Jason showed up early and helped us through the day with all the chaos. We survived a Microblast that came rolling in off the sound suddenly and just about destroyed everything. Jason took control and made it a dream come true wedding with his sense of humor and capturing the best shots that he could. We couldn't have done it without him. I highly recommend him for his with and charm under a pressure situation. Can't wait to see the photos. I know they will be awesome. -

Best Photographer in the OBX!!!!
Jason is worth every. Penny. He has to be the best photographer in the outer banks! He's so charismatic and spoke like he had known us for years. He had us laughing the whole time and made everyone feel so comfortable! I just got our wedding photos back today and I'm in love! He truly documents EVERYTHING! -

My husband and I loved how he did our photos. Everyone loved how comfortable and fun he made the photo taking as well even though people normally would feel like the constant photos after the wedding are draining but he made it so fun and everyone felt good about themselves and we left the beach in high spirits laughing just even more excited for our reception! I did not even realize how his attitude and spirit would effect us all and how much it does effect your before and after wedding mood until we saw him in action. We love Jason and honestly have decided to contact him for vacation photos and family photos when we travel back there! He is the best and so low maintenance and kind. He genuinely has fun and the photos were phenomenal we received the same comment from everyone " I CAN NOT STOP LOOKING AT THE WEDDING PHOTOS!!" people were amazed. He gets those pictures that you do not even realize you want. -

Did a fabulous job even with mother nature not cooperating. Brought lots of personality and made the event fun. Was very creative and a lot of fun to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding in this area. -

We hired Jason for a June wedding in OBX, had to shift plans with COVID, and he went above and beyond to support our new smaller wedding plans. We may have been one of his few VA weddings with the last-minute location change, yet he was open to accommodating the changes and helped make the day absolutely perfect! He is easy to collaborate with, makes wedding photographs feel natural / low stress, and we already have him booked for a larger post-COVID celebration next year.
This is the person you want to capture your amazing wedding day and make if a fun / effortless experience! Could not recommend Jason more highly and can't wait to work with him again next year.

Jason shot our small beach wedding in KDH on 10.19.19. He was very fun, funny and energetic. He kept making everyone laugh and made us all very comfortable. He even had my husband feeling comfortable in front of a camera which I've never seen before! I recommend Jason Denson very highly. He is affordable, talented, responsive and just plain awesome!! -

Jason has so much talent- but what we really cherished was his heart! He made our day so special. He put us, our bridal party, and our guests at ease and made us laugh all night! Wow. Didn't know we could look so dang good! Jason took our engagement photos back in October. We have never had professional photos done and were clueless, but Jason helped us throughout the entire process. It was easy to feel comfortable during the session with Jason. He's easily relatable, has a good sense of humor and a great eye for the perfect shot. His edits were perfect and preview photos came in just a few days with the rest following after a week or two. Overall, Jason was awesome to work with, knows how to take the best pictures and capture every priceless moment. -

Our engagement photos turned out beyond amazing! The day we were suppose to take our photos it was sooo windy because a storm was coming. Jason was so flexible and rescheduled us for the next day. We highly recommend Jason if you are looking for someone that is very energetic and very easy to get along with. Also he is just amazing at what he does and you’ll get some beautiful photos! It was also a very quick turn around, we got our photos within 2 weeks! -

Jason is so unbelievably talented that it is actually difficult to find words that fit his abilities. When we started the wedding planning process, we looked at more photographers than we can remember, Once we saw Jasons work we knew our photographer search was over. Jason took the time to get to know us as a couple and as people and worked to incorporate our personalities into our wedding photos. It never felt like we were posing for photos or “in front of the lens.” Jason made us feel like we were old friends hanging out for a day. All our photos are spectacular and the professionalism and warmth that Jason brings is even more spectacular. Finding Him was a blessing and we are so incredibly thankful that he lent us his talented eye for our sacred day. Thank you
