It was a great adventure working with Shelley and Chelsea in customizing my husband's wedding band even though there were a few hiccups a long the way they were constantly working with me to get the amazing end result! Love them!

I had a good experience at Kay. I looked at about ten stores to find a band to match my engagement ring. I finally found what I was looking for in Wichita. If you time it right, you can get some pretty good deals during their periodic sales.

had a wonderful experience. Were very friendly and not ageist like some other jewelers. Being young I feel like some jewelers act like I have no money to spend. They were very nice and polite. I was able to get my husbands ring and a great price during christmas!!!!!!! Plus the ring I got him had to be ordered because the one I got had a defect, but they were very nice about it and it didn't bother me to wait.

We had some problems with Kay's after we purchased my band from them. The value for my diamond band was great, we just needed them to size the band to fit my ring. However, they were NOT to touch my engagement ring as it would loose it's warranty if another company worked on it. Well, they went ahead and sized my engagement ring and I lost my warranty with Helzberg. They didn't really offer to cover it under their plan either, so we were disappointed with the service on that one.
