  Beautiful Ceremony Music!

  Laurel and her fellow musicians did an amazing job at our wedding ceremony! We hired the trio and they played a mix of classical songs and pop/rock covers. The whole process of hiring was very simple and seamless. We just decided on the songs and they showed up the day of and did an amazing job. Laurel is very professional and easy to work with, along with being an amazing violinist. I recommend her to anybody for their wedding ceremony!

  Absolutely Amazing!

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Laurel Thomsen and her incredible string trio, who performed the music for our wedding ceremony. From start to finish, they brought an unforgettable level of magic and elegance to our day, with a beautiful selection of music from The Lord of the Rings—a perfect touch for our very nerdy (but absolutely magical) wedding.
  Laurel’s communication leading up to the event was impeccable, making sure that all of our song choices were exactly as we envisioned. On the big day, the trio’s performance was beyond breathtaking. The rich, sweeping sound of the strings filled the venue with such emotion, and each note felt like it was straight out of Middle-earth.
  Our guests were absolutely mesmerized, and we had so many people telling us afterward that it was the most beautiful and unique ceremony they had ever experienced. It was truly a dream come true for us, and Laurel and her trio were a huge part of that.
  If you’re looking for something special and meaningful to add to your event—whether you're a Tolkien fan or not—Laurel Thomsen and her string trio are an absolute must. Their talent, professionalism, and passion for their craft make them the ideal choice for any occasion.   Beautiful music!

  Laurel played beautifully and was awesome to work with! She has a great selection of songs she can play, and when we had no preference on some of the music, she picked beautiful pieces that went well with the venue.

  Perfect wedding performance in Big Sur

  Laurel did an absolutely amazing job performing at our wedding in Big Sur. The violin / guitar performance was perfect, Laurel was a pleasure to work and plan with, and all of the songs / cues were great! I would absolutely recommend booking Laurel.

  June Wedding

  Laurel was so amazing. She and the other musicians were so wonderful. Plus, they were able to really match the music to when I wanted walk down the aisle. Could not have even happier with her! She's unbelievably talented.

  I was able to book Laurel last minute and she was so easy to work with. She has a great amount of music to choose from to make your day perfect. Laurel is such a talented violinist that she had the guests ranting and raving long after she left. Book her, if you can!

  I highly recommend Laurel to provide music for your special event. She is a joy to work with and brings the highest level of talent and professionalism to her art. I contacted Laurel after reading reviews and recommendations and looking over her impressive repertoire. As music has always been very important to my family I wanted that reflected in my wedding ceremony with a large prelude and postlude. Laurel immediately responded to all my emails and phone calls and provided great suggestions and recommendations for the musical arrangement. I was interested in having a violin/cello duo and Laurel made all the arrangements with the cellist and provided a completely stress-free experience. Payment was so easy through PayPal.
  
  On wedding day she took care of setup and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The level of musical ability and performance that Laurel provides is a must-have addition to any wedding or event. She knows the music and knows how it should be performed. We had a beautiful wedding and Laurel’s music was a wonderful part that we will always remember.
