    Heaven on Earth

    Beverly is simply the best. She is one of the most flexible, professional, and down-to-earth people we have ever worked with. She took the time to get to know us and our heritage in order to create the most unique menu for our wedding. She takes the time to do this to make each event different from the last; no menu is ever the same. Beverly stayed with us through our postponement and was incredibly flexible with all of our changes. Her staff is top-notch as well. They were extremely professional and courteous to our guests through the entire night. They even made sure we were served first and checked on often. We could not have chosen a better caterer to provide the food for our wedding!

    10/10 Recommend

    If you’re not a fan of reading long reviews read this: 20/10 recommend Klassic Katerings for food catering service and event planning! We had both services and all I can say is, perfection! Great team to work with, communication is superb and they will do everything they can to make sure your event goes as planned!

    Beverly & her entire team at Klassic Katering was beyond amazing to work with! I first reached out to Beverly in a panic for a last minute catering need for my sisters wedding, I could already tell her and I would work well together because she had so much positive energy that radiates through the phone! She was eager to get right to work and immediately took a TON off of my plate within that one phone call. She was there every step of the way to help me stay sane, think of things I would have never thought of and went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect. The communication, the planning of and day of coordination is A++! She means business and you definitely want her on your side when you’re considering your options.
    The genuine love for what she does really shows through her work. All in all she was/is a life saver! Her team whipped up an amazing menu that guests raved about! Beverly and IIlene tackled things from planning, setup, making sure all vendors fulfilled duties, timelines, alterations and all of the in betweens! Amazing work! Hoping we get to work again soon!

    Beverly and her team are a dream!

    I cannot boast enough about Beverly and her wonderful staff at our wedding. She went above and beyond what a caterer does. When I found out that my wedding coordinator was not able to make it to my wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, Beverly and her staff stepped up to the plate and helped me and my family with decorating and anything that needed to get done so that our wedding to go off without a hitch. The food was heavenly and my guests are still talking about it to this day. She took the time to get to know me and my husband and put together a menu that was to die for. I can't express the gratitude I have towards Beverly and her staff. They made my wedding perfect!

    Beverly was fantastic to work with! The food was absolutely delicious and our wedding guests are still talking about it! She was very easy to work with and her team were excellent. Nels and the group were very friendly the day of the wedding and were very professional. I hope that I get the chance to work with Klassic Katering again in the future!

    Karen and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! They totally understood what we wanted to for our menu and were totally accommodating with every request. They gave great suggestions of what we should do for our menu and the displays at our reception were gorgeous! The food tasted absolutely incredible and even tasted good after we took it home! We would definitely use Karen and her team for any future events!

    Amazing food service and presentation of our food. Staff wAs fabulous and made sure we received everything we asked for and then some. Although we paid more than we had wanted to it was all worth it!!!!!

    By chance my fiancé and I happened upon a wedding at Dorothy B. Oven that Sarah was setting up. It looked amazing and Sarah had everything put together. We (not knowing that she was the runner up for Tallahassee Magazine's Best of Wedding Planner) were lucky enough to have her be our month of wedding coordinator. We chose our venue (Dorothy B. Oven), caterer (Real Paella), flowers (Blossoms), cake (Artistic Confections with decorated flowers from Blossoms), DJ (Amplify Entertainment), table/chair/tent rental (Party, Party, Party) and put together how we wanted the table settings to look. Can you imagine the nightmare of coordinating times, deliveries (and we had separate locations for our ceremony and reception), making sure payment had been received, planning reception set up, making sure everything went without a hitch? Well, Sarah was able to do just that and even more! There were several times that she saved our wedding from some potential disaster or another! All we had to basically do was show up for our ceremony and reception-- she made our day absolutely amazing without all of the stress. We would have paid her double her rate-- she's that good! We had a beautiful, stress-free wedding and couldn't recommend her enough! You need a wedding coordinator and you need Sarah Ennis! Hands down the best!

    I really can't say enough positive things about Klassic Katering. Sarah and Karen are outstanding to work with. My husband and I fell in love with them our first meeting. A month before the wedding I was getting extremely nervous because I feared perhaps we weren't on the same page. Sarah had us come to their office to discuss all of our concerns and we walked out of there beyond confident with having our catering in their hands. I'll be honest, we didn't even sample the food before our wedding, that was how confident we were in them when we first met them.. This freaked me out getting closer to our wedding day..but day of EVERYONE kept coming up to us our entire wedding reception raving about the food.Many said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I would recommend them over and over and over again. I hope to find a reason to use them soon with my firm.

    Karen and her entire staff are incredible! It is obvious why they win awards every year for best caterers! They went above and beyond what I would have expected from any catering company and made my night so incredible and stress-free! My guests are still talking about the food over a week later. They were my first choice and I was very glad I got them! Book them as soon as you can! You will not regret using them for your wedding!

    I just had Klassic Katering cater my reception. The food was outstanding! We decided to go with Karen for our caterer because I knew that with her in charge, I wouldn't have a single worry the entire day. I have used other caterers in town for other various events but nothing compares to the experience I just had. Karen made sure that neither of us had a worry the entire time. Not to mention, her entire staff was fabulous to work with. I had her and her team do a series of stations and they were a huge hit! Everyone could not stop complementing the food all night. I would recommend using Klassic Katering to anyone. She was always willing to work with us and didn't care that I changed my mind on food a couple of times. I know I will definitely be using them again very soon!

    I have a high-stress job that requires a lot of travel - not great when planning a wedding! I was considering taking time off from work to focus on the wedding but after meeting with Klassic Katering I knew I would be in good hands. Karen and her staff are detail-oriented, perfectionists....Great qualities for a meticulous bride! My husband and I had such a wonderful, relaxed day and we have Klassic Katering to thank for going above and beyond to make us feel special.

    Every bride hopes for a perfect wedding day. Thanks to the team at Klassic Katering all of it came true. A huge burden was lifted off my shoulders knowing I did not have to worry about a thing when it came to the caterer. They helped me through stressful times and I will forever be greatful! If anyone is searching for a caterer I would highly reccomend Klassic Katering.

    My husband and I choose our venue first, and with our venue came Klassic Katering. I was nervous about having to use a catering company I didn't know but once I got to planning with Karen and her wonderful staff, I knew I had struck gold. I truly believe the price matched the value and quality of the food. I remember the night went so fast that my husband and I were about to leave and neither of us really ate. When the staff found out, they sent us off with a plate of food that was so delicious we wished we had more. :)

    We had a wonderful experience with Klassic. The food was AMAZING and everyone loved it. They went out of their way to help us create a menu that reflected us. My only complaint is that I didn't have more time to eat my meal!

    Karen and Lindsey did a wonderful job of helping me pick the menu and make all the little decisions I was having trouble making. Unfortunately we didn't eat but Karen and her staff made sure that we got a basket with samples of everything to eat once we got home. All of our guests thought the food was wonderful! Karen and her crew provided every thing I asked for and more. The presentation was above and beyond my expectations. I was exceedingly pleased.

    What an amazing team! To start, the food was soooo good. Everything that I tried was very delicious. Karen was able to pull together every idea I had and make a gorgeous buffet. The staff was over the top! Immediately after our first dance, one of the servers brought us three plates of food b/c she knew we wouldn't have time to get it ourselves. They made sure the buffet was refilled all night, and the dirty dishes were picked up quickly. I didn't get quotes from any other caterer, so I don't know how the price compares. Before the wedding, I felt like the cost was way too much, but know after the service we recieved I fell like it was well worth it.

    We absolutely love Karen, Liz, Don, and the rest of the KK staff. Karen did an excellent job helping us create the Southern cuisine we craved. The food was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Our wedding guests are still talking about the food they loved. Karen not only helped us create our wedding menu she also recommended other vendors. She was all-around the most helpful person in Tallahassee when it came to planning our wedding. No wonder Klassic Katering is rated the #1 caterer in Tallahassee!

    Karen did a fantastic job with my menu. I wanted a Mexican buffet dinner with appetizers. She had steak, shrimp, and chicken fajita meat. Taco meat with all the fixings. There was a vegetable and fruit tray as well. The appetizers were queso dip, salsa, and southwest cheesecake. It was perfect. For the bridal table, she had her staff put all the lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole in margarita glasses. I love it!!!! She and her staff did a fabulous job decorating the buffet table to match my colors and the reception hall. I have recommended Klassic Katering to many people since my wedding, because of the great service, quality, and value for your money.

    Klassic Katering is the exclusive caterer for our venue, The Woman's Club. As someone who enjoys cooking and is married to a picky eater, we selected a buffet dinner menu and hors d'oeuvres for a cocktail hour with high expectations which were definitely met! We heard so many praises from our guests over the food. Additionally, their staff were pleasant and efficient during the dinner and helped contribute to the great mood of the evening. While the price tag was a little higher than we initially budgeted, we felt it was well worth it because the quality, quantity, and presentation of the food were excellent. In particular, I worked a lot with Christina, who was consistently courteous and responsive. Thank you KK!

    My husband and I took the time during the reception to taste the main course and enjoyed every bit of it. Our menu was great and the caterer was very helpful in creating it to fit our desires. Due to the chaos of the wedding day, I did not really have much contact with anyone from the business as others were taking care of that for me. Overall, the feedback given to me from guests was good.

    They were very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The hors d'oeuvres and food were delicious!!
