From beginning to end the staff went above and beyond... to respond quickly, answer all questions, provide exactly what was asked for and more for a very reasonable cost. All stress was lifted from us... making it the most enjoyable, over-the-top wedding imaginable. The minister was exactly what we asked for... our photos were out of this world beautiful. Wow. I was skeptical scheduling a wedding by a vendor I had never met…in the Virgin Islands. Amelisa does not disappoint. She answered every email, text and nervous phone call. If you want to elope on St John or St Thomas…I highly recommend you use Flawless Weddings! I think the photos tell the story! It was stress free and fabulous. The minister, the photographer and the loaner bouquet….I owe them each another hug! Do it! 😁 -

Such a perfect day
Our special day was perfect and stress free. The package was a great deal and well worth it. Staff were so sweet and absolutely amazing. They very much felt like family for the day. I would highly recommend. We chose Trunk Bay for the ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful. -

Amelisa Todman from Flawless Weddings & Events of the Virgin Islands threw us an absolute dream destination wedding. From the table settings to the cake to the flowers to the seating and the arch on the beach, everything was absolutely stunning! The food was mouthwatering and the guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The photographer was incredible and captured the moment perfectly. The price was very reasonable compared to other vendors in the islands. She was extremely well organized and everything was included, including transportation to and from the resort to Megan’s bag where our wedding and receptionwas at for us and all of our guests. We wanted a simple, elegant beach wedding in St John. We were torn between Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay. Amelisa from Flawless Weddings recommended Trunk Bay. It was just the two of us on the island, we are having a wedding celebration at home in June for family and friends. Unfortunately for us it rained every single day we were on St John, however the day of our ceremony the rain had stopped just long enough for our wedding. The weather did cut short our time for photos and we ended up with a basic simple wedding (no music like we had planned) yet everything worked out perfectly during a week of imperfect weather. Amelisa, her photographer and our lovely minister helped make everything beautiful. We highly recommend Flawless Weddings. -

These ladies left me speechless!! I can imagine most brides have every detail planned out, but i was the complete opposite. My only request was to have a "twin flame" theme. Knowing that it was short notice, I gave her complete control. My exact words to her were "do whatever you want with whatever you have available". Trust me, she far surpassed my expectations! On the day we viewed the venue, you could literally see her creative gears
turning! She made perfect use of the spacious venue by cleverly creating an area for the ceremony and reception. The unique blend of colors perfectly complimented my "twin flame" theme. The decor was romantic, charming and absolutely breathtaking. Stellar job ladies!! -

A perfect day
My entire experience with Flawless Weddings and Events was excellent. Amelisa was responsive from day one and simply wonderful to work with. The detail she and her team put into making my day special meant more to me than words can say. From the beautiful flowers and beach decor all the way down to the ceremony was perfect.

Do yourself a favor and look no further for your wedding dream team, Flawless Weddings and Events in St. Thomas was an incredible experience as they transformed all my daughter’s dreams for her wedding day into reality! Working with Amelisa and her highly organized team was such a delight. They are true professionals and everything was done to perfection. She stays in constant contact and helps you throughout the entire process. Amelisa is the best! The flowers, the food, the wedding cake, the ceremony set up and the reception set up were all amazingly beautiful. My daughter chose the steel drum for the ceremony and he did such an amazing job. The dj at the reception also did an incredible job as did the caterers. I cannot say enough good things about working with Amelisa and her team. It truly was a magical, seamlessly perfect Caribbean wedding thanks to Amelisa and her team. -

Where do I even begin?! My name is Megan Reynolds and my husband Alex and I got married on Magens Bay beach on May 19th, 2023 using Flawless Weddings and Events coordinated by Amelisa Todman. To be honest, I have been looking at booking with this company ever since I went off to college at 18 years old over 10 years ago. Wow, was it worth the wait! My parents, husband, and I had such an amazing communication experience with this company and they took every detail we gave them and made it into something absolutely beautiful. Amelisa was so kind, excited, and detail-oriented getting everything set-up with us and we were so happy with how everything turned out. The pictures, food, location, and set-up of all the decor were absolutely perfect and we will cherish the memories we made taking this time to be together with all of our closest friends and family. Thank you for the most wonderful and perfect wedding I could have ever dreamed of. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to any brides looking to spend their big day together with the people they love most in one of the most beautiful places in the world. -

Exceptional Service
The thought of not being able to see things until our wedding was worrisome, to say the least. Amelisa and her team knocked this one out of the park. Everything was amazing! They hit all the details just right. I’m convinced she even scheduled the lite rain to come through at the exact end of the nuptials. This provided a nice temperature drop and a short break before taking pictures. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect! And we’ll below budget. -

Breathe taking
When I first contacted Amelisa I had planned only my fiance and Me being part of the wedding and as the weeks past my head count grew and she accommodated to all my changing request..we got lost looking for the building to get our marriage license so i called Amelisa and she had no problem helping us find the location.. the actual wedding was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Sapphire beach is paradise on earth and with all the extra touches Flawless made it was breath taking! I definitely recommend Flawless! -

I called and spoke with Keya and from the moment we spoke she was friendly and caring yet professional. She took care of everything while I worried about nothing. We ran into one obstacle due to my wedding being on a Sunday and caterers not working specifically on Sundays however she was able to overcome and arrange a small intimate reception at a beautiful restaurant on Sunset beach. Truly Flawless
Amelisa and her whole Flawless team were absolutely amazing. From our first meeting, through the planning process, and up through the execution of our wedding day, everything was fantastic. Her and her team's eye for detail was outstanding, her communication was second to none, and her ability to solve problems made it feel that there was none to be had, especially with the COVID pandemic throwing wrenches in the mix left and right. It felt that throughout the planning process our wedding day was going to be the picture perfect day we were hoping for, and Amelisa didnt disappoint. She truly lived up to her companys name.... Flawless. We looked at a lot of other wedding planners and we were so happy with everything that to us she is truly the right choice and our recommendation to anyone else looking, the only choice. -

If you are thinking of having a wedding then make sure you have Flawless Weddings handle things for you because you never know what can go wrong. We certainly did not envision the challenges we had with our dream destination wedding.
In 2017 my wife and I were planning on having our wedding on St. Thomas. We knew how stressful a wedding could be and we wanted to be able to enjoy the journey and not have to worry about things. That is easier said than done by the way. We first met the amazing Amelisa when we visited around February of 2017. Amelisa’s smile and joyful laugh put us at ease that we were in the right hands. I loved that she consulted us and was open to suggestions to ensure that our vision we had for our wedding would be perfectly executed. Now I know this review sounds like pretty standard and cliche stuff but let me further explain why I believe there is no planner in the world like Amelisa and Flawless Weddings.
Everything was going according to plan for our wedding until September 2017 when not one, but two Cat 5 hurricanes devastated the Virgin Islands. Many of our friends and family members thought that we would have to postpone our wedding, but we were determined to still have our wedding. Amelisa never told us it would be impossible. She advocated for us, improvised, became a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, and for me a second mother who gave me advice. I don’t know how she and her team did it, but they pulled off a beautiful, flawless wedding for us in December 2017. Our venue, decor, flowers,ceremony, food......everything was picture perfect. People were frankly amazed that we pulled this off, but we couldn’t take all the credit. Amelisa made it happen.
If she can overcome two category five hurricanes, with no electricity on the island, most vendors and locations out of commission, then she can do anything. You can be fully confident that Flawless Weddings will be able to pull off any vision you have, but most important you will also gain a life long friend. I love Amelisa. I love her family. I am truly, truly grateful that she came into our lives and made our dreams come true. Weddings are stressful, but Flawless Weddings makes it easier. I can’t recommend them high enough. -

My beach dream wedding
I had planned a destination wedding in St Thomas for 3/12/19. I didn’t know who to call or where to book until I stumbled upon Flawless Events online. I saw that they had some really good reviews and was very affordable. I called and spoke with Amelisa over the phone and we immediately had a great conversation. I was very pleased on how well she was able to interpret my vision. The planning was very smooth and I was very pleased and happy with my wedding ceremony. She was also able to accommodate me and my family afterwards to have a beach day at beautiful Magens Bay. Her staff is so professional and her beautiful and lovely daughter was also the officiant.
