    After receiving our photos from our wedding day from Leslie, I want to say that we are blown away by how beautifully Leslie captured our day. The images are artfully done, classic and also fun. We continue to relive our day over and over again as we keep looking through the pictures. Leslie is clearly talented and takes pride in her work. We also loved visiting with her for the "premier party" to view our images for the first time with her on the big screen. Leslie was and is great to work with. Not only is she clearly talented, but she is responsive, organized, kind and can really take charge the day of, while also having fun with everyone. Anyone would be lucky to have Leslie as their wedding photographer!

    Incredibly professional and accommodating. We used the 28 passenger van for our transportation, and it was outstanding. The driver was professional and on time (early in fact) and took much of the worry out of the wedding day. Joshua's Limo was a pleasure to work with and very helpful!

    Leslie is everything you could ever want in a wedding photographer and we recommend her in the strongest way possible!

    Leslie shot our wedding at the Wadsworth Mansion in Middletown CT in May 2016 and we couldn't be happier with her work. In selecting a photographer, our greatest challenge was finding someone who would take great pictures while also letting us enjoy the day (because ultimately it IS your wedding day and the last thing you want to do is spend your whole day with the photographer taking posed pictures in different settings!). Leslie struck a perfect balance of maximizing the opportunities for great photos while simultaneously letting us enjoy our wedding day and for that we couldn't be more grateful. Our pictures came out FANTASTIC but at the same time Leslie was unobtrusive on the wedding day itself. To be able to accomplish this it is absolutely clear that she is a gifted wedding photographer. Also, Leslie takes pictures in a variety of styles (posed, candid, "artsy", and "traditional") so ultimately, you have every combination of way to remember your special day.

    Leslie is a pleasure to work with. She truly cares about you, your guests, and your family and is there for you the whole way. We don't live in CT, but were married there and Leslie went out of her way several times to work with us to make it easier for us to schedule things (such as our engagement shoot) that made the whole wedding planning process less stressful.

    In sum, Leslie exceeded expectations in every way possible and we would hire her again without a moments hesitation!

    From the moment I met Leslie I knew that I wanted her to capture our big day. Not only is she is a classy lady, she is also organized, attentive, and talented. As a former event planner, I was comforted in knowing that my photographer would arrive on time, work hard, and capture every shot that was important to us. As art appreciators, we also wanted to work with someone who would be thinking about composition, color, scale, etc. Leslie, along with the help of her talented second shooter, delivered a generous set of images that included everything from traditional portraits with family to creative candids. Their presence did not feel invasive and they were both calm and up-beat, which is important on your wedding day.

    Prior to working with Leslie, we did consider several other photographers who were less expensive, but we both felt that photography was an important investment in our day. We also feel that creativity and professionalism come at a price. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Leslie to other couples.

    While researching wedding venders, we only needed to meet with one wedding photographer, Leslie. We met with her and instantly knew she was the perfect choice for us. From her responsiveness to her flexibility (she was even willing to do our engagement shoot on Memorial day to accommodate our schedules), Leslie was a pleasure to work with. On the day of our wedding she was both respectful of the space my husband and I needed while also being there up close to capture every moment of our special day. On looking back on our photos, Leslie truly captured our "wedding story" and the joy our family and friends shared with us.

    Leslie and her team were phenomenal!!! Not only is Leslie's work wonderful, she is so kind and flexible. It rained intermittently throughout the day and she made sure we were able to capture some shots outside when the rain stopped. I would highly recommend her!

    Leslie did an amazing job photographing my wedding. She captured every moment to make beautiful memories for my husband and me. I loved looking back at all of the photos she took of all of my guests having a wonderful night. She was professional and relaxed, making my guests feel comfortable. I couldn't have made a better choice!

    We were lucky and honored to serendipitously meet Leslie the very day we set our wedding date. Before we knew her work, we knew her. Leslie's personal investment in the couples she works with shows in every picture she takes. In the months leading up to our wedding, Leslie took the time to get to know us individually and as a couple. She gathered information about all the things we valued: our families, our friends...all the details that shaped our relationship and our wedding. Her masterful blend on emotion, artistry, environment, and light create pictures that will be cherished always.

    Leslie was our photographer for our wedding and was just awesome! She was so fun and captured the spirit of our event perfectly. From the pre-wedding photos which were converted into our guest book, to the pre-ceremony events, and right into the ceremony and reception she and her assistant were with us. Our parents and friends all enjoyed working with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who enjoys the uniqueness and beauty that a professional like Leslie can provide!

    Leslie and her partner did an absolutely amazing job capturing our day. Leslie also kept the entire day running smoothy and helped me keep my sanity. She has been fantastic to work with, even now, a year later, as we put together our album. The only problem is there are too many wonderful pictures from which to choose!

    Leslie and her team did an excellent job throughout the engagement, wedding and post wedding process. She made a point to truly connect with my husband and I and we loved getting to know her. Leslie and her team did high quality photography, were warm and kind, and kept me calm and sane on a stressful wedding day. We hope to work with Leslie in the future when we have children for portraits and we highly recommend her to friends and family.

    Leslie was great from start to finish.
    Very personable! She makes you feel like a FRIEND rather than a client.
    All of the guests loved her - she just has a way with people.
    All requests for certain portraits - specific shots to get - were met.

    Leslie was simply amazing! Initially we had some weather issues, she rearranged the plan and accommodate my request for outside beach photos. We sat with her ahead of time to map out our route and off we went around the town to our favorite places to shoot. Never feeing like it was fake or poised shots, my hubby and I were relaxed laughing all the while she was snapping away capturing our happiness. Her personality makes you shine! She fulfilled my wishes of beautiful beach candids. Following our private wedding we hosted a family party on another date. Leslie once again captured the life and love at out party getting priceless family shots. I truley would reccomend you choosing her for your wedding photos!

    It was AMAZING to work with Leslie and her awesome team!! She was so gracious, from the first time we stepped into her house to talk about the wedding, our story and style all the way through our engagement shoot (she made us so comfortable in front of the camera!), and of course on the big day!! She made everyone feel so comfortable, and was so flexible to work with - and on top of it all her pictures were amazing! It was the perfect balance of candids, artistic and formal pictures and Bryan and I were thrilled! Leslie also put together an amazing slide show she presented to us at our house after the wedding showing her favorite images from the day...it showed the amount of time and thought she put into editing and working with our photos and brought us all back to the day! We have nothing but great things to say about her throughout the entire wedding process!

    If you haven't booked a photographer for your CT wedding, meeting with Leslie is an absolute must!! She is truly amazing! My fiance and I just had our beach engagement session and we could not be happier about the quality of the pictures. My fiance does not like to have his picture taken but when we left our photo session he couldn't stop raving about how much fun it was!! Leslie is comforting and does a great job capturing those intimate candid moments. I highly recommend her and cannot wait for her to be a part of our big day!!

    Leslie Dumke really kicked off our wedding planning as she was our first booked vendor and introduced us to our wedding planner. We felt like Leslie was the head of the village that "raised" our wedding if you know what I mean. We were so well taken care of by her. Although she couldn't actually do our photography on the day (note: book very early, she was booked 11 months before our date), she left us in capable hands with her assistant and brought in another very talented photographer on the day. We were thrilled with the photos.

    The cost of photography was probably one of the more shocking discoveries in the wedding planning so search around and see what the costs are and then go to Leslie to be taken care of once you've gotten over the shock so you can really appreciate her work.

    Leslie and her second shooter, Tanya, were amazing on our wedding day! They really catered to what we felt was important and focused on that.

    The good: proofs are 4x6 size and come in books.

    The con: I never ordered my album because the proofs were not great. Decided to stick with the 4x6's.

    I am so sorry that you were not happy with the proofs. Please feel free to contact me and let me know what it is that you are not happy with. I'd love to help you out and make things better in any way that I can. Perhaps we can review the imagery and reprint your favorite images as custom enlargements for an album. I just looked at contact sheets from 32 rolls of film from the three locations of your evening wedding. Things look pretty comprehensive, posed and candid, creative. I'd love to know more about your dissatisfaction and work with you so that you are more happy. I'm always dedicated to making all my clients happy.
