  Last Petal Floral exceeded my expectations when delivering the floral and decor for my wedding ceremony and reception. They are a one stop shop for floral, decor, design, delivery, and setup. Melanie has a large selection of rental options to accompany the floral arrangements which was helpful because it was one less vendor to work with and it made for a really cohesive look and feel. With my Pinterest board and her knowledge of the venue (Omni Barton Creek), she made my vision of succulents (I got to keep them after the wedding!) and muted flowers come to life for my April 2016 wedding. Myself, my family and my guests, were blown away by the results! It was just perfect!
  
  Besides being so happy with the outcome, working with Melanie the months leading up to the event, was an absolute pleasure. She is kind and calm and was willing to work within my budget, letting me know where to spend more money and where to spend less, based on what people will notice. You will love your flowers and your experience if you choose Last Petal to be the florist for your wedding. FIVE STARS!

  I had a MOH work with Melanie to design the florals for my 1/30 wedding on Brazos Hall's roof deck. I knew I liked sunflowers, I knew I liked hydrangeas and that was about all I knew so I was glad when my MOH found a vendor who knew her stuff as well as Melanie did. When she showed up with the most gorgeous bouquets I have ever seen, I could not have been happier. She attached a very special pin that my late father had given me to my bouquet and I was not at all concerned it would get lost - that thing was connected! Arriving at our venue and seeing how amazing the florals looked and how well they tied to the bouquets - it was a dream. Thank you so much for helping to make our best night ever even more special!

  The flowers that Melanie did for my wedding were amazing. She managed to stay in my budget and made the bouquets better than I had dreamt of. Melanie even had someone meet me last minute to pick up the shotgun shells for the groomsmen's boutonnieres. She was easy to talk to and understood exactly what I was going for. I loved everything she had done for other weddings and did not disappoint with mine. My bridesmaids have been in a ton of weddings and said they were so impressed and loved my flowers. Thanks Melanie!!

I contacted them pretty last minute after my previous plans for florals had fallen through, and they were so flexible and willing to help me out on short notice. I sent a few pictures of the styles I liked to Melanie - all our communication was solely via email - and I really cannot say enough how incredibly pleased I was with the bouquets. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what I had pictured in my mind. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other quotes I had received. Thank you SO MUCH Melanie!

  Last Petal provided the flowers for my wedding and they did a great job. Melanie was really easy to work with and really understood what I wanted as far as color scheme and the feel of the wedding. She was a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but always came through in the end. She was very professional, and yet still easy going and the flowers looked great. Thanks Melanie!

  I can't say enough good things about Melanie at Last Petal! I gave her a handful of Pinterest pictures and my color scheme (navy and green...admittedly difficult for floral) and asked her to run with it. What she presented was truly INCREDIBLE. I couldn't take my eyes away from the bouquets and boutonnieres when they were delivered. They looked straight out of the pages of a bridal magazine! The centerpieces were stunning and still looked fresh for several days after we brought them home. The best part of all of it? I got more than I expected at a fraction of the price I would have paid with any other florist! Initially when I e-mailed Melanie I explained to her my budget constraints and she said it would be no problem; she remained budget conscious throughout the design process (far different from another florist I had met, who came in with a proposal that was 3.5x my budget!!). If you are looking for a florist with a true vision for floral design at a great price, you've found it at Last Petal!

  I would highly recommend Melanie with Last Petal! She was fabulous to work with from start to finish. At our initial meeting we went through my pinterest board to get a good idea of the flowers that I was interested in. From there she took my ideas and ran with it! She created a fabulous design and flower selection given the 25 pictures I had shown her. She worked with me through all the details... wanting flowers in the back window of our car, reducing table counts, adding wreaths, etc. We set a budget and she worked within our budget while still giving us the flowers we wanted. She was very honest about what was too much and never tried to upsell. Multiple times during the reception I got compliments about how great the flowers looked. Melanie was truly amazing to work with in all ways and I hope she will do my little sisters wedding some day!

  I loved my flower arrangements so much.. Melanie was awesome and punctual.
  I had a very intimate wedding and i was on a budget and she was able to work with me and still gave me beautiful flowers.

  Melanie is outstanding!!! I was so green at all this wedding stuff and she held my hand through the entire process. The flowers she chose for me were beyond what i had envisioned. She took all my inspiration and made it come to life. She is such a beautiful person inside and out. Do yourself a favor and book her for your next event!

  Last Petal was amazing! Right from the start they were able to interpret my jumbled thoughts and write a cohesive and comprehensive proposal that was so elegantly written it made me cry! Everything described was just as I had envisioned, even though I was not very good at describing it myself! I had bouquets, flowers at the church, and flowers are the reception - each blew me away! I hate those bouquets that look like a huge ball, so I asked for my bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquets to look like they had just been picked out of the field - romantic - and they nailed it! The flowers at the church brought the over 100 year old structure to life and made it picturesque! They transformed the courtyard of the Allan house into a romantic, magical gathering fit for a princess! They lit the trees with candlelight for a romantic glow. I was even told that the peonies that I loved so much were flown in from overseas because the ones from the US were tiny and colorless.
  
  Last Petal listened to my every need and desire and came through on budget! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!!!

  Melanie made the most beautiful bridal bouquet, whimsical gazebo decor, cute centerpieces, and pretty boutonnieres & corsages for our wedding! Throughout the whole process, she was very patient, easy to communicate with through email, and had many good ideas and suggestions. Melanie was also very conscious of working with our budget! I brought her some pictures of what I wanted and she made suggestions on how to get the same feel without having to use as many flowers. Overall, she was great to work with and produced great floral work!

  Last Petal was the final florist I interviewed while planning our wedding, and I felt instantly comfortable with Melanie. Right off the bat, I felt like she understood the look we were trying to achieve. We went through several revisions of the bid and Melanie was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. I had a lot of my own items that I wanted to include in the décor, and Melanie was so wonderful about working them in. On the day of our wedding, my bridesmaids and I peeked our heads out to see how the flowers and décor were coming along, and my bridesmaids literally gasped at how beautiful everything was. The centerpieces came out better than I ever imagined. Melanie really paid attention to every detail! The mood of the décor was exactly on point with what I had wanted. I feel that Melanie and her team at Last Petal really paid attention to my ideas, and went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was perfect. I truly cannot say enough good things about Last Petal. The Last Petal team is extremely talented and I am beyond thrilled with the way the centerpieces and décor turned out. I would very highly recommend Last Petal for any event!! Thank you so much, Last Petal, for making my wedding so incredible!!

  Melanie did my wedding and everything that she touched was AMAZING!! The bouquets were BIG and beautiful. The Chuppah was gorgeous. The tablescapes, both tall and short were so perfect. Everything she did was exactly as we had wanted. She realized our vision and fulfilled it completely. She was a pleasure to work with, very understanding, and also very respectful of the $$'s we planned to spend. She is a true gem!! Thank you Melanie for helping to make my wedding perfect.

  Melanie at last petal is soooo sweet and she delivered everything I asked for and more. The flowers were beautiful and all the decorations were amazing! I wish I had had more time to soak it all in because it was just perfect! The prices were very reasonable too! Would definitely recommend them!!

  Melanie did my wedding on 9/17/11 and it was amazing! She really got my vision for the wedding and was always open to my thoughts and questions. My bridal bouquet was divine and exceed my expectations. Every detail was carefully done. Thanks to her team, my wedding was beautiful and everything I dreamed of. She was so respectful of my budget and pulled off the look flawlessly!

  Last Petal serves the Austin area and did a beautiful job on our wedding flowers. We had a tight budget and she came up with creative, interesting designs with an artistic eye, more than we expected. She was well organized and provided a great bid document for us to make our selections. She showed up when promised & everything was picture perfect, elegant and fun. A friend just used Last Petal & also had a great experience with an entirely different look.

I don't know much about flowers but knew I wanted to use hydrangeas as my main flower, she was able to incorporate other flowers into the scheme to achieve beautiful arrangements with interesting textures!   I am incredibly impressed by Melanie and her team at Last Petal. Everything was done exactly how we hoped it would be, and of course - beautiful. Plus, Melanie went above and beyond the call of duty to find a way to get it all done. None of the other vendors we interviewed would agree to do everything we asked for. But Melanie and her team were willing to take on the challenge and found creative ways to get it all done within a reasonable cost.

  We were pleased with Melanie from the moment we met her. She takes time to understand the bride's vision and executes it beautifully! She is creative, offers suggestions, and is mindful of your budget. The flowers were incredibly fresh and she allowed us to use the arrangements for the entire weekend, and return her vases a few days after the wedding! The flowers looked as good on Sunday as they did on the day of the wedding. In fact, we couldn't bear to throw them away and found every vase we could so that we could enjoy them for several days! I highly recommend Melanie and Last Petal to make the vision you have for your flowers become reality.

I changed my mind about a million times and she kept up along the way and provided the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. I didn't cry when I put my dress or my veil on. But as soon as I saw my bouquet, I really felt like a bride and the happy tears came. The flowers arrived right on time and were packaged perfectly so nothing was smushed. We opted for gardenias which are very delicate flowers that brown easily and the Last Petal provided huge ones that were pristine. She was able to work easily within our budget and provided options when we are not sure what we wanted.
