One of the drivers that I had was extremely rude. At the end of the night one of my guests lost their keys so my husband and I decided to wait. Now this wasn't a problem because the driver called and said he was running late by 30 minutes. He ended up not showing up for an hour. My guest still was waiting on valet to find their keys so I informed him it would be awhile. He flipped out saying he didn't sign up for this etc. the funny thing was if he was on time them we would have left because my guest found out there keys were lost while we were waiting for him. He was very unprofessional. Be careful because then they ended up charging my card extra money because he had to wait. Guess my time waiting was worth anything (a bride on her wedding day) but his was. Be careful.
