My husband picked out my band from Kays and hand picked my stone from an independent jeweler and then had Kay's remove the diamond and replace it with the stone be bought. It was wonderful. It was the prettiest ring ever!!!! They did a good job
They had exactly what I was looking for and they found the perfect set to fit my budget. And the quality of their jewelry is exceptional. I wouldn't change my rings for anything.
My husband bought my engagement ring from Kay Jewelers after Zales, knowing nothing about him, told him he couldn't afford the ring he was considering. He was only 21, but that doesn't mean he can't afford a ring and it is very rude to sereotype. The manager at Kay was very helpful in explaining the payment plan option so that he could get the perfect ring.
