Carra is truly awesome. At our first meeting, she was prepared with pictures for ideas and took down everything I liked and didn't like. She is extremely talented and definitely knows what she is doing! It has already been a week and a half and my flower center pieces are still looking as beautiful as on the first day! I have friends getting married in the next few years and I'm already telling them to call her!

Cara with La Petite Fleur is so easy to work with and she truly listens to your ideas and visions for your event. After that her creativity and talent takes over for flowers and decor that is absolutly stunning! I would recomend Cara for any event (I used her for a wedding), she takes care of everything!!

Carra is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to any bride. She is so creative and listens to everything you say to her in regard to your likes and dislikes. She will adhere to any budget that you have in mind and is very attentive to your every need and she is not hard to reach by phone or email. I am still getting comments on her centerpieces for my daughters wedding and that was 6 weeks ago. Am so happy with everything she did and would not change a thing. You will not regret giving her a call and she makes you so comfortable right from the start. Thank you Carra!!!!!

Carra is OUTSTANDING.
During our first meeting, we sat down together and created a list of everything I wanted to include in my wedding flowers. We looked through books and past work she had done. She had fresh fruit and other refreshments waiting for me and my mom when we arrived and she had an estimate e-mailed to me the very next day! That was impressive. I had already visited two other florists who said they would send estimates but they never did. Her estimate was extremely detailed. She was open to letting me provide what I could such as candles for the centerpieces if it would save me some money. When I delivered the candles to her place a week before the wedding, we hung out in her studio for a bit re-working the centerpiece arrangement so it would be perfect. It was fun because I felt like I was a part of the process rather than simply hiring someone else to do it and waiting nervously to see the product. I had to eliminate some items from the estimate and though it may have been disappointing to her, it did not affect the quality and service she provided with the rest. My wedding flowers were more beautiful and more spectacular than I ever imagined they would be. I will be giving Carra's contact info to everyone I know!

Carra is an extremely talented florist. She was able to take the rough ideas that I had and create really awesome original arrangements. I don't know much about flowers so I wasn't able to estimate how much different flowers would cost so she worked with me to get what I was looking for in a price range that was do-able.
A week before the wedding I had a little freak out because we hadn't planned on having ceremony arrangements (we got married on a golf course) but I thought, at the last minute, that the area would look very stark without anything. I called Carra up the week before the wedding, told her how many pieces I was looking for and she totally took it from there, I didn't really know what she was going to do. When the big day came and I saw all of the arrangements I was totally blown away. She totally took the stress out of the situation. Flowers make such a huge difference and every one of the guests that I talked to mentioned how gorgeous the all of the arrangements were.

I found that planning a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming. Carra helped to make this part super easy for me. The first time that I met with her, I had a very broad idea of what I wanted. She helped me with ideas that would be fun and beautiful. She was always willing to help or change things many times if needed. In the end, she helped to make my wedding absolutely beautiful. I was so happy with how the bouquets, corsages, and the arrangements for the ceremony and reception turned out! Everyone complimented on how beautiful the flowers were. I really wish I could take credit for it but it all has to go to Carra! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and I really enjoyed working with her. I definitely recommend La Petite Fleur!

Our experience with La Petite Fleur was outstanding! Carra was incredibly flexible and helpful. As we are a couple with little knowledge of flowers other than our likes and dislikes, she was able to guide us to flowers that fit our budget, style, and colors. She is very creative and willing to try new things that my wife wanted in the flowers. Carra was very responsive to all email and phone calls, especially down the stretch. She was great at handling the folks on wedding day, and was able to gather everyone who needed flowers on time and quickly. My wife and I could not imagine our wedding day going and looking more perfectly and we thank La Petite Fleur for all their wonderful flowers. PS- Check out her blog to see her style!

Carra was wonderful to work with. Her creativity and flexibility made everything absolutely gorgeous. She worked with other vendors, i.e. cake & reception to make everything beautiful. She was very willing to stay and add special touches to things like the table with place cards and guest book table. The arrangements on the tables at the reception were more beautiful than we could have imagined. I would recommend La Petit Fleur to anyone.

My husband and I had booked a florist early on howver as we continued planning for our wedding we grew to find out that the florist we had orignally chosen was NOT what we wanted. They were over charging and not giving us what we envisioned for our wedding. We contacted Carra and she not only offered us a great deal but we got exactly what we dreamed of and more. I was and am a very particular, detailed and type A person - Carra worked so well with my personality even though at times I'm sure I drove her nutts! She was always very professional, reasurring, helpful, kind, supportive but most of all she was exactly what you expected. In planning for our wedding I grew to find out that if you choose a 'big name' vendor it doesn't mean you get great service and great results - You have to go by recommendation! I recommend Carra to anyone and everyone I know that is getting married. I also tell them about the alternative place we had chosen and how high thier prices were and howlittle we would have gotten for our money if we went with them. You will not be disappointed in choosing her to do your wedding. Carra reminded me that it was OUR/MY day and I was allowed to ask and want anything I requested of her/in a florist. She not only met our expectations but she EXCEEDED them something that is very hard to accomplish these days. Thank you Carra for making our dream wedding come true. Each and everyone of our guests commented about my bouquet and/or the centerpieces. You were/are amazing and I greatly appreciate your patience and support in working with us. I had a great experience with La Petite Fleur! Our flowers were gorgeous, they were everything that we imagined and more. We got a lot of compliments from our guests about our bouquets and centerpieces. Carra was fun to work with and very accommodating in terms of our budget and preferences. She was also very good about staying in touch with me and responding promptly to any questions that I had...as a bride who planned our wedding from out of state, this was extremely helpful and took a lot of the stress away!! I would definitely recommend Carra to anyone!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Carra. She was truly awesome to work with and I loved my wedding flowers. I met with several florists before meeting (and then hiring) Carra and let me say that I am sooo glad that I did. It's been a few months since my wedding and I'm still hearing good things about how beautiful my flowers were.

Carra of La Petite Fleur was exactly the kind of florist we were looking for. She has an artistic flair that we wanted. Carra was extremely easy to work with and very flexible. We wanted to use the flowers from the church service also at the reception site and Cara made this possible. She also came at the end of the evening and collected all of her lovely vases. Most importantly, the flowers were absolutely stunning. The colors were exactly what we asked for and she did a w onderful variety of centerpieces for all the tables at the reception. I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning an event.

My husband and I were married on June 27, 2009 in Stillwater, MN. It poured all morning, turned extremely humid and then turned extraordinarily windy. Through all of the crazy weather Carra was fabulous. When a large pillar vase tipped over and broke due to the wind Carra's trusty assistant (her husband) contacted a local florist to borrow another one. Four days before the wedding when I was panicking about timing and how everything was going to come together I called Carra...she answered my call from the top of the Sear's Tower while on vacation! When I came to Carra way back in January to talk to her about my flowers she sat patiently with me, showing me books of flowers, taking notes and sketching up ideas as they came to her.
In addition to everything I've said above, my flowers were absolutely gorgeous. As someone with a huge garden and an appreciation for flowers and greenery I had a vision in my head that I couldn't put into words. Carra took all of my ramblings and put them into floral arrangements and reception decor that were exactly what I had been picturing. She kept my budget in mind and gave me decor ideas that were inexpensive but made a statement.
I can't say enough about the service I received from La Petite Fleur. I will definitely use Carra for other events in my life that require beautiful flowers at a fair price. Thanks a million!
