Jennifer Gordon owns and runs this buisness. She was great to talk to and seemed over email and various conversations to have everything in order and together. Then the day of the wedding came and she didn't do ANYTHING that she was supposed to do. Don't get me wrong, she worked really hard, but she did not delegate responsibility to the other people that I hired. She had five paid workers who were sitting around smoking cigarettes because she didn't instruct them, and I lost my $1200 deposit as a result. I spent 3 months making chair covers for the wedding and she put them on incorrectly, despite being given instructions and having complete access to me and my SIX bridesmaids all day long (we were in the hotel across the street). I would never hire her or recommend her to anyone.

Kissing Kismet came to our rescue after we had to fire a horrible wedding coordinator one week before our wedding! I was a stress ball until she came on board and somehow managed to have everything under control in under a week as if she had been with us from the beginning! We were so grateful she helped our big day turn out so amazing! Kissing Kismet went above and beyond our expectations and we definitely recommend her to anyone!

Jennifer was great! I did most of the planning myself and had her help me with last minute details and the day of. Things went VERY smoothly and it was great not to have to think or worry about anything. If there were any problems, I didn't notice or hear about them! She even went over and beyond her duty to help with a little 'dog problem' we had on the lawn before the ceremony outdoors!

Jennifer provided "day-of" coordination services for us - really though she helped us throughout with vendor recommedations and planning meetings with vendors. She was absolutely the best in terms of responding to my requests and she handled my large, intimidating family with ease! Value for cost was unbelievable - she was super affordable and made my day so incredibly easy!
