  Jack Madda is the greatest! I always knew that Jack had a great eye for fashion, but the customer service he and the staff at Kilgore provided went way above and beyond the call of duty! My wedding was in New Jersey, but my parents live in Cleveland and wanted to buy me a new tuxedo for the wedding. Jack made certain that everything was perfect for me, my groomsmen, my father, and my brother. It is hard to imagine a better place to buy your tux than wherever Jack is--as he told me many times, he was stressing excessively so that I didn't have to stress at all, and I didn't!

  Kilgore Trout has been selected by Esquire Magazine as one of the 35 best men's stores in America for 5 years in a row. My husband got his suit here and it was amazing! However, it was quite a pain to get just the right fit. The salesmen can be quite pushy about what they think is best for you. Unfortunately, we didn't fight back hard enough the first go around and my husband was really upset by his first set of alterations. But they were very understanding and practically made him a new suit the next go around. Of course, their kindness wasn't cheap...but it was worth it in the end
