It was my 1st time to order favors from Little Things & I was so happy I did. The favors I purchased are at excellent quality for an affordable price. I had an order that did not arrived & was lost at the warehouse, but as soon as I reported it they did quick response right away & received my order a day after. I would definitely order again & recommend it to friends

I just wanted to comment on the great service that I received from Kelsey at Little Things Favors. She was quick to respond with a small issue I had regarding monogramming, she was very professional but also sweet, calm and reassured me that she would have the issue taken care of. Less then 24 hours later she rectified the problem and was more than accommodating. I really was impressed. So much so, I went back on the website to order some more items I can use for the Big Day!

I bought Vintage Skeleton Key Bottle Openers as favors for my wedding. First, I messed up on my order and was contacted the same day to clarify before they processed the order. They shipped right after and I recieved everything in just a few days. The turnaround was so fast, the product was great quality, and the price was unbeatable!

I used this vendor for my wedding favors and I couldn't be happier. I had no idea what favors to have for my wedding and Erica was awesome in helping me find the perfect favor for me! I had stemless wine glasses with love birds and our names and date on them. They were absolutely perfect, and my guests loved them. Great price too. Delivery was fast and I needed that because I was way behind on ordering favors. We also ordered the boxes and bows to go with them. Very simple to assemble,

I definitely recommend Little Things Wedding Favors for all of your favor and gift needs. They have a great selection and great prices. I purchased favors for my daughter's Bridal Shower this past January and silver bells for after her wedding at the church. I was happy with both. I have also purchased shower favors and different silver bells for my other daughter's wedding this November. I have to say it's been a pleasure working with Little Things. The employees are always polite, patient, and helpful.

The service I received from Little Things Favors and Kelsey Brown specifically, is one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. My mom decided last minute that she wanted to buy some favors for my brother and my sister in law's wedding. Once I placed my order, I immediately received a phone call explaining what would arrive on time and what wouldn't.

All my items arrived on the dates they had promised, in excellent condition and packaging. However, it was really the service that blew me away. It was almost like I had a personal assistant at Little Things. Kelsey patiently answered all my questions via phone and email. I was never on hold once. There was no machine, just a person.

Weddings are stressful enough and they made this aspect so pain free. I love them.

I ordered the LOVE Glass Coasters and had a great experience with Little Things Favors. The vendor that makes these is well known and available on other "chain" retail companies websites but this price CANNOT be beat at all!!! My order was processed and received in an extremely timely manner and there were no issues with everything. The coasters are already tied with a nice ribbon and have a Thank You tag - less work for this bride!!
A great company I definitely recommend using them.

I got the custom artwork wine glasses which is a much more involved ordering process than purchasing the pre-designed options. Not only did the site beat others on price and shipping cost, but the customer service team was very responsive in ensuring my artwork was sufficient and getting the final product printed in no time.

I purchased 50 little apothecary jars for my baby shower along with personalized stickers. I recieved extra stickers, and they were adorable! The jars shipped quickly and in perfect condition. There were ample choices in color, size, and types of ribbons available, as well as fonts and font colors. I struggled to find good favors for my wedding. My fiance wanted a keepsake, preferably glass, that guest would have long after the wedding. He also wanted it to be very reasonably priced. I was hoping for more of a sweet that would serve as a "sweet ending" to the night and hopefully actually be enjoyed by most of the guest. Somewhere in the process I thought about using a mason jar filled with mints since it seemed to be a good combination of both our ideas. Unfortunately most mason jars weren't within our budget and were a little too big, missing lids, etc. Finally I discovered the Little Things Wedding Favors website and a product they called "Apothecary Jars." They appeared to be the cutest little glass jars, just the right size for mints, the best price in town and I was able to custom design a cute label to put on the jars with an app they had on the site. I was even able to chat with a representative online and get all my questions about the jars answered. I decided I had the perfect favor! But I forgot to order the favors and found myself with less than 9 days left to the wedding (6 business days) and no order. I decided to call since I was so worried. The representative stepped me through the process and confirmed I could still get the jars before the wedding. They actually ended up coming in even earlier than the representative said and after adding butter mints to them, they truly became the perfect favor. Guests even ended up trying to locate extras and sneaking them home!

I was amazed to find this little store with so much in it ! It does mainly online sales, but the shop is open during specific hours for walk-ins. My fiance and I went on a Saturday morning and very quickly found what we needed. The sales clerk was extremely helpful. The order arrived in just a few days. When we found we needed a few more things, we were able to easily increase our order. One item arrived slightly damaged and a replacement was sent immediately, free of all charges. Great place ! Great vallue !

I just loved shopping at Little Things Wedding Favors. The site is not only so easy to go through, it is very creative,with so many items to choose from and such reasonable prices, that I bought extras just to have some for myself. Little Things Favors has an enormous selection of favors, gifts, accessories for any type of event. Jessica was so helpful and very professional. She helped me pick out my ring bearer's pillow and my flower girl's basket. She listened to my requests and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. After purchasing the L-O-V-E favor boxes, which arrived quickly and were super cute, I knew that I would be pleased with other items. So, I went ahead and ordered the Cosmetic Couture (Quilted, Monogrammed) Make-Up Bags for BMs and mothers - they were also good quality, cute, arrived quickly and they all loved them. I then order the Personalized Acetate Favor Ribbon and as others have noted, they were some imperfections and they crease easily, but they mostly looked nice and worked well with the favor boxes. Minus one star on flexibility, because I made a mistake on my order and tried to have it fixed, but it was too late.

I went to little things because i had favors come from Egypt and some got stolen so i wouldn't have had enough. I went to little things and they have a very big selection in all different price ranges. I got the candle holder that said love on it with our names and the date of our wedding. I do think the quality of the candle could have been a little better however they give you extras just in case some get ruined in transit so we were able to switch some of the candles out that we didn't like. I was happy with this purchase.

I was looking for inexpensive (but not cheap looking) wedding favors and stumbled upon Little Things. They had things I hadn't seen anywhere else, and I was able to customize them at no additional charge.

the purseholder favors for my babyshower were so cute, sturdy and exactly the right touch for my Royal Prince themed event. I ordered Asian candles for baby shower favors. I received the package with more than half of them damaged. Customer service promptly replaced them after I sent them a photo of the damaged pieces. Took 2 rounds to get all the candles in one piece but I was very happy with the product and even happier with the customer service.

Woking with Little Things Favors was a pleasure. They were very responsive and informative on their products. I received all of my products within the time frame they quoted, and all were in great condition upon arrival. My own complaint about LTF was their custom order time. I wish they could produce custom things (such as items that are personalized) a little quicker. I ordered a remembrance candle for mine and my fiancee's grandmother who passed away recently and they made me pay 2nd day air to get them here in time when I ordered them 2.5 weeks before my wedding. Other than that, my favors came in and looked beautiful. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.

We ordered small glass jars with a custom label as our party favors. The jars were a great value, beating every other price on the market for the same item. The jars were also of great quality. Unfortunately, a small number of jars broke during shipping. Fortunately, Little Things handled the situation quickly and professionally, sending out replacements almost immediately. We visited their little shop and they have an immense variety of party favors.

We ordered our wedding favors, part of the bridesmaid gifts and our cake topper from this site. They had a great variety of items at very reasonable prices. The orders shipped quickly, and we got exactly what it looked like on the website. We had one challenge with something being broken, and when I emailed to explain what happened, someone got back to me in less than a day and was able to resolve the issue.
I would definitely order again from this site, and recommend it to other people.

I was delighted to find Little Things Wedding Favors, since trying to plan a budget wedding in NYC isn't an easy feat. They had tons of options, and with free personalization option I found exactly what I needed for my wedding favors, at a great price. Everything was shipped promptly and packaged carefully, and it could not have been a easier process overall.

Overall I was satisfied with this vendor. Everything I ordered was in stock, shipped quickly, and arrived in good condition. I ordered name tags/place settings & little lantern favors. The tags were much smaller than i was expecting, and the quality of the items was average. I ordered personalized gift tags which were printed correctly on basic paper and required assembling. However, I felt that Little Things Favors was extremely convenient, delivered what was advertised, and the quality of the products was in line with the cost.

For the most part, my experience with Little Things was good. The staff was courteous and professional and worked to ensure my order arrived in time for my wedding. My biggest issue was with the web site, specifically, the information on the site.

There were several items on the site that we wanted, showed as being in stock and ordered, to find out later that they were discontinued. Not even out of stock, but no longer carried! There were other items that were listed as being in stock, we ordered them and then found out that they were out of stock and unavailable. The staff at Little Things were quick to respond to these issues, contacting us quickly and giving us excellent alternatives to our initially placed order; however, I would have like to not have to go through that process if that could have been avoided.

Lastly, many of the items we ordered had to be assembled when they arrived; however, there was no mention of this in the description of the products, anywhere. When our order finally arrived we realized we had a lot of time to invest in getting our favors together in time for our wedding.

The products came in excellent condition and I felt they were what I wanted and ordered; which is extremely important to note. Again, I just wish the web site was more current and descriptive.

We bought decks of cards for our Las Vegas wedding. We recieved our shippment and realized they had sent the wrong size personalized sticker for the card box. We immediately contacted the company and they shipped out the correct stickers the next day. It was a little frustrating, but it was corrected. Overall the value for the price was great, and their customer service personell were quick and friendly.

great and unique products... but beware very high shipping charges... on one of our orders the shipping cost were almost half of he total cost.
they claimed that they had to ship from two separate places...nothing on their website that notifies the consumer about this.

When we ordered our favors, we thought we were getting a great deal because we got a discount and free shipping when ordering online. However, the day after we placed our order online, we received an email from the company saying that we were supposed to be charged shipping and that we owed another $160 and they would not fulfill our order unless we would pay. When we contacted the company we told them that we shouldn't have to pay the full amount because it isn't our fault that we were not quoted the shipping or charged it when ordering online. We felt that we shouldn't be charged the full shipping addition because it was their fault. They would not even give us any type of discount due to the inconvenience and so we paid the full amount. We didn't like their customer service.

Was very disappointed with this vendor. After submitting my purchase online, I felt really happy, however, I was told the next day that the item was out of stock. What kind of an online system do you have where it accepts payment for an item that does not exist! Then as crazy as it seems I tried to purchase something else and again I was pretty content with my purchase. Unfortunately, I recieved another call stating because I used two coupons during the transaction, Little things would have to cancel one of the coupon. I was fine with that because I can understand that. But what I dont understand is the stupid explanation that they gave me by canceling the least discount towards my purchase. How unfair is that! I don't understand why they could not allow me to choose the coupon I wanted toward my purchase. Highly upset. What a waste...highly fustrated!

Unfortunately,I chose this business to have favors made for my best friend's baby shower. I ordered several stemless personalized glasses. About seven glasses came back with the ink smudged or faded. I had three glasses that were completely blurred or appeared the print was mirrored and unreadable. I wrote to the point of contact at the business, Kelsey, and she was professional and to the point but did take some time to get back to my emails. Understandable since they are using another business to do the printing. She told me to send pictures of the three, which I did. She returned my email saying they can not replace the glasses because of poor printing. It's too bad because now I don't have enough glasses to cover everyone at the party and I'm definitely not going to give them a favor that is unreadable.

Ordered personalized York peppermint patties for wedding reception tables. Got e-mail confirmation that order was received and shipping information would be forthcoming.
Received a second e-mail the next day saying, "oh yeah, during summer its another $15.00 for a cooler to keep them from melting. That should have been stated and charged at the time of order.

DO NOT USE!!! You can find higher quality products for less money elsewhere. I ordered 11 whiskey decanters for groomsmen gifts. When I received them in the mail, I was extremely disappointed!!! Low quality, monogram was crooked. After politely expressing my concern and asked to return them, Erica told me she does not accept returns. It would not be an issue if their website accurately described their products as junk.

ordered wedding favors through this vendor, after a week and a half of not hearing that they were shipped, I contacted the company. They got back to me and said there was a quality issue with the favor merchandise so they could not ship them to me. The bridal shower was in a few days and they were aware of that. They said they could give me an alternative and it would be here before the bridal shower. They then called me back and said they could give me NOTHING and i was basically out of luck! The lack of responsiveness and inability to provide me an alternative was truly disappointing.

I just placed my order so I can't rate the actual quality of the products since I haven't received them yet. I will update my rating after I received the merchandise. But I do want to comment that it's a bit annoying that "follow us" on twitter/facebook/etc pop up appears offering free shipping without any expiration dates. So I put in my email, get the code and during check out, littlethingsfavors.com tells me that the code is expired. I was able to get the 20% off my order but getting free shipping would have been nice too.

Very disappointed with this vendor! A mistake was made with one of my groomsman gifts and they were unwilling to accept responsibility for the mixup as well as not provide expedited services to correct their mistake in the first place.

After further review of the other gifts that were done correctly, the quality is poor and the engravings are titled and off-center on most of the whiskey barrels.

Extremely disappointed especially being that these barrels cost me $60 each.

Their stuff is a piece of junk. After my samples fell apart and broke while opening they wouldn't let me return them or get at least a store credit or something. Terrible!! I asked to speak to the manager but she wouldn't budge. Please don't do business with this company or Erica Tevis (the manager), unless you want a disaster.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this vendor. I would have saved myself a lot of time and trouble. I ordered a Whiskey decanter with a monogram and it was 1/4 inch off center and crooked. I sent pictures as requested, and was told the monogram placement was acceptable because it was hand blown glass. What???? No refund...no correction of the problem... Total loss. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. They site their product disclaimer as a convenient excuse to produce poor quality merchandise with virtually no customer recourse. Lesson learned....Do business with a company that stands behind their product and craftsmanship.

I had by far the worst experience ordering with this company. I ordered personalized favors and yes I made a mistake on my part with the labels, but I contacted them to order new labels (which I would pay for) and they stated that they could not allow me to order new labels. So basically the favors I ordered are now useless and my money is down the drain. I will never order with this company again and I suggest that you be very careful with placing your orders because if you make a mistake...your money is GONE.

their posted prices are a sham. once you make the order, they say that because of the complexity of the order (ha!) they need to have more time to make the product so they'll need to rush it on the shipping. This added another $30.00. ours was a very simple order -- once I ok'd the rush for this stated reason, it shipped the next day. Guess they didn't need that extra time after all! The favors (packets of seeds with a sticker) were so-so; could have easily made them at home on my printer.

This company was the worst experience I have had since planning my wedding. I bought a set of ceremony accesories from them and not only was the merchandise of horrible quality for the price I paid, when I called to inquiry about options the woman I spoke with was rude, abrasive, and refused to listen. I will never buy another item from this company and strongly recommend that you use caution when dealing with them. I have these terrible items which were fraying at the seams upon arrival and discolored unevenly. They are no where near the quality advertised and was told they have never had a problem with the vendor before so it must be my fault. Don't bother, try Etsy. They have unique hand crafted items and I have never had a problem with professionalism with anyone from that site.

Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed???maybe this would be so if a customer could reach someone or get a response! I ordered apothecary jars with printed labels for a baby shower. The jars came quickly, are, cute, no breakage. However, there are no labels included, despite the fact that I paid for them. I have tried calling multiple times. Their msg states they are observing 'holiday' hours, and I am instructed to leave a message, but there is no way to leave a message...their msg is just continuously repeated. I emailed with no response. After 15 minutes on hold waiting for the 'next customer service representative,' I was told to leave a message. No call back. I tried calling again, and pressed '0' to speak to an 'operator,' and was immediately forwarded to someone's voicemail...no call back. I would not recommend this company. The service and their availability is beyond poor. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and attempt to get a refund.

I am by no means a complainer but this company was ridiculous. I ordered quite a few items for my wedding and about a week after my initial purchase I received an email that said they didn't have my cake server that it had been discontinued. They then suggested 2 or 3 similar ones that we ended up choosing a crystal one only to tell us a week later that one was discontinued as well. I told them to just refund the money at that point. Then a few days later they said my money bag I had ordered was out of stock & wouldn't be in until the end of August. I told them to refund my money. They finally sent my order at which my bridal flip flops had a shipping number with another item i had ordered but I never received them. When I called they said it was a mistake on their part & the flip flops were on back order until August as well. I told them to refund my money. All of a sudden 5 days later I received my flip flops. They then told me it was their mistake again. When I received my cake topper I ordered blonde hair which I paid an extra $10 for & a brown haired bride came in the mail. They made me take a picture of it send it to them & 4 or 5 days later I received an email that said they would ship a new one. I don't believe one person at this company is all on the same page. I went on the website & they still haven't put a note on the pages of the things that aren't in stock or are discontinued so I'm assuming that people are still ordering these discontinued products.
