! Lynell was quick on her feet with a "Plan B" that was creative and unique to my style and included 4-5 different locations throughout town! The entire wedding party had a fabulous time and I, the bride, couldn't have been more calm knowing that she was in charge. She made us laugh and enjoy ourselves when it could have been a big disaster otherwise, which really shined through in our pictures! I definately can't imagine a better experience or a more talented photographer.

Lynell did a good job with our pictures. She did our engagement pictures and made the session a lot of fun. She was great to work with and definitely cared about us and our wishes. I do wish that she would have been a little more professional at the wedding and reception, but overall she gave us great, artistic pictures in a timely fashion.

Lynell was subcontracted by my main photographer and she was SUPERB! She had digital prints online the next morning. All her shots were gorgeous. Her eye for detail is outstanding. She was personable and fun to work with. She put the whole wedding party at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend her to photography any event.
